I had bought insuranc for my two wheeler and and after transaction money is deducted and i did not get the policy and msgs of if amount has been deducted contact your bank. The policy did not got approved it showed failed transaction but money has been deduced. Now i am calling customer service and they are saying it's not you registered no.. But they didn't ask for registration before buying the policy. As after reading reviews i am sure it is a fraudster company.

      I purchased two wheeler insurance from policy bazaar website. The money got deducted but in their website it showed failed transaction. I tried to contact them several times but no response. Please never purchase insurance from their website. I would recommend to go to the official website of the insurance company and purchase from there.
      I had a very bad experience. Never buy insurance from policy bazaar website.

        I have bought a policy from policy bazaar,
        I have grievance in the terms of quality of services being provided to customers.

        Saurab mishra employee of policy bazaar emp code pw14210 sold me term plan policy on 5th august with same punch line that we have team to resolve all the issues so now its been a month i have not received aby copy of policy neither i am sure is really the policy got purchased or somewhere in mid my money is taken.in spite of several mail and call back request i have not received any mail or call from that guy saurabh mishra.
        Is service limited up-to the selling of policy??

        Now i am getting reply from policy bazaar team that we have sent an information to saurabh mishra for call back now its his choice to call or not.

        Are you running some gang or what??

        I have bought travel insurance for my sister few months ago. Now I am receiving miss calls daily from last 40 days from your Gurgaon office without any purpose . This is disturbing me . Please take necessary action .

          I have purhase below maintioned policy from policy bazaar and there was no clause during policy sale discussion “additional 20% co-payment applicable for all claims made in non smart select network hospitals.”.
          Now representative of policy bazaar is asking for addition 15% amount to remove this clause.
          I do not want to drop the policy and also do not want to pay additionl amount.

          Being your customer please look into the matter.

            Hi Team

            I have purchased a zero dep. policy for my uncle’s car DL 1CZ 6099 from HDFC ERGO, my uncle Mr. Ved prakash gave his car undr claim due to an accident happenned. A surveyor came and demanded a document from me for that document CPA endorsement i called policy customer care and they asked me that was not required as you carrying a zero dept policy. I told the same to the survey person but he told me that CPA endorsement is a different document. The. I called multiple times for the same many times they dont picked and if picked they told me that will arrange a call in 30 min and afterit no call got from them

            At last a got an email from the surveyor that if you failed to submit that document then your claim will not passed as fully

            Really i m not happy to purchase the policy from policybazaar

              The biggest mistake ive done is taking a policy thrupugh policy bazar. It has promised me an insurance within a week and its been 6 months and still my policy is pending and has given medicals and keeps on aksing for meduacls again and again it has lost the track of my reports of mine and bothering me... Worst ever service provoded by them.. I don not recommend the users through this. It takes decades of time to complete the policy.

                Dear

                How many more days will you take to get my claim in process and pick up my car to appropriate garage.

                I like to remind, policybazaar false promise, to get the claim process completed within 2 days. However, more than two weeks have passed by but my claim has not yet been processed somebody will tell me how much long you will take to take my car to the garage.

                I don't know why i relied on you guys in policybazaar and hdfc ergo, as hdfc ergo is also sleeping from last 5 days.

                I like to mention that this not the first time i am taking claim, previous to this i had taken my policy from honda assured, a far better service provider, who used to get the pick up done on the same day when i used to intimate them by call or message or email about the accident. On the other hand now i am sitting on my claim since more than 2 weeks and have not received even a single call about the pick up from your side.

                Please correct me if i have done some mistake by choosing you guys by refunding my money back.

                  I have buy a policy for my car maruti suzuki eccoand amount is deducted about 2 hours ago and on every call i was asked to wait half an hour for the confirmed mail to be delivered on my mail id and now i was asked to wait for 48 hours.

                    Have booked a policy dated 02/09/2019 having reference no[protected]. I have already paid the amount due on same date. It now i didn't receive any soft copy for the same. Moreover i called several times and also email n times but no response from your site. Either issue soft copy or refund my money back. Other wise i will be heading towards government higher authorities.

                        I took a term policy on aug 2nd 2019 with policybazaar (Hdfc_term). Afterall mentioning that i will be available est time.. They used to call 2am in my timezone for medicals and after a severe push and schedules. On 22aug i got my medicals. After a week, pb called be and said hdfc wants you to undergo 11 tests.. I said where is the list.. I never got any list till date and checking my accounts for that list.
                        Still they are spinning their time.
                        Guys stay away from this, especially nris (Usa/uk).. U cant crawl this, they will suck your brain & blood.

                          I had filled in a request on Policy Bazaar for a personal loan for 2 lacs for 2yrs. Post this request I got a call from Mr. Javed from Policy Bazaar informing me on the options and then selling me the Bajaj Finserve Flexi Loan. Once i agreed for it - he arranged a callback from Mr. Naushad who informed me on the benefits of the loan.

                          My understanding as per the conversation with Mr. Naushad was that Bajaj will open a credit line for me in my Experia account and I can withdraw from there as and when required. I will have to pay the interest on the amount utilized. The pay back of the principal amount was upto me as and when i could do that.

                          However, to my surprise i see that the loan amount was transferred in full to my bank account without any intimation. This was not supposed to happen as I was never informed about it.

                          When I had received the welcome letter and EMI details - i had called back Mr. Naushad asking him to explain why the EMI showed 11K from the very first month. I was informed by Mr. Naushad that this was just an FYI stating if i utilized the full amount then thats the EMI amount which I had to pay.

                          This is where I was FOOLED - Bajaj transferred the whole amount to my account instead of offering me the credit line so that you can charge the EMI of 11K from my account from the veruy first month. This is CHEATING.

                          Today evening i reached out to Mr. Javed and enquired about why the funds were in my account. I was informed that I need to transfer this amount to my Bajaj Experia account and then start using it. This is absurd and does not make sense at all.

                          I am still waiting for a callback from Mr.Javed and Mr.Naushad despite several requests asking them to call me back.

                            This message is absolutely wrong and you connected to me today.

                            Whoever has spoken to me was rude and unprofessional. I suspect the name was the same, karan.

                            The person spoke to me about the policy and i told him that i have purchased this. He was insisting me to tell the insurance company from whom i purchased and i denied as i don't want to disclose and it is strictly personal to me.

                            The guy asked me to keep the document in a locker and was very unprofessional in his words as he was joking at my statement that i cannot disclose the insurer.

                            I will be complaining about this discussion if i didn't get a reply on his behavior of this employee in 7 working days time.

                              I have visited policy bazaar site through their advertisement on social media for comparing various term insurance plans. On their website they ask to fill basic details including phone number to proceed further. I filled that information to view comparison between various term insurance product. But know i am receiving daily 2-3 calls soliciting to buy term insurance, i specifically told them many times that i am not interested in buying any policy till i am receiving daily 2-3 missed calls. I am also receiving other promotional & advertisement calls due to policy bazzar might have share my contact number to others.

                                Also my previous policy is alive and i have purchased my new policy no. 202530050319800000401000 with proposal no. & date - p24048591, 01-sep-2019 is already purchased for the same vehicle through liberty general insurance limited with period of own damage - 04-sep-2019 (00:00) to 03-sep-2020 (Midnight) 1 year.

                                Hence request you to cancel policy no sr036850 (Bharti axa) booked through policy bazaar purchased on 27/08/2019.

                                Kindly confirm my cancellation request so that the premium already paid of rs 28, 560/- can be credited back into my account.

                                      I have been getting disturbed a lot by policybazar agents with calls and messages. Daily i am getting messages and calls and i had requested them not to disturb. But today one more executive called me and talked all rubbish with me and he told he will keep on calling me and says i can't do anything and asked me even go to consumer forum. I am really getting mentally disturbed. I request concerned to take appropriate action against the company and the person who tortured me today by threatening me of calling often

                                        Hi, I enquired about a term policy on policy bazar and to get the best idea of plans, I called to customer service. Then I received a call from a representative his name is Tarun, he sits in Gurgaon office. He called me first day and I was busy so I asked me him to call another day. Again he called me on Saturday on 17th Aug . He started describing me the plans and premium amount. But before of this call it was not in condition that I will definitely buy any plan. As per customer service policy what I know that, that his work profile and he has to make the customer understand about plan variants. We were on the call around 30 mnts and I understood the plans how the premium amount calculated. And he was trying to purchase the plan for me on that call but I asked him, I need time to think to decide. From here his questions was many Why's??? Whats the problems, what you not cleared with, why you need time and how many times ??? His questions started from here. But this time his tone was changed to aggressive. After 17 th he called me again on 21th August. Now he was asking me very rudely, Why you wasted my time, why you called to us if you did not had to purchase the plan, what is my benefits if I invested my 1 hr. time behind you, and it was completely inappropriate and a non professional conversation by him. He also suggested me to not to waste the time of anyone if you do not have to purchase anything.

                                        So, my question is here, is this mandatory to purchase a plan from policy bazar representative if someone called to enquire??? Is this written anywhere as a policy that without interest of purchasing plan, no one can call to you?? If such conditions are there then why the representative do not tell in the start of conversation that if I will invest my 30 mnts to you then you will have to purchase a plan from us forcibily. Then we can go ahead on the call after decesion. Is your representative, CEO or anyone in this world did not check anythings price or product in the market without purchase that product. Are we only allowed to check products and prices if only we have to purchase that definitely.

                                        If it is my mistake to call policy bazar.com without giving a business to Tarun then please mention on your portal that if you calling to us then you have to purchase the plan anyhow. Or if it is not my mistake then I want you to provide a feedback to him.

                                        I once inquired on policy bazaar and they took my contact details. After that I a getting a missed call from Policybazaar daily at 6:30 PM ( 15 minutes up or down).
