Payment has been deducted on 11 Apr 19 and generate the booking ID[protected]. but after a numerous contact and mail policy bazaar has not being issued the policy till 30 Apr 19.on 30 Apr they issued policy no POLICY NO.:[protected].

I have applied for car insurance policy for my car through policy bazaar this was done on 13th aug, but till date i have not received the policy certificate, today is 19th aug. Inspite of doing payment in advance not received the policy yet. Also no return confirmation whether the policy is approved or not. I have been waiting for a change in the chassis number wrongly entered by the policy bazaar staff in the system and every week i seem to be getting only a new mail asking for extension in time. I dont know if they know what service means but only make false promises and ignores a customer.
