Hello sir,
i get car insurance form policy bazaar, that time i talk to care person about owner name chages they told me that process is only for 10 day, but from last 1.5 month i tried to changes my owner name. till now there is no solution about this .every time customer care told me today process completes but get nothing solution.

    I booked a policy with policy bazaar (Booking id[protected] and application number c[protected] on 6th sept 2019.

    I was not happy with their service and arrogance of their staff hence requested to cancel and refund the money rs. 13, 288/- paid to them.

    There is no response from policy bazaar even after writing to them 100 mails.

    I have paid an amount of rs 1121 through netbanking which is successful on dated 06.09.2019 at about 19.22 IST vide ref no [protected] towards premium of motor vehicle insurance in online portal. But, a mail having ref id no[protected] has received by me to complete my payment. Which is paid by my self.

      I have made payment a payment for my vehicle insurance on 16/09/2019 after making the payment they didn’t provide any confirmation or policy to me. Since the policy was very urgent to me, so that i have made many request for call back, but they didn’t made any response to my queries. All the toll free numbers mentioned in the site are fake.
      As per preference, i have made payment towards reliance general insurance by using policy bazaar as agent.

        Policy bazar calling me atleast 20 times/day to sell me policy & they ask for credit card details over phone.
        I am getting mentally harassed as i work in night and sleep in day & they call when i am sleeping. I requested them to not call again as i already have a health insurance policy, but they wont stop and it's been 3 months now. Please help it is mental harrassment.

          Respected sir,
          I had buy two wheeler insurance plane on date 15 sep 2019 sunday 02:02 pm amount is 1476.00.

          I have received payment successfully policy bazaar payment recipe with payment id "pay_dipsh8ucskcidu" on my ragisterd emil id.

          I have also received bank debited amount sms.

          But my issue is not received my policy.

          That time i am using online chat on policy bazar helpline i talk with miss abhilasha_pw12008 and mr salman_pw15388.

          I provided to my register email id and payment id to mr salman_pw15388 but he told me no any successful transaction showing in policy bazaar system.

          Now i am helpless.

          I need my policy as soon as possible.

          If traffic policy any callahan provided to me regarding two wheeler insurance. That time all amount paybal policy bazaar because of i am pay to policy bazaar and i get successfully confirmation message but not received policy.

            Many times i have requested not to call me regarding policies or plans and

            And so much disturbed to get calls repeatedly even after explaining the

            We all know you are such a big name in insurance world... Its your
            Business. But this is not the right way to make customers.

            Interested in buying an insurance.

            So i request not to call me again from policy bazar. As i don't want any

            After i wrote the above mail... I recived the below reply... From policy bazar... The mail reply seems of no use... For the sake of replying an email they are just replying... But no action taken..

            But still to my surprise your policy bazar people intentionally keeps call my no like hell... And now they have started sending me mails for not responding... Till now i have blocked 50+ tollfree nos from policy bazar. Still the other day policy bazar people used to call me from a new nos. This is really frustrating...

            Even if i would have done a policy from policy bazar in future... Now i swear i would never ever think of it...

            I request concerned authorities to please take action against such idotic employees...

                I had bought insuranc for my two wheeler and and after transaction money is deducted and i did not get the policy and msgs of if amount has been deducted contact your bank. The policy did not got approved it showed failed transaction but money has been deduced. Now i am calling customer service and they are saying it's not you registered no.. But they didn't ask for registration before buying the policy. As after reading reviews i am sure it is a fraudster company.

                    I purchased two wheeler insurance from policy bazaar website. The money got deducted but in their website it showed failed transaction. I tried to contact them several times but no response. Please never purchase insurance from their website. I would recommend to go to the official website of the insurance company and purchase from there.
                    I had a very bad experience. Never buy insurance from policy bazaar website.

                      I have bought a policy from policy bazaar,
                      I have grievance in the terms of quality of services being provided to customers.

                      Saurab mishra employee of policy bazaar emp code pw14210 sold me term plan policy on 5th august with same punch line that we have team to resolve all the issues so now its been a month i have not received aby copy of policy neither i am sure is really the policy got purchased or somewhere in mid my money is taken.in spite of several mail and call back request i have not received any mail or call from that guy saurabh mishra.
                      Is service limited up-to the selling of policy??

                      Now i am getting reply from policy bazaar team that we have sent an information to saurabh mishra for call back now its his choice to call or not.

                      Are you running some gang or what??

                        I have purhase below maintioned policy from policy bazaar and there was no clause during policy sale discussion “additional 20% co-payment applicable for all claims made in non smart select network hospitals.”.
                        Now representative of policy bazaar is asking for addition 15% amount to remove this clause.
                        I do not want to drop the policy and also do not want to pay additionl amount.

                          I have purchased a zero dep. policy for my uncle’s car DL 1CZ 6099 from HDFC ERGO, my uncle Mr. Ved prakash gave his car undr claim due to an accident happenned. A surveyor came and demanded a document from me for that document CPA endorsement i called policy customer care and they asked me that was not required as you carrying a zero dept policy. I told the same to the survey person but he told me that CPA endorsement is a different document. The. I called multiple times for the same many times they dont picked and if picked they told me that will arrange a call in 30 min and afterit no call got from them

                          At last a got an email from the surveyor that if you failed to submit that document then your claim will not passed as fully

                          Really i m not happy to purchase the policy from policybazaar

                            The biggest mistake ive done is taking a policy thrupugh policy bazar. It has promised me an insurance within a week and its been 6 months and still my policy is pending and has given medicals and keeps on aksing for meduacls again and again it has lost the track of my reports of mine and bothering me... Worst ever service provoded by them.. I don not recommend the users through this. It takes decades of time to complete the policy.

                              How many more days will you take to get my claim in process and pick up my car to appropriate garage.

                              I like to remind, policybazaar false promise, to get the claim process completed within 2 days. However, more than two weeks have passed by but my claim has not yet been processed somebody will tell me how much long you will take to take my car to the garage.

                              I don't know why i relied on you guys in policybazaar and hdfc ergo, as hdfc ergo is also sleeping from last 5 days.

                              I like to mention that this not the first time i am taking claim, previous to this i had taken my policy from honda assured, a far better service provider, who used to get the pick up done on the same day when i used to intimate them by call or message or email about the accident. On the other hand now i am sitting on my claim since more than 2 weeks and have not received even a single call about the pick up from your side.

                              Please correct me if i have done some mistake by choosing you guys by refunding my money back.

                                I have buy a policy for my car maruti suzuki eccoand amount is deducted about 2 hours ago and on every call i was asked to wait half an hour for the confirmed mail to be delivered on my mail id and now i was asked to wait for 48 hours.

                                  Have booked a policy dated 02/09/2019 having reference no[protected]. I have already paid the amount due on same date. It now i didn't receive any soft copy for the same. Moreover i called several times and also email n times but no response from your site. Either issue soft copy or refund my money back. Other wise i will be heading towards government higher authorities.

                                      I took a term policy on aug 2nd 2019 with policybazaar (Hdfc_term). Afterall mentioning that i will be available est time.. They used to call 2am in my timezone for medicals and after a severe push and schedules. On 22aug i got my medicals. After a week, pb called be and said hdfc wants you to undergo 11 tests.. I said where is the list.. I never got any list till date and checking my accounts for that list.
                                      Still they are spinning their time.
                                      Guys stay away from this, especially nris (Usa/uk).. U cant crawl this, they will suck your brain & blood.

                                        I had filled in a request on Policy Bazaar for a personal loan for 2 lacs for 2yrs. Post this request I got a call from Mr. Javed from Policy Bazaar informing me on the options and then selling me the Bajaj Finserve Flexi Loan. Once i agreed for it - he arranged a callback from Mr. Naushad who informed me on the benefits of the loan.

                                        My understanding as per the conversation with Mr. Naushad was that Bajaj will open a credit line for me in my Experia account and I can withdraw from there as and when required. I will have to pay the interest on the amount utilized. The pay back of the principal amount was upto me as and when i could do that.

                                        However, to my surprise i see that the loan amount was transferred in full to my bank account without any intimation. This was not supposed to happen as I was never informed about it.

                                        When I had received the welcome letter and EMI details - i had called back Mr. Naushad asking him to explain why the EMI showed 11K from the very first month. I was informed by Mr. Naushad that this was just an FYI stating if i utilized the full amount then thats the EMI amount which I had to pay.

                                        This is where I was FOOLED - Bajaj transferred the whole amount to my account instead of offering me the credit line so that you can charge the EMI of 11K from my account from the veruy first month. This is CHEATING.

                                        Today evening i reached out to Mr. Javed and enquired about why the funds were in my account. I was informed that I need to transfer this amount to my Bajaj Experia account and then start using it. This is absurd and does not make sense at all.

                                        I am still waiting for a callback from Mr.Javed and Mr.Naushad despite several requests asking them to call me back.
