I have once registered on policy bazaar to know something about a policy. But then i got all the information i wanted.
but since then they are sending me SMS's on daily basis about registering for some kind of insurance with a date everytime.

Initially i have received calls from their sales executive 2-3 times a day for buying a policy.

If i want to buy i will buy it. they don't need...

I have ordered digit general insurance through policy bazaar (order is[protected]. The details on pdf is not same as what I had entered.

The name I had entered is "Nagaraj" but on pdf it is "Nagataj" similarly email was expected to be "[protected]@gamil.com", but it is not. I don't know what else/ how these are changed.

I had cancelled a four wheeler policy earlier purchased on policybazaar.com because I sold my car.

The policy has been cancelled successfully. (After almost a month of email and calls)

After all their tantrums they finally accepted to refund me my amount after deducting a bit of their fees and an amount for the number of days the policy was active.

I agreed to it.

Now the status...

I did a policy for my scooty from oriental insurance my money got debited but i did not receive the policy yet i don't know what to do now please refund my amount as soon as possible i am never gonna use your site to buy policy anymore hate your service very slow and worst way to refund

I made a payment (Rs. 12237.5) for car insurance on policy bazaar web site. Transaction was successful at bank site but pb site showing transaction failed.
Amount has been deducted form my account.
Bank customer care saying transaction was successful and they also provided me prn (Payment reference number) but pb customer care saying we didn't get the amount.
Please take appropriate action so that i can get my amount...

I am getting too many calls from different numbers from policy bazaar daily from the time i wanted to search some information related to insurance schemes in their website.
