At very biggining when purchasing policy i did mention my mother has bp and thyroid problem, why your advisor did not tell the very first day this policy will not go through, then you forced us to medical test and now deducting 1000 rs from premium amount, thats ridiculous, you played game with customer, i need my complete premium back without any deduction, why did you ask to go for pre medical check up when you knew this policy will not go through, as the reason mentioned for rejection i told already the advisor at very first day still he asked to go further and assured me for everything.
Your one advisor told to purchase aditya birla policy on 28th feb and i called today on 17/03/2020 and your advisor said dnt buy aditya birla polciy they are fake they do this and that, i have call recordings every email you have sent what i said to you and what you have done, i will take this to consumer court. I need my full premium back without any deductions.

    This is kamada venkata reddy applied term policy application no[protected] dated 27th feb 2020, amount paid 31329/-. After payment done and lot of documentation done. I didnt get my policy. They were not lifting my phone and they sent a msg as your policy rejected. I sent a mail to return my money. They were not replied. So i request your good self to kindly justify my case on my humble request.

      In car insurance policy i got wrong car model. I had talked with more than 10 customer care persons of policybazaar n given all documents. Id no.[protected]. Funny thing is my 2018-19 policy is from same "united india" and now they are saying we have to confirm car details. They told me to wait till 05-mar-2020 then 10 then 14 and now 19-mar-2020. Never buy policy from policybazaar.com

        Sir,
        My hdfc life click 2 protect 3d plus policy was booked on 28-nov-2019 with booking id[protected] & application no[protected] from hdfc life through policy bazaar with a premium of ₹25538 (Yearly), the payment was made though policy bazaar gateway and rejected the policy later on december 27th 2019, later waited for a period of 10-15 days for the refund, where i found no refund was initiated from neither of the companies, later started calling the policy bazaar customer care where they stated that we are in touch with hdfc life for your refund, seeing the repetitive answers which are baseless, i started calling hdfc life and also found the same message that the refund is issued to policy bazaar and when contacted vijay nayak of hdfc life he gave a mail (Attached below) stating that refund was made to policy bazaar and they have to revert back to you with the refund. The same was conveyed to policy bazaar but they are not responding to the mails and while discussions on phone calls they are repeating the same dialogue that it is pending with hdfc life, the triangular blame game is going on since december 28th, the repeated discussions with policy bazaar has become an endless chapter, they don’t respond nor clear the issue of refund, in-fact they are disconnecting the calls repeatedly after me explaining the total summary, which is highly objectionable to me..
        Seeking help from the authorities to resolve the issue at the earliest and also make the insurer understand the causes of delaying the refund.

        Mail transaction is being done but the policy bazaar says we are in contact with the insurer for the refund.

          Hi,
          I logged in to the policy bazar portal some time last week to check on some insurance plans and from that moment i have been continuously getting calls. Its seriously annoying. These guys call themselves as financial advisor and dont even have the basic manners when they talk. I have told them not to call and have asked them to make a note in their system to not call. But till this moment i have been getting calls.
          This website is really irritating people in the name of insurance advisors.

          Some one for god sake take some action against this company.

          I dont know if logging a complaint will do any good. If it does. Thank god.

          Do some thing to stop these guys torchuring people in the name of financial advisors.

            Hi, i got a salary account in hdfc 1 year back when i was working at that time. After that i changed company & they provided other bank account. The new company have using only hdfc salary accounts. But my hdfc exsisted old salary account showing -7000 balance.
            The bank converts my salary account converted into savings account & charged monthly.. Now its 7000 negative balance. Without my permission how can the bank convert my salary account into savings account? Even they are not intimated verbally... According to rbi guidlines on savings account banks not charge even its negative balance.
            I approach branch, they said come to the branch and close here.
            Please so justice to me. 7000 is huge amount. What is the solution?
            What is the action will take against this bank.

            This company doesn't seems to know what DND means. I did browsed policybazaar once to check car insurance and now they keep calling. I have warn them many times, however same call again. Delete my phone number from your directory. [protected]

              This is my second complaint via email with regards to the above matter.
              Had purchased a Health Insurance Policy from PolicyBazaar Dated: 10-Feb-2020, Booking ID:[protected]
              After multiple calls to customer care all I get is assurance that says ''Sir kindly be patient, the policy will be issued in another 2-3 days'' but it has been more than 3 weeks now and there is no soft copy of policy issued.
              My concern is that in case of an unfortunate event if I wish to make claims during this period, I will have to pay all the expenses from my pocket. On sharing this concern with the so called customer care I was assured that in such a case I can keep the Bills safe and will be reimbursed later, although there is no written proof if this in any email whatsoever!
              Very irresponsible attitude from the support team.
              I am very disappointed with this purchase!

                I was booking an insurance for my two wheeler on dated 05.03.2019 for 1 year rs, 887/- payment successfully done through amazon pay, but status failed in policy bazar and i have not get refund either.                   I have been trying to get in touch with the customer care but every time i call them they tell me to wait for another 3 days and i am not satisfied with their response neither have i received the policy even after 19 days of the payment!
                  There is no information shared via email of the reason for the delay.
                  Very poor customer service.

                    not refunding money after cancellation

                    Madam/dear sir,
                    I have applied for car insurance from the new india assurance co. Ltd. Through the policy bazaar of my car no. Wb20 ag 5615 on 18.02.2020.
                    My previous policy was expired on 18.01.2020. So, inspection was required to issue the policy. After paying the amount they have instantly issued the policy certificate to me and i have noticed that my previous policy certificate expiry date was written there 18.02.2020....

                    wrong registration number on two wheeler insurance policy

                    I have purchase online two wheeler policy having policy no.[protected] from policy bazaar, but when i received its soft copy there is wrong vehicle registration number i got i.e. WB64L5585 and original is WB64L8858.
                    Therefore it is requested that necessary correction please make in the soft copy of two wheeler policy and sent the rectify soft copy please.

                    I didn't signup for policybazaar... I dont want their assistance.. My mobile number [protected] each and every day i m receiving a lot of marketing messages from policy bazaar... There is no option to delete my number from policybazaar site. I have some other policy agents to make my policy not poilypazaar needed.. I am so afraid of my privacy, pls opt me out all those things...

                      Hi all,

                      I renewed my policy[protected] today at 9.05pm isd on february 15 through google pay transaction.
                      Amount was debited from my account but policy was not renewed nor i received any confirmation email from your side.
                      I wonder what service is this from a reputable company like yours.
                      Request you to resolve this issue asap and send me the policy details and confirmation at the earliest.
                      I don't want to escalate this issue with the higher authorities.

                      How can the complaint be resolved if no resolution has been provided as of yet ??? You can't just mark it resolved from your end if you've received the complaint. Pathetic!
                      Police bazar they are called too much, I don't want any support plz unsubscribe my number, no of times told their employees again and again call to me plz unsubscribe my number : [protected]

                          To brief you on the issue, on september 12th, 2019, i logged into policybazaar.com portal to buy car insurance for my 4 wheeler ford fiesta (Ka03mf4323). I picked bajaj allianz as the insurer and filled details appropriately. But once i made the payment of ₹3, 841 the final insurance policy generated from portal had all wrong and random details. I immidiately reported the issue on 12th september and spoke with the customer representative and they mentioned that it could only be canceled if you can share the alternate valid insurance policy, and for that reason i had to buy another insurance from bharatiaxa and submitted the same for them to facilitate the cancelation and refund. The representative assured me that it will be refunded, but taking time due to high demand on insurance policy issuance.

                          3 months later they came back, saying that they cannot refund the amount because the copy i have submitted doesn't match with vehicle details of the initial policy with errors. And i'm not sure how they will match, because that is the primary issue that the policy had all wrong details when got generated from policybazaar.com portal post payment. Hence they are not facilitating the refund.

                          Now, it's been 6 months past 12th september, and i have still not received the refund for ₹3, 841 and struggling with multiple to and fro communication which is not helping. Hence would like to seek your help to capture this as formal complaint and help me out.

                          The SO called policy bazar is playing cheap by calling or giving a missed call to my number on daily basis despite of saying not interested to the term policy.

                          Ujjwal from term department is playing cheap.
                          Policy bazaar calling me again and again and even I have unsubscribed my number and even raised my complaint to the company, they are not taking any action.
                          Please take appropriate action against the same.

                              From more than a month, request policy bazaar to block my number for their sms and calls. They are too frequents and none of their executives are able to do so. Also talked with sr. Executive and tl for the same but not working. Each and every time ask for a manager, the common answer were she is in meeting. Means they are not the appropriate person to talk with the customers in case of any issue.??? Legal can be the way for same.??? For this mental harassment.

                                Dear sir/ madam,

                                I have applied for term life plan from bajajallianz for rs.50 lakh by paying rs.8642/- halfyearly.in the proposal i submitted all details regarding sickness, medical condition, etc. Also submitted 3months pay slips and other documents as was required by policybazar. Application no.[protected] submitted. As per confirmation from them, i have done medical tests on 18.01.2020. After that they simply became silent. Occasional miss calls from some numbers i was getting and later sms that policbazar tried calling me but could not succeed. I have observed hardly few rings came and calls was to cut. I send them message in wa no. But no reply. I opened their site number of times and wrote sincerely that i am concerned to know status of the policy.in reply got calls from help line number that they will call after some time with details. However calls never came. Till date i do not know status of the policy issue.
                                Again i got a e-mail that bajajallianz has directly mailed me for counter offer and payment. However i did not get any mail from bajajallianz. When i opened bajaallianz site, it ws showing wrong spelling of my name and premium of rs. 7324/- against i actually paid rs.8642.
                                Over help line and in their websites, i requested many times that i need the medical report copy for which they have increased premium amount. Also mail directly from bajajallianz regarding the final premium amount and options available with me for going with the premium i paid alongwith application. However stoic silence from policybazae has made me worried and stressed. When i called bajajallianz help line, they refused to talk on the matter telling me contact them where i paid money (Policybazar).
                                Now under this circumstances i need help from your office to resolve the issue and i get my policy issued by bajajallianz. I am regularly doing health checkups and i wanted to see the report done by lab fixed by policybazar/bajajallianz.

                                I paid the premium online on 12/01/2020.
                                Now, I am not interested to purchase insurance policy . But policy bazaar calling me 3 to 5 times per day which irritating.
                                I request them to delete my phone number:[protected] and not to call me.

                                  Almost 2 and half month have passed, all the documents are in place we are eagerly waiting for policy bazare reply if you need anything kindly reply. We are getting charged 350 per day for holding the damaged vehicle in agency godown parking. It is getting very disappointed for the company which is holding brand in the country showing the delivery for the crystal clear case.

                                    Once i purchased one motor vehicle insurance & browsed about term plans on this site. After that i told them i was searching for just info about plans. But they started a fashion of call/ missed call on my calling no. [protected]. I complaint a lot of time about stop calling on my number. But they are not doing this. I get frustrated from this and request you to solve my issue as earliest.
