Got a call from this no [protected] on sunday morning 7th july at 11: 10 a. M. Approximately.
Person consistently irritated by insisting to listen his plan on phone although i enquired online enquiry 1 month back.
On informing him that i will do it online he said that i should have done it till now,.
I asked him not to call and discontinue but he continued arguing.
Therefore i am complaining and mugging my haed for this comlaint.

    I did a policy of maruti a star and immediately cancelled it after 15 minutes as I realised another family member did the insurance offline.

    I called policybazaar and they said money will be refunded and gave refund id- Pb16404535

    However after waiting for 8 days, I sent 2 emails to the company but I have not got any response.

    Please help.

      I purchased a term plan for my wife on 16-jun-2019, keeping in mind that 17-jun is her birthday and premium will increase.
      However, i successfully purchased my policy from policy bazaar with help of their executive and followed the instruction given by him.
      After buying the policy, each day they were giving me update that everything is in place and the policy will be issued soon.
      Suddenly, after 4-5 days, they call me and tell that since the proposal form was submitted after 12:00 am and day was changed so i will have to pay the increased premium.
      I clearly told them that this is not my fault as they didn't tell me at the time of purchase so it is their responsibility and they will have to bear my loss.
      I am following up with them from last 10 days but they are not doing anything on this matter except saying that either go for cancellation or accept the updated premium.
      I opted them for a service and they failed to provide that and now imposing their poor service results upon me. This is not a matter of one time payment, i will have to pay this till the end of policy.
      I am unable to find a way forward. Please help in getting this matter resolved.

        I recently get two wheeler insurance in "the new india assurance co. Ltd" through policy bazaar web site and also i got acknowledgement email with new registered policy details with attachment. But, new policy details not updated in "mparivahan" government application.

          I had log into policy bazar some two weeks back to check on some policy terms and also mutual funds.

          Since then they had started calling me every day, they are calling twice, i told them i am not interested any mall stop calling and harassing us (Me and my wife).

          Next day again same thing is keep on going and going.

          Lately i got frustrated and when one guy called and abused him and told him to cancel our lead. He spoke in a rude way and told he will do something about it.

          Post which i got 5 calls from 5 different again today on 2nd july stating "maam, you have logged into policy bazar just now, what are you planning to take". Where as after that last time login me or my wife we have never logged into it.

          This is ridiculous, i am going to complain against the below number for harassment in the local police station right now. And posting it here also.

          Even till now they are calling me, one of them even told that they will cancel the lead and we will not get any calls.
          But still. And another Girl on the call said " we get trained liked that(HUMKO AISI HI TRAINING DI JATI HAIN).

          I will never recommend policy baazar to anyone . ### it is like mad customer support. They do not understand and keep talking like stupid dolls which has a battery.

          No Professionalism at all. When in the first place I have told them not to call.

            Firstly i was missguided by policybazzar execative regarding icici group term plan. His name is suraj. I was told that. Their will be no document required for group term insurance. I booked it and make payment for it. Afer booking i got mail for documention and medical.
            I raised cancation of above policy on 10-jun-2019. From that they i am continuesly taking follow up regarding my cancalation status and refund. But i am getting only one answer each any every time that "we have forworded your request to concer department" and dont get any new update. I am geeting irritated now.
            Its allready more than 15 day still these people giving same ans.
            I contact to icici afer not geting any update from policybazzar.
            But, icici dont have any details of policy application no and registerd mobile no.
            Neighter they are aware of my policy and its policy cancalation request.
            I cant contact icici now as tehy dont have details and policybazaar saying me same thing from last 20 days.
            If my didnt got my refund soon i will definelty approch to irda.

              Till mar 2019, i was having vehicle insurance from iffco tokio - bumper to bumper since i purchased my car. Last year premium amount was 3571 but idv was around 2.5 lakhs.

              As idv was more, i purchased royal sundaram insurance through policy bazaar and paid rs. 5106. But to my surprise bumper to bumper is not covered. Its great disappointment and information misled in policy bazaar.
              Please resolve this issue.

                The most fraud house i have seen in my life,,, worst behaviour, false committments, taking money and returning in 90 days has been a practice, all house is filled with #, they will keep u on hold and will never come back, they will committ that they will arrange a call back which will never come, they will transfer the call yo senior which he is not and he is an another #,,,, dont want to waste my time and energy,,, god save people from policy bazar

                  I mohd razi taken a policy[protected]from policy bazaar, after discussion with employee i took zero dep plan with comparison of comprehensive plan and received a confirmation mail which mentioned 100% cover for all parts except tyres, tubes, batteries which are covered by 50%. I confirmed and took that policy... After some time i met a small accident and informed to hdfc agro insurance company but they rejected my claim. I don't know why but my car is fully insured.. So why my claim is rejected... Confirm asap

                    Sir,

                    I took a health insurance and there was miscommunication and confuse of information among employees. When i am following up no one is listening anything. I asked for call back and mail back but the employee who co-ordinate is not responding anything. Even if his supervisor also same.
                    To whom i will believe?
                    I took religre health insurance and he told they are wrong and what he is telling correct. He told i will give all written confirmation on friday (21st june2019) but everyday i am sending mail and asked other to have a call back from him but no response from manish kumar.

                    The issue came for tax proof submit under 80d as i have paid 3years premium at one time. So how i will so individual years. But manish and jitender told we will give tax certificate for individual year. Manish told he will send in mail. But now no response.

                    One more issue for 60 years age. As i am continuing from now with religre, then when i will reach 60 then is co-payment applicable for me? He told no.
                    But when i called with number [protected] then abhisek n picked but he told all opposites what jitendr and manish told me. I got confused as your employees are not clear of information.

                      Hello,

                      I was looking for a pension plan and i opened policybazar. One of the biggest mistake. They ask your number and even if you do not submit they store your number and start calling i get 3-4 calls daily and once i received they insist on buying plans even if we just ask for suggestions. I visited the website to compare policies and not to get your calls daily.

                      Apart from that they call and abuse like we are not free here if you don't want policy don't enter the number and # like that they start shouting. Then when we stop receiving the calls from policybazar number they start calling from their personal number i got a call from [protected] please look into the case.

                        Policy bazaar charged me for riders benefit but they didnt provide the correct policy instead a wrong policy was provided to me.

                        Mr. Anil kumar mishra pw12176 of policy bazaar has done all the mess but before taking the policy they connected many times when i called after this issue they never contacted me not reverted me to my telephonic calls and e mails.

                          I am not interested to take any type of call from policybazaar.com. I just logged in to check policies on the market but that was a great mistake. If i want any kind of policy i will do it my self. And please give us an option to delete the account from your system that would be really great.

                            I have paid full amount of policy premium, completed all procedure, but I have not received car policy ( enforcement copy) after 25 days. Even contact number on policy copy is not correct, how and where to contact I don't know.

                            Kindly cease and desist from making calls repeatedly. If I have not picked up the calls or blocked your number it means that I am not interested in your business.

                            I have seen similar complaints with numerous customers. These tactics are appauling. Your reputation has been completely spoilt.

                              Very sorry to say that i got a mail from bharti axa for cancellation request done by me which is shown poor co ordination of your team this is happen second time in earlier in tata sampoorna raksha policy is cancelled due to documentation and all of these i am trying to contact a lot of times but unable to found any clarification to avoid cancellation this is pure harm to customer all of above i am only one thing saying that all of you enjoy due to work done in india because india has very poorest record to handle these type of practice

                                I tried to book policy for my new vehicle on 5th May 2019, After payment transaction there were server error from Policy bazaar.com and policy did not generated. I called to customer care at Policy bazaar they said no policy generated So I tool the policy from dealer.

                                  I have tried booking my car insurance for mp09cw1110 on 13th late evening since 11 PM intried more then 20 times by app and by web portal also but due to error on site coming as no response from insurer my policy booked at 12 15 after lapsation and no customer service available to address issue

                                  I got information for survey booked which later on informed to do it by your own. I made resistance on 3rd call as due to their techinical issue I am getting troubled by company time and again

                                  On 16 I uploaded video and got confirmation for satisfactory survery report as I did uploading as per their guidelines

                                  I again received call fro customer service that as I have done payment late so policy booked in break and survey booked and as I did video late I have to pay extra 750 as rate is getting changed from 17

                                  Indequested to consider my payment date for policy booking but executive not ready to listen and not transfers call to senior and not even booked complaint

                                  Now forcefully my policy got refunded and no response from company

                                  Time wasted
                                  Money wasted
                                  Now will pay penalty all because of poor service of policy bazar
                                  And now no insurance vehicle m driving
                                  It is mental harrasement and if on road something happened policybazaar company will only be responsible

                                  All conversation with executive is also recorded still they are making fool of consumer and irda misbehaving no control on policybazaar and future generally insurance company

                                      Policy number-[protected] done on[protected], invalid policy because as per govt. Rule personal accident cover not given . Check the details and make my policy valid .without the PAC i'm unable to use this policy under any claim, this is the mistake of agent of policy bazaar and i want correct policy or my funds back, my car is grand punto, model 2010, i'm amanpreet singh, from ambalacity, haryana, . I need help to resolve this issue, i pay Rs.6334 for the policy which is an invalid document under the govt. Of india guidelines. I raise complaint against this fraud nd want a justify policy for my car

The 1st premium is paid on 12march 2019 through card ending 0572.This is issued on[protected] and the reference ID:GOL1539983.Now the matter is that I have paid two premium April, may directly to the bajaj alliance .But on[protected] Rs 3000 is debit for www.policy bazarfrom the same card ending 0572 from which the 1st premium paid to policy bazar.It's a matter of fraud.kindly investigate the matter and return the money to my credit card account.Hope you solve the problem as early
