Hi team,

I have purchased a (International) travel insurance for my father in law but still the policy document is not issued. I have verified my inbox and spam email but nothing received so far.

I tried chasing on chat but since its automated chat, i am not getting the expected response. Also i tried scheduling the call for the same but its not working either.

Their travel is planned for tomorrow (12/07) so can you please expedite the same and send an email?

I took a healthy insurance from policy bazaar and their executive filled incorrect details and my policy got cancelled. Waste of money. I tried to contact them several times but no response. They just want to sell policy. Once sold they will not hear anything. No response even after complaining several times over phone and written mails
In reference of my term insurance application no 72778555 dated[protected]. Refund has been processed on dated[protected] Bt till date I didn't receive it. I tried to contact on [protected] Bt no result. So I request you to complete the refund process in reference of said application and thank you

Actual auto debit date is every month of 25but you detected on 06july19. Hdfc company not issuing premium slip. They didn't received money. Where is my money please shortout.       Sir,

      After calling repeatedly so many times, i have not got any single reply from policy bazar on the car insurance issued to me.

      I have attached the policy with this email. I want to raise complaint against policy bazar company and their rude behavior.

      The employee called atanu who was in touch has provided in correct information.

      The policy provided has incorrect mobile number. This is frustrating.

      Please note that i have bene repeatedly informing policy bazar that the policy has incorrect mobile number.

      My mobile number is [protected], however you have not corrected it.

      Mr atanu from ;policy bazar has promised that i will be issued correct policy however he never picks phone also i have not received the call back even.

      In case i still do not get reply i will raise complaint for this against fraud and in local police station in gurgaon.

        I have booked a TATA AIA Life - Tata AIA Life SampoornaRaksha from policy bazar, but due to financial crisis made a decision to cancel the term plan, which i updated /informed to Policy Bazaar through they online facility to cancel the term insurance, I repeatedly inquired about the refund status but till now policy bazar/TATA AIA Life has not made any steps to refund the amount

        I contacted TATA AIA customer care, they asked me to update the NEFT details along with a cancelled cheque, Amount was refunded via net banking . Thank you PolicyBazar and TATA AIA, for resolving the issue and for the extended support, I have received the refund amount

        Every day I am getting So many SMS and Sales calls from policy bazaar.

        I have even tried to unsubscribe from their site however they are not allowing unsubsribing button for SMS, Calls and Emails.

        I am not able to disable the said buttons.

          I logged a claim intimation on friday 05/07/19. Sent all photos, videos and filled all forms.

          Kept chasing for feedback. Got approval yesterday which is almost 4 days later. It was a partial approval of the scratch. Strangely the big dent clearly seen in all photos was completely ignored and refused by insurer. I keep calling policy bazaar asking them to schedule an on-site survey but policy bazaar refusing to honour that request. Moreover i am promised call backs after 30mins to 1 hour. But it never happens.
          They are only interested in selling the policy and not concerned about providing after sales services.

            Hi team,

            I am writing reg my pending car insurance claim, which is in pending status since 6-7 months no progress has been made except the new queries and commitments. You can refer the email with the above subject line which is floating from long time between policy bazaar (Dhananjoy ghosh - claim department and national insurance company & me).

            We had submitted a claim for my car accident, in the month of dec 2018.
            At the very initial stage there was a fault from policy bazaar side, we waited for the claim amount for 3 months, when there was no progress after submitting the claim documents, when we contacted national insurance company they came up with the reason saying that the documents were not shared by policy bazaar with them. Means for 3 months the documents (Images of car & video was with policy bazaar only).

            Still the claim is not yet cleared even after multiple follow ups, every time there is a new query from national insurance side. This time there was a discrepancy in claim form dates, while filling the form date was entered wrongly. So for that insurance company has asked for clarification we already submitted the written clarification still no update since 15-20 days. This is very pathetic situation where the customer is suffering because of carelessness of others.

            Request you to kindly look into this and help us to get the claim amount.

                On 8th march 2019 i got renewed my policy on PolicyBazzar.com, My previous car insurance was with HDFC ERGO but this time i purchased insurance from IFFCO Tokio. I have sentro car model 2011 with CNG fitted and CNG is also added to RC. But problem started when my policy got renewed without CNG in policy. I complained to PolicyBazzar.com and they told me that i have to pay certain amount for addition of CNG in insurance copy. But from last two months i am following with PolicyBazzar.com but still i did not get any positive response. Now i am going to complain in consumer forum and IRDA regarding my issue but i lost my hopes in PolicyBazzar.com

                  Myself deepak sharma and taken two life policy trough policy bazaar last year one in the name of my spouse policy no[protected] and other with my name policy no[protected], same plan for both, but after a year when i go through to paid my premium i am shocked to seen policy paying term and policy term is same but at the time we buy trough policy bazaar executive he clearly told me premium paying term is at the age of 60 years and policy term is at the age of 85 years.
                  In my spouse its mention correct but in my case its mis-selling case.

                  Pathetic when i spoken with her customer executive toll free number she denied it.

                  I hope seniors person of policy bazaar is looking that case seriously and justice with our customer.

                      I hv been following up since 5th june 2019 as there is correction required in my online policy however no one bothered to call and speak. Further i hv sent an email for solution but no revert. Only same email received mentioned “bear with us till then”.

                      This is also to put it in the record that the customer care executive having better communication skills to their supervisor.
                      Ms. Khandelwal doesn’t hv sence that how to talk to customer.

                      Awaiting for solution as policy will expire on 11/07/2019

                        Have contacted customer care more than 5 times below are the commitments which is given by their consultants and nothing worked out.

                        my query: Unknowingly it got paid through policy bazaar paytm and asked team to review and tell me whether it has processed or not.

                        one consultant told me that money detected and will return me policy in 24hrs but till now i havent received yet.

                        Another consultant said like will check with my senior and come back to me but till now there is no response from team.

                        There is no response from this team and from 4th july.
                        i paid my policy on 3rd july for the vehicle TN11-M-9380.

                        Kindly help me on this.

                          I had asked for cancellation of my application [protected] bajaj life goal assure repeatedly on phone and by email. Inspite of my requests, in blatant disregard to the customer wishes, almost 20 days later, policy was issued. Subsequently, the response has not been encouraging to solve the issue. For the past 10 days, i have been calling everyday to get my refund.
                          Request sort this matter to the customer's satisfaction.

                            I was doing my bike insurance on policy bazaar, new india insurance, after filling all the details, the took me to the paymnet gateway, after i filled the credit card details, my money 1408rs has been deducted, but suddenly the payment interface got blank and again they asking to repayment. Did a fraud. No response from them. They send me a message that the payment has been failed, and to coordinate with my bank for refund. But the bank executive says payment has been accepted by the policy bazaar successfully

                            I didnt got my refund yet. Its been 5 days
                            Cheated us and gave a different policy...for our Car. We paid for a zero dept. policy and theygave us comprehensive. While claming the insurance they denied to pay.

                              Got a call from this no [protected] on sunday morning 7th july at 11: 10 a. M. Approximately.
                              Person consistently irritated by insisting to listen his plan on phone although i enquired online enquiry 1 month back.
                              On informing him that i will do it online he said that i should have done it till now,.
                              I asked him not to call and discontinue but he continued arguing.

                                I did a policy of maruti a star and immediately cancelled it after 15 minutes as I realised another family member did the insurance offline.

                                I called policybazaar and they said money will be refunded and gave refund id- Pb16404535

                                However after waiting for 8 days, I sent 2 emails to the company but I have not got any response.

                                Please help.

                                  I purchased a term plan for my wife on 16-jun-2019, keeping in mind that 17-jun is her birthday and premium will increase.
                                  However, i successfully purchased my policy from policy bazaar with help of their executive and followed the instruction given by him.
                                  After buying the policy, each day they were giving me update that everything is in place and the policy will be issued soon.
                                  Suddenly, after 4-5 days, they call me and tell that since the proposal form was submitted after 12:00 am and day was changed so i will have to pay the increased premium.
                                  I clearly told them that this is not my fault as they didn't tell me at the time of purchase so it is their responsibility and they will have to bear my loss.
                                  I am following up with them from last 10 days but they are not doing anything on this matter except saying that either go for cancellation or accept the updated premium.
                                  I opted them for a service and they failed to provide that and now imposing their poor service results upon me. This is not a matter of one time payment, i will have to pay this till the end of policy.
                                  I am unable to find a way forward. Please help in getting this matter resolved.

Ltd" through policy bazaar web site and also i got acknowledgement email with new registered policy details with attachment. But, new policy details not updated in "mparivahan" government application.

                                      I had log into policy bazar some two weeks back to check on some policy terms and also mutual funds.

                                      Since then they had started calling me every day, they are calling twice, i told them i am not interested any mall stop calling and harassing us (Me and my wife).

                                      Next day again same thing is keep on going and going.

                                      Lately i got frustrated and when one guy called and abused him and told him to cancel our lead. He spoke in a rude way and told he will do something about it.

                                      Post which i got 5 calls from 5 different again today on 2nd july stating "maam, you have logged into policy bazar just now, what are you planning to take". Where as after that last time login me or my wife we have never logged into it.

                                      This is ridiculous, i am going to complain against the below number for harassment in the local police station right now. And posting it here also.

                                      Even till now they are calling me, one of them even told that they will cancel the lead and we will not get any calls.
                                      But still. And another Girl on the call said " we get trained liked that(HUMKO AISI HI TRAINING DI JATI HAIN).

                                      I will never recommend policy baazar to anyone . ### it is like mad customer support. They do not understand and keep talking like stupid dolls which has a battery.

                                      No Professionalism at all. When in the first place I have told them not to call.

                                        Firstly i was missguided by policybazzar execative regarding icici group term plan. His name is suraj. I was told that. Their will be no document required for group term insurance. I booked it and make payment for it. Afer booking i got mail for documention and medical.
                                        I raised cancation of above policy on 10-jun-2019. From that they i am continuesly taking follow up regarding my cancalation status and refund. But i am getting only one answer each any every time that "we have forworded your request to concer department" and dont get any new update. I am geeting irritated now.
                                        Its allready more than 15 day still these people giving same ans.
                                        I contact to icici afer not geting any update from policybazzar.
                                        But, icici dont have any details of policy application no and registerd mobile no.
                                        Neighter they are aware of my policy and its policy cancalation request.
                                        I cant contact icici now as tehy dont have details and policybazaar saying me same thing from last 20 days.
                                        If my didnt got my refund soon i will definelty approch to irda.
