Respected sir, Before a week I approached policy bazar for asking about mutual funds. He clearly briefed me. I said thanks and if I interested I will call u. After a week call received from policy bazar and for is there any interest to join in mutual funds, I said no, if I interested I can contact with u. Today I received a call from policy bazar her name was Jyoti, she investigated me why should u take 1 hour briefing with my colleague and done the mutual funds, and she ordered/forced me invest in mutual funds. Her behaviour is so rude and vulgar, pl take necessary action and confirmation be intimate at the earliest please.

    Hello Paisabazaar,
    I am getting frequent sms from paisabazar credit sector daily. Daily I am getting more than 20 messages from different credit sectors. please stop sending messages to my mobile. i am very Much disappointed with you. for every 10 mins I am getting messages from your side. even my network could not identify and block the messages. i beg you please stop the promotional messages. if I need any credit cards or loans I will definitely contact paisa bazar only. My mobile number is [protected].Kindly please help me.

      I have take a two wheeler Insurance policy, but my bother has also taken the insurance policy for same bike from other company, So I cancel that with in a hour, after talking with their customer care executive, they told me you get refund in account with in 15 days but its more then 45 days, they did not refund, every time when I called, they giving another date.

      Its really very-very poor service provider, My advice to all reader is never take any kind of policy from Policy Bazaar.

        My Policy Not renewed, for which i paid on 20th May (Today 6th June), Person Nishant Verma PW04031 not picking calls either, whenever you call, he is on Lunch Break, don't know how much he eat. One time they said(luckily when connected) they are taking to Cigna TTK care, from last 15 days, and hasn't been sorted yet. On 13th June policy will Expire. Please Help

          I have pick online term plan from policy bazar.com of max life insurance and i have paid 9972 rupees as initial premium amount .After Document verfication company inform me through emailed that they can not provied me this plan and your initial premium amount of 9972 rupees will refund you after 5-7 working days .I am waiting to my refund but it have not comes .I also called to max life insurance company costmer service tollfree no but they not give me satisfactory anser .I am thinging to go consumer court to solve this matter and penalty to both Policy bazar as well as max life insurance for cheating with my money.

            I have selected an insurance plan (Hdfc life - click 2 wealth - wop) with 15000 from policy bazaar. On the next day, i dropped a mail to policy bazaar to cancel my policy. This all was done by me before receiving the policy bazaar kit. Now when today i call to customer care department, they told me we can't cancel your policy or we will deduct money then refund rest of the amount.
            Please help me to get my full amount.

            I still not getting any response from policy bazaar regarding my cancellation my policy.
            I have two policy with policy bazaar and I am trying to connect the customer service from last 2 days but customer support keeps forwarding the call to another department. Customer support is not even listening to the issue.

              Few days back I received a call from your end your executive Mr Ashish was on line he guide me about Term Insurance policy of Max Newyork. As he could not have me satisfactory reply of my quire's may be his knowledge is not updated. After that I direct myself to Max Newyork costumer care there I got full information as I request.
              Mr Ashish Make a follow up call in that call I bluntle Conway him that I am going to buy policy from Max Newyork.
              Mr Ashish called me so many times from different different phones. Today at 8.25pm he called me from a unknown mobile no and asked me I m calling from Max Newyork when I recognize and object his calling time he said we are 8 to 9 on job and behaviour of Ashish is so ugly, non tolrable please take action against him on the basis of my this complaint. If satisfactory action is not taken by you I move forward for necessary action।.

                Pls dont buy policy from
                Policy bazaar they are dsa (Direct selling agents) who have same knowledge as you if you do some research prior buying a policy

                Self was fooled by one of their agent to port the policy and instead of porting stupid guy sold me a fresh policy and charged the amount to my card

                After bringing the issue to their notice and same was reconfirmed by other executive via call back

                To get a refund there is nothing in their hand as the cancelllation goes to the actual
                Insurance company

                Policy bazaar are just agents in the middle
                Avoid them strongly... Half cooked knowledge people

                  Dear sir i have picked max life term insurance plan from policybazar.com on 26/05/2019 and paid initial premium amount of 9972 rupees through debit card.I lived in uttarkashi city o[censored]ttarakhand .I upload all required document and then goes to telle medical .After complete this process my application no[protected] is going to other process. On 28/05/2019 i have recived mail from max life insurance and inform that The company can not provid me to this plan beause city is not coverd .They reject my form and inform that the initial premium will refund you within 5-7 days .But the initial premium is not refund yet. I request to you please slove this matter .

                      I bought 2 same child plan for my twince boys from your sales executive nitin and he did a big mistake on payment term and policy term for my policy no. 21271795. He mentioned payment term monthly in place of yearly of amount 30000/-rs and also policy term 18 years in place of 11 years. My another policy no. 21271663 is same as i proposed and there is no mistake. I bought both plans on the same call made by nitin and did payment at the same time. This is a very big mistake made by your sales executive and it is big loss for me. I also attached premium payment receipt for both of policies. Nitin (Sales executive) told me that this is technical fault and it will resolve within 10-15 days but that's never happened. Now he is not answering my phone call and his contact number is +91-[protected] (Nitin).
                      Please try to understand where is the issue and resolve this issue as soon as possible.

                        I have buy a health insurance through policy bazaar in religare by contacting to miss puja garg executive of policy bazaar and she tell me that i can made payment in intervals so i have firstly paid rs.5000 and rs.3387 afterwards and with health insurance i have also take add on services of cancer plan of aditya birla while after doing the payment miss pooja garg tell me that rs. 5000 is reached to religare but rs. 3387 has paid to aditya birla cancer plan and policy is not have been done and that is why she told that she had processed the mail in order to cancel my aditya birla cancer plan and will refund rs.3387 into my account but it has been more than 7 days still now no refund has been initiated. So it is my humble request before your kind end to look into the matter and provide me solution at the earliest.

                          I was trying to check out car insurance on policy bazaar and found one ideal insurance I could apply for sometime soon as my previous policy doesn't expire for next 10 days. But I needed to step into a meeting urgently and the policy bazaar executive kept calling me outrageously. I cut the call three times and then I excuses myself out of the meeting and took to call to tell him that I can't speak now but he refused to listen to me and continued talking and then shouting on me for not answering the call. Very bad behaviour and attitude. Never using policy bazaar ever again for anything. Disgusting

                            premium paid in emi option but charged full

                            Mr. Gaurav mishra (Pw09514) one of the executive advised to go for emi option and guided the step to do so. I have followed whatever he suggested. But the amount was fully deducted, it's not converted into emis.
                            Upon questioning with the policy bazar team they clearly said that i now need to pay in full or else convert it into emi by my end which definitely would induct extra charge.

I have informed the sales persons also to delete my details if any two weeks ago. But even yesterday was getting sms. Today multiple calls. Still getting calls from them. It is annoying.                                 I have taken a car insurance through policy bazaar. Details of policy are:
                                Car make, maruti - ignis zets1, 2 at
                                Registration number: dl9cam7009
                                Policy no.[protected]/00/00000/0.
                                Last month i was going out of delhi and there was a special checkings due to elections, my papers were searched and i was told that your insurance policy is not valid as it is a photocopy. Originals to be produced. But any how on seeing my age the magistrate on duty let me go with a warning that keep originals with you always.
                                I have requested the poilcy bazar on chat to issue the coloured policy and they have insured to send me within 15 days it will reach you. But now over a month have been elapsed and the original policy hase not yet reached me.
                                It is requested that the original coloured policy may be sent to mimmediately.

                                  I opted for a mutual fund online and policybazaar asked for rs 600 as initial payment. I made the payment through policybazaar safe portal and money got deducted. After they directed me to a page and asked me for some details. When i was filling up the details, in between the page threw me an error. Now when i contacted the max life, they said they did not receive the money and problem is at policybazaar end. I dropped many mails and called them (Policy bazaar) multiple times, but did not get any response and my money got lost.in terms of customer complaints, customer satisfaction, their customer care, just everything is pathetic. Never ever try to opt anything through policy bazaar. You will be greatly disappointed.

                                    Hi team,

                                    I had availed a dhfl general insurance - comprehensive policy car insurance policy with the "booking id:[protected]" and application number "pb983pg[protected]" from policy bazaar.

                                    Though i had submitted the required documents and a self-inspection video, policy bazaar nor dhfl have not got back to me with any updates after a payment of inr 21, 026.

                                    After repeated calls, the 1st policy bazaar agent told me that i need to redo the entire self-inspection. So, i opted for cancellation but did not get a confirmation from their team. While speaking to their agent khushboo, i was asked to cancel again, so i requested for a senior support and the agent was reluctant to pass the call which has given me little choice to pursue this matter.
                                    I still have not a cancellation confirmation after my 5th attempt.
                                    Requesting your help as i have been unable to connect with anyone else from policy bazaar.

                                      Requested cancellation of policy. Now they are not responding to my request. I said to the person i talked to, that i will take the policy after settling of my job. But he was so good at convincing that i accepted and took the policy. But now when i am asking for cancellation i had not received a single response from there side. I am having some issue going on with me and i don't want this policy now. What to say, there was incorrect enteries in my form starting from my name, they said send them an email requesting to correct it. I did. And now they have issued the policy without correction.
                                      Now when i am asking them for cancellation they are not even addressing it.
                                      Not happy with your staff, your way of work, you cheat your customer.
