He said that while claiming the policy i can take the benefit of 5+5l. Dear Sir / Mam,

I am Ajay Kumar S/O Sh. Amar Nath from Ahmedabad. I am raised a complaint of changed insurance policy name of Akshay Sankhyan to Ajay Kumar as on previous policy. But no action are taken by anyone and daily they are creating issue when we are calling to customer care no. i.e [protected] and forwarded wrong commitment. I am suffering from last 20~22 days but still no action are taken.

I have purchased one of the investment plans cum life insurance from policy bazaar. The sales person assured me that the plan can be cancelled within 30 days and in this case full refund will be provided.

I cancelled the policy on 17th feb 2019 and on 19th feb'19 confirmation mail received from concerned company that policy has been withdrawn and refund has been initiated...

Through policy bazar, i have booked a health insurance of cigna ttk of worth around 28k plus which made in last november and unfortunately cause of some circumstances, i have decided to pull out myself with the same insurance and i have requested them to cancel and for refund. I got stuck at the proposal form as the registration number on the proposal form is wrongly submitted. It should be ga08 but on the proposal form it is ga02. I called your representative and she told me that nothing can be done and the only thing they can do is to refund me my money back. So i request you to please refund me my money back as soon as possible.

I had purchased a max bupa health insurance from policy bazzar. After reading the tnc, i decided to cancel within 4 days of the purchase. As per policy bazzar push i had converted my normal credit card transaction into a interest free emi transaction with hdfc.

I have purchased two policies for a 2 wheeler from policybazaar.com, then i requested to cancel my first policy on 23rd jan, but till date i have not received the refund. They are just sending me mails to share an update but in actual they are not serious and delaying the process again and again.
