policy lapsed due to negligence on part of pb

Application number:[protected]

I had purchased this policy from pb after lot of follow-ups and insistence from the sales representative. As soon as the policy was issued the agent disappeared and refused to answer any calls from my number. Moreover they missed out to update the auto-pay account number to hdfc which has now led my application to lapse. And if i wish to revive the application, i need to pay a revival fee....

I am not interested to take any type of call from policybazaar.com. This site call me again and again. I just called one executive two year ago for a general query about health insurance. But they called me again and again. I am tanushree sarkar, they even called me to talk to sonia mitra, priyankar roy again and again. It make me disturbed. Consider my privacy. I am not interested to bussiness with you. I have another way to buy policy. Never disturb me again.

    On 04/05/2019, i used policy bazar website to renew my father's two - wheeler insurance (Expiring on 05/05/2019 at united insurance) with united insurance. My account was debited with the premium of rs. 791/- at 10:14 pm but the transaction somehow failed. Till this moment money is not credited back to my account. It should have happened automatically.
    I used sbi internet banking to pay the premium but as soon as the premium is debited from my account instead of redirecting back to the policy bazaar page the page crashed and i received the message transaction failed. Neither of them has acknowledged. No assurance till now of resolution.

      I purchased a car insurance from policy bazaar with national insurance, comprehensive insurance for 7150₹ and they took the payment very fast, as if they will issue the soft copy of the insurance policy at once. They came up with pre inspection policies after they took the payment, i am a house wife, not well versed with smart phones, i repeatedly asked them to refund my monies to my credit card or send some company representative. Its already five days that they have not initiated the refund and also did not accept the vedio of the pb inspection app, my question to the irda is that, why do these agent take the money before hand and they come up with the pre inspection clause. Why not the other way around. I am being harrassed by these company nd not getting any help from their side. I am helpless and want to sue this company for being negligence.

        I have been suffering after tranfering money to buy a policy in sip.
        Under pressure they made me pay money and since then i have sent number of request to speak about my concern but no response. I keep getting requests to fill up my form which i can't without discussing and clarification on some key issues. The sales team are calling at odd hours and when i request a time to call they never call. They told me that i will get full refund if am not happy with the policy but am not getting any clarification which i have been asking from day one when the staff assured to confirm all details on emails which never happened.

          I was contacted by an agent ravi swaroop gupta as a result of my visit on website policybazaar.com on[protected], i clearly stated my medical conditon that i have undergone angioplasty in april, 2016. He suggested kotak mahindra policy and assure me catogorically that it will be accepted despite of angioplasty isssue. He aslo sugested to take 3 years polcy as this will have more chances to acceptance and offered me interest free emi offer. Accordingly i paid rs. 35835.69 from my sbi credit card as against premium of rs. 38611. Kotak mahindra rejected my policy on[protected] and in the mean time sbi card converted my paid amount into emi.

          After chasing a lot of times for my refund and false assurances and i was informed on[protected] by my email that my amount of rs. 35853.69 is refunded vide utr no.[protected]zc300001 on[protected]. However, till time, i have not received the payment in my account.

          My compaint is that :
          1. Since all the payments are made electronically, why my payment has not been credited in 13 days

          2. Since the policy is rejected by insurance company and purchased by me on your assurance, why i sould bear interest on emi

          Therefore, my complete amount payable to sbi card i. E. Rs. 38611.00 should be released immediately

            Few months back i have visited policy bazar to buy a health insurance policy later i bought policy outsite on my personal interest and told plicy bazar executive that i already bought and please don't call me inspite of multiple requests still i am getting calls from policy bazar executive froom last 2 months and surprisingly i am getting calls from same agent on the same day multiple times and daily i am getting min 2 to 3 times and also i have requested multiple times that i am not interested, and still they keep on asking me that where i took the insurance what is the premium and other details which is completely personal to me.

            Today at (May 2nd 2019) 6 :16 pm the executive called again and when my brother lifted the call and due to language problem he talked in telugu and the executive asked him which language you are comfort my brother said telugu then the executive saying # he ended the call,

            Is this the way an customer executive behave with customers, though i have requested multiple times to not to call still i am getting calls and on top of that if we speak in our local languages they say us # i just want to take action on the executive also i don't want any more calls from policy bazar its really irritating for me.

              I am getting multiple calls from policy bazar inspire of telling them I don't want policy and requested to not to call me again but still getting calls from policy bazar people and also when I asked to talk with me in my local language he said me ### this happened to me on 2nd May 2019 6:23 pm got call from no [protected] to my mobile number and this is like harrsment to me

                Dear team, i have vivisted your site last month if i am right for understanding the term policy details.. Later i have informed your team that i am not moving forward with the same as asked to stop calling me about the same and it was not stopped by your team and today 2nd may i received calls from nos[protected].36am) and do to the irritatting nature of your team i really shoutted at the person... After this call i received another 3 calls from different team like life insurence / child plan etc continues from no's[protected].44am),[protected].45am) and[protected].48am)..
                This is really worst thing any such company of yours can do and better stop the same..

                  Policy bazar agent give wrong agent mr. Hunny ameria said lie to me he made policy and with in half hour send my policy in my mail, even i already said him next morning i urgently going to delhi and by cheating he booked my motor inusrance, after that when i again talked him and said about i am on the way to delhi then he said wait 24-48 hour and he denied to talk, after that when i send my cancellation request on[protected] and i buy make insurance offline and upload a copy on policy bazar.com. Then their company send me policy on[protected] which will affected from[protected]. My cancellation requst no. Pb97680405, pb81849736 & pb78616307 dated[protected]. After[protected] your agent give only a new date, till they give me 6-7 time. But not refund my money. Every time they said only a thing that sorry for inconvinence and thier senior never talk or take responsiblity. They said senior not available, don't know why a responsible authority take a strict action against him...?

                    I was just browsing the policybazaar website and then i closed it. Since then i have been getting minimum 8-10 calls everyday from policybazaar with different numbers. I tried to block every number on my phone but i still keep getting calls with different numbers. I have raised a complain in policy bazaar to remove my personal information from the data base and they told me that they will update in the system and i will not be contacted going forward.

                    But i see that the calls are still on with different numbers and this is getting beyond my nerves now. For a moment i thought i will make this as an executive escalation and get this resolved but people from policybazaar dont even bother to reply back.

                    Can we do something about this to get this issue resolved asap.

                    Otherwise i will be forced to take a serious action against policybazaar and trust me i have capability of taking this matter to any level to teach them a lesson.

                      I have bought absl digishield term insurance policy after seeing from your site.
                      It was showing that there will be no medical for this policy. When i paid for policy.
                      Insurer has emailed me with medical schedule.
                      So why policy bazaar shows such misleading ads.
                      And when i tried contacting policy bazaar so many time on their toll free number.
                      They said we will arrange you a return call back.
                      But neither teri call back came nor the problem solved.

                        Yesterday i call a policy bazaar for a fastest renewal my car insurance.

                        That time customer care fake committee mr. Shashank dixit emp:- pw09469 after car video receive we can send your mail id within 4 hours. I am also make payment amt 6260 still i not received payment receipts & cover note of my renewal policy proof. now a call to customer call for status my policy. The person she is saying we confirm you after 24 hours. your policy status . Accept or not.

                        Is't???

                        I have plan on 26/4/2019 for out of delhi.

                        Now i'm cancel my meeting due to wrong committee from mr. shashank dixit emp:- pw09469.

                        I never suggest to anyone for use policy bazaar.com for any concern.

                        I three time call a customer care for status of renewal my car insurance.

                          I Mr. Ajay suryakant rasam taken medical policy on policy bazar (Ref No.[protected] for my mother on dt.10.04.19. (policy bazaar proposer - Mr.Vikas) refer apollo munich insurance company energy silver plan (diabetes and hypertension covered from day 1).
                          I declared all medical history of my mother in proposal form (form attached). Medical test was done 18th april 2019 at subarban diagnostic centre.
                          As per informed by mr.vikas on dt.10.04.2019 in this plan diabetes and hypertension related disease will be covered from day one and if in medical test report other disease if show then policy will be cancelled and all policy amount will get refund without any cancellation.
                          I already mentioned in proposal form my mother suffered from diabtes and she taking tablets everyday. however apollo munich company reject our policy due to diabetes (Glycosylated haemoglobin (HbA1c) showing in medical test report and deduct Rs. 2, 780/- from my policy amount.
                          I want to raise complain on policy bazar and apollo munich insurance company.
                          Enclosed herewith proposal form and rejection letter of company.

                              I am here just only to tell you that from last 3 months i have been trying to get my claim amount from your insurance company but now i have tired after many more calls and emails. Still you have not settled the claim against policy no. (Claim no - 240011/31/2019/034082 of my car rj 29 ca 6016 hyundai grand i10)
                              I am passing through mental pressure just because of you. So pathetic services from oicl and policybazaar.com, now i have decided to lodge a fir against you because you won't listen to me untill unless i lodge fir.

                                I booked two policies, on 24th march; both of them got cancelled on the same day, i still haven't received a payment, i paid through a credit card if i don't get the refund i will have to pay the credit card myself for which i don't have enough funds, it's been going to be over a month now, this delay is going to cost me. Who is going to pay for that?
                                I have written about 5-6 mails over this period addressing the issue.
                                No response.
                                Called customer care, i keep getting transferred saying this isn't the concerned department and then the call gets cut.
                                This is not acceptable at all.

                                  I had taken Max Bupa Health Insurance policyr (health insurance proposal no. [protected]) through Policy Bazaar. Which I cancelled due to a sloppy response from Max Bupa and Policy Bazaar. I cancelled my policy (Ref:[protected] Cancellation Request)on 4th April 2019. Policy Bazaar Customer care told me that money will be refunded in 5 working days. Till Today I have not received a single rupee. Today I received a call for bank details again which I have already shared with [protected]@policybazaar.com on 6th April 2019. And today the customer care executive informed me that it will take another 15 working days. Why do they want to take almost 30 days (Past 14 days plus another 15 days) for refund?
                                  This is very wrong. First of all not giving the refund in timely manner and secondly giving a false information to customer. And then blaming it on server issue or system problem. I demand a very strict action against policy bazaar for this.

                                    I have file my car accidental claim but when I have call to policy bazar they told me you have to intimate claim with in 60 days and need to talk with Insurer after that when I have talked with Insurance company they told me you have to intimate claim upto 30 days and finally when surveyar appoint he unformed me no you have to intimate claim with in 15 days but policy bazar nor inform regarding guidlines at the time of selling...

                                    Please refund premium amount rs.3378/- of my cancellled policy no[protected] dated 13.02.2019 from last 2 months after correspondence amount otherwise i will go to consumer forum in next 30 days. I was also purchase a new policy[protected] for the same vehicle.
