After that pay section of policybazaar suggest me "sir you took same policy for same member now with emi option. First one we will cancelled and amount be refunded in 48hrs. Now last saturday i took policy at 1630hrs. But still waiting for refund

    Hi!

    I have asked porting of policy from my existing apollo munich policy which was going to expire on 24th mar'19. I never asked for fresh policy and loose benefits of porting. The only reason i applied for porting the policy to max bupa and not apply for fresh policy was to maintain continuity and enjoy the benefits. Also i found some of the benefits promised to be missing in your policy documents, for which i paid enhance charges/ premium.

    Initially i was talking to mr. Kunwar vikram singh, however on 23rd mar'19 for certain clarification when i called up policy bazar, mr. Sandeep kumar pandey took the call saying vikram is busy and he will help me resolve the clarification. He informed that for porting the policy i need to take policy and make payment before 24th mar'19 or else i will not get the benefits and it will be considered as new policy, you may validate from recorded conversation. He also told me the benefit of 'heartbeat gold' policy of max bupa that it has only 45 days waiting period for slow growing disease, which i found missing in policy issued.

    I am feeling cheated by policy bazaar and would like to have the escalation matrix to speak to your management for immediate resolution.

      I had paid 6858 for future generali car insurance. Till now i didn't get the policy. One member name neeraj bisht (Bpw07664) always send me mail that two working days it will resolve and then again and again. They had fool me 5 months ago. My policy name is govind prasad agrawal.         I am really disappointed with you service.

        With reference to booking id 94923201 & application number: c[protected].

        Initially offered price rs 3481/- and i have paid the amount online. Later they called and asking to pay additional amount.

        I am not happy and requested for refund multiple times. But when ever i request for call back, i'll get one message stating, we tried to reach you but your are not reachable.
        If i call them, no one is responding to the call.

        Still i haven't got any response.

        Request you to refund the amount asap.

          I had issued a car policy from HDFC ERGO
          I received a call from your executive regarding to cancel this policy and issue a new policy from new India insurance and i was assured that the amount i had paid twice will be refunded back soon and full amount
          But repeatedly I have called and mailed policy bazaar and every time i call I have been assured that it has been done and within 15 days your money will be refunded back
          Now after more than 40 days one of your executives told me that money will be deducted from my paid amount which is not my fault

            Through policy bazar, i have booked a health insurance of cigna ttk of worth around 28k plus which made in last november and unfortunately cause of some circumstances, i have decided to pull out myself with the same insurance and i have requested them to cancel and for refund. Which took almost 3 months to them for processing. Wherever while for making follow-ups with the customer support, no body showed intrest for the same and everytime i was ending up with blah blah excuses.
            Where after three months, once i completed my refund and everything, i asked service support to mail to my bank hdfc, so that they stop cutting down my emi which is still going on 28k/month. & still i am troubling for getting followups and support from policy bazar.
            To be very blunt, i have never seen this type of bizaar service from any insurance supportive company. I really made my wrong decision to come up with policy bazar and troubled myself. They are just making false promises with public over their service and ruining the indian insurance market.
            I really had bad experience with policy bazar and thinking to come up with some legal options.
            Its really pathetic dealing with these services.

                I got stuck at the proposal form as the registration number on the proposal form is wrongly submitted. It should be ga08 but on the proposal form it is ga02. I called your representative and she told me that nothing can be done and the only thing they can do is to refund me my money back. So i request you to please refund me my money back as soon as possible.

                  This is the mail i sent to - policy bazar, called but no response.

                  Poicybazar is behaving like money robbers team - only interesting to take the make policy and after that poor service.

                  Policy bazar website - in my account - it is showing as value 1 cr and premium 6k +
                  Tata aia policy website - in my account - it is showing term value 75 l and premium is 6k+

                  Both are wrong

                  My term policy value is 1 cr, it is premium return policy for 30 years (Premium monthly 8988 rs), premium paid for two months - initially

                  6312 rs while applying and then as part of revised counter offer given by tata aia, link shared by policy bazar for inr 11664 inr.
                  I. E. Paid tow months premium of 17996 rs.

                  Very sad thing is - policy issued for 75 l, premium mentioned is 6312 only. Please correct it and reissue the policy immediately.

                  If policy bazar & tata aia is not serious about customers - cancel the policy.

                    (Date:[protected] i have talked before the month in policy bazaar for that investment plan and then i have invested in bajaj life long goal in direct bajaj website, and policy will be issued 3 days, the problem is yesterday[protected] call came up from policy bazaar and he asked with an investment plan and i say i have already direct invested in bajaj life long goal, then he took my application no. Then i clarified my policy. When i saw my mail today[protected] they have misused my application no. And created new bajaj goal assure policy in 66 policy term and monthly 6, 000 rs.

                    My request pls take that an action on that. Because don't misuse any kind of information.

                      I had purchased a max bupa health insurance from policy bazzar. After reading the tnc, i decided to cancel within 4 days of the purchase. As per policy bazzar push i had converted my normal credit card transaction into a interest free emi transaction with hdfc.

                      Now even after 3 months, i am paying my emi to hdfc credit. As per policy bazzar they have refunded my money.

                      Even after multiple calls and emails, no response.

                        I have purchased two policies for a 2 wheeler from policybazaar.com, then i requested to cancel my first policy on 23rd jan, but till date i have not received the refund. They are just sending me mails to share an update but in actual they are not serious and delaying the process again and again.
                        Its very shame that a company like policy bazaar who claims to refund the amount within 15 days is not actually following it as it is 2 months that i requested the refund but don't received yet. I don't trust policy bazaar and never ever take any policy in future from policybazaar.com.

                          I purchased a commercial car policy of shriram no 10019/31/19/009801 for rs. 16060 in the name of jai shivaji tours & travels on 22nd feb 2019 and despite sending the correct details and also mentioning the same on phone, policy bazaar team issued me a policy with an incorrect model make and cc of the car. When i asked them to change it, they said they will take 2 weeks from their end to connect with the insurer and confirm the same. As i had to submit my insurance to the rto, i decided to cancel the policy and take a new one.

                          I emailed policy bazaar for cancellation of the policy on 22nd feb. On 23rd feb i applied for cancellation once again on their webite and uploaded the new insurance policy document. Post that they again asked me to mail the new policy and pancard. As the company has closed down a year ago, the pancard was not available. But as the registration of the car had the proprietors name, i provided with his pancard. Policy bazaar team called me twice to tell me to resend the company pancard and said it will be difficult. On 12th march i received a call from[protected] at 1.45 pm where i was told that without company pancard, my refund will not be processed.

                          I then connected with shriram directly and within 4 hours, they cancelled my policy with the same documents that i had submitted to policy bazaar. Unfortunately as they receive the information yesterday, they have charged me for the premium from 22nd feb - 12th march and have only returned rs. 15168.

                          Despite giving the right information, cancelling the policy at the right time, giving them right documents, the team has been deceitful. I expect to be returned the remaining amount of refund which was deducted due to policy bazaar team's negligence and an apology from the team for mental harassment and for lying to me.

                          I requested to cancel my HDFC policy on the same day of opening. I contacted ur repersentive on WhatsApp they assured that ur policy to cancelled. But my policy issued after 2 days and now saying that not possible to close. But m unable to continue to this policy as I requested on the same day before issue my policy.

                              While discussing on the new policy to be taken, customer support was very cordially and promised on no documentation and no hassles.
                              Post getting the payment, the next call i get is submitting 5-6 documents and that too by courier with time limit.

                              And on asking the refund back for the money also, they need cancelled cheque even if the payment is done by credit card.

                                I made the mistake of enquiring about a life policy on the policy bazaar website about 2 years ago!!! I call it a mistake because since then till now i am being harassed by phone calls from their agents. I have requested them to stop calling. I have pleaded them to stop calling. I have shouted at them to stop calling. I even went to the level of calling them names so that they stop calling!!! But nothing changes. This is sheer torture. I have blocked so many different numbers but each time they call from a new number. Is there no solution or end to this nightmare???

                                  I'd purchased a policy of bajaj allianz ulip plan in year 2017 but never add my card to auto deduct premium for this however i did purchased this policy this card.
                                  Since 2017 i've pay it's premium through other source but last month feb 2019 the premium of inr 2500/- auto deduct from my card on policy due date 28th february and same amount name of policy bazaar has not been reflected in my policy.
                                  I'd discussed this whole thing customer care also of policy bazar he just ingored me & almost 10-12 request raised on policy bazar app regarding this niether they are call me nor reply this

                                    The salesman or agent or staff of policy Bazar who called me on this number [protected] on[protected] at 17:49 and trying to sell term insurance by humiliating me. While at the very beginning I made it clear that I won't buy, he kept on doing that. Asked his name, was giving wrong name. Jogendar Kumar may be his name was. His arrogance and tone of selling was totally wrong. When I replied I'm mature enough to decide what to buy or not he replied I'm immature etc.

                                    Point is I have bought two policies at policy Bazar and feel good at that. But this kind of attitude not only provoke me to close those insurances and buy at somewhere else but also I won't refer to anyone. Please treat this matter urgently basis or I'll complain again in consumer forum with a written complaint copy at your head office.

                                    Hello my name is anoop singh i had book a policy fir my car on dated 19.08.2021 around 5:30 pm that the payment was deducted and the customer care executive told me your policy will b generated with half an hour after one hour i called back to policy bazar customer care than they told me policy will be sent to your registered e mail id which is anoop.[protected]@yahoo.com but policy was not sent on dated 20.08.2021 i waited gor whole day but policy soft copy not recieved then i call back again PB customer care number he said your policy is confirmed but there is a technical issue so your policy is not generated. The policy will be sent to you by the end of the day every time i talk to PB cce they gave me the same reply (within one hour two hour) but policy copy not sent till date. My previous policy has been expired and i am travelling many places without car insurance i am afraid of chalaan. Who will be responsible if my car has a chalaan.???

                                      I searched for travel policy on policy bazaar for my parents' travel to uk and other european countries. Selected policy with %50kcover including peronal accident cover from iffco tokio,
                                      After paying for the policy, i received incorrect policy. Below fields were inaccurate -
                                      - name was mentioned wrong
                                      - personal accident cover was excluded from the policy (Where i had specifically read in policy wording before buying that the peronal accident was included)
                                      - countries visiting was wrong. The issued policy mentioned "belgium" while i had mentioned multiple countries in my proposal - uk, netherlands, france, switzerland, belgium, germany.

                                      All these wrong information caused me inconvenience a lot.
                                      Also when dicussed with policy bazaar consumer contact person, he said, that's how the policy gets generated by system and i should ignore the countries-visiting field.

                                      Iffco tokio on the other hand told me that the policy i bought was excluding personal accident cover and hence they cannot do anything about it.

                                      Policy bazaar website doesn't even show me which policy i had selected once the payment is made. I cannot even read through the full policy details before paying for the policy or even after paying for the policy. This is very bad website and totally disappointed with them.
