my term life policy cancellation request not considered and money taken from my account

I was provided term life insurance (Application no. Op[protected] from icici prolife by policy bazaar along with my car insurance on 07-jan-2019. I was told that i can cancel within one month if i am not interested.

I have called policy bazaar for cancellation and they promised for a call back which never happened.

I have also raised a request "pb60010901" online in policybazaar on 23-jan-2019 for cancellation...

policy refund amount not getting even after 50 days

Sir / Mam I have requested to cancel my car policy pbw/[protected] wide booking id 92385888 on 18 dec 2018. but not getting amount refund till now again and again i was told to wait for next 10 days. please do some needful at the earliest for the said refund. thankyou

After few minutes of conversation the behaviour and the way the agent spoke was very rude, kind of he was threatening me. wrong selling, false promises

Please do not fall for any kind of selling by policy bazaar no matter what they say. I feel duped by them. Finally they will sell where they will make money. I was sold click to invest in 2017 sep and i put in 21000 inr every month. Now i have a total loss of more than 50, 000 on my invested money. All due to policy bazaar. Never ever fall for them....

Contacted max bupa multiple times and was informed my complaint is registered and they would get back to me. Now i keep getting mails from max bupa stating they tried to reach me and could not. This is a lie. If they wanted to give me a resolution they could have informed me what action they have...

Mr. Vikash from policy bazaar called me from phone no [protected] on 02/02/19 at 03:38 p. M and misbehaved with me. He said, "how can u buy insurance policy from anyone else". He is very rude during conservation. It was a very bad experience. He insulted me. So i request you to pl look into the matter and take action in this regard. I took a car insurance policy from ms. Jyoti and in spite of telling her numerous times the details in the policy are still incorrect. She even assured that once i make the payment, i would get a call back from her and she would assist me in the process to get a hard copy. But as expected she was only interested in achieving her targets and not concerned about the customer service.

I brought a new max buppa medical policy for family. After 10 month i came to know that policybazzar executive lied to me that the policy will also cover rs. 6500 of opd every year.

There were other policy available in bit cheaper price with same coverage but we paid more for max buppa to have opd coverage. Now we feel like we have been cheated.
