I purchased a commercial car policy of shriram no 10019/31/19/009801 for rs. 16060 in the name of jai shivaji tours & travels on 22nd feb 2019 and despite sending the correct details and also mentioning the same on phone, policy bazaar team issued me a policy with an incorrect model make and cc of the car. When i asked them to change it, they said they will take 2 weeks from their end to connect with the insurer and confirm the same. As i had to submit my insurance to the rto, i decided to cancel the policy and take a new one.

I emailed policy bazaar for cancellation of the policy on 22nd feb. On 23rd feb i applied for cancellation once again on their webite and uploaded the new insurance policy document. Post that they again asked me to mail the new policy and pancard. As the company has closed down a year ago, the pancard was not available. But as the registration of the car had the proprietors name, i provided with his pancard. Policy bazaar team called me twice to tell me to resend the company pancard and said it will be difficult. On 12th march i received a call from[protected] at 1.45 pm where i was told that without company pancard, my refund will not be processed.

I then connected with shriram directly and within 4 hours, they cancelled my policy with the same documents that i had submitted to policy bazaar. Unfortunately as they receive the information yesterday, they have charged me for the premium from 22nd feb - 12th march and have only returned rs. 15168.

Despite giving the right information, cancelling the policy at the right time, giving them right documents, the team has been deceitful. I expect to be returned the remaining amount of refund which was deducted due to policy bazaar team's negligence and an apology from the team for mental harassment and for lying to me.

I requested to cancel my HDFC policy on the same day of opening. I contacted ur repersentive on WhatsApp they assured that ur policy to cancelled. But my policy issued after 2 days and now saying that not possible to close. But m unable to continue to this policy as I requested on the same day before issue my policy.

      While discussing on the new policy to be taken, customer support was very cordially and promised on no documentation and no hassles.
      Post getting the payment, the next call i get is submitting 5-6 documents and that too by courier with time limit.

      And on asking the refund back for the money also, they need cancelled cheque even if the payment is done by credit card.

      Fake promises and fraud company.

      I got calls from policy bazaar everyday by different numbers and I'm irritated a lot. I have nit access their website..First of all I'm not looking for any policies so stop calling me..Many times I told them that I don't want any thing still they are calling me... please remove my contact details from your database.

        I made the mistake of enquiring about a life policy on the policy bazaar website about 2 years ago!!! I call it a mistake because since then till now i am being harassed by phone calls from their agents. I have requested them to stop calling. I have pleaded them to stop calling. I have shouted at them to stop calling. I even went to the level of calling them names so that they stop calling!!! But nothing changes. This is sheer torture. I have blocked so many different numbers but each time they call from a new number. Is there no solution or end to this nightmare???

          I'd purchased a policy of bajaj allianz ulip plan in year 2017 but never add my card to auto deduct premium for this however i did purchased this policy this card.
          Since 2017 i've pay it's premium through other source but last month feb 2019 the premium of inr 2500/- auto deduct from my card on policy due date 28th february and same amount name of policy bazaar has not been reflected in my policy.
          I'd discussed this whole thing customer care also of policy bazar he just ingored me & almost 10-12 request raised on policy bazar app regarding this niether they are call me nor reply this

            The salesman or agent or staff of policy Bazar who called me on this number [protected] on[protected] at 17:49 and trying to sell term insurance by humiliating me. While at the very beginning I made it clear that I won't buy, he kept on doing that. Asked his name, was giving wrong name. Jogendar Kumar may be his name was. His arrogance and tone of selling was totally wrong. When I replied I'm mature enough to decide what to buy or not he replied I'm immature etc.

            Point is I have bought two policies at policy Bazar and feel good at that. But this kind of attitude not only provoke me to close those insurances and buy at somewhere else but also I won't refer to anyone. Please treat this matter urgently basis or I'll complain again in consumer forum with a written complaint copy at your head office.

            Hello my name is anoop singh i had book a policy fir my car on dated 19.08.2021 around 5:30 pm that the payment was deducted and the customer care executive told me your policy will b generated with half an hour after one hour i called back to policy bazar customer care than they told me policy will be sent to your registered e mail id which is anoop.[protected]@yahoo.com but policy was not sent on dated 20.08.2021 i waited gor whole day but policy soft copy not recieved then i call back again PB customer care number he said your policy is confirmed but there is a technical issue so your policy is not generated. The policy will be sent to you by the end of the day every time i talk to PB cce they gave me the same reply (within one hour two hour) but policy copy not sent till date. My previous policy has been expired and i am travelling many places without car insurance i am afraid of chalaan. Who will be responsible if my car has a chalaan.???

              I searched for travel policy on policy bazaar for my parents' travel to uk and other european countries. Selected policy with %50kcover including peronal accident cover from iffco tokio,
              After paying for the policy, i received incorrect policy. Below fields were inaccurate -
              - name was mentioned wrong
              - personal accident cover was excluded from the policy (Where i had specifically read in policy wording before buying that the peronal accident was included)
              - countries visiting was wrong. The issued policy mentioned "belgium" while i had mentioned multiple countries in my proposal - uk, netherlands, france, switzerland, belgium, germany.

              All these wrong information caused me inconvenience a lot.
              Also when dicussed with policy bazaar consumer contact person, he said, that's how the policy gets generated by system and i should ignore the countries-visiting field.

              Iffco tokio on the other hand told me that the policy i bought was excluding personal accident cover and hence they cannot do anything about it.

              Policy bazaar website doesn't even show me which policy i had selected once the payment is made. I cannot even read through the full policy details before paying for the policy or even after paying for the policy. This is very bad website and totally disappointed with them.

                I purchased an icici prrulife term policy paying 1800 per month through policy bazaar, however your team has charged me for another 2 policies and 1 from hdfc worth 3601 rupees and another also from icici prulife for an amount of 1800 again. Which means : i paid 3601 + 1800 extra for 2 more policies and, please cancel the other 2 poliices and refund the full amount.

                  I have purchased apollo munich policy (Application number b[protected] through policybazaar.com.
                  And due to their fake prices shown initially which purchasing. I paid total amount and 2 days later they mail me sdue to some reasons you need to pay extra amount.

                  And i immediately canceled the policy and submitted my cancellation cheque soft copy. Even though i have mailed it some many time to policybazaar and apollo munich they kept on saying that they didn’t received any mail.
                  So i physically went to apollo munich branch and submitted hard copy. No they said it will be processed with in a week. And it’s been 2 weeks and i have not received proper commitment from both of them.

                  Still i have not received the refund.
                  Why don’t policy bazaar team don’t do follow up with the customer to know whether customer received the refund or not.

                  You people will call 100 times to sale the new policy but is this the service you people offer. You people promised that you will take care regarding refunds and claims if any thing happen. But zero efforts from you guys.

                  Still i have not received refund. And i faced very bad experience by purchasing policy through policy bazaar. I initially approached to do renewal of old policy but you guys suggested to take apollo munich which is worst in customer service like policy bazaar.

                  My suggestion to people is that don’t be fooled by this policybazaar.com website.

                    Harshit sinha sales person sold me policy by telling me fake promised of getting 100% refund if i cancel policy in free look up period but once i paid amount, he ignore my calls and after cancellation in free look up period, he deducted my amount 890 rs from premium amount.
                    Now i am trying to call him but he continuosly ignoring me and telling me useless excuses of deduction.
                    Policy bazaar also not helping me out.
                    Do not trust policy bazaar ever. Such a scam.

                      This is in reference to my booking with policy bazaar i booked on 1st march 2019.
                      When i came across pb for the 1st time, i thought it to be a very professional company with high spirited customer service policy. Also, had an impression that it will save me from misleading policy agents who gives false commitments and fabricate facts.
                      Under this impression i searched through options on pb and the agent (Working with pb) suggested me a hdfc ergo policy (Details below). The idv of the vehicle was clearly mentioned by him to be 4, 50, 000.00 inr and the premium to be 16, 984.00 inr. I agreed to him and paid, that was my biggest mistake and the moment my sufferings started.
                      I have to upload an inspection video through their app (Which does not work at all). It took me four long sincere attempts to upload the video to them, wasted 4 days in this. At last i started to believe everything is sorted, but not so soon. They called me up 2 days after (When i called them to inquired for my policy). They changed the idv of the vehicle (Without notice) and differed from all the agreed facts of their prior commitments (Written). They are no different than the misleading insurance agents who can do anything for money. This killed my 10 days and most importantly my trust in pb. I won't recommend pb to any of my near ones and will also bring in notice this unprofessional practices of pb to maximum people that i can.

                        I had paid 30248/- inr for buying health insurance on policy bazaar.com on 11th feb 2019. After 4 working days they came back and asked for an additional premium of 4000/- so, i decided to cancel my policy on 17th feb and communicated the same to them on 17th feb 2019.

                        Despite multiple emails, they delayed canceling my policy until 23rd feb. The refund for the same is still not issued as i write this letter (5th march).

                        Request you to kindly ask them to refund my money with 1 month interest (1%)

                          I made the payment of 20, 490/- to aditya health insurance via imps for health policy on 8th dec, 2018 (Ref id :[protected] and was confirmed by policy bazaar agent (Vinod pathak) that they have received the payment and will issue the policy within 2 days. And after that i neither got any response nor policy from policy bazaar. And then after 2 months the policy got cancelled and refund processed on 28th jan, 2019. I received email from policy bazaar to wait till 23rd feb, 2019 to get amount credited. And its 5th march, 2019 today and i did not receive my refund. No customer care and no team members are responding well.

                          I am really fed up with the policy bazaar team and now submitting complain here. I hope for positive response.

And after that I neither got any response nor Policy from Policy Bazaar. And then after 2 months the policy got cancelled and refund processed on 28th Jan, 2019. I received email from Policy Bazaar to wait till 23rd Feb, 2019 to get amount credited. And its 5th March, 2019 today and I did not receive my refund. No customer care and no team members are responding well.

                          I am really fed up with the Policy Bazaar Team and now submitting complain here. I Hope for positive response.

                            Policy bazaar customer care is so pathetic they are cheaters and they molest the customer my money is double deducted in a policy due to auto pay i called them for help they are just misquiding i even sent them the proof of my credit card statement that money has been deducted by policy bazaar but no response they are cheating pls help us out someone pls help

                              Hello sir,
                              I'm tarun mamnani 2 months ago i have purchased a four wheeler policy from www.policybazaar.com on 2nd january 2019.
                              After purchasing they do not generate policy within 24hrs so i have cancel the policy and send the request for refund on 6/01/2019.
                              Till date they are telling wait for sometime refund will be intiated.
                              How much should i wait for money.

                                Policy bazar is a big fraud company don't believe sales person, i have booked child plan with hdfc via policy bazar after paying money sales person not attending my calls. And they don't care even you got policy or not. Then we have to struggle with banks where we have booked policy. Cheating innocent people and eating their money. Still waiting for refund..

                                one month has past, but still struggling to get back refund amount.

                                For Rs.5000 i am struggling so much, i have to put so many reminders. i can imagine if it would have been my claim amount than my family would never get the money. Please understand this is my money which i am asking a refund .

                                  I have taken term policy on 31.12.2018 immediately after hearing words from pb agent. He told me that from next day on words premiums will increase and not given time to take policy (Register) myself by evening. Pb agent submitted my application with wrong details. My policy was generated on 09.01.2019 and i found some mistakes in my details and mailed to bharati-axa, policy bazar so many times i contacted pb team. No progress both are not responded. 2 days before bharati-axa mailed me come to nearest office to change with original proofs. I purchased online i sent all documents, identity cards to pb team. Why i have to go nearest office beyond 100km. This is the failure of pb team for not sending of documents to company or misguided me.
                                  After reading mail i under stand if any thing happened during this period the company may not pay sum assured. For pb receiving commissions, reaching targets they played games with my family protection, future.
                                  Please solve if you are genuine other wise refund my premium i wii go n purchase in my nearest companies

                                    Too much phone calls from policy bazaar disturbing daily life. Please don't disturb with phone calls. Not interested in this policy making. The photos of list of phone numbers are attached.
                                    We are no more interested in this policy making. Various phone numbers are coming from policy bazaar everyday. It is really disturbing. Inspire of blocking phone numbers, there is no rescue.

                                      Dear team,

                                      I have purchased car insurance policy from policy bazaar. Bajaj allianz. Policy detail og[protected]-00134205. I have searched for best policy at best price but without my knowledge they have issued wrong policy having voluntary deduction of 15000. After so many calls and complaints at customer care they did not correct my policy rather then saying buy another policy and they will cancel current policy with some deductions. I request you that please look into this matter and give me full refund of my policy if they cannot change. I am being gone through mental stress as well due to they are not ready to listen me. Looking forward.
