I bought a car policy of premium rs 21779 on 30th november 2018 but due to some issue, on 18 dec 2018, i apply to cancel it on the suggestion of policy bazaar staff shiwani and taken new policy for my new dzire car on 18 dec 2018. I was told that ur amount will be refund once you take new policy but so far i didn't receive any money. After i call them, they keep repeating me same stuff "your refund has been initiated, please wait for 7 days."now simultaneously two policy running for my same car. Please solve the matter at the earliest.

Policy Bazaar customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
i was cancel my policy dated 25.12.2018(policy issued date 10.12.2018)but the refund not credit my account till the date.
i was sent several mail and calls to concern for the same but the refund not got till the date, am very frustrate for that.
no body help for that
