As a new user i have paid my activa insurance from bharti axa for Rs924 my money was deducted from my account but transaction failed and there was a false statement that i have press the back button during payment website i have attached the screenshot of my bank account statement and mail which i have received from policy bazar
I request you to please refund my money as fast as possible

They give me several times .But still Pending .And not get any solution till now .

    I had renewed my bike insurance from your website, and payment was also successfully done and got your confirmation about transaction. It is very irritating about your side, not issued my insurance policy and also no return of my deductible amount. Complaining so many times through customer care no. and emails, each time a false promise given to me.
    If the matter is not resolve within two days from today (21_01_2019), I will go to consumer court with all the mail's I had written to you.

      I bought a new india car insurance policy from their website and by mistake put 25% as ncb. I got an message that if ncb is not correct then your insurer may decline claim. I immediately raised a change request as per their instructions this was in jan 7 before my old policy was getting expired. Since then only update i get from their is date. First 16-jan, then 26-jan then 21-jan. Meanwhile my policy has expired and when i tried to cancel old one and buy a new one policybazaar insists on cancellation fee as per them invalid policy issued by themww is active!!! Isnt his ridiculous? Please help.

      All - do not buy policy from them as there is not due diligence done by them during issuance. Better buy it from agent or insurance provider directly rather that risk your life their false promises.

        I wanted to renew my old policy but policy bazar (Mr. Gaurav), issued me new policy and told me that he renew my old policy. Than i cancelled new policy, bolicy bazar team told me that the money will return in 10 to 15 days but still i don't get my money back. It's very bad experience with policy bazar..           I naineesh agarwal had taken travel insurance policy in your policy bazar website on 29/12/2018 and had claims to cancel my policy as trip was cancelled beacuse of medical reason but one month going to pass no refund in my bank till now as you said refund had been initated but no refund very bad online policy manual policy is better as we can say people here no one is liable for us..

            Opted to go with policy bazaar for a policy port to max bupa. Had informed them that there are pre-existing conditions and they told me that its not a problem. And then after a few days of me making the payment policy bazaar reps told me as that it's not possible to port to max bupa with existing medical conditions. So, i asked them to give the refund, they told me for that they will have to do some sort of investigation to check if what i am saying is true, after a week or so of that, they told me a refund date of 15/01/19 first and then changed it to 19/01/2018. Guess what no refunds yes. Called them on the number they gave multiple times. The reps that picked the phone said they are from the renewal team and that they have informed the refunds teams regarding the same and that i will get a callback from the refunds team within 15 mins. But never got any call from there side. Just today i have made 4 calls. Same result every time.

              I had paid 6858 amount on policy bazaar site on 10 nov 2018. For car insurance from future generalli insurance company ltd. They always said that tomorrow u will get or 4 days time by mail. Still now i had not get my policy. No refund. I m very much frustrated. The agent is block my number.in toll free my call is automatically disconnected. I don't know who is cheating me.

                By mistakenly, i have visited policy bazzar website and uninstalled that day itself.

                Eventhough if i unsubscribe from all of their communication, daily i am getting calls from them. I have intimated them to make my number as dnd.

                I have already registered my number as dnd in my network as well.

                I don't want any calls from the policy bazzar team or paisa bazzar team moving forward.

                This make me sick and tired and i need file a case against them for my inconvenience

                  I bought a policy of premium rs 17436 on 14th december but due to some issue, i cancelled it. As per them, the refund has been initiated on 21st december but so far i didn't receive any money. After i call them, they keep repeating me same stuff "your refund has been initiated, please wait for 7 days." neither do they give me the transaction id.

                    I have taken a two wheeler insurance in dec 2018 and there was wrong information in the policy paper regarding the manufacturing date of the motor cycle. After repeated follow up and mails still the same is not resolved after 30 days time and till asking for 10 more days on email

                        I had been contacted by mr abhishek from your end for a policy that i had to buy for my nephew. I wasnt satisfied with the policies and explanation that he had given. He had called me from his mobile and as per our talk he asked me to take policy in my name and keep the child as nominee. I wasnt satisfied with that so i didnt proceed. However, he started fighting that if i didnt want to buy policy why did i waste his time. Again and again i received calls from your end and today when i asked if it is a compulsion to buy policy if i inquired about them i got a reply that yes it is if i am asking about the policy benefits and taking his hours time on phone. Do mail me if this is the case. Furthermore i do not want to buy any policies from you due to this rude behavior. Policy agents spend several visits and traveling time to get new customers and you guys cant even spend telephonic time for your customers.

                          I had my insurance policy renewed for my car through policy bazaar. Now the issue is that car is registered in the name of my wife who is a sole proprietor of a company. During renewal, i took the policy in the name of her company as i believe both are same entity. There was no advice given by the policy bazaar agent in not to do it. The insurance was renewed. Now when my car met with an accident they have rejected the claim stating that the names do not match in the rc book and the insurance. My question is that how did they issue me a policy when there was a mismatch in the rc book and the insurance form, when they do look at these documents at the time of renewal. Isn't a deliberate attempt on the part of policy bazaar and the insurance provider (Hdfc ergo) to dupe the customer by having a reason to not pay for the insurance? Policy bazaar has washed off their hands saying that it is between me and the insurance service provider and have stopped responding to any of my emails.

                            I bought a health insurance policy for my parents through policy bazaar - aditya birla and after pre-medical check up, ab suggested to opt for a different plan and with higher premium. I rejected it and submitted for refund request a month back. I was promised by policy bazaar executive that the entire amount would be refunded soon but i have been following up every day and haven't got any update either from policy bazaar or aditya birla. People call 100 times before payment, but after that there is a clear change in the attitude. Rs 2.5 lakhs hard earned money is not a small amount and every day is a loss. Who will pay the interest? No one is ready to take the responsibility and treat customers like crap.

                              I have renewed my car insurance policy using policy bazaar website. But my last year no claim bonus was provided 50% intead of 45 %. On same day of renewal of policy i have raised request to cahnge my no claim bonus and charge me extra 5%. Policy bazaar representative assured me and ask me to wait for 10 days. Now four times they extended their dates (6 jan, 11 jan, 16 jan and now 21 jan) no sloution is done yet, only thing and i am getting is a new date. They are not correcting ncb at all in my insurance policy.

                                      I'm really very much disappointed because the policy taken is full of mistakes such in home address and vehicle registration number. Now the schedule pdf issued by the insurer totally differce from the soft copy issued by policy bazaar. Future generali says that the policy is of 4, 500 rs and has no add on. But i had paid 7, 500 rs for the insurance to policy bazaar online which clearly mentions all ad on's such as zero dep etc.

                                        I am an nri based in malaysia and bought a maxbupa health policy (Health companion) from your website. When got a called from policy bazaar for confirmation and issuance, i decide to cancel that policy and go with other plan. The person at policy bazaar said, i will get call from their side to give me new policy.
                                        Got a call (Near 26 oct 2018) from policy bazaar and the person, mr sanjay (Email : [protected]@policybazaar.com) sold me heart beat policy, but sent me a link from maxbupa.com directly and asked me to pay, and i paid.
                                        He said, now my heart beat policy will be issued, and health companion will be cancelled and refunded. I was at ease then.
                                        After 3 months when i tried to login to maxpuba, i saw my health companion was active while there is no reference of heart beat, though i paid for heart beat already and asked to cancel health companion.
                                        Had a call with policy bazaar (5th jan 2018) and shared all details of payment and was told, maxbupa refunded my payment. Within a min i checked my account, with no refund, then they changed statement that i never paid for heart beat and was said bluntly, that policy bazaar discussed with maxbupa with maxbupa, there is no payment details with given reference number.
                                        Note that my health companion is still active from 10th oct 2018, which i asked to cancel then and there.
                                        Got a call again (7th oct 2018), now they have all my details of heart beat plan and now suddenly all payment they have from oct and maxbupa sent me policy details (Issued on 7th jan, 2019 with start date of policy as 26/oct/2018). Wow, i have 2 policy running in same period, one which they issued it without my consent, and even never cancelled after discussion and in return sold me one extra policy, and one is that extra policy which they sold me.
                                        And more wow, now they say to me, for my first policy, which i already asked them to cancel, and in whose return i bought the second policy, they will deduct 50% payment, just because their employee mr sanjay (Email : [protected]@policybazaar.com), was successful to sell me new policy, but forgot to cancel old policy. So, 2 policies kept on running in parallel.
                                        When i asked to speak to mr sanjay, they say it’s not required.
                                        When i say them to listen to call conversation between me and mr sanjay, they say it’s not required.
                                        Only thing that is required is to deduct 50% payment and give me back 50%.
                                        So, for one policy now, i should pay 150% premium. That’s even more now.
                                        Policy bazaar, if you really care for your customers, let’s see how you will handle this.
                                        Surely, normal people of your call centre have no power.
