refund of premium debited but transaction failed.

On 25/01/2019, i used policy bazar website to renew my two - wheeler insurance (Expiring on 26/01/2019 at icici lombard) with hdfc ergo. My account was debited with the premium of rs. 5723/- at 6.26 pm but the transaction somehow failed. Till this moment money is not credited back to my account. It should have happened automatically.
Apparently policy bazar used the payment gateway of paytm. My grievance is against both these service...

policy refund amount not getting even after 40 days

I bought a car policy of premium rs 21779 on 30th november 2018 but due to some issue, on 18 dec 2018, i apply to cancel it on the suggestion of policy bazaar staff shiwani and taken new policy for my new dzire car on 18 dec 2018. I was told that ur amount will be refund once you take new policy but so far i didn't receive any money. After i call them, they keep repeating me same stuff "your refund has been initiated, please wait for 7 days."now...

I have purchased a car insurance "policy from policy bazaar". Policy is of "united india insurance company". My car had an accident on[protected]. Survey made a survey report of approx. 13000. I repaired the car in maruti garage in sikar and paid for that. Till today the policy bazaar or insurer don't provided my claim till today[protected]. My policy no. -[protected]....

Awaiting refund. Policy bazaar does not reply on queries. 2 months of procastination and false promises. I receive different information from every other executive. Every new individual confirms they have taken over the complaint. No one is willing to solve the issue. The company is interested only in sales and misleading the public. Running advertisements on tv for free insurance is not sufficient....

As a new user i have paid my activa insurance from bharti axa for Rs924 my money was deducted from my account but transaction failed and there was a false statement that i have press the back button during payment website i have attached the screenshot of my bank account statement and mail which i have received from policy bazar
I request you to please refund my money as fast as possible...

two wheeler insurance renewal issue

I had renewed my bike insurance from your website, and payment was also successfully done and got your confirmation about transaction. It is very irritating about your side, not issued my insurance policy and also no return of my deductible amount. Complaining so many times through customer care no. and emails, each time a false promise given to me.

refund money because of cancellation of health insurance policy

I wanted to renew my old policy but policy bazar (Mr. Gaurav), issued me new policy and told me that he renew my old policy. Than i cancelled new policy, bolicy bazar team told me that the money will return in 10 to 15 days but still i don't get my money back. It's very bad experience with policy bazar.. Opted to go with policy bazaar for a policy port to max bupa. Had informed them that there are pre-existing conditions and they told me that its not a problem. Hi,

By mistakenly, i have visited policy bazzar website and uninstalled that day itself.

Eventhough if i unsubscribe from all of their communication, daily i am getting calls from them. I have intimated them to make my number as dnd.

I have already registered my number as dnd in my network as well.

I don't want any calls from the policy bazzar team or paisa bazzar team moving forward.br...

refund not received after 1 month

I bought a policy of premium rs 17436 on 14th december but due to some issue, i cancelled it. As per them, the refund has been initiated on 21st december but so far i didn't receive any money. After i call them, they keep repeating me same stuff "your refund has been initiated, please wait for 7 days." neither do they give me the transaction id.

wrong policy generated and not rectifying the same

I have taken a two wheeler insurance in dec 2018 and there was wrong information in the policy paper regarding the manufacturing date of the motor cycle. After repeated follow up and mails still the same is not resolved after 30 days time and till asking for 10 more days on email

They are just cheating and harassing customers and stern action should be taken on them immediately by applicable authorities

pressurizing for policy

I had been contacted by mr abhishek from your end for a policy that i had to buy for my nephew. I wasnt satisfied with the policies and explanation that he had given. He had called me from his mobile and as per our talk he asked me to take policy in my name and keep the child as nominee. I wasnt satisfied with that so i didnt proceed. refund of rs 2.5 lakhs for health insurance

I bought a health insurance policy for my parents through policy bazaar - aditya birla and after pre-medical check up, ab suggested to opt for a different plan and with higher premium. I rejected it and submitted for refund request a month back. I was promised by policy bazaar executive that the entire amount would be refunded soon but i have been following up every day and haven't got any update either from policy bazaar or aditya birla....

wrong no claim bonus calculated and now not correcting it.

I have renewed my car insurance policy using policy bazaar website. But my last year no claim bonus was provided 50% intead of 45 %.
