Dears,

I have taken policy from policy bazaar.com for tata aia and i have to make some amendments in the policy and i have reminded them multiple times from 16 february onwards but once they took money they are not responding now. I have asked them for refund but no actions as of now.

Asked for refund atleast 3 times.

They are not refunding my 12750 rupees

    This is regarding cancellation & refund of my investment policy (Application no.[protected]).

    I am an nri residing in dubai.

    I once visited the policy bazaar website to check some investment plans (Which was a big mistake). Since then i started getting calls from their sales team from india. They kept on insisting me to provide some time so that they can explain to me about some good investment policies.

    On 18th feb 2019, i received a call from one of their sales representative ms. Deepika. She introduced me to a señior sales person mr. Tarun who specifically handles nri customers. He explained to me about bajaj alliance goal assure policy and convinced me to go for an inr 50000 monthly premium. However, i was hesitating to go for a higher premium and told him that i need time to think.

    But mr. Tarun convinced me that i might miss the opportunity to invest in this policy if i delay it further. He promised me that i can reduce the premium amount later or i could cancel the policy within one month if i am not interested. He also assured me that i can always contact him through online chat if i need any help regarding the policy. I made the payment of inr 50000.

    Due to some personal reasons, i had decided not to proceed with the policy and requested policy bazaar to cancel the application and provide me the refund. Since then there is no response from them. I emailed mr. Tarun many times, however, i never got any response. This is very disappointing and it has caused a lot of mental agonies as i don't get any proper response from their support.

    I contacted bajaj alliance for cancellation of the policy however they told me that they need a confirmation from policy bazaar, till date they have not received any confirmation. I am wondering why it would take so much time for providing an email confirmation.

    I have never come across such a pathetic service from an online service provider ever in my life.

    I'm fed up their customer service and i want them to refund my money and settle this issue as a high priority.

    Today I called Policy Bazaar and spoke to Ms. Deepika. She informed me that she had already sent the confirmation to Bajaj Alliance for the cancellation. Later, I received an email from Bajaj Alliance confirming that my application got canceled in their system and the money will be reverted to my account in 10 - 12 working days.

      I took a religare health insurance along with everyday care rider.
      It was told to me by the policy bazaar executive that in rider i will be covered with 15000 where as i have to pay 5000 for the rider. I mentioned clearly that i will be living in ahmedabad and lucknow. I purchased the policy on 24/09/19.
      When i visited a hospital in october it was told to me by the insurer that i can avail the rider in network hospitals only with a capping of 4200 rs only for a year (Whereas i had paid 5000 for a year).
      Somehow i disgusted it having lot of conversations with policy bazaar executive.
      I again got ill in january and when i checked with religare insurance, to my surprise they told me that the rider facility can only be availed in 5 metro cities (Delhi, mumbai, chennai, pune and bengaluru); whereas i clearly mentioned to the policy bazaar executive that my home town and working town is lucknow and ahmedabad respectively. This ends me up stuck with my 10000 rupees, beacuse if i want to be diagnosed i have to travel first to these 5 cities.
      I desperately want to teach these guys a lesson as i am in constant touch with these guys but no solution as per them.

        Hi team,

        This is regarding cancellation & refund of my bike insurance policy ([protected]).

        On 11th january, i have tried to renew my bike insurance for tn 24 ad 9210. Also i have done the two transactions due to transaction timeout (Booking id for 1st and 2nd transaction is : 99936600 and[protected]. Finally insurance got renewed two times and two policy was generated. Below are the details of the policy generator.

        Policy number for the booking id 99936600 and 99944498 is[protected]and[protected].

        So i contacted policy bazzar customer care and told them to cancel one of the insurance and refund the amount. They assured me that it will be refunded within 15 days on jan 18, 2019 but still i did not get the refund amount till now. I request you to interven in this and help me to hey back my refund amount athu the earliest.

            I have checked for insurance from policy bazar. I havent said that someone should call me.
            In a day I have got 12 calls irrispective of I was not picking up them due to my work. Ultimately I received one call and i said politely " i was just going through the site ." Customer care agent said, "Please do something else for timepass". This is some arrogant answer I got. First of all you guys continuously call spamming our phones even though we have not opt for this.
            and such arrogant attitude. I will never use policy bazar and let my other friends tell about this.

              I have paid initial premium on 25th january 2019 and medical happened on 30th january. But still not received policy. After long time came to know my policy not issue due to incomplete application form. Which was not explained by the executive. Now i am asking the resolution since last 20 days and everyone is saying will check and update and will send it to concern department. It became just like govt office.

              Need the policy at same price what was explained. Else will do take legal action.

                I had purchased a 4-wheeler zero-debt insurance policy through policy bazaar of oriental insurance co. Last year dated : 7th march'18, as my previous policy got expired a day before i. E 6th march'18, the policy got a new policy of oriental insurance through policy bazaar mobile app, in which i got the policy online only, no pre-inspection report was taken as my previous policy of bharti axa was already expired a day before, now in dececmber'18 my car met with an accident for which i went for a service in company owned body shop (Renault), they didn't had a cashless service for oriental insurance so i had to pay an amount of around rs.18, 300/-.
                Now when i submitted all the original bill documents to the insurance company (Oriental insurance co.), it went for processing, and they called me that the claim couldn't be processed, as my previous insurance (Bharti axa) got expired by one day and no pre-inspection report was provided to them.
                Now the point is the concept of pre-inspection report, which had to be taken care by policy bazaar, was not at all asked during issuing of the policy nor i had information about the same, now when i coordinated with the policy bazaar team for the same, they are saying that the claim has been rejected by oriental insurance as they don't have the pre-inspection report, this report should had been asked by them (Policy bazaar) during issuing the policy.
                Now even after having the insurance, who is the one here in loss... Its me.
                Requesting to take relevant legal actions against policy bazaar team... Making fool of people on the name of policy.

                  Sir,
                  I bought my car insurance policy from policy bazaar. While purchasing it on 23.10.2018, the policy bazaar executive said it cashless policy, which i confirmed several times, also i questioned him that my car is 2011 model, then how can a cashless policy be issued. But executive assured me that digit insurance provides cashless policy for such vehicles.
                  I paid the amount and policy no. D[protected] generated from digit insurance.
                  On 11.02.2019, i met an accident. I informed the digit insurance. Claim no.[protected] registered. I completed all the process and got the car repaired. Repairing bill was rs. 8138.00. I mailed the bill to digit insurance executive mr. Chandra babu. He told me that this policy is simple comprehensive and not zero depreciation. He calculated the refund amount rs. 4650.00
                  The policy bazaar executive cheated me for selling the said policy. If there is any call recording system, recording of conversation between us can be checked.
                  I request you that such an cheater executive should be punished and my policy be treated as cashless. And digit insurance be asked for the full refund of my claim no.[protected].

                    Dear all

                    On 23rd i purchased max bupa 10lac health policy in which i have mentioned my medical family history which i have reconfirm to their investigation cell as well but once policy was issued on 25th jan'19 there was no medical history present, i request to policy bazaar to mention which took along 10 days. On 5th feb'19 i received call from max bupa for cancellation of my policy with deduction.

                    Today as on 13 feb'19 policy bazaar has not taken any action till date for 100% refund and also i haven’t received my refund amount as well

                    My request is i has been cheated by policy bazaar for three things:

                    1. Rs 32526 amount charge but as on 13th i haven't received my refund

                    2. After knowing the medical history why they haven't mention to insurer

                    3, continuous follow-ups still no action from policy bazaar

                    Request to please address my issue and do the necessary action

                      I've place a order 30th jan 2019 for 1 year car insurance of ifco tokio company through policybazaar.
                      I've paid rs 3363 for 1 year insurance amount and order completed successfully.
                      After receiving soft copy in mail i found that soft copy was wrong as my current policy start from 1-feb-2019 and ends on 30-jan-2020 but in soft copy it was showing me 15-dec-2015 to 14-dec-2016 which is incorrect.

                      It's almost 15 days still they are telling me i've to wait more.
                      I want refund for my policy.

                        Following up from last 3 months and there is no single response for my refund for policy took from policy bazaar and asking my personal bank/card details and all.

                        Really a worst service by policy bazaar and its a fraud company, making 100 emails and 1000 phone calls but still no response from policy bazaar and even they blocked my phone as well and not able to connect to policy bazaar

                        Could you please help here to get my money back from policy bazaar i have mentioned my policy number also

                        I can see from account status and refund is still not initiated i want my money immediately for my medicine

                          I pay through google pay my amount got debited and bank also said transaction successful. But policy bazzar said payment got failed.
                          I tried lots of time mail after mail but not getting any support
                          Amount is very high for me 7883. Please help me on this regard.
                          I never use such service and never recommend any one.
                          Please help me on this regard i'm thankful to you.

                            I bought my car insurance policy from Policy Bazaar, while purchasing it they said it cashless policy. which i have confirmed so many time. Right it is being three months since I havent got refund. due to flood in kerala my car was booked into workshop for repair and insurance was approved that is the time i came to to know executives in policy bazaar had cheated me it was not cashless policy. since November 2018, Every day I have been calling them other than sorry my problem has not been solved yet. every time they will we will give you a call that all then we have call them to remind. I dont want to know name any one. Every one who read this i request you to not to buy policy from policy bazaar. Those who are working them dont even feel shame to lie again and again.

                              I had booked a car insurance policy whose policy no is[protected] with policy bazar of inr. 2, 183 on 1/11/2018 which was generated in the name of previous owner, than i called customer care and was advised by one of sales representative whose name was prateek kumar bhatnagar to apply for a new policy against the incorrect one than only the previous policy will get cancelled. Than he had booked a new policy on 2/11/2018 by assisting me on phone call whose policy no is[protected] which also was of inr. 2, 183 and than they told me to wait for policy soft copy which i havnt recieved after calling several times.
                              Than i had to face many difficulties for not having insurance and was fined also by traffic police. I also shared this incident with after sales team of policy bazaar. Than again one of representative had advised me to get a policy from other company and apply for cancellation of both policies and i would get refund within 7 days after sharing the new policy soft copy on pro-rata basis. On 22/11/2018 i had again booked a new policy from coverfox.com which i had shared with policy bazaar team for getting refund.in return they asked me to wait for 7 working days and after 7days i called several times for my refund but i havent recieved yet. It has been 3 months and the policy bazaar team is going on posponding my case and not helping me in getting my money refund.
                              I am sharing the transaction details screenshot below. Please help me in getting my refund as soon as possible.

                                Myself Mr.Biswajit Saha. I took a health insurance of cigna ttk from policybazaar on 31st March 2018. Policy number - PROHLR[protected].

                                Agent promised me to give an IHO plan of rs 5000 if I took that policy from policybazaar. Convinced by his offer I took that policy. But still I did not get that promised voucher.

                                Now they are offering me alternative benifit worth of rs 1000 only. Pathetic service. They are fraud.

                                  I, manohar saini, policy number[protected]Max life insurance company) here want to brought your kind attention that premium amount of rs 2059.83 for the month of jan 2019 had been auto debited from my account in the name of policy bazar on dated 28th jan 2019 but this deducted premium amount has not been further tranfered to max life insurance by policy bazar and due to this i have not received my preium receipt for the month of jan 2019 from max life insurance company.
                                  As this is negligency from your part. Why premium amount deducted not tranfered to max life insurance in due time and who will be responsible if my policy will lapse due to delay in payment?
                                  As this is a serious matter. So please look into the matter & do the needful.

                                  Now issue regarding to no updation of premium receipt for the month of Jan 2019 has been resolved, as today dated 14th Feb 2019, I have received premium receipt for the month of Jan 2019, which is delayed by 17 days to update the premium receipt.
                                  Anyway thanks for your cooperation. Also please ensure from your part that this type of negligency will not repeat in future as due to delay in premium payment from your side may lead to policy lapse and as a result of this insurer and his family may suffer from the existing benefits of the policy.

                                    Bought a 2 wheeler insurance from policy bazaar. Insurer is bharti axa. They sold it with out pa cover. After paying the premiun amount online, when i received the policy paper, i found that pa cover is null which makes the policy invalid as pa cover is mandatory for any 2/4 wheeler insurance now a days. Checked with policy bazaar customer care. They asked to forward d/l and smart card of the vehicle. They also said that they will check with bharti axa and will come back within 7 days with a link to pay the extra amount for pa cover. Its more than a month now. Every week i am receiving email from policy bazaar where they are extending the date and doing nothing. They are saying that bharti axa can not calculate the amount which they want for the pa cover.

                                    I am ready to pay and get ta proper insurance. Really dont understand what the issue is.

                                    Customer care is also hopeless, they are lying on face. They disconnect the call on face if i ask for a justification or if i ask them to connect me to a senior. They are also lying and showing such attitude as if i am asking policy bazaar to pay the money on behalf of me.

                                    So frustrating. Suggestion is to avoid policy bazaar.

                                      Bought an online health policy from policybazaar.com, on 21-dec-2018 as per there instruction i made an online payment, as per there executive manisha choudhary promise i was supposed to get soft copy of policy on my email add within 24hrs which has never been mailed to me till date, 3days later i got a call from policy bazaar for loading fee of trs.1040/- which i denied to pay as they has said me previously that its a final amount you have to not pay any extra charges. So i cancel my policy after arund 5days, and call maisha for same she said u will get refund in 15 working day but its now more then 45 days i haven't receive my refund yet.
                                      Policybazaar should be sacked by irda. This is a fraud company. Now no one receive my call from policybazaar and i[censored]nfortunately they receive my call they listen to my issue and keep me on hold and drop my call. I had wrote them 100 of mail for refund but receive there standard #.

                                      If anyone have there mumbai office add, pls sms me on same number. And if anyone have received a refund do let me know the procedure.
