Bought a 2 wheeler insurance from policy bazaar. Insurer is bharti axa. They sold it with out pa cover. After paying the premiun amount online, when i received the policy paper, i found that pa cover is null which makes the policy invalid as pa cover is mandatory for any 2/4 wheeler insurance now a days. Checked with policy bazaar customer care. They asked to forward d/l and smart card of the vehicle. They also said that they will check with bharti axa and will come back within 7 days with a link to pay the extra amount for pa cover. Its more than a month now. Every week i am receiving email from policy bazaar where they are extending the date and doing nothing. They are saying that bharti axa can not calculate the amount which they want for the pa cover.

I am ready to pay and get ta proper insurance. Really dont understand what the issue is.

Customer care is also hopeless, they are lying on face. They disconnect the call on face if i ask for a justification or if i ask them to connect me to a senior. They are also lying and showing such attitude as if i am asking policy bazaar to pay the money on behalf of me.

So frustrating. Suggestion is to avoid policy bazaar.

    Bought an online health policy from policybazaar.com, on 21-dec-2018 as per there instruction i made an online payment, as per there executive manisha choudhary promise i was supposed to get soft copy of policy on my email add within 24hrs which has never been mailed to me till date, 3days later i got a call from policy bazaar for loading fee of trs.1040/- which i denied to pay as they has said me previously that its a final amount you have to not pay any extra charges. So i cancel my policy after arund 5days, and call maisha for same she said u will get refund in 15 working day but its now more then 45 days i haven't receive my refund yet.
    Policybazaar should be sacked by irda. This is a fraud company. Now no one receive my call from policybazaar and i[censored]nfortunately they receive my call they listen to my issue and keep me on hold and drop my call. I had wrote them 100 of mail for refund but receive there standard #.

    If anyone have there mumbai office add, pls sms me on same number. And if anyone have received a refund do let me know the procedure.

      Policy bazaar is harassing and their agent muskaan spoke in such a rude abusive way. She should be fired immediately as a customer service agent you should know how to interact. It is the worst experience i have had. I myself am a relationship manager and we have to be patient, just because i couldn't take out time she started yelling on call. They need to learn some etiquettes....

      I purchased a two wheeler insurance policy from policy bazaar on neme of polavarapu naga ratnam email : [protected]@gmail.com on dt. 07/02/2019 for that rs. 924 rupees paid from my bank account.

      But the policybazaar is not issued me the certificate. And on the screen message appeared as transaction failed.
      I enquired through tollfree contact number, but call center executive told me that the company not received the paid amount. So i request you to please help me..

        I was provided term life insurance (Application no. Op[protected] from icici prolife by policy bazaar along with my car insurance on 07-jan-2019. I was told that i can cancel within one month if i am not interested.

        I have called policy bazaar for cancellation and they promised for a call back which never happened.

        I have also raised a request "pb60010901" online in policybazaar on 23-jan-2019 for cancellation for which i did not get any feedback.

        Moreover the biggest pain is the 2nd premium rs.570/- is taken from my credit card automatically. I am sure that i have not given any "standing instruction" but still policy bazaar is able to take the money from my bank account.

        I feel fooled and cheated by both policy bazaar and icici prulife.

        I wanted to cancel the ICICI prulife 'Term life insurance' but it was not done by Policy Bazaar, and they are taking money from my credit card without my permission or 'standing instruction'. This is complete cheating.

          Sir / Mam I have requested to cancel my car policy pbw/[protected] wide booking id 92385888 on 18 dec 2018. but not getting amount refund till now again and again i was told to wait for next 10 days. please do some needful at the earliest for the said refund. thankyou

            I want to take insurance policy for my bike hero splendor pro through policy bazaar.com and when i take insurance policy for my bike the policy bazaar says that we send you your insurance through curiour within 1 working day but i received a message today from policy bazaar that we send your insurance in 2 working day due to delayed so that's why now i want my money back rupees 850 as soon as possible

              Hello, myself neeraj sharma was browsing for a health insurance policy at your website policy bazar, i wanted cover for myself, my wife and my 70 days old kid, i chose max bupa plan for the same, as i was filling up details i realised that the policy covers kids after they are 91 days old so i cancelled the plan and thought i would get it when my kid is 91 days old, the next day i got a call from your representative asking why i cancelled the process, i told him the reason to which he replied that - if you take the policy now you can add your kid when she turns 91 days old by making a simple phone call to us or the concerned insurance provider it's an easy process and you will also get discount if you work this way and your premium will be less, if you go for insuring all three people later your premium will be more in comparison. I asked him time and again that i have to add my daughter in the policy and there should be no problem later and he reassured me for the same.
              Now when everything was done the insurance company representative told me that is not possible and i could only add my daughter when i renew my policy next year. He told me he will arrange a call back but no contact was made further. My friend has her neonatal child covered in her insurance policy.
              I am really annoyed by this and you guys better sort this out, i have call recordings as proof, i don't want to take it any further if you guys honestly sort this out, but if this is the way you lie and loot your customers i'll have to see some legal options.

                Today[protected] i had purchased a comprehensive policy for car insurance. After I had purchased the policy i received a call on my phone [protected] from policy bazaar executive asking me as to why i did not purchase life term policy which was given as an offer along with the car insurance at a meager premium of rs 340 for 25 lacs. This actually was a trap as there was no offer of term policy bundled with car policy. She then said that she would send the link separately on my mail. She also insisted that i should use only credit card to make payment.The company issuing term policy was Max insurance where as i had purchased car insurance from oriental india. When i enquired from her that what would be the frequency of payment, she replied that i would have to make the next payment when i again renew by car policy( indirectly implying annual payment of Rs 340). By that time i had read the terms and condition which clearly mentioned that policy has to be paid on monthly basis. There fore i inquired from her as to why she was mis selling this policy to me. On seeing that her ploy to deceive me had been caught by me, she started abusing me and disconnected the phone.
                i am not sure whether policy bazaar is aware of what there call center executives are doing..

                  One of the agent of policy bazar called me on [protected] at 11.13 am on 06/02/2019 regarding health insurance as i have searched for it on 05/02/2019. After few minutes of conversation the behaviour and the way the agent spoke was very rude, kind of he was threatening me. When i asked him to talk properly he became more rude and disconnected the phone. The agent and the service of policy bazar is ridiculous. Bad experience. Not going to refer anyone.

                    My registered mobile number is[protected] and i have booked a renewal of insurance for my toyota fortune are through universal sompo insurance company i have paid to policy bazar almost 1 week back and every day i am being told that due to a technical hitch my insurance renewal is not yet processed today i have spoken to universal sample and they have informed me that there is no such technical hitch their online system i am sure this is not true what i am being told and i want the insurance to be issued today itself as i cannot use my car from tomorrow otherwise i may be provided with a alternate transportation i am very very appalled to be using policybazaar for my services very very regretfull indeed

                      It's been more than 4 months when i purchased policy. Now, i am looking for help from their website but the staff (Parveen_pw00309) don't know whether i even bought any policy from them.

                      He talked like he has given the policy in free. He was commanding and made me feel like hell. Such a rude and illiterate person they have hired.

                        I am trying to renew my car insurance. I have called you today 5 times but every time the call got disconnected from your side and nobody phoned me back. There is no point that agents are giving their employee id and name on the call and don't say all calls are recorded. It's just a script, just a formality. I want a call back from you today asap. It's a very big company but you guys are just playing with the name, doing unethical things on the call. Call me asap

                          Please do not fall for any kind of selling by policy bazaar no matter what they say. I feel duped by them. Finally they will sell where they will make money. I was sold click to invest in 2017 sep and i put in 21000 inr every month. Now i have a total loss of more than 50, 000 on my invested money. All due to policy bazaar. Never ever fall for them.

                              2yrs max bupa health insurance sold to me by policy bazaar, payment was to be paid in 1yr stating no cost emi and was charged 12 percent interest. Contacted max bupa multiple times and was informed my complaint is registered and they would get back to me. Now i keep getting mails from max bupa stating they tried to reach me and could not. This is a lie. If they wanted to give me a resolution they could have informed me what action they have taken instead of the lies that the could not reach me.

                                Mr. Vikash from policy bazaar called me from phone no [protected] on 02/02/19 at 03:38 p. M and misbehaved with me. He said, "how can u buy insurance policy from anyone else". He is very rude during conservation. It was a very bad experience. He insulted me. So i request you to pl look into the matter and take action in this regard. So that no such incident happen to anyone who visited web-site of poilcy bazaar.

                                  I took a car insurance policy from ms. Jyoti and in spite of telling her numerous times the details in the policy are still incorrect. She even assured that once i make the payment, i would get a call back from her and she would assist me in the process to get a hard copy. But as expected she was only interested in achieving her targets and not concerned about the customer service.

                                  During the interactions, she acknowledged that she has revised year of manufacturing to 2009, because of which my premium, as well as the available options, went down. But my policy still shows the year 2010.

                                  I booked my complaint and the next day i got a call from one of their executive at 11.30 a. M. I was pre-occupied in an important meeting yet i took out time and informed him - either get the requisite corrections in the policy or if he is unable to then - he can cancel it and initiate the refund. He suggested me the following options:

                                  An amendment is possible but you need to pay for that - why am i supposed to pay while it was a mistake of their sales executive. How could they even expect customer would pay for their errors. Now i feel this mistake was intentional to lure more money.

                                  Option 2 - cancellation is possible but i need to provide an alternate valid policy - have these guys lost it? If i have a valid parallel policy why would i buy one more from policy bazzar??
                                  And more importantly, while issuing a new policy they do not even ask for the previous policy but while canceling they need a valid parallel policy. How is this justified? My previous policy expired on 30th jan 2019 but they could still issue on 31st jan a new one without even inspection. Now when i am asking them to cancel it because they messed it up, they ask for a valid parallel policy. The reason is quite obvious now, their sole intent is getting money by hook or by crook and then harassing customers.

                                  Before i hung the call, their executive informed me that he will discuss this matter internally and would come up with a solution in the next two hours. But there is no response.

                                  Before buying the policy, i got multiple calls because i seemed a potential customer to them but now these guys are least bothered, simply because they got the money. I must say these guys are real "thugs of hindustan"

                                  Its been more than two weeks but the status remains as it is. With every passing day, they hit another all-time low. They are penalizing the customer for their own technical glitches.
                                  The unprofessional team at policy bazaar booked a policy and messed up the details. Then took a week's time to listen to the recordings and understand that there was a technical fault at their end. In spite of knowing and acknowledging the fact that their incompetencies lead to the entire episode, they still have the courage to ask cancellation charges from me for their own errors.

                                  It is very disheartening to know that they can penalize the customers because of some technical glitch at their end. Moreover, in spite of knowing the fact that there is an error, they are not willing to cooperate.

                                    I bought my car insurance policy from policybazar.

                                    The moment i made the payment. I got a call from policybazar end.

                                    They said - you made a mistake and you have to buy a new policy.

                                    And once once you will buy new policy. Your previous policy complete amount will get refunded in your account withing 5-6 working days. And you wont be charge anything for the wrong policy.

                                    I did the same and believed on their lie.

                                    Now its been more then 10 days and still not refunded.

                                    Now they are saying you will be charge for some amount. And not telling me exactly when will i get my refund.

                                    Dear friends.

                                    Do not believe if you will get any call from policybazar while booking a policy
                                    Or even if you are just inquiring for quotation.

                                    There are some bunch of cheaters. Who are just misguiding and selling policies to us with false commitments and information.

                                    I will escalate it on top level and with concern regularities who are taking care about complaints of customer regarding such mental harassment.

                                    They are just like a dalal who are just making commissions between customer and insurer with false commitments
