It has been 24 days from now i have not got my refund. I have made ample of calls but no one is seemed to be bothered about giving right information. I have generated ample of call backs and complaint numbers none of the got reverted. I asked for a email id to write to, i got of rakhi where i write. She just dropped me a diplomatic mail stating they are working on it. Tell me how much time will take its already been 24 days no refund done yet. Who is responsible for the same? Such a poor service. To sell, you people do 50 calls but in such issues no one reverts. Now can you tell me how much time you will take more to refund my money? Or you are going to refund it or not so that i may proceed for legal process.

    I booked a car insurance in october 12th, the car insurance was expiring on 29th october, they deducted the money and then i waited in vain for them to respond... Nothing for 10 days in which i must have send 4 mails and many phone calls to cancel as i did another policy, then they send the soft copy of the policy on the 30 th

    I asked for a refund, refund process not happening till date as they have numerous excuses one after the other, on top of that they have the unethical practice where they say the refund will happen but with some deductions pro rated... When it is policy bazaar inefficiency in sending me a soft copy in time why should the customer be made to pay the deduction specially when even after issuing the policy, they have taken more than 20 days in even initating the refund... I used to book with them,,, their arrogrance knows no end... I wish them the worsrt possible thing that can happen to their company... This is nothing less than fraud and cheating

      Hi,
      I would like to register my complaint against poicy bazaar.
      In brief: i mr. Ashis dutta has applied for a car insurance with bajajallianz general insurance co through their broker policy bazaar.
      Policy bazaar reprehensive mr. Avinash – employee code, pw01794 was coordinating with me for the said sale. I had been ask to send a scan copy of my car registration certificate and existing policy copy, while agreed upon the policy premium and conditions, he had forwarded a link to make the payment. But during crosschecking, i had found that the variant of my mahindra scorpio car is not the same i am having. Just immediately i, intimate the same to mr. Avinash and he conveyed that he has crosschecked with the company, that actually happening due to some software problem i am not able to see the correct variant but at the time of getting final policy printout the variant will be mentioned correctly and i don’t need to be worry as he is there for me. He provided me the payment link and accordingly i make the payment on 29/09/2018 as mentioned in the link, through net banking, eventually got a mail copy of my policy bond without any correction and mr. Ainash got vanished.
      Till then i am writing to policy bazar but not getting any proper resolution, sometime they are telling me to pay extra premium for rectification, sometime with a statement that “they are working on it” and will revert me soon.
      Pl note that my existing policy got expired on 15th of october 2018 and today is 22/11/2018, if any unseen happen to me who will take the responsibility? Moreover, i had written to them if they are not able to rectify the said policy, they can return back my money by free looking as it was within 15days of free look period.
      Kindly help me to resolve the said issue and pl do take proper steps to stop such fraudulent activities by policy bazaar.

      Very bad service from customer executive her name is anjali rastogi she is very manuplating not stand on her words policy bazaar is not clearing my claim feom insurance company this is my problem but my first problem is anjali rastome from claim department i want hernto resign from her job thats why i am fiking case against policybazaar
      Religare helath insurance premium paid to policybazaar money deducted from bank account but received religare letter stating they are cancelling policy since premium is not received by them. Huge irresponsiblilty on part of policybazaar and religare.

        I have been struggling from past two months to get my refund. Kindly address this issue and resolve at the earliest.

        I would also like to share my extreme displeasure about the services of policy bazaar. The organisation definitely lack responsible workers and employees. The agents are only after the sales.

        I would like to highlight a issue regarding unethical practices of policy bazaar.
        I had not submitted any documents other than the adhaar card. And not even then pan card and bank details earlier. So in no way the policy should have been issued. More so over i had raised a query immediately after the payment regarding the mistakes in the personal particulars by the agent. Before it could be rectified, in no condition the policy should have been issued. From two days i have been receiving emails and messages to submit the documents so that the policy could be issued. And now surprisingly i find that policy has been issued without the documents on its own. It can not happen on its own. Bi hold your representatives responsible for this. Your agents namely mr neeraj powar and mr aamir must be warned and counselled for sharing false commitments and making bookings like this. The agent rohit should be asked for a clarification regarding the issuance of booking. How is it possible that immediately when the call was disconnected by rohit, i get an email that my policy has been issued. If you guys are still not getting it.. Then god only saves your customers..

        I have been struggling to get my refund of rs 10000. Out of which i got a refund of rs 4700 on 02 nd nov 18 after more than one month. And for the amount of rs 5000 which was debited from my card on 27 oct 18 when the policy was already under free look cancellation and already cancelled rather.

        I have been receiving variety of responses from you guys. The response of mr sachin gaikwad was the most shocking. You guys have clearly washed your hands saying that you have processed a refund already. The last email in this regard was on 08 nov where in you guys had mentioned that this refund is initiated and amount will reflect in my account with in 6-7 days.
        It's been more than 2 weeks now. And today's response of mr sachin gaikwad was that he is not aware about this at all. Since i have spoken to him now he will check this. And till now he was not aware about this. The same agent has been replying to my emails and is completely aware of the concern.
        I am now going to seek the help of social media definitely to wipe out this racquet of yours.

        The policy was issued even after the cancellation request before generation of policy.
        Then policy was issued without the minimum required documents i. E. Pan card, bank details of the policy holder and kyc documents against the regulation of irda.

        Then my card was unauthorisely charged for a cancelled policy without any authentication on 27 oct 18 of rs 5000 for which i haven't received the refund till date.

        The initial refund was of rs 4700 out of 5000 after deduction of cancellation charges.

        And the next charge of rs 5000 is still not reversed.

        This is a complete scam where in agents make a sale by forgery and hinding the terms and conditions. I was rather told by the policy bazar agent that i can cancel this policy with no charge at all with in next 30 days.

        And then even if someone cancels you make business by charging cancellation fees.

        And then also charge the original mode of payment as succeccive instalment premium despite of the policy being cancelled.

        There is no one in policy bazaar and bajaj allianz who could resolve this issue even after 50 days.
        And the agents are arrogant in saying that they don't care if i am a soldier.

          I applied for car insurance through policy bazhar and the required amount was paid through net banking link available in the portal that is through sbi net banking link on 15/11/2018. For this transaction, i received sms and otp in my mobile.

          After this transaction, in the same evening another transaction has taken place without my knowledge. Neither sms nor otp received. Till 17/11/2018, total 04 transaction have taken place like this.

          My sbi account statement shows that, the money has been transferred to - inb times of money limited with following reference nos.

            I have booked a car insurance policy of bajaj allianz through policybazzar which was rejected by insurer due to video of car was not clear for inspection. Customer care advised that i will receive my refund withib 7 workibg days. It's been more than 15 days i am chasing for my refund amount. Have called customer numerious times but just getting a response that we are working on it and will get back to you but no one is proving any update. I try to escalate this to thier supervisors but they are responding with very careless attitude.. Everday i am calling customer care 3 to 4 times but still dont have an update when i will receive my money back..

              This is sourabh.. Have booked a apollo munich policy and pay rs 11802/- on dated on 15/11/2018. Very next day i come to know from your executive i need to pay 2505 /- additional to continue (Due to bmi)... Why it was not discuss at the time of policy discussion... I don't want to continue my policy and chasing refund from same day.. But till date not getting satisfactory revert from team, just getting revised commitment. Some time they told me it will settle in this week.. Some time they said it will take 12-13 days... They are having always revise date on chase... Can you look into this to make my refund.

Also at the discussion time with customer care i have mentioned that don't call me further, because i am currently not interested in ththe product. Still the phone call is continued even when they acknowledge to put me in dnd and not call again. I have started blocking numbers manually, still i get atleast 1-2 calls per day. This is really frustrating.

                Stop calling me daily even though i am not interested
                these policy bazaar people are pathetic. I never visited their site and every day they kept calling me saying that I have submitted the inquiry!

                Every Day? why would anyone submit inquiry every day?

                I have told to some 50+ agents of their to stop calling me and remove my number from their database!

                I have blocked like 100+ numbers of policy bazaar!

                and no luck whatsoever!

                So now I LIFT the call, MUTE it and leave it..

                I am also planning to raise a complaint with IRDAI and hope they take some action against these *********

                      First of all feedback - it seems that your live chat associates have some type of tat to move or resolve the chat in certain time.in between the chats they moved out of chat and hand it over to some one else.

                      The new associate will again read the content and again ask for details, waste some time and then moved out of chat and hand over to some one else. There has to be "immediate chat feedback button" in live chat window.

                      Now the problem i am facing is, i have renew my also k10 policy from policy bazaar and received the policy in my mail id as well.

                      However today when i again login to policy bazaar site, it is showing my alto k10 policy as expired... Can you please let me know the status.

                          I have buy my car insurance for my wife (Payal kapoor) on 01/11/2018 as my previous policy will expired on 12/11/2018 and paid the amount of 4141 on 01/11/2018 booking number 81177666. I have chased many time to policy bazaar and raised multiple complaints for that and they said i will received my policy before my previous policy been expired however still i have not received soft copy of my policy and my previous policy has been expired yesterday 12/11/2018 and now i don’t have policy if something will happen with me or my car than no one responsible for that also if traffic policy will check my car document than i don’t have insurance so they can raise challan on me.

                          I had buyed a term plan(application no.[protected]from max life through policy Bazaar but after nearly 25 days they declined my application and now they failed to refund my amount as well. So I urge common people not to opt for policy Bazaar, instead go directly to any of company office near you.

                            As per telephonic call i managed to buy a policy sold worth of 1 crore with base policy of 5 lacs and top up of 95 lacs as i agreed to pay a premuim of rs.9461 & while accepting pre filled proposal i got a msg saying my bmi is not eligible to wgich the executive changed my weight to 70 kgs but i am 85 kgs and made me go for the payment link and the payment was made after i got the policy with 70 kgs mentioned i raised the query why it is wrongly mentioned to which they agreed to cancell the policy and process the refund but since 20 days the refund is not credited to my account and i m being forwarded to aditya birla and policy bazaar repeatedly with out any money being refunded i feel cheated.

                              Dear all,
                              I have purchased a max life child education plan from policy bazaar on 29th october, 2018. Policy number is[protected].

                              On 3rd november, i sent a mail on [protected]@policybazaar.com regarding agent commission with a snapshot.in reply, i got a mail from policy bazaar which assure me that i would get the resolution before 9th september (Let's consider it 9th november.

                              Yesterday i contacted policy bazaar and i got the answer that i will get resolution before next monday or tuesday. Yesterday on call, i and mr. Amit (Team leader of policy bazaar service team) came to conclusion that he will give me mail for that with forward path to raise my complaint in front of his senior persons. But i didn't get a mail from policy bazaar and even i called to service executive and request a call from them or miss sabnam rani (Who has given me policy, policy bazaar sales team executive). I request a call from sabnam rani yesterday also but i didn't get any call till now.

                              I requested a call from respective department since 8th november but i didn't get any call from your end.

                              I have uploaded that screenshot for your reference.

                              This is the example of poorest service provided to customer.

                                One of your employee named pramod yadav making unnessary call from his personal mobile no to me for term insurance. Infact i have clearly told him that i am not interested for the same. Kindly take this matter seriously because it's harrassment to customers. His mobile number is [protected] (Pramod kumar). If proper action not taken i will report this matter to consumer forum also.

I have a complaint regarding policy Bazaar life insurance policy as ok no last month I have made a policy but because of some problem I cancelled policy shortly .. policy Bazaar promised me to refund my amount within 15 days but failed to refund later again after calling several calls they told me due to govt holidays the working days have been affected they told me my money will be refunded to my account before 6th of nov 2018 but not yet received . I request you to kindly help me out to refund my amount paid for policy as m getting cheated by policy Bazaar. Trying to contact but know my number is been put on no screening list for which m not to speak to policy Bazaar ... Policy Bazaar shows picture that as after death of policy holder they help out the holder family ...but here the case is if person is not interested to continue policy they just ignore.. how come policy holder can trust this policy company after the death... I have certain proof that I can prove that I have been cancelled policy and got response from policy Bazaar where I will be refunded ashortly but not done.. request you to help me out.                                     I booked a car insurance policy with hdfc ergo offer on policy bazaar on 27-oct-2018. Even all the requested documents including last policy document, rc copy & self inspection was submitted to policy bazaar. Also i received the status update of all inspection being completed. But since week time they could not get the policy issued to me. I kept on getting an update from that "there is a technical issue, so the delay and will be resolved soon".
                                    Today after challenging them i get an update that they cannot guarantee as to when the policy can be issued, which is completely unacceptable. Also after challenging the customer service agent, i am updated that due to festival session the technical is not being resolved.
                                    This is a complete scam, where policy bazaar takes money and sits on it for some time and states that if required they will refund now. But this is not acceptable, since i need my money back with interest since they have un-necessarily told me wrong information and kept on fooling me

                                      After making the payment, i have been trying to contact this guy for many days. No one is in touch with me, very poor after sales service.

                                      I want to initiate the refund process since there no progress. However, there is no way to contact policybazaar.com.
                                      Whenever we send an email, we receive an automated email that we wil be contacted within 24 hours.
                                      But no one contacted me yet

                                      Problem is complicated now. I received an email from ICICI Prudential that the policy is cancelled. To initiate the refund they need a a list of documents, including my cancelled cheque. More interestingly, they want the hard copies submitted to their bank directly.
                                      I am living outside India and I cannot go to their branch and not in a position to assign someone.
                                      With other insurance companies (TATA AIA, ot HDFC Life) the usually refund amount to the original account from the money id debited, as this is online purchase.

                                      I am trapped now.

                                      Costumers who plan to buy insurance policy from ICICI life has to think twice. If this is the case of refund of policy, how difficult will be the claim settlement?

                                        Hi all,

                                        I checked health insurance on policy bazaar website. Next day i got call from policy bazaar and agent convenienced me to buy cigna health insurance from policy bazaar and he took one year premium 14000 on same time and he said that your policy will be issued after completing medical test and if no disease found in report then you no need to pay anything and he said asked for my mother height and weight details. I told him that she is between 5.1 to 5.3 hight and 80-90 kgs weight he said no problem maam. We will send our medical team at you place, but after all the medical formalities her reports are normal like no disease but next day i got email from policy bazaar that you need to pay 700 rs more due to bmi. Now i really want to know that why they didn't tell same thing me earlier because bmi can check with out any medical test. They should inform me at time of purchase that maam according to her height, weight should be less than some kgs. Now my card is already charged for 14000 and they asking me to pay more.
