company is doing fraud by taking online payments against insurance

Hi,
I am truly frustrated with policy bazaar. Miss divya and mr amit.
These people are fooling people. After doing the payments and all required medical test and documents, everyday they are coming up with some or other things and just delaying. I told them i m an nri kindly speed up then they are not receiving my calls and no status on my policy. Fraud company... Everything is online and customer is not having any access.....

provide wrong information of premium to sell policy

I buy term life insurance policy through policy bazaar there agent call me on 8 oct and told me to book policy on same date as if i book policy on 9 oct premium increase. And if i booked on 8 oct premium will be rs912. I booked policy on 8 oct and pay three months premium accordingly but when i get my policy details it show increased premium rs 970. cancellation of my booking and refund request

I have applied for online pf withdrawal on last September 22 and this 10 Oct, I got status that claim settled, through neft RS13424 on your bank account, but not yet credited sir, when i used to call on there toll free no is coming not correct, what should I do, I suffering from viral and I really need my pf to recover. they are just broker who never look after selling their policy

I purchased two policy from policy bazar one for car and one life insurance. I got an accident and required assistance to repair my car. I called, mailed but they didn't respond. They called me after 2 months to resolve the issue. And also same for the ulip plan they did not provide the right details of the plan they hide the miscellaneous amount which was deducted from account. deduction of money without providing policy certificates

I tried renewing my 2 wheeler insurance policy in policybazaar, it took me till the final page. After entering my details and otp, the anount was deducted, but i haven’t recieved my policy yet.
After the deduction, the final page was taking more than 15 mins to load. After a long time it just displayed and error message. When i refreshed, it took me back to the payment page. 2268 rupees was deducted from my account....
