I have bought term policy on 14-nov-2018 till now i haven't received policy. Its more than a month i am continuous following up with them for the status but i never get any satisfactory answer from team. When ever i am requesting call back every time i get message unable to reach without calling. I am asking them to cancel this policy and initiate refund for the same for this also i didn't get any response from there end. Also they have increased premium after paying half yearly payment.

    I have purchased an insurance of new santrocar from policy bazaar. I was entitled for 35 percent ncb recovery but i was told to get it adjusted after 15 days. But 40 days have passed and inspite of my several request and complaints, it is not yet refunded in my account. Details are below mentioned... New santro car no... Up78 fm 3533, insurance amt rs 23000 approx. Old alto car insurance also purchased from policy bazaar. Alto car no. Up78 bw 5014. I sold my alto car and rc was transferred to mr surendra singh... New buyer. I have submitted transferred rc of alto car, sale letter and no claim bonus certificate, as i was asked to submit for the claim. Since then i am not getting proper response and not getting credit of my ncb recovery in my account. Please help me and get my recovery done...       hyundai is denying cashless because i have taken policy from policy bazaar

      I met with an accident on 25th november and since that day my car is standing at hyundai service center and they are denying cashless facility saying since i have taken policy online they can't provide that facility to me and are asking 2-2.5 lakh rs.in advance.
      What's the use of taking policy from your site if at the time of need facilities are denied to me....

      I was misled into buying a ulip of bajaj allainz via policy bazaar. I was told i can cancel the plan if i change my mind after the initial payment. After reading the terms & condition i found there are a lot of surcharges and opted to cancel the next day. It has been more than a month since cancellation and policy bazaar executives are providing me with the false information. Every time i try to contact them their personnel would be from a different dept. They dont work as a team. I would never recommend to go via policy bazaar. Please do your evaluation online and approach the concerned company directly.

        Ritesh ([protected]) and his boss bhatia ([protected]) are very sweet talkers till they sell policy. Ones you make payment, they show real color of their company ans services. I agreed to buy policy, made payment on 27.11.18 to aditya birla as per their mail and messages and phone calls via neff transfer as online transfer was not getting through. Now, still today i did not receive any policy intimation nor refund. This co is bogus and post services are pathetic. Do not buy anything from them. Avoid dealing. Just continue your old agents. They may be cheaper, but not trust worthy. Avoid aditya birla policy also.

          I perches a renewal policy of my two wheeler through policy bazaar on 02 Dec 2018, vide policy No.[protected], Vehicle: HONDA SCOO/LIVO, Woner Name - Sujoy Gain, Address :- South Bankim Pally, Pal Para, Madhyamgram, Kolkata -, 700129, West Bengal - 700129.

          Unfortunately in my policy the registration number of two wheeler is wrongly entry as WB-26-AX4489, but my motor cycle correct registration No. is WB-26-AX9844.

          I humble request to you please correct the above mistake and re-send a fresh policy to me. Thanking you.

            I had applied for a 2 wheeler insurance and wanted something changed in it. I sent the required details for the change to happen and followed after 10 days as per there request. They did not give me the required answer and when i followed with my insurance company they told the request was not even sent. My review and suggestion, don't i mean don't ever buy a policy from this company. You will regret it

                  My policy of term life has been issued many days ago. I have been informed by aegon life representative. But i have not got any information by policy bazzar representative. I also not got my documents and medical reports of term life insurance yet.
                  Policy bazzar is not doing his job. They only bothered how to sell policy to their clients and take money for policy. Policy bazzar representative never contacted to give updates. They also not bothered about customer satisfaction. Today i have contacted policy bazzar then a representative had talked very harsh to me, this is very bad service from policy bazzar. I want that policy bazaar should apologise for this incident.
                  I thought i will suggest my friends and family to take police from policy bazzar, i also want to take car insurance and health insurance from policy bazaar but now i will never think again to purchase anything from policy bazzar. This will effect monetary loss to policy bazzar.

                  I know policy bazaar has lots of customer like me, they will not bothered about this. But one thing i tell you dont disrespect to your customers, if you do then your policy bazaar will fall because customer has lots of alternatives in market.
                  I also want to send this complained letter to your md sir. I dont think he is very happy from this.

                    Policy bazaar issued me an policy with hdfc life by acting as an mediator between us.in this process policy bazaar executives who worked with me noted down my nominee details wrong. He missed the middle name because the particular application is not accepting at that minute and he also informed that this can be changed later by contacting hdfc.

                    Now, after my policy is issued and also i'm paid 2 premiums, both hdfc and policy...

                    I had sold my car and requested policy bazar customers people for ncb certificate,
                    It's almost 1 month i am not getting proper response from them, they are simply extending the dates and telling the apologies. Just because of one certificate i need to pay 25000 rs more on my new car insurance.
                    I would never suggest anyone to buy insurance online from policy bazar, after sales service is very poor.

                      A call come to me from policy bazaar in my mob: [protected] said i am from policy bazaar the number is [protected]. First of all he told me to send your policy no. & details through this whats app. Then i sent him the details of my last insurance policy details through wahts app. Then he sent me policy offers told me to send rs. 4000/- to the link. Which is "payment link of policy bazar _ https://bit.ly/2FFsQUC. after payment, message come to my mobile that within 4 hour you got your soft copy of policy through mail & whatsapp & within 4 days it will be deliver to home address. The message come from" hp - plcbzr " please help me. It is a cheating.

                        I sahil seth had opted to purchase a term life policy from policybazaar, which turned out to be the worst decision of my life till date. After multiple checkups and everything the kotak e term plan got rejected on 5/10/2018 and i am still awaiting refund since then, after almost calling daily on your toll free no ([protected]) there is no clarity on why the refund is not initiated. Even registering complaints on your mobile application does not work, i recieve a message stating that you will recieve a call within 24 hours but no call is recieved.

                        This is really very pathetic. After a lot of harassment i had received a mail from teampolicybazaar on 24/10/2018 to share my credit card statement which was dulyshared although i think they should not have asked so, after which i received a mail that the money will be refunded in 7-10 working days, still i haven’t received any.
                        During the purchase of the policy i used to get around 5-7 calls daily from the team regarding the same. Now during the refund initiation every one has backed out.
                        This is really not done. Waiting for over 1 and a half month for a refund for a policy that has been rejected by your insurance partner

                        Now they have asked me to share a cancelled cheque copy which has also been shared, still there is no refund not the reasoning that why is the refund not processed

                        I wanted to purchase it from another insurer but am still waiting for the refund, what if something happens to me in the mean while, who is liable???

                          Hi,
                          I've purchased a travel policy from policy bazaar, during the purchase, they told that everything is included in this.
                          During my travel, my baggage was broken by the airlines and when i came back from my travel, i logged a claim from policy bazaar.

                          After raising a claim, policy bazaar team told me this is not included and they have started playing with the words, as this was not written in the policy, i asked them to provide me a written document stating that, they don't have any documented evidences for that.

                          Please suggest what should customer do in such case.

                            Agent (Ajaib singh) did not explain hiden criteria even he explained lie.

                            1) first he said after 30 days will be covered health issues. Which was happened.
                            2) accident will be covered from day one which was not covered.
                            3) he said waiting period is 2 years but religare said its 4 years i care helath insurance.
                            4) certain condition on free health checkup.

                            Plz cancel policy and refund money.

                            Or else i will have to move to court.

                                I was sold this policy by sandeep from policy bazaar.

                                Lot of big talks and fake commitments given by everyone at policy bazaar.in reality, they have the worst customer service.

                                Coming to the issue, i started a sip for 3000 rupees monthly in september 2018 and made the first premium payment by my sbi credit card as directed by the policy bazaar (Pb) agent. I had strictly instructed not to setup any sort of auto debit or standing on the card and the same was confirmed by the pb agent. When i tried paying my 2nd premium in oct 2018 i was not able to do it on bajaj alliance website as they kept prompting that standing instruction is already set up on my card. While i investigated i was made to understand that policy bazaar has kept standing instructions on my credit card even though they were specifically instructed not to.

                                Additionally, on the due date despite standing instruction being activated the card was not charged. I was in a total fix. I could not make the payment through other sources as policy bazaar had kept standing instruction on my card and even my credit card was not being charged. Somehow after the due date they would have probably realised that they have made a fool of themselves and somehow i could pay my october premium through my american express card.

                                Come november, this time i did not see any prompt for auto debit or standing instruction and i proceeded for a regular one time payment with my sbi credit card. I was duly charged for the premium paid on 24th nov 2018 which was a day prior to the due date. I was under the impression that things will be smooth from here on.

                                Little did i know that this is policy bazaar and if you have purchased any policy from them problems will attract you till the time you are associated with them. When i received my credit card statement for the month of december on the 9th dec, i was surprised to see 2 charges for the nov premium (Screenshot attached).

                                Then started a series of follow up with the bank, bajaj alliance and policy bazaar and as expected the culprit here is policy bazaar.

                                They have the arrogance to tell me that the excess premium will be adjusted as the next months and this will happen every month as they cannot deactivate standing instruction on the credit card.

                                This is the most ridiculous reply from any customer service team i have ever heard.

                                I need assistance in resolving this issue asap.

                                The desirable solution i am looking forward to is:
                                -immediate refund of the excess amount deducted
                                -immediate cancellation of standign instruction or auto debit if it still exists.
                                -explanation from policy bazaar officials how could they charge my card without my knowledge.
                                -assurance from policy bazaar officials that something like this will never be repeated and my card details are safe in their custody. (Today it was a repeat premium of a relatively small amount they could use it for any other purpose)
                                - monetary compensation from policy bazaar for time and effort lost in this fiasco and the mental trauma undergone.

                                  4. It has been almost 3months i am following up with your company. No response.

                                  5. My advocate has suggested to file rti on pending payment for policy bazaar.

                                  6. You will have to refund with interest.

                                  I have been a customer of policy bazaar for almost 3 years and this is my worst experience.

                                  I had to repay my credit card on time. Who will pay my interest on credit card?

                                    I contacted to policy bazaar for renewal of health policy for my father vide policy number [protected]p[protected]. The customer executive called me back on 17 nov 18 and same the process of renewal was completed by me with a payment of rs 13475/-. The executive told me that the process is complete and i would the soft copy renewed policy soon but on 30 nov 18 i received a call from another executive saying they need some documents to filled and mailed to him. As i was out of town i mailed him back as much information as i had on 01dec 18 and on my return the rest data.in the interim i tried to contact on the customer care to inform about my inability to send the rest data at such short notice but i was not entertained saying they would call back which never happened till 09 dec 18. On 09 dec 18 the executive called me and informed my renewal request has been denied by the company and policy could not be renewed.

                                    This has resulted in loss of 01 year of policy seniority and my money being blocked with policy bazaar for nothing. I want my policy to be renewed and continued and action against the one in policy bazaar responsible for it.
