Kindly note I have made a policy and unfortunately I had cancelled my policy... But I had paid my first premium ii n advance from my credit card but I hadn't refunded yet after cancellation ... When ever I call policy Bazaar customer care they always avoid my request .. pls help me receiveing my money back from this fake policy Bazaar.. it's almost more than 30 months

    Policy bazaar employees has made a point to harass me even after i told them that i dont want their service. They never acknowledge the dnd on my phone and have rhino skin. They called me at least 50 times and messaged me 100 times to renew my policy. When i dint responded they are now sending watsapp messages to continue harassing. I have already complained to my mobile services provider to block all calls from policy bazaar and if this doesn't stopped soon, i will file a police complaint and take policy bazaar to court and then wait for judgement against such harassment. I have all the proofs.

    And fyi i have marked all email communications from policy bazaar as spam, blocked all sms and phone calls through trucaller.

      I have availed motor insurance for my ford figo bearing number up33ac1555 and i regret to inform that while doing so i have committed a blunder which i will never ever recommend to any of my friends and relatives. It has been more than 2 months but my claim has not been settled yet. Moreover there is no transparent platform to contact higher authorities or complaint about issues. It implies that policy bazaar only sells but doesnt provide after sale services so i dont recommend any of my customers friends and reatives to purchase a policy from policybazaar.

      I have facing a problem with your team regarding my car insurance. I want a ownership transfer in my policy but I don't think your motor department wants to do it. I thought policy Bazaar is a big portal to buy a policy but after buying a policy your services is really third class. Please solve my problem as soon as possible.

      Policy Bazaar has been spamming me with telemarketing sms despite my number being on DND list of TRAI for the past 4 years. This company hires USA based severs to send telemarketing sms so that even if people like complaint to TRAI then TRAI is not able to trace the server and penalise this company. This is failure of TRAI and Modi govt.

        I initially got the policy for[protected] years and made a payment for rs115, 786. Few days later i changed my mind and wanted the policy to be updated for 20000000 for 23 years. Your team agreed that the changes will be done and i proceed to do a medical test. Your site did not reflect the updated policy information. I have been following up ever since confirming if the policy details has been updated with the insurance company and if the balance premium will be refunded. The response was it will happen. My policy was issues 4 days back. Today i received an email from the insurance company that the policy is approved and the policy details same as the original one[protected] and not the updated one. This has been a frustrating experience going thru this. When i called today they repeat the same thing, police updated as per request and refund will be done. Now that i have received the information from the insurance company itself, i can no longer believe what your team is telling and its very disappointing. I regret my decision to go with policy bazar and making the premium payment upfront. I am not sure what is true and what can be done. I would like

        #1 - policy term updated as per my request and the remainder of the premium paid back (Or)
        #2 - cancel the policy and pay back the entire amount

        I had escalated this with you on nov 3rd, initially i got some responses but no closure on the request and non responses last 1 week

            Hectic calls and i do night shifts and i need to take rest and attend some important calls if any, but everyday repeatedly continuous calls from number of your year callers, which is not just irritating but disturbing my work and my personal space. I hate to refer anyone to use your shiit website even if your site offers for free insurance and everything. Please do keep some information who don’t want to fed up with your calls. I have informed all the callers patiently & now loosing patience and calmness because of your works. Better shut down your company than running this irritating calls thing.

              I have bought a fresh policy 2.5 months back & it is still not received it neither soft copy nor hard copy.

              Nobody is helping me out in this neither customer care team, nor service team.

              Earlier mr. Atul is handing my case i complaint him 100 times but no he is now not responding.

              Now mr. Gagan is handling my case & he just said 2 times that you will received your policy but donot know where it is. Today he told me actually one of the family member aadhar card is not there thats the reason its not yet received.

              What the hell is going on. My money is being deducted & poor customer handling of policy bazaar

                  Requesting you to take action on priority as following the issue since 22nd september but till date not has been resolved. Else i ll have to take the further action.

                  I have applied below mentioned policy for my customer mr javed... Whose policy has been rejected by cigna saying that customer has not received verification call whereas customer has told me that he has not received single call. Now, i have applied policy thru policy bazar where my rm chandan sharma has told me that i can make payment from my credit card and later i can get it from my customer and so i have done tht on his insistance. Now on the other side, customer has lost his continuity as it was portability case, he has so much got annoyed and our relation got spoiled. Now, as per the situation, if cigna will transfer the money in his account which i have paid... It is for sure that he is not going to retun me... Requesting you to help me with my refund to my account only.

                    Sales person called me on my inquire for medical policy for my father. He informed he can mange on policy from star where no pre medical is required no medical reports are required. And told him star had regret to do so earlier. So he made me talk to some-one on phone and said this can be done took money from me on 20th august 2018 till date no police no refund. I had raise so many complain tickets but still no result. Would advice dont deal with this people.

                      Policy bazaar executives are calling me twice or thrice and harrasing by explaining about their plans and disturbing many times. I even activated dnd long back. But they still always do promotional calls and disturb me multiple times. I told them hundreds of times to not to call as am not interested in any policy.

                      It is really frustration comes out from many o[censored]sers whoever gives any random phone number browsing website they call us and disturb like anything.

                      All the users in india should take a initiation to give complaints on policy bazaar as i knew many of my friends and relatives also facing this similar kind of harrasement.

                      Stop promoting/harrasing without any authenticity on phone number that all gave while visitng your website

                        I got car insured from you people this february and by doing so i committed a blunder. It has been 3 months since i paid from my own to get my accidental car back and even after so much of time u people are not avle to settle my claim. I would never ever buy or recommend policy bazar insurance to any of my customers kin and relatives. Such a sluggish and sloppy service

                          I had done the payment of 12.5k for aegon life term insurance policy on 10th oct, 2018.
                          My medical was done on 17th oct as per conversation with sales person the policy need to issue with in 3-4 days but it took 12 days from the date of medical test.
                          To get the policy i had struggled lot. When i asked the reason they said we had already sent the policy on 17th oct. As per my knowledge medical test and policy issuing date cannot be same, but still they are saying same thing.
                          It was mistake from my end that while filling the online form i made typing mistake and my father spelling mistake was done.
                          I had requested and mailed on 4th nov to aegon life customer care to do correction and revert me once it is done.
                          They replied me to do correction it will take 9 days and you will get confirmation on mail once it is done.
                          I waited till 22nd nov, but not a single replied received from aegon life.
                          On 22nd nov, i drop the mail and i got revert that they had already mail me but delivery was fail and for the same we appolozied.
                          Aegon life cannot provide me my policy on time nither they can't full fill my small request. I experienced the petheic service from aegon life, hence i had requested them to refund my money as they cannot provide the service for which i had paid 1yr premium in advance. They replied me if you want to surrender policy you can do it but you will not get any refund as one month is over.
                          While purchasing policy their were no such information was given.
                          I had wasted my 12k and purchased headache instead of securing my family through term insurance.

                          Sales executive is so selfish that once policy is issued she is not at all ready to handle my issues she only reply me that pls contact customer care they will guide you.

                          Kindly suggest me what to do. I have to take necessary action.

                            I had checked on the website for updating of a policy and then i found out that my policy cannot be renewed till january 2019 my policy end in march 2019 and i have been called 23 times to renew a policy that cannot be renewed right now and every time the agent calls me up, he says that the policy is due to be renewed next year and then hangs up because he realises that the policy cannot be renewed right now.. Please stop calling me

                              It has been 24 days from now i have not got my refund. I have made ample of calls but no one is seemed to be bothered about giving right information. I have generated ample of call backs and complaint numbers none of the got reverted. I asked for a email id to write to, i got of rakhi where i write. She just dropped me a diplomatic mail stating they are working on it. Tell me how much time will take its already been 24 days no refund done yet. Who is responsible for the same? Such a poor service. To sell, you people do 50 calls but in such issues no one reverts. Now can you tell me how much time you will take more to refund my money?                                 I booked a car insurance in october 12th, the car insurance was expiring on 29th october, they deducted the money and then i waited in vain for them to respond... Nothing for 10 days in which i must have send 4 mails and many phone calls to cancel as i did another policy, then they send the soft copy of the policy on the 30 th

                                I asked for a refund, refund process not happening till date as they have numerous excuses one after the other, on top of that they have the unethical practice where they say the refund will happen but with some deductions pro rated... When it is policy bazaar inefficiency in sending me a soft copy in time why should the customer be made to pay the deduction specially when even after issuing the policy, they have taken more than 20 days in even initating the refund... I used to book with them,,, their arrogrance knows no end... I wish them the worsrt possible thing that can happen to their company... This is nothing less than fraud and cheating

                                  Hi,
                                  I would like to register my complaint against poicy bazaar.
                                  In brief: i mr. Ashis dutta has applied for a car insurance with bajajallianz general insurance co through their broker policy bazaar.
                                  Policy bazaar reprehensive mr. Avinash – employee code, pw01794 was coordinating with me for the said sale. I had been ask to send a scan copy of my car registration certificate and existing policy copy, while agreed upon the policy premium and conditions, he had forwarded a link to make the payment. But during crosschecking, i had found that the variant of my mahindra scorpio car is not the same i am having. Just immediately i, intimate the same to mr. Avinash and he conveyed that he has crosschecked with the company, that actually happening due to some software problem i am not able to see the correct variant but at the time of getting final policy printout the variant will be mentioned correctly and i don’t need to be worry as he is there for me. He provided me the payment link and accordingly i make the payment on 29/09/2018 as mentioned in the link, through net banking, eventually got a mail copy of my policy bond without any correction and mr. Ainash got vanished.
                                  Till then i am writing to policy bazar but not getting any proper resolution, sometime they are telling me to pay extra premium for rectification, sometime with a statement that “they are working on it” and will revert me soon.
                                  Pl note that my existing policy got expired on 15th of october 2018 and today is 22/11/2018, if any unseen happen to me who will take the responsibility? Moreover, i had written to them if they are not able to rectify the said policy, they can return back my money by free looking as it was within 15days of free look period.
                                  Kindly help me to resolve the said issue and pl do take proper steps to stop such fraudulent activities by policy bazaar.

                                  Very bad service from customer executive her name is anjali rastogi she is very manuplating not stand on her words policy bazaar is not clearing my claim feom insurance company this is my problem but my first problem is anjali rastome from claim department i want hernto resign from her job thats why i am fiking case against policybazaar
                                  Religare helath insurance premium paid to policybazaar money deducted from bank account but received religare letter stating they are cancelling policy since premium is not received by them. Huge irresponsiblilty on part of policybazaar and religare.

                                    I have been struggling from past two months to get my refund. Kindly address this issue and resolve at the earliest.

                                    I would also like to share my extreme displeasure about the services of policy bazaar. The organisation definitely lack responsible workers and employees. The agents are only after the sales.

                                    I would like to highlight a issue regarding unethical practices of policy bazaar.
                                    I had not submitted any documents other than the adhaar card. And not even then pan card and bank details earlier. So in no way the policy should have been issued. More so over i had raised a query immediately after the payment regarding the mistakes in the personal particulars by the agent. Before it could be rectified, in no condition the policy should have been issued. From two days i have been receiving emails and messages to submit the documents so that the policy could be issued. And now surprisingly i find that policy has been issued without the documents on its own. It can not happen on its own. Bi hold your representatives responsible for this. Your agents namely mr neeraj powar and mr aamir must be warned and counselled for sharing false commitments and making bookings like this. The agent rohit should be asked for a clarification regarding the issuance of booking. How is it possible that immediately when the call was disconnected by rohit, i get an email that my policy has been issued. If you guys are still not getting it.. Then god only saves your customers..

                                    I have been struggling to get my refund of rs 10000. Out of which i got a refund of rs 4700 on 02 nd nov 18 after more than one month. And for the amount of rs 5000 which was debited from my card on 27 oct 18 when the policy was already under free look cancellation and already cancelled rather.

                                    I have been receiving variety of responses from you guys. The response of mr sachin gaikwad was the most shocking. You guys have clearly washed your hands saying that you have processed a refund already. The last email in this regard was on 08 nov where in you guys had mentioned that this refund is initiated and amount will reflect in my account with in 6-7 days.
                                    It's been more than 2 weeks now. And today's response of mr sachin gaikwad was that he is not aware about this at all. Since i have spoken to him now he will check this. And till now he was not aware about this. The same agent has been replying to my emails and is completely aware of the concern.
                                    I am now going to seek the help of social media definitely to wipe out this racquet of yours.

                                    The policy was issued even after the cancellation request before generation of policy.
                                    Then policy was issued without the minimum required documents i. E. Pan card, bank details of the policy holder and kyc documents against the regulation of irda.

                                    Then my card was unauthorisely charged for a cancelled policy without any authentication on 27 oct 18 of rs 5000 for which i haven't received the refund till date.

                                    The initial refund was of rs 4700 out of 5000 after deduction of cancellation charges.

                                    And the next charge of rs 5000 is still not reversed.

                                    This is a complete scam where in agents make a sale by forgery and hinding the terms and conditions. I was rather told by the policy bazar agent that i can cancel this policy with no charge at all with in next 30 days.

                                    And then even if someone cancels you make business by charging cancellation fees.

                                    And then also charge the original mode of payment as succeccive instalment premium despite of the policy being cancelled.

                                    There is no one in policy bazaar and bajaj allianz who could resolve this issue even after 50 days.
                                    And the agents are arrogant in saying that they don't care if i am a soldier.

                                    However, the same amount and transaction being reverse, that is why the Utr number is same.

                                      I applied for car insurance through policy bazhar and the required amount was paid through net banking link available in the portal that is through sbi net banking link on 15/11/2018. For this transaction, i received sms and otp in my mobile.

                                      After this transaction, in the same evening another transaction has taken place without my knowledge. Neither sms nor otp received. Till 17/11/2018, total 04 transaction have taken place like this.

                                      My sbi account statement shows that, the money has been transferred to - inb times of money limited with following reference nos.

                                      [protected]igaetwpvf1 transfer.
