non issue of health policy

I had paid rs 22172/_ on 7/8/2018, to policy bazaar for star health cardiac care policy. Documentation for the same was completed by the end of august, and as per mail received from policy bazaar documents were forwarded to star health on 5/9/2018. I was told that decision of insurance company will take 2-3 days. However till date i have not received any response. I have been talking to policy bazaar nearly every alternate day...

We have taken 1 term policy from tata aig ins.co for 2.5 cr, but that policy was rejected by the company on the ground of income issue after submitting all papers and medical documents and accordingly they have refunded the premium amount and rejected the policy.
After that archana pandey called us and take the policy with hdfc life by making online premium as assured by her of 2 cr term policy without submission of any paper documents...

I renewed my insurance policy of my activa 4g through policy bazaar on 24 sep-2018, they messaged me that they will mail me the soft copy in 24 hours. I am calling them on daily basis they are saying we will mail you today (The respective day in which i called them). I did my payment and my paper work is complete. I have spoken with yashika who had taken a request on name change as her. However i spoke to tata aig insurance directly today on 28/09/2018 and they confirmed no request has been taken from policy bazaar till yet. My father is not having any heart problems. Company did all the health check up before issuing policy. In health check up also, there is no health problem. Still they have mentioned there is heart problem in policy. I need to change that thing from policy. unwanted calls and asking for personal details

I once trued to compare the term plans on policybazar website and in that process providing the mobile number was mandatory.

After that i have been receiving so many calls and they ask for all the details of the pilicy even if i have taken from some other portal then also.

Also, they are claiming that as i got auto registered on their website so now if a claim will come then irda or the insurance comapny will...

It's always dis-heartening to register a complaint but i believe you must understand that customer opt this option only when he does not receive solution for his issue.

My concern is, i have doubt a term plan of tata aia thru policy bazzar on 20th aug. But no one supported well to take it to final step as medical was never get done even after calling and mailing your team a number of times.

For last few months, i am regularly getting calls from policy bazar persons as if i am looking for term plan. I have not accessed their website. I have informed the sales persons also to delete my details if any two weeks ago. But even yesterday was getting sms. Today multiple calls. Even asked one pavithra pw 08109 to provide such details of removal through mail. Ref. 79921865. Still getting calls from them. It is annoying....

my refund not being given to me, in spite of many trials.

It has been almost 2 months since i purchased the policy through policy bazaar on the 12th of july and i cancelled it and asked for the refund before the policy got validated that is 16th of july. I was told to provide them with the other new policy i bought and then they asked me for the previous years policy, i provided them with all of it on time.

As promised by them, their team told me they’ll give me refund in 7-10 working...
