My application number is : op00090330and i am in contact with. Gurpreet kaur bpw04238, the sales representative

After making the payment, i have been trying to contact this guy for many days. No one is in touch with me, very poor after sales service.

I want to initiate the refund process since there no progress. However, there is no way to contact policybazaar.com.
Whenever we send an email, we receive an automated email that we wil be contacted within 24 hours.
But no one contacted me yet

Problem is complicated now. I received an email from ICICI Prudential that the policy is cancelled. To initiate the refund they need a a list of documents, including my cancelled cheque. More interestingly, they want the hard copies submitted to their bank directly.
I am living outside India and I cannot go to their branch and not in a position to assign someone.
With other insurance companies (TATA AIA, ot HDFC Life) the usually refund amount to the original account from the money id debited, as this is online purchase.

I am trapped now.

Costumers who plan to buy insurance policy from ICICI life has to think twice. If this is the case of refund of policy, how difficult will be the claim settlement?

    Hi all,

    I checked health insurance on policy bazaar website. Next day i got call from policy bazaar and agent convenienced me to buy cigna health insurance from policy bazaar and he took one year premium 14000 on same time and he said that your policy will be issued after completing medical test and if no disease found in report then you no need to pay anything and he said asked for my mother height and weight details. I told him that she is between 5.1 to 5.3 hight and 80-90 kgs weight he said no problem maam. We will send our medical team at you place, but after all the medical formalities her reports are normal like no disease but next day i got email from policy bazaar that you need to pay 700 rs more due to bmi. Now i really want to know that why they didn't tell same thing me earlier because bmi can check with out any medical test. They should inform me at time of purchase that maam according to her height, weight should be less than some kgs. Now my card is already charged for 14000 and they asking me to pay more.

      Dear sir,
      This is regarding my policy (Policy no[protected]) booked through policybazaar.com dated 24.10.2018 wherein the undersigned contacted your customer care executive ms. Shruti through chat window for renewal of my car insurance.
      The said customer care executive (Ms. Shruti) asked only the name of the car owner, type of car (Diesel / petrol) and last policy number. I gave her the details and she said rest all the details is not required as she has the policy no and will get rest of the details and send me the link for payment.
      I made the payment instantly as the link was provided through the chat window of the policybazaar.com website. When the policy document was sent to me on my email id ([protected]@gmail.com) i found that the registration number, engine number and chasis number were wrong.
      Within few minutes, i raised the complain and provided my rc and previous year insurance policy document but i received an email dated 30.10.2018 wherein it is stated that that i need to cancel the policy as the insurer is saying the chasis no and engine no is not matching.
      In view of the above, the following points may be noted :
      1. It is the fault of your customer care executive (Ms. Shruti) who did not ask my car chasis no and engine no and said she will get all the details from the previous policy number
      2. I made payment in the good faith and goodwill of poliybazaar.com
      3. Even though there is no mistake of mine, i am being asked to cancel the policy and as per the email dated 30.10.2018 od premium is to be refunded by the insurance company and third party premium is to be retained and other charges also
      4. I am not getting any support from poliybazaar.com and being such a big organizations i expect speedy resolution of my problem and return of my full amount
      5. I am not able to take my vehicle out due to wrong details in the insurance policy renewal document and due to that i am facing financial loss for which no other than poliybazaar.com is responsible.
      I have addressed my complain to policybazaar,.com via email dated 30.10.2018 and i got call wherein it is acknowledged that there is a mistake from policybazaar.com end but still i am waiting for satisfactory resolution of my problem.
      Please note a i am salaried class employee and chosen and preferred policybazaar.com for financial benefit over my previous insurer (Maruri insurance) and gave weightage to policybazaar.com over my previous insurer.
      I know that policybazaar.com is a big company and customer satisfaction factor is one of its top priority as the real customers are its real ambassador, i request you to please either refund my full money back or book a new policy of the same level with correct details.
      I have booked a complain in the national consumer helpline (Complain no. 988507) also and have also send a copy to irda. I am not here to penalize policybazaar.com rather looking for an satisfactory resolution of my problem so that i can reinforce my lost trust in policybazaar.com and continue to use your service and propagate your help to my friend and relatives.
      Please look into this matter with utmost priority as i am in distress and mental tension which is affecting my physical health to a great extent.
      Looking forward to a positive solution with speedy resolution.

        Sir, as per the push sell request mr. Mohit kumar of policy bazzar i agreed to buy one term plan from canara hsbc. And my first month premium also deducted from my hdfc credit card. At that time i requested him the next monthly premium amount may kindly be deducted from my salary account. He also agreed. But second month due already gone and now third month due is coming. No one is responding neither policy bazaar nor canara hsbc. What to do? Shouid i go to consumer court?

          Hi

          I have booked Iffco Tokio 2 wheeler insurance policy from policy bazaar through online mode on 12.10.2018 that time payment was deducted and accordingly got text for payment confirmation but few hours later I again got re attempt payment for unsuccessful transaction. I called policy bazaar team & they told me that system is showing successful payment status as policy bazar end and subsequently you will receive the policy with in 24 hours. But I didn’t receive soft copy of policy. I again called policy bazar team on 14.10.2018 for soft copy of policy then they told me that due to Saturday & Sunday is weekly off you will get the same by Monday. But when its not issued to me on monday also then on 16.10.2018 they told me that due to technical issue payments not reached to insurance end your policy will not issue and if your account is debited you will get the refund with in 7 to 10 working days & all the details of policy booked on 12.10.208 was removed from my policy bazar login.

          As a legal requirement of having valud 2 wheeler insurance I again called policy bazar service team on 20.10.2018 & ask the refund status. They told me that its initiated & you will get the same very soon and assure me that it will refund in 7 to 10 working days. So as per sales team assurance I again booked a new policy against the link shared by policy bazar sales team and paid the premium.
          But on 21.10.2018 the policy bazar issued both policy which was earlier booked on 12.10.2018. & 21.10.2018.

          I told him that you assured me that you will get refund against policy booked on 12.10.2018 but instead of initiating refund you have issued 2 policy against same vehicle & I told service team please refund but till sate struggling for refund status.

          Today on 01.11.2018 I called Iffco tokio customer helpline and shared both policy number booked on 12.10.2018 & 21.10.2018 and asked which policy is cancelled, then IFFCO tokio customer care is saying the policy booked on 21.10.2018 is requested for cancellation but in policy bazar login its showing policy cancellation booked on 12.10.2018.

          I have having all the screenshots of the same request to suggest or help for further action.

            Now when i am complaining about them no one is even replying to me.
            First when i enter on the website and search for any product they were calling me and irritating me.

              No coordination between policy bazar and insurance company.
              Worst service experience
              I have been told that medical test will be done at my home. But at actual they are asking me to come at lab.
              Policy bazar is saying that they will perform trademill test but actually insurance company is saying that only blood test will be done.

                  I have taken term life policy from policy bazaar and after finalizing plan and documentation i have changed my plan to convert it from return of premium to lumsum.

                  I have raised multiple request to change it and asked customer support to change it and they have made fake promises that it is changed n all.

                  I have a very bad feedback for policy bazzar. I have asked ssome of mine friends to take policy from you but now my opinion is changed. I will ask them to take there request back and will share my experience wth you.

                    I have been following up from last 4 days with policy bazaar employees to lodge claim towards my vehicle which got damaged last week as it was hit by truck.
                    All the formalities related to claim form and other documents were prepared and sent across but till now policy bazaar employees have not been able to depute surveyor. Whenever i called them they ensure me that it will done today and keeps on sending same mail to new india assurance, just now i got an email which have been marked to
                    Policy bazaar saying that you have addressed it to a wrong place ch 16 represents non suit claim nagpur.
                    I am afraid that policy bazaar representative are dealing first time with new indian assurance company and are not aware of actual address to be marked.
                    You are requested to please look into this matter urgently and resolve the issues and depute a senior executive of policy bazaar who has earlier dealt and have experienced in getting the surveyor deputation or else i may have to escalate this matter to irada and other authorities

                        Last month i searched for a healthcare policy on policy bazaar website. After that i received a call from policy bazar agent and he explained the policy. Few days later i dropped the idae to buy any healthcare policy and also told to policy bazar agent that i am not interested to buy any kind of policy now.
                        But still they are calling me daily from different numbers during my working hours and weekwnd also. It is very annoying and frustrating for me.
                        Thats why, i am lodging this complain against policybazar and expecting a positive solution from your side.

                            Had visited the site to compare a term plan but your telecallers are annoying me by calling evenafter activation of dnd service. They have nothing to do with someone's privacy. They are calling me regularly 2-3 times a day. Trai should take strict legal action against these type of organisations which are not respecting the privacy. Strict legal action may kindly be taken against policybazar.com including wind up petition before apropriate court of adjudication.

                              My registered number is [protected] and i am a client of your company. On 24th october 2018 i have done an insurance from your company of my beat diesel. My car previous insurance was expired before 90 days car no. Dl10cb6510 and i booked an insurance of digit company on advice of your executive i sended a video after 1 day on policy inspect. Your company sended me soft copy of policy.
                              Today an executive from digit called me and said we can't do your car insurance because your car have multiple scratches so we can't give you comprehensive package this is converted into third party insurance. This is totally fraudent act by policy bazaar. I want comprehensive package or cancel my policy give my full refund., but your company is not giving refund they are saying we have cancellation charges. Please give my money else i will go to consumer forum

                                Your executive gave me wrong policy of car insurance on 21st of october and he had accepted this but still now i am helpless none of your executive and team unable to resolve my problem. I am facing lot of trouble and mentally torture from yoir team. This is not recover under irda. And you are responsible for the resolution of customer satisfaction.

                                  Was looking for an sip plan
                                  Policy bazaar team referred a plan by bajaj allianz
                                  Highly recommended due to commissions ofcourse.
                                  All documents submitted as per policy bazaar and bajaj allianz guidelines.

                                  Was asked to pay the first premium online and the rest would be auto debited. Made the online payment.
                                  Keep getting constant emails from bajaj allianz to pay the primum online as the auto debit is not activated since 4 months.
                                  Took the issue back with policy bazaar since they sold the policy.
                                  The representatives washed their hands off saying it is usual process and procedure.

                                  Recommend to be careful of false promises from such "reputed" names.

                                    Policy bazar included zero dep cover in their quotation of INR 20800.

                                    I got a payment link from digit and made the payment. However the policy that I got does not mention zero dep add on.

                                    Have called up customer care 4 times, they just keep on transferring the calls. Even Aparajita who sold the policy is not helping. Very pathetic experience with PB

                                      I purchased oriental insurance car policy from policy bazar and their customer care executive gave me a policy which has head quarters in delhi and policy does not mention any mumbai branch address though i stay in mumbai. No car service centre is ready for cash less facility. And i had to collect and submit the documents estimates for claim through mail. Even after submitting the documents no action is taken on claim from policy bazar and oriental insurance. No survey was done, they even do not have cashless centre here. Policy bazar completely fooling, cheating people and hides the clauses and facts.

                                        Few days back I was just surfing good sip plans on net and I came across policy bazaar and I just click on site and was going through it.

                                        after some time i got a call from policy bazaar there was 1 person who told me all the information about the sip [lans then i said "ok thanks for your information, but i was just checking but in future if i want to invest then will get back to you " he said ok and phone disconnected but from that m getting hell of calls from policy bazaar.

                                        I am seriously getting irritated now please stop this as soon as possible if i need anything in fiture will difinately contact but not now please stop calling me .
