Hi sir,

I have applied for online pf withdrawal on last September 22 and this 10 Oct, I got status that claim settled, through neft RS13424 on your bank account, but not yet credited sir, when i used to call on there toll free no is coming not correct, what should I do, I suffering from viral and I really need my pf to recover. So please do the needful.
I have checked my bank account and ifsc twice that is correct. when I get my claim sir? Please do the needful.

      Dear sir, this is to inform you that i take a car insurance on 31st july 2018 and i fill the proper details of my car but you put wrong details on policy and if i require the changes you ask for extra money of 1900/- something. So what is the benefit for taking policy on your site.

      You mention wrong vehicle number and automatic transmission, but i already add my previous policy and fill proper details.

      Please give me proper solution and send me policy, i already pay the money.

        I purchased two policy from policy bazar one for car and one life insurance. I got an accident and required assistance to repair my car. I called, mailed but they didn't respond. They called me after 2 months to resolve the issue. And also same for the ulip plan they did not provide the right details of the plan they hide the miscellaneous amount which was deducted from account. They didn't told they said only 1.3 %will deduct as management charges. When i got statement the policy company is deducting approx 10%. I called and and registered complaint but again they didn't respond. They are just making fool

            With respect to your ad received yesterday for medical plan of star health insurance, i started receiving calls from customer service. Today morning i was busy in my official work, i got a call from +91 [protected] for asking for policy again. I politely replied to him saying that i dont want anything now, please dont call again and again. That person again called for twice. Being a factory manager, morning time is very crucial for me. So i dont want such calls. Within a minute that person sent me a message in very abusing language. Is this the way your team dealing with customers?

            I am attaching screenshots of sms and call history for your reference.

            I hope you will take proper action against this and i will be updated for the same.

                Good afternoon,

                This is regarding a term insurance policy i purchased form policy bazar-policy no c[protected].

                I purchased this policy (Tata aia) from mr. Danish of policy bazar on 24 th september 2018. There is a very slow response from both policy bazar and tata aia to close the process and activate the policy.

                I was offered to take the medical test on 30th september, which i obliged and undergone.
                After 8 days i came to know that once again some tests are required.
                To this request also i obliged and gave my appointment on 10th with fasting, thus i went to the medical center as there is no medical center in bhiwadi, so i had to travel for one hour. (Initially mr. Danish said, that medical test will be taken telephonically so i agreed). I asked policy bazar why these tests not taken initially, they had no answer.
                To my surprise the medical center didn't had any information of my appointment and what tests are required. This is not acceptable to me, and i am not going to give again any sample further, i have locked complaint with tata aia too.
                Request to please help or i am not using policy bazar again.

                  Hi,

                  I had my policy due date, i went to policy bazar for insurance purchase, i had selected digit bike insurance for which the payment was deducted from my account, but the policy was not issued, i had payment gateway which kept on rotating for 1 hr and after that the session was terminated, as i have to immediately renew my insurance please either send me the policy copy or refund the amount back to my debited account on priority, this entire process has created a fuss and i have to unnecessary invest my time in all these, request you to please revert on priority.

                    I had booked a 2 wheeler insurance with them but i wanted to cancel it so they asked me to book an alternate policy which i did.

                    I have been taking follow ups for my refund since more than 2 months now but they keep deferring it by asking for one or the other detail. Initially they asked me to share cancelled cheque which i didn't have. Then after multiple follow ups they said i can share my bank statement. On sharing they replied after weeks that cancelled cheque is necessary which i have shared 2 weeks back but still they keep asking for some declaration which i provided but again they're asking for cancelled cheque in name of insurer which is already there.

                    My ticket has been handled by almost 8-9 of their employees and everyone keeps stalling the refund. Their service is totally pathetic.

                        I tried renewing my 2 wheeler insurance policy in policybazaar, it took me till the final page. After entering my details and otp, the anount was deducted, but i haven’t recieved my policy yet.
                        After the deduction, the final page was taking more than 15 mins to load. After a long time it just displayed and error message. When i refreshed, it took me back to the payment page. 2268 rupees was deducted from my account.

                              I had paid rs 22172/_ on 7/8/2018, to policy bazaar for star health cardiac care policy. Documentation for the same was completed by the end of august, and as per mail received from policy bazaar documents were forwarded to star health on 5/9/2018. I was told that decision of insurance company will take 2-3 days. However till date i have not received any response. I have been talking to policy bazaar nearly every alternate day but i am told star health in not conveying the decision, whereas when i approached star health directly i was told the company responds within 24 hrs. Now my two months time has been wasted and policy bazaar has been sitting on my money for two months. Now either my money should be refunded completely or i should be issued a policy from star health immediately. My references no.                               Now no one from the company is responding to calls and no request for refund is being entertained

                                We have taken 1 term policy from tata aig ins.co for 2.5 cr, but that policy was rejected by the company on the ground of income issue after submitting all papers and medical documents and accordingly they have refunded the premium amount and rejected the policy.
                                After that archana pandey called us and take the policy with hdfc life by making online premium as assured by her of 2 cr term policy without submission of any paper documents or medical, due to which we have made online payment of the premium. After making the payment the very next day your policy bazzar staff started asking for paper documents and do medical checkup and all other formalities. Even your staff misbehaves with us on phone and acutally archana pandey mis guided us for the policy by making false promises of the same. We request you to kindly look into the matter and take strigent steps against your staff and archana pandey otherwise it will create a bad name for policy bazzar in future by misguiding the customers in this way and take payments accordingly by making false promises.

                                  I am an NRI my name is Waqaar Tabish my local mobile number is [protected]and my foreign number is [protected], I have purchased an insurance policy from HDFC life through policybazaar.com with application no.[protected] @ Rs.6000/- monthly premium, before purchasing this policy they didn't said anything about documents and first thing they did that deducted Rs.6000/-from my account and then after that they started asking for pan card Aadhaar card and passport etc., even after giving these copies of documents they said to fill up questionnaire form after filling this now they are asking for Medical fitness certificate, and when I told them to cancel my policy and return my money the are ignoring now.

                                    I renewed my insurance policy of my activa 4g through policy bazaar on 24 sep-2018, they messaged me that they will mail me the soft copy in 24 hours. I am calling them on daily basis they are saying we will mail you today (The respective day in which i called them). I did my payment and my paper work is complete. Why are they giving me mental agony??? Today is 27-sep-2018, i have not any soft copy of my policy yet. I have only confirmation mail of my payment only. Either give me my policy by tomorrow evening or refund me my payment and give me in written that my policy is late because of you people, i will not pay any penalty. I will not advise anyone for policy bazaar in future.

                                        My father is not having any heart problems. Company did all the health check up before issuing policy. In health check up also, there is no health problem. Still they have mentioned there is heart problem in policy. I need to change that thing from policy. Please, do it as early as possible.its showing ischaemic heart disease in policy and which is permanent exclusion form policy but he doesn't have any heart issues.
