It has been almost 2 months since i purchased the policy through policy bazaar on the 12th of july and i cancelled it and asked for the refund before the policy got validated that is 16th of july. I was told to provide them with the other new policy i bought and then they asked me for the previous years policy, i provided them with all of it on time.
As promised by them, their team told me they’ll give me refund in 7-10 working days and now it’s been more than two months. Earlier on people still came on the phone when i called them and i’ve addressed my problem several times but there hasn’t been any support at all.
Now lately since a month, everytime i call them, my call keeps on ringing on their toll free number of already paid services ([protected]) and no body answers the phone.
Are they willing to thug me over ₹83, 000 rupees or refund my money otherwise should i go to the court and which i will with a massive claim resulting in their companies reputation going down. I will bring them down in the consumer court if these guys do not give me my refund, this is my basic right which i’m asking you all for.

Updated by Toshaan Saini Mr. Naveen Kumar at policy bazaar knows of my case. He has received many emails from me but responds with the default emails only.
