I renewed my insurance policy of my activa 4g through policy bazaar on 24 sep-2018, they messaged me that they will mail me the soft copy in 24 hours. I am calling them on daily basis they are saying we will mail you today (The respective day in which i called them). I did my payment and my paper work is complete. Why are they giving me mental agony??? Today is 27-sep-2018, i have not any soft copy of my policy yet. I have only confirmation mail of my payment only. Either give me my policy by tomorrow evening or refund me my payment and give me in written that my policy is late because of you people, i will not pay any penalty. I will not advise anyone for policy bazaar in future.

    I have spoken with yashika who had taken a request on name change as her. However i spoke to tata aig insurance directly today on 28/09/2018 and they confirmed no request has been taken from policy bazaar till yet. Yashvika who is a manager has spoken to me 5 times and was just fooling around the whole time i would like to make formal complaint

      My policy number SGP[protected]
      My father is not having any heart problems. Company did all the health check up before issuing policy. In health check up also, there is no health problem. Still they have mentioned there is heart problem in policy. I need to change that thing from policy. Please, do it as early as possible.its showing ischaemic heart disease in policy and which is permanent exclusion form policy but he doesn't have any heart issues.

          I have paid my installment on 19th sept. All documents also submitted on 21st sept.
          Also requested to mr. Ravi of edelwiss tokyo to arrange medical tests on saturday or sunday,
          Neither got any mail or sms or any confirmation from insurer nor from policy bazaar.
          Why so delay, pls. Do the needful to arrange the medical at the earliest.

            I have purchased online car insurance through policy bazaar on 18.09.2018
            Today is 25.09.2018 and my policy still not issued and policy bazaar is not responding as required also they are not following the insurer.
            Also i had raised requests for call back, cancellation, but still no action taken by them.
            Plz help me for issuance of car insuarnce also arrange to punish the defaulter

              I once trued to compare the term plans on policybazar website and in that process providing the mobile number was mandatory.

              After that i have been receiving so many calls and they ask for all the details of the pilicy even if i have taken from some other portal then also.

              Also, they are claiming that as i got auto registered on their website so now if a claim will come then irda or the insurance comapny will be going through all the details and also the call recordings... I aimply asked how are they responsoble for anything if i have not pur hased the policy from policybazar to which the customer care replied go throught he terms and conditions of the policy you will get to know and dropped the call without giving any explanation.

              In this way they are trying to manipulate their customers by giving false information.

              I even have the recording of the call.

                Dear team,

                It's always dis-heartening to register a complaint but i believe you must understand that customer opt this option only when he does not receive solution for his issue.

                My concern is, i have doubt a term plan of tata aia thru policy bazzar on 20th aug. But no one supported well to take it to final step as medical was never get done even after calling and mailing your team a number of times.

                Then after exhausted from follow ups i have requested to cancel the policy. For which i received the confirmation call a week back but till date refund is not processed.

                Kindly help to resolve the concern

                  I had taken new term insurance of hdfc life click 2 protect application no[protected] but 1 problem was their as i had chosen policy term of 10 years mistakely & i want it to be 75 years. So i had taken help from policy bazaar instead of hdfc life. They confirmed me that i can't be able to change the policy term so buy the new policy app no[protected] & cancel this policy so that your full refund will also come & your policy term will also fullfil & on that time old policy medicals conducted & i also completed with it. After some days hdfc life called me & said that this is not the correct this which policy bazaar had told you. You can change the policy term. I had also cancel that old policy & refund also came after deduction. I have that call recordings who has confirmed (Rajat samuel) me from the policy bazaar. This guy with his supervisor also don't know that what is the process of the other insurance company, policy bazaar hired them. Pathetic service from the policy bazaar. For that i lost my 1900 rs.

                        Policy bazar services are fraud. Don't buy motor insurance from their. Go for offline insurance. Policy bazar insurance provided just loot the people.
                        When individual apply for claim ask query about the CCE of policy bazar they disconnected the call.

                          It has been almost 2 months since i purchased the policy through policy bazaar on the 12th of july and i cancelled it and asked for the refund before the policy got validated that is 16th of july. I was told to provide them with the other new policy i bought and then they asked me for the previous years policy, i provided them with all of it on time.

                          As promised by them, their team told me they’ll give me refund in 7-10 working days and now it’s been more than two months. Earlier on people still came on the phone when i called them and i’ve addressed my problem several times but there hasn’t been any support at all.

                          Now lately since a month, everytime i call them, my call keeps on ringing on their toll free number of already paid services (‭[protected]‬) and no body answers the phone.

                          Are they willing to thug me over ₹83, 000 rupees or refund my money otherwise should i go to the court and which i will with a massive claim resulting in their companies reputation going down. I will bring them down in the consumer court if these guys do not give me my refund, this is my basic right which i’m asking you all for.

                            I opted for the universal sompo car insurance policy for the vehicle no ch01bb8096 on 25th aug'18 and till today no update on the policy inspite of self inspection & payment done. Customer care replies due to technical glitch we cannot answer you please give 2 days time. But no concrete answer. I am really unaware that after making the payment my vehicle is insured or not??? If not then who will be responsible if anything happens??? Universal sompo or policy bazaar???

                              My cousin brother renewed his two wheeler from policybazar.com. Recently i bought his vehicle and dto name change has been done, but when contacted policybazar for transfer of ownership, they've taken 40days, yet it's not done. Everytime they're asking for 7to10 working days. Even after payment of everything.

                              This is harassment. And technically my vehicle out of insurance even after paying the premium because rc and insurance name do not match. They're useless, good for a discount of rs.200-300 only.

                                I want to register a complaint against policybazar because i got my insurance from policybazar and i gave my car for insurance claim before 4 months ago and its been more then 4 months i am waiting for my refund
                                Now even after 4 months despite repeated calls complaints the only thing i am getting from them is that 'they are sorry' and the amount will be released immediately.

                                I have never came across such a pathetic service from an online service provider ever in my life.

                                They first loose a customer because they do not have the service support to help the customer in the first place and then penalize the customer for their pathetic service throwing away all their promised at the time of offering policy to wind.

                                I would advice anyone thinking about opting for a service from them 10 times before they do so.

                                  The worst experience of my entire life with policy bazzar as i have used it for the first time following problem still persisting :
                                  1. Policy issued on wrong vehicle number
                                  2. Following up for correction since 15 days
                                  3. Ended with cancellation request for the same policy
                                  4. An fbi level investigation going on since 10 days.
                                  5. Zero level of commitment.
                                  6. Lack o[censored]nderstanding between policy bazaar and insurance companies
                                  7. Executive put you on hold for 15 min and talk for 30 seconds after that and that too without any solution.
                                  8. They try to make u linger on from monday to friday then holiday comes and the same loop starts from next monday.

                                    I was already having a policy from star health family optima insurance since last 6 years which was acting good for me but policybazaar sales representative convinced me that the star health policy is not good and i shall migrate to religare health insurance policy, so initiated the procedure for insurance portability from star health to religare.
                                    I bought the religare health insurance policy online from policybazaar website and paid premium for 3 years in advance online for which i got the soft copy of the policy as well from religare's end; hope this must on successful payment only.
                                    But after about 2 weeks later religare informed me that they are cancelling my policy because they have not received the payment. How is this possible if they send the soft copy of the policy already, the amount is also debited from my bank sbi account and no refund is received if the transaction would have been cancelled.
                                    This is really a carelessness from policybazaar team if they are acting as an intermediary or insurance agents for end customers to buy the policies. They don't provide any good service post sales. I got a few calls from policy bazaar from different people and all the time i got the response that they are following up with religare team on the same issue. It's been almost 4 weeks now since i have paid my premium.
                                    My star health policy premium due date is also lapsed and the religare policy is also cancelled so now i don't have any health policy in my hand for now. I should not not believed on policy bazaar sales team and should have continued with star health insurance; atleast my family would have been insured now.

                                    In last month on 31 aug 2018 we purchase a car insurance from policybazar but till date i have not recieved the soft copy of insurance.customer care excutive does not give me satifactory answer.my vehicle no.                                       You sell me Star Health policy
                                      Star Health services too poor. thats a fraud company .Don't go with star company. mene 13 aug ko star ki health policy purchase ki but itni baar contact karne par bhi 25 din mein pocily ki Hard copy nahi mili..jab yeh company 1 month mein Policy ki Hard copy nahi bhej sakti tho yeh claim kya process kare gye..
                                      Dont waste time with Star Health Insurance
                                      Policy Bazaar services also too poor.
                                      No body next time faith on policy bazaar.
