    I tried renewing my 2 wheeler insurance policy in policybazaar, it took me till the final page. After entering my details and otp, the anount was deducted, but i haven’t recieved my policy yet.
    After the deduction, the final page was taking more than 15 mins to load. After a long time it just displayed and error message. When i refreshed, it took me back to the payment page. 2268 rupees was deducted from my account.
    Policy Bazaar customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    I purchase mediclaim policy through policy bazar before four months and paid amount to policy bazar this amount is excess but policy bazar not refund different amount and wrong insurance policy punch.

And policybazaar is taking too much time in refunding a money approximately 3 month. And they always say that have some patience we will refund your money as soon as possible. And from last 3 month i am giving a time to them. Only they say that we are sending a mail to united insurance company.

          Sir,
          I had paid rs 22172/_ on 7/8/2018, to policy bazaar for star health cardiac care policy. Documentation for the same was completed by the end of august, and as per mail received from policy bazaar documents were forwarded to star health on 5/9/2018. I was told that decision of insurance company will take 2-3 days. However till date i have not received any response. I have been talking to policy bazaar nearly every alternate day but i am told star health in not conveying the decision, whereas when i approached star health directly i was told the company responds within 24 hrs. Now my two months time has been wasted and policy bazaar has been sitting on my money for two months. Now either my money should be refunded completely or i should be issued a policy from star health immediately. My references no. Is[ref no:[protected]], and the policy was to be issued in the name of manish srivastava
          Now no one from the company is responding to calls and no request for refund is being entertained

            We have taken 1 term policy from tata aig ins.co for 2.5 cr, but that policy was rejected by the company on the ground of income issue after submitting all papers and medical documents and accordingly they have refunded the premium amount and rejected the policy.
            After that archana pandey called us and take the policy with hdfc life by making online premium as assured by her of 2 cr term policy without submission of any paper documents or medical, due to which we have made online payment of the premium. After making the payment the very next day your policy bazzar staff started asking for paper documents and do medical checkup and all other formalities. Even your staff misbehaves with us on phone and acutally archana pandey mis guided us for the policy by making false promises of the same. We request you to kindly look into the matter and take strigent steps against your staff and archana pandey otherwise it will create a bad name for policy bazzar in future by misguiding the customers in this way and take payments accordingly by making false promises.

            We have taken 1 term policy from TATA AIG Ins. Co for 2.5 Cr, but that policy was rejected by the company on the ground of income issue after submitting all papers and medical documents and accordingly they have refunded the premium amount and rejected the policy.

              I am an NRI my name is Waqaar Tabish my local mobile number is [protected]and my foreign number is [protected], I have purchased an insurance policy from HDFC life through policybazaar.com with application no.[protected] @ Rs.6000/- monthly premium, before purchasing this policy they didn't said anything about documents and first thing they did that deducted Rs.6000/-from my account and then after that they started asking for pan card Aadhaar card and passport etc., even after giving these copies of documents they said to fill up questionnaire form after filling this now they are asking for Medical fitness certificate, and when I told them to cancel my policy and return my money the are ignoring now.
              So please help me in this above matter

                I renewed my insurance policy of my activa 4g through policy bazaar on 24 sep-2018, they messaged me that they will mail me the soft copy in 24 hours. I am calling them on daily basis they are saying we will mail you today (The respective day in which i called them). I did my payment and my paper work is complete. Why are they giving me mental agony??? Today is 27-sep-2018, i have not any soft copy of my policy yet. I have only confirmation mail of my payment only. Either give me my policy by tomorrow evening or refund me my payment and give me in written that my policy is late because of you people, i will not pay any penalty. I will not advise anyone for policy bazaar in future.

                  I have spoken with yashika who had taken a request on name change as her. However i spoke to tata aig insurance directly today on 28/09/2018 and they confirmed no request has been taken from policy bazaar till yet. Yashvika who is a manager has spoken to me 5 times and was just fooling around the whole time i would like to make formal complaint

                    My policy number SGP[protected]
                    My father is not having any heart problems. Company did all the health check up before issuing policy. In health check up also, there is no health problem. Still they have mentioned there is heart problem in policy. I need to change that thing from policy. Please, do it as early as possible.its showing ischaemic heart disease in policy and which is permanent exclusion form policy but he doesn't have any heart issues.

                        Also requested to mr. Ravi of edelwiss tokyo to arrange medical tests on saturday or sunday,

                          I have purchased online car insurance through policy bazaar on 18.09.2018
                          Today is 25.09.2018 and my policy still not issued and policy bazaar is not responding as required also they are not following the insurer.
                          Also i had raised requests for call back, cancellation, but still no action taken by them.
                          Plz help me for issuance of car insuarnce also arrange to punish the defaulter

                            I once trued to compare the term plans on policybazar website and in that process providing the mobile number was mandatory.

                            After that i have been receiving so many calls and they ask for all the details of the pilicy even if i have taken from some other portal then also.

                            Also, they are claiming that as i got auto registered on their website so now if a claim will come then irda or the insurance comapny will be going through all the details and also the call recordings... I aimply asked how are they responsoble for anything if i have not pur hased the policy from policybazar to which the customer care replied go throught he terms and conditions of the policy you will get to know and dropped the call without giving any explanation.

                            In this way they are trying to manipulate their customers by giving false information.

                            I even have the recording of the call.

                              Dear team,

                              It's always dis-heartening to register a complaint but i believe you must understand that customer opt this option only when he does not receive solution for his issue.

                              My concern is, i have doubt a term plan of tata aia thru policy bazzar on 20th aug. But no one supported well to take it to final step as medical was never get done even after calling and mailing your team a number of times.

                              Then after exhausted from follow ups i have requested to cancel the policy. For which i received the confirmation call a week back but till date refund is not processed.

                              Kindly help to resolve the concern

                                I had taken new term insurance of hdfc life click 2 protect application no[protected] but 1 problem was their as i had chosen policy term of 10 years mistakely & i want it to be 75 years. So i had taken help from policy bazaar instead of hdfc life. They confirmed me that i can't be able to change the policy term so buy the new policy app no[protected] & cancel this policy so that your full refund will also come & your policy term will also fullfil & on that time old policy medicals conducted & i also completed with it. After some days hdfc life called me & said that this is not the correct this which policy bazaar had told you. You can change the policy term. I had also cancel that old policy & refund also came after deduction. I have that call recordings who has confirmed (Rajat samuel) me from the policy bazaar. This guy with his supervisor also don't know that what is the process of the other insurance company, policy bazaar hired them. Pathetic service from the policy bazaar. For that i lost my 1900 rs.

                                  I have renew my two wheeler policy on 16th september 2018 via upi id but not it is updated and i don't get new policy from your end. My payment has been deducted from account.

                                  I have send you email 3 times but still i am not getting in single reply on that nor they called my back, not giving single reply on whats app service.

                                    My name is Bhoopendra kumar Niranjan.I have car insurance in policy bazaar it's CEO:-Yashish Dahiya, CFO:- Alok Bansal, Founder:-Avaneesh Nirjar, Yashish Dahiya, Alok Bansal my Policy No - 211200/31/2018/129964 Vehicle No -UP78DH4572.The accident of my car was in 8 January-18 after which I demanded claim to policy bazaar and all document email in policy bazaar in month of May-18 and hard copy handover to surveyor ( Anil jauhri )which is want by policy bazaar and than May to September i was communicate the customer care Executives ( Mohd Hussan, Mr.Abhishek, Mr.Rraveen Mathur ) on customer care number:[protected] of policy bazaar but my claim not refund in my account and every communication customer care executor say your claim in under process please wait.and customer care executor say My case handle by Anjali Rastogi my claim amount 81000 approx is approve on[protected] and in 10 days is credit in your account.and after 3 days i call again policy bazaar than Executive confirm your claim cancel not approve this is wrong information that your claim approve it's rejected. Would like to request you please refund my claim.

                                      I am very very disappointed with services of policybazaar. My car claim is pending since 8th august 2018 against policy no-[protected] united india insurance amounting rs 69885 plus surveyor fees of rs 4150/ total=74035/ (Seventy four thousand and thirty five rupees only) but no is reverting to me and asking for more time. Why u have made tie up with united india insurance if they dont listen to you. Talk to md o[censored]nited i dont care, i need resolution by all means. I am not ready to listen anything now... Please make sure.

                                      Mene car ka ek Online policy liya . Online money v pay Kiya.Lekin AVI tak usane policy nahi Kiya . policy 48 hours hone Ko he.usane bola that ki 24hours me aapko policy ho jayega.Lekin AVI tak nahi hua

                                        For last few months, i am regularly getting calls from policy bazar persons as if i am looking for term plan. I have not accessed their website. I have informed the sales persons also to delete my details if any two weeks ago. But even yesterday was getting sms. Today multiple calls. Even asked one pavithra pw 08109 to provide such details of removal through mail. Ref. 79921865. Still getting calls from them. It is annoying. Please remove my contact details from your websites.

                                        Policy bazar services are fraud. Don't buy motor insurance from their. Go for offline insurance. Policy bazar insurance provided just loot the people.
                                        When individual apply for claim ask query about the CCE of policy bazar they disconnected the call.
                                        Worst service provider Policy Bazar.
