Her name is rushali jain one of your healthcare product counsellors. I just compare the health insurance on your website on 28th august (I guess) and as per the process, i just received a call from her on the very next day. After explaining to me the whole process, she just forced me to buy the policy. I just said her to talk to her after two days. But due to some problem, i was unable to talk to her. When i received the call, she ended up with a rude tone. Seriously guys, is this a way to talk to the customers. Are you always forcing your clients to buy the policy immediately?

      Hi i am totally upset by the response from united india insurance car policy i had taken - policy no.[protected]. I have raised the claim 30 days back i have not received any response. It has been a routine mails i had been sending continuously to the customer care team o[censored]nited india insurance everything in vein.
      I request policy bazaar team to actually look into this case and revert back on the actual issue why this is not being attended. If any further response is not received, i should be going to consumer court

        I received many calls from policy bazaar.com last month and took two policies like A Term policy INR 811 per month (Canara, HSBC & OBC) and a Health Policy INR 8114 per year (Universal Sompo), but all of a sudden I got my Qatar (gulf ) visa recrntly and requesting policy bazaar to cancel both of policies since last Monday but nobody is reaooNding properly. I even sent all those required documents like my account details etc but didn't get any status about my refund.

        I had been issued term policy of Bharti AXA life by policybaazar by paying Rs. 2324(two month premiuum). I was told by policybaazar customer executive that in case if I wish to cancel the policy within free lock period, my whole amount will be refunded without any charges. Within free lock period, I requested Bharti AXA life to cancel the policy because i wish to have 60 years term plan and not 85 years.. Now Bharti AXA saying that stamp duty charge and medical test cost(which did not happen) will be applied. I was not told of these changes when i made the payments and was given wrong information by policybaazar customer executive.

          Health policy was availed on zero cost emi. Subsequently the policy was rejected by the insurer.

          The money was returned with inappropriate deductions for which none of the officials are answering even after vigorous follow ups.

          Simultaneously the monthly deduction is activated, for which bank is charging interest, where as the policy is also rejected.

I suggest this portal has to banned or telecommunication department should take complaint against these guy.               I have been getting 2-3 calls everyday from policy bazaar regarding some lead they have got. Eventhough i have not visited their site in the last 4-5 months...

              I have been telling them continously that do no call me i am not looking for any policy. But still a new person calls every working day.

              And if i tell them that i will file a complaint, their shameless representatives say that okie you file the complaint.

              Not sure how to get these calls blocked.

                Now they are harassing me to upload the video of my car again and again
                How can i keep on uploading the video again and again
                It’s a trick to not issue the policy

                  After that next page was just buffering for next 10 minutes and not received policy.
                  Call on policy bazaar number they said will receive policy details in next 24 hour
                  But still not received and policy nor they are answering my calls.

                    Purchased two wheeler policy no.[protected] in february, 2018. I sold my vehicle to other person and immediately after getting new rc from rto after ownership transfer i submitted case for endorsement of new owners name in this policy. But unfortunately till date policybazaar is unable to provide the endorsed policy in a span of about 7 months despite depositing all the required documents and balance amount.
                    It seems they sell fraud policies and they are simply cheating with customers.
                    In general ownership transfer takes hardly 15 minutes in vehicle insurance policies which are issued from local insurance offices. But policybazaar is focused on just selling policies and afterwards very poor customer care. Called hundreds of times on customer care but every time got the same hopeles reply.
                    Very bad experience.

                      Had visited policybazzar site to do a comparison on term plans, my mistake gave my number on the field, but even though i didnt accept the call me option, and i'm registered in full "do not disturb" category, im receieving 15-20 calls from policy bazaar telecallers and even after telling them i'm not interested, they just dont give up... God knows how many numberes and callers these guys have???

                      Trai pls do something about these kind of practices/organbizations who do not respect the privacy of individuals.

                          I had bought a travel insurance from policy bazzar for my travel to canada on 21st jun 2018. However my travel was postponed so i asked for cancellation on 27th jun 2018 with email sent to team and a telephonic communication and i was told 250 rs plus gst will be deducted. When i did not see any refund happening i enquired on 2- jul-2018 to which i got to know that they have not processed my cancellation and told me that since now the policy is in inforce there will be more deduction happening. Finally on 19th jul i received email stating the refund is processed with 4281 rs. Which means a lot more than what i was told has been deducted. I still havent received this amount and i informed them again on 15th aug, still there is no update on this. I need to get full amount refunded from them as there was not fault from me.

                              My Policy Ref No: 75928725 for motor insurance. I have transferred Rs 8361 on 4th August from my credit card. I was in hurry to get my car insured because i need to attend meeting at Chandigarh next day. So i selected policy Bazar for first time. After money transaction their call centre boy told me to upload video of car as per specification. And i did that also. Post that four times they have rejected my video. Whenever they call me i ask them if it is troublsome to you people kindly refund my money. Whenever i ask them regarding my money back their executives disconnect phone. I am very harrased because of them. I know i have made that video as per best i can do. I am driving car daily without get it insured please help me.

                                Representative of policy bazar mr. Ashish contacted me on[protected] on basis of my enquiry of term insurance with icici pru. Mr. Ashish has logged in all my details after getting all the particulars on mobile and the application no. With icici pru is ob09634748. He quoted me that initially i have to pay rs.2491- as a first month premium for 1 crore insurance and after the medical clearance you can change your plan of payment as half yearly & you have to pay rs.14800- (Half yearly) and the claim is lump sum payable to the nominee in case of any mishappening to the insurer. Today i have gone through the medical. I got call from representative of icici pru whom i have contacted earlier. I am shocked to hear from him that my insurance claim payable is monthly basis to be payable in ten 10 years to the nominee in case of any mishappening. I do not know whether icici pru's local team is misguiding me or the policy bazar's representative misguided me. Kindly check the status & convert the plan with icici as quoted to me. I will pay the balance 5 months premium immediately after getting the medical clearance.

                                  My issue is long pending with policy bazaar wrt refund against apollo munich health policy bought on 3rd june, 2018, which was suo motu cancelled by the company on the pretext that previous year health policy soft copy was not provided by me for portability from max bupa to apollo. (This was because i didn't receive any mail nor they called me even once to ask for previous year policy copy and when they can call me hundred times a day for selling a new policy, could not they call me once to confirm with the documentation?). There is lackadaisical attitude and negligence, no proactiveness was shown as was done during the sale. After sale they completely turned blind eye. For long they didn't even confirm me that my policy was even issued.
                                  After a couple of days i called to enquire for the policy copy and then i got to know that they have not even issued me policy & infact they have cancelled it. My money amounting rs 7218 paid for apollo policy was hanging on fire.
                                  Later after they said to renew my old policy, it was renewed back to max bupa and at the time of renewal i double checked if i am getting iho one year free membership then only i will buy from policy bazaar otherwise i have no interest and the executive had confirmed me on the same.

                                  So far now neither iho membership is to my avail nor i am refunded my legitimate refund. Despite incessantly mailing and calling i am not getting any response from the executive department. They are highly obdurate in transferring the calls to seniors in the management nor they provide authentic information. Last week i was told that my refund is initiated and i will get it back in 3 days but now more than a week has lapsed and i have not received my money so far. The executive always make fig leaf excuses and cheat customers.

                                  Highly disappointed!!!

                                  Hereafter not looking forward to continue any relation with policy bazaar nor will advise among kith and kins rather negative market through mouth of words regarding such malaise practice of policy bazaar and it's unfriendly behaviour towards customer.

                                  Company has hoarded my money for more than 2 months and this malaise is not uncommon, and you have been doing it with others for long and has developed it as a habit of making money by hoarding customer money. The company is thug and they have least concern for customers time, energy, money. Past two months I have been told every time that within 3 days money will reflect in your account and like this month's have faded.
