Her name is rushali jain one of your healthcare product counsellors. I just compare the health insurance on your website on 28th august (I guess) and as per the process, i just received a call from her on the very next day. After explaining to me the whole process, she just forced me to buy the policy. I just said her to talk to her after two days. But due to some problem, i was unable to talk to her. When i received the call, she ended up with a rude tone. Seriously guys, is this a way to talk to the customers. Are you always forcing your clients to buy the policy immediately?
