term insurance/regarding misbehave by your salesperson

Dear sir,
I regularly visit your site to know about term insurance plan. Last i visited 15th of this month. After that mr yeswant kumar (Title not remenber) called dated 16th of this month in first half. I talked him very politely to know what i have not aware. But they said to me - aap kitna padhe ho, kish language mai samajana chahate ho.
Is it the way to talk with customer?
I was very shocked to listen these language...

non issuance of policy after deducting payment

I took policy by paying online on 8th of may 2018, the money was deducted and they never sent policy and everyday giving different email address and phone number and promises that it will be given in 24 hours. no communication even after escalating

Travel policy was taken for parents. Very upset with how this was handled.. Or rather not handled. 1st complaint policy was issued in wrong name. Kunwar was handling this. After this your company had no idea about the pre existing diseases that were selected during taking policy. Emails after emails were sent by me. No reply from [protected]@policybazaar.com. payment not received

I have made a inline payment to star health through policy bazaar on 7th may 2018 of rs.26, 618, the payment was deducted from my bank account but the said amount was not credited in the account of star health. Agent named wasim nisar mir is not picking up the phone now, thus, i am not getting the actual status of my payment.

Request you to please resolve the issued asap and take stringent steps towards policy bazaar....

I am writing this to address a very serious issue and wrongful information being provided by policy Bazaar to me just to sale the policy.

I purchased a family health insurance policy of Apollo Munich Optima Restore through the Policy Bazaar on 10th March 2017. At the time of purchase, I was offered 6500 Rs vouchers(800 Rs hard voucher * 8) from the policybazaar and I would get that within 15 days and hard copy of the policy...

fraud company does not involve

I had done my car insurance throw policybazaar.com and after that i received my policy in 7days but i supposed to change my name in the policy so i requested them and thy told me that physical inspection has to be done it took 5 more days all procedure's are done. After that only drama started they are not able to change the name still i am waiting already 4 months done. No development they are still asking me to wait....

wrong information provided multiple times

Hi, its regarding 2 policies taken from policy bazaar, 1st is for ulip and 2nd for 2 wheeler, in both the cases it is really a fraud website, wrong information provided every time, for the ulip, it was said that the full amount will be refunded if policy is cancelled within 30 days still 10% got deducted, for 2nd issues i. E. Bike policy it was given wrong information like by taking different information policy was issues on old owner name...

Sir i done a policy on policy bazar on 12 th june which was done by mistake my relative offline on 8th june. So i inform to policy bazar to cancel my policy and refund my amount as soon as possible. I submit all the documents offline and online. From last 10 month they didn't refund amount. I want a strict action against policy bazar. And provide my refund as soon as possible...
