I was asked to complete all the details on the Registration process on 19.7.18 in the SALES POINT and was allotted the Registration no. ADCD17637.
After submission of all my all personal and Bank details with upload of the KYC documents - PAN, AADHAR, Cancelled Cheque my code is not showing the option "Buy Now" in the Sales Point App.
I want to deactivate it now as now I am told to deposit activation fee which was not told earlier before the submission of my all the documents.
Therefore, please cancel my Registration and deactivate use of any of my credentials/ informaiontion by any of your Agents or you for which you will be held responsible for leakage of my personal information. Kindly confirm by mail.

    I have purchased a Religare Health Care insurance from Policy Bazaar and the sales agent of policy bazaar has told me that they will provide IHO membership card and Rs.4000 consultation vouchers.

    Please find below details of health policy.

    Its been more than 2.5 months and i have still not received the IHO membership card & consultation vouchers. Please find attached mail communication for your reference.

    After continuous followup, then in this month they told me that they have dispatched the card via FLYMYPARCEL courier having shipment no as [protected], and when i enquired about the shipment through FLYMYPARCEL (Courier company) they told that the CITY mentioned in the courier is DELHI instead of PUNE.
    My correct address is already updated in Religare Policy, but it seems they have mistakenly sent it to the incorrect address.

    I am continuously following up with Policy Bazaar, but i still haven't received any concrete information.

    Request your kind help in investigating and resolving this issue.

      I am searching for invested policy for the first time and choose policy bazaar thinking about their words that they are advisers and not agents. They have recommended me SBi policy which has growth of 23% last year i am paying from last 9 months my value decreases and i have opted 10 years policy they have given 20 years policy. i have also purchased CIgna ttk health insurance, but as per them i have paid 3 years policy but now i need to add my wife in the policy, but i cant do taht bcz as per the policy i have to wait next premium payment date which is almost 2 and 1/2 years. I have discussed so many times but they are telling we will get you after 24 hrs with concern team but nothing happens.These peoples are only money makers and cheaters like other agents don't choose any thing from policy bazaar

        I am policy bazaar customer for the PAST FOUR YEARS. I have taken 3 two wheeler policy & 2 car policy. Recently i meet with an car accident, i have followed all the procedure set by them & submitted all the required documents. But still have not received my claim amount. Reply from policy bazaar that we sent all the documents to united india insurance & they have to settle it. AFTER 90 DAYS there is no reply from policy bazaar. What is the ROLE OF POLICY BAZAAR IN TERMS OF CLAIMS, , , , , please mention ... United india policy through policy bazaar number is[protected].

          First time I deal with policy bazar for my car insurance policy but its very bad experience with your company.At the time of giving policy agent insured me that you have to pay only Rs1000 before during the time of claim but all the commitments fake .On dated 9july 2018 I was go the toyota for claim settelment but the executive of toyota said that you have to pay all the amount after that your money will credit in yiur account.After that i call to the customer care but there os no support from ur agents.I think policy bazar is a good in service but its immensly bad service.Now tell me i[censored] provide this kind of service no body will take policy from online.let me know how much time amount will credit in my account .

            I had already given payment for Hdfc cancer care on 6 july but my form is pending till 10 july.Agent- Kiran emp code -PW06600 She didnt take any follow up for my policy, she called me many times for payment but after payment she didnot take any follow up neither she called me nor she helped me for form filling while i called her daily for it, So poor performance by her, I am not satisfy by her performance, i.e mentally harrasment, pls check and verify & take necessary action as possible.

                My name is sachin chauhan. I bought apollo munich policy for my mother on 4 th june. The sales guy was continuously calling me literally forcing me to make payment despite telling him that i will make payment in one or two days.

                I made the payment as he was regularly calling me with expectation that policy will be issued in one week time.

                I am waiting for more than three weeks now however till date i have not received appointment call. I have been continuously writing them but no one is taking the matter seriously. Every alternate day executive calls me, apologies and assures me that the issue is top priority and i will personally get this closed in one week.

                Policy bazaar only believe in selling policies and post that they have no value of the customer. This is 3rd time that i have bought something from them and it has been a struggle always. I request you to please issue policy this time and i promise you that i will never bother you again by purchasing product from u.

                People can read this... I just want to suggest them with my experience not to buy any product from policy bazaar. I have not seen worst company than this.

                  I payed money for hdfc health insurance through policy bazaar it's 4th day still not received single mail from regarding payment and policy when ever i call costumer support team they kept asking 5 mints for process, we will call you back with in 5mint or 30mint but i never get call from your side...                     I had purchased five policy from policy bazaar by agent (Amit - [protected]), payment mode was by HDFC Credit Card on 30th of May 2018.
                    He had provided me wrong information with fake promises.

                    I have cancelled my policy on 6th of June 2018, from policy bazaar web site. but have not received any update from their end.

                    Then I had to call to policy bazaar customer care on 11th June, 2018 and I got surprising words that they didn't accept cancellation from portal, they need a separate individual mail for cancellation and refund through email only from my end.

                    Therefore I had written a mail regarding 3 policy cancellation and refund (max life/ Apollo Munich/ liberty videocon) on 12th June 2018.

                    On 15th June 2018, got a call from policy bazaar that they can't refund my refunded amount to hdfc credit card, They asked me to share the NEFT details for further processing.

                    On 16th June 2018, I had shared my NEFT details.

                    On 25th June 2018, got call that they can't refund through NEFT ( only Apollo Munich, not max life and liberty videocon )and send a check through speed post.

                    Speed post information shared on 26th June 2018 and I had tracked the information. again a surprising thing, I'm living in Supertech Eco Village 2, Greater Noida West, Gautam Buddha Nagar, 201301 and courier comes first noida then they send to ghaziabad office. Ghaziabad office did not find my address and sended back to gurgaon policy bazaar office

                    However I have already received Adity birla policy and liberty videocon policy documents on my specified address.

                    So many times I had wrote a mail for max life and videocon regarding policy cancellation and refund. But I received all time fake information.
                    Till date, I have not received any refund.

                    Bad experience for me and my knowing person for policy bazaar.

                    One month back I have visited Policybazaar website for some policies. Further I received a call from Executive named Mr.Rishabhfrom policy bazar.
                    He tried to convince me to take some policy. But I didn't taken. Then he started sent abused messages and threaten messages to me on my whatsapp.
                    My policy document is not yet received. Policy taken 6months back
                    Don't buy policy from policy from policy bazar it's panic.

                      The policy bazaar sales team called after the online inquiry done by me. Once they payment done by me for the health policy, i came to know that the information i provided to there sales person is wrong in the policy document.
                      Now they are not providing me solution on this. There spokeperson asking me to contact insurance company for this & submit the docs.

                      There sales team does only care about to achieve there sales targets. They provides links for quick payments on call with customers & filling up invalid information by themselves.

                          I denied to buy policy from policy bazaar after listening to this the executive
                          Said that why you had wasted my time and made an argument & hung up the call without any reply from me. Is this the way you provide customer care.

                          I was surfing for health insurances & got a call from the executive she asked with me all the queries and details afterthat i said that i am interested in buying the policy but i will tell after sometime.

                            Initially they have taken all details kyc details while creating poliocy, but updated wrong personal information, i am from karnataka they are entered as nri for changes took 5 days, and after that again state is wrong 15 days completed still no changes done.

                            Finally when i said to cancel my policy, then suggested to me wait sir policy is not issued, but now they are saying policy is issued you can't cancel.

                            And for cancellation policy bazar ajents said me just by sending email policy will be cancelled and amount refunded, but now they are saying i need to go branch all documents, kyc, cheque.

                            Friends really i am very frustrated on policy bazar.
                            So please friends i am strongly recommend you friend don't buy from policy bazar.com

                              It's a third class company.. Nothing rather than a # broker.. Never go for this company.. I ll definitely go for a legal help against policy bazaar.. They just raise their hands when u need them.. They only weeks for profit making.. Even the customer support cannot help you.. Worst company i have ever seen.. Guys plz lodge a consumer complaint against them..

                                I am not interested in taking up the policy through policybazaar mainly due to arrogant customer interactions during the telesales process.

                                I wonder, even before taking the policy the team is so arrogant who said he will blacklist me taking any policies. How these guys will handle us after taking the policy. And the same guy is trying to follow up with me today. :)

                                I am looking for some options to share my review on such sales executive (Who spoke to me last friday-15th june). Please help me if there is a dedicated email address for feedback. Thank you.

                                  I have earlier policies with policy bazar and i did new policy with policy bazar and amount also paid. Upon requesting of documents later stage i requested for cancellation of policy and their representative confirmed regarding cancellation
                                  Still i haven’t received my money back and it’s almost more than month i haven’t received my amount

                                    I have tried to buy bike insurance from kotak but the money got deducted for two times but policybazaar then sent me a text showing payment failed, and the money that have deducted have not returned yet. Total fraud. I am going to file a complaint at consumer forum. Total 2600 rupees had deducted from my account and i need to get it back as soon as possible.

                                    I have purchased a health insurance from royal sundaram through policy bazar in january. The sales executive offers me a 4000 opd coupon scheme with the policy but until now i didnt get any scheme . policy bazar are making wrong commitment to sell there products. i have complaint several times but no solution has made till now.

                                      I requested policy bazaar for an insurance policy of hdfc-ergo for my vehicle online on 14.06.2018 and their representative mr. Anup kumar sharma (Pw03771) attended me. He asked me all the details about my vehicle, its earlier policy details etc. And when provided, he sent me a payment link as under to make the payment of rs. 11, 500/-:

                                      He told me that as soon as i pay, the policy papers will be mailed to me on my registered e-mail id. I made the payment through net-banking and within seconds the amount was deducted from my account, but the policy was not received. So, i called him on the given number, but to no avail, he showed his helplessness and informed me that the payment was not received by them, hence policy cannot be issued.

                                      I waited for three days, informed my banker too, but neither i received my policy nor the refund. Hence, you are requested to look into the matter personally so that either the policy is issued or if not, i get my refund.

                                      Please note if i do not get either of them, i will have to seek legal assistance in the matter and have to take legal action against the culprit whosoever he is.

                                        Dear sir /madam,
                                        I was trying purchase two wheeler policy on 11/06/2018. When i was payment to policy bazaar then he revert me that your payment is not successful but 1166/-rs deducted amount in my account [protected], bank of baroda, a/c holder "sunil" so kindly i request to you please reverse my amount in my a/c as soon as possible.
