I was surfing for health insurances & got a call from the executive, i asked him all the queries & said that i am interested in buying the policy but will make the payment within 2-3 days. Listening to this the executive made an argument & hung up the call without any reply from me. Is this the way you provide customer care.

    I am kaif aslam writing this letter to you to grab your attention to the unsettled issue of my insurance claim. I have done insurance of my car form you (Policy bazaar) with united india insurance company ltd. My car met with an accident.
    When the accident took place. I immediately contact the customer support and gone through my insurance paper and came to know that. I can get a claim and done one report and they replied me that they will contact me with reference to the insurance and will send the surveyor to survey or check this issue form the company as soon as possible.
    Now, this is to inform you that they have not yet send any surveyor. I requested and called them so many time (About 20-25 times) multiple excuse and reasons me like every time they told me will send a surveyor by tomorrow or inspection to be done by tomorrow not concrete resolution to the issue.
    I am totally disappointed with your service. It has been really frustrating and mentally harassment to customer.
    Now, i humbly request to you to see what the matter and do action at the earliest. If can't i make a legal action because i have all the recordings to complaint in consumer forum against your company.

      I could have clearly mentioned for don't call me at comment box.

      But today morning at 11:09 am i received an call from policy bazaar from this no. [protected],

      I said him, i was just checking and already mention don't call.

      Then he replied as "to sidhe bolna nahin leni,... Bakwaas kar raha hain"

      I request you to please improve the basic need to well behave towards your customers.

      Don't formalities but we'll manner way.

          Dnt buy any policy from policy bazar. I pay full payment for my health insurance and according to rule the send me my policy soft copy but they don't send me any kind of soft copy and i daily cl to customer support but they also dnt give me good response. Day by day they promise me that he willy giving me soft copy of my policy.

          Plz do need full help as soon as possible

            My self anil sakarvadiya i am from rajkot (Gujrat)

            Six month ago, i had a bait call from reliance capital mr. Sandip patil (Mo.[protected], he told me to purchage a life insurance policy if you purchage policy reliance capital give 0% roi (Rate of interest) loan sanction within max to max 20 days.

            Sandipbhai patil went on guarding me at the phone and i then blinded him and at that point of time i bought 4 policies. At that time, me and my family had a need a money. Now this great man is cheating on me. Please i heartly request to you for help me. It is absolutely necessary

            Now, the great man, sandipbhai patil or reliance capital has not given me loan in any of these days, and by the date of the present, those people still give me different time to give for loan sanction date. Always he will give me trust about loan amount sanction in call done with in 2-3 days. (I have also attached call recording for proof)

            I think this is going wrong with me

              I had taken a policy for my car vied policy no.[protected] for a period of 28/03/2017 to 27/03/2017 and my car got accident ed on 03/03/2018 and i booked complaint on line vied claim id 6111, and submitted duly completed claim form on 8th march, but in spite of my regular follow up, they have not even deputed surveyor by march 21st, and i have no other option than to repair at my own cost.
              Now i am forwarding the case to insurance ombudsmen for granting me clain and justice.

                I purchased an travel insurance policy from policy bazaar yesterday and amount has also been debited from my indusind bank however purchase of travel policy mail has not been received, have also not received any reply despite raising the issue on gmail, ref is 68920280. My name is chandra prakash singh and i am working in south sudan, i bought a international travel insurance plan for worldwide visit excluding usa and canada, amount has also been debited, i have receive dconfirmation on my mail also, have send to communication policy bazaar gmail also about the problem but the same has not been resolved, i need the insurance policy mail for my visa for turkey at the earliest

                  I purchased this policy from policybazar.com and they had not informed abou me any kind of video inspection to be done by insurance company, i met with accident during the policy tenure and i paid the full amount as raised byy dealers for my car. Their inspection incharge came to the deliver addrerss and make an accident report and submit to the company. After waiting of a month i received a mail only that they require previous policy document and then only they will process this claim.in this regards i provided the same to them but after waitjng of approx one month i did not get response. During this time period i visit thier branch office located in sonipat, haryana 3-4 times but eveytime they said it is an online policy and we will do nothing for this. After approching to thier branch manager i got a response that they can only provide contact address and telephone number of the customer care, do your efforts we will not help any more. I called on customer care to track the status but not able to found anything with them. At last i wrote a compalint to the mail id provided on their website and get to know from the replies received that they dont have video of my car in their database. Neither the policy seller informed me about this neither the insurer infromed about pending status. At the time of raising claim it shows to me they dont have video and they will not process the claim, at this point of time if my policy status is not yet completed then how they have the right to keep my money in thier account for so long without informing to me. So i want refund of my amount with interest and the amount i spend on my car for making it good condiditon. Asi have in faith that the my car is insured by the insurer and in actual it was not. They never contacted me on my phone number provided to them. As i m not aware how to use mail id and with the help of other i m raising this complaint.

                    Has been rejected on the plea that the claim had already been taken
                    Earler, which was not mentioned while filling the policy.
                    This is to bring to your notice that i had filled the form online and
                    Was not aware tht glass breakage was taken under insurance, which my
                    Wife did.

                    And now, when u have rejected the claim, what is the way out, with
                    The policy, which shows that no claim can be taken on your policy,
                    Just bcoz someone forget to fill rs 4000 extra.

                    Please guide us in this scenario. What to do?
                    N what use is this policy for us now?
                    If the policy was filled online, it should have contacted the mahindra
                    Site, if any claim of rs 8000 has been taken, which i was not aware
                    Of, which was done by my wife. I filled it online from my office.

                      I regularly visit your site to know about term insurance plan. Last i visited 15th of this month. After that mr yeswant kumar (Title not remenber) called dated 16th of this month in first half. I talked him very politely to know what i have not aware. But they said to me - aap kitna padhe ho, kish language mai samajana chahate ho.
                      Is it the way to talk with customer?
                      I was very shocked to listen these language from salesperson. I never listen this type of language from any company by salesperson.

                      I also said to you kindly check voice recording of conversation after that you judge i am wrong or right.

                        This mail is in regard to my car insurance policy[protected] which i bought from policy bazaar.com on 27th april 2018. However policy got rejected at their end and i was told that i will get my refund in my account within 7 working days. It's been 3 weeks now and i am getting the response from their team that i will get the amount in next 2-3 days. After repeated calls and mails their response is same and i did'nt got any amount till date. Request your kind intervene and support to resolve the issue with policybazaar.com. And also let me know the way forward to register a complain with you against policybazaar.com.

                          I took policy by paying online on 8th of may 2018, the money was deducted and they never sent policy and everyday giving different email address and phone number and promises that it will be given in 24 hours. I am yet to receive the policy. I sincerely request people to buy directly from insurance companies thought they may charge you 500 ra extra atleast you will have policy. Now my car policy has expired and no policy and no response from policy bazaar. Harassment of high level is what i received by paying 5200 rupees and nothing else.

                            Travel policy was taken for parents. Very upset with how this was handled.. Or rather not handled. 1st complaint policy was issued in wrong name. Kunwar was handling this. After this your company had no idea about the pre existing diseases that were selected during taking policy. Emails after emails were sent by me. No reply from [protected]@policybazaar.com. Travel is over. Thankfully i did not have to use the insurance.. As god only knows what i would have to go through.
                            We travel a lot. And this was the first and last time i chose your insurance.
                            If a company cant handle issuing policy the right way... What will be the situation when there is an actual claim to be submitted.

                              I have made a inline payment to star health through policy bazaar on 7th may 2018 of rs.26, 618, the payment was deducted from my bank account but the said amount was not credited in the account of star health. Agent named wasim nisar mir is not picking up the phone now, thus, i am not getting the actual status of my payment.

                                My self inderjit singh saini residing in city paonta sahib, district sirmour, himachal pradesh.
                                Intially i applied for term insurance with max (No.[protected]. While filling the form by mistake i put the city as chandigarh. I requested policy bazar customer care team to get my city change. They told paonta sahib is not coming in the list but sirmour is there. Accordingly i proceeded the policy with payment and even medical.
                                I recieved many message regarding mismatch of my address, every time i told that please update my address as per my aadhar card only which i shared number of times on max whatsapp number.
                                One day i recieved message since your city is not appearing in the list of max, so your policy has forwarded for cancellation.
                                But till date i haven't recieved any update.
                                Than i applied term insurance from hdfc[protected] and payment done for 3 months in advance.
                                Still i am not able to get proper status whether first policy is cancelled or not.
                                No amount has been reversed to my account.
                                Its going to be more than one month struggling to get term insurance even after making payment.

                                Request to please help me.

                                  I am writing this to address a very serious issue and wrongful information being provided by policy Bazaar to me just to sale the policy.

                                  I purchased a family health insurance policy of Apollo Munich Optima Restore through the Policy Bazaar on 10th March 2017. At the time of purchase, I was offered 6500 Rs vouchers(800 Rs hard voucher * 8) from the policybazaar and I would get that within 15 days and hard copy of the policy in 7 to 10 days.

                                  I received hard copy of the policy kit after 35 days that's again after multiple follow-up. It's been two months and am yet to get the vouchers and it's been almost 2 months.

                                  I had followed up multiple times and each time I heard different excuses being given to me without a concrete resolution to the issue. Every time sales person was telling me that they would get the recording and call me next day but never they came up with the recording. It has been really frustrating so far as I never get promised callback nor there is any authority showing responsibility.

                                  When I asked to cancel the policy then again, they used to say to me that they will deduct 25% of the amount. It's clearly their fault and they are just dragging this just to buy the time.
                                  As per the norm, any one can cancel the policy within 15 days after receiving the policy kit. They clearly cheated with me by providing wrongful information.

                                  PolicyBazaar is just one of the fraud company. This is not happened only with me as I read many bad reviews on mouthshut. It's a serious issue on various counts under the consumer protection act. Kindly help.

                                    I have taken car policy of national insurance policy no is[protected] through the policy bazaar .when I call on toll free numbers, customer service representative attend the call and told status will be given to you in 48 hour I have contacted him 20 to 25 times but not money found nor status . All process of claim is completed by surveyer his name is Navneet sukhaniya still rembursement is pending I hope claim team will help. my resistered mob no is [protected]

                                      Had purchased policy on 13 April, 2018 from policy bazar.From that I had experience that policybazar, Just cheating customer by proving wrong values on website...
                                      While purchasing policy it show Vehicle IDV = 37, 231/- RS for 1st year and same amount is mentioned in mail from policybazaar...But in policy document it shows 31, 912 /-RS .The copy of same it posted along with this
                                      Since from month I am trying to resolve it from...

                                      I had done my car insurance throw policybazaar.com and after that i received my policy in 7days but i supposed to change my name in the policy so i requested them and thy told me that physical inspection has to be done it took 5 more days all procedure's are done. After that only drama started they are not able to change the name still i am waiting already 4 months done. No development they are still asking me to wait.
