If that is the case why it is not informed during issue of the policy ? how can now I claim in absence of old policy?

    Pissed off with too many calls from policy bazar. Before they were calling 3-4 times a day. And some time at around 10 at nihgt. But this time they have crossed all the limit yeterday night at 12:01 even they were calling from the number.

    I have raised a coplaint with their support to block all the calls from their side. This is not acceptable.

    Bought a policy and she just tellng me dat i will receive soft copy of my policy but its been more than 3 days i haven't received anythng

    She also lied me that i can change the due date but dat is not an option

    I have started chat but no one is assisting at all

    I am also facing the same issues. These ### make your life hell if you put your phone no. on there website while checking policies. I have received more the 100 calls over the course of 7 days from different no's. I have blacklisted more than 50 no's of there call center.

        Almost 2+ month passed but still, i have received mail due to system problem we are unable to share policy copy... Shame on these guys... Just cheating people.. Its big fraud company... I request all do't buy policy from these site... Its just headache... Instead buy directly from agent... Although it takes time... But no any future trouble... I buy it from policy bazar for time saving.. But since from 2 month i am wasting time for such stupid think...

              Hi,

              My name is anurag joshi. I want to register a complaint against policy bazaar for their continuous harassment, no response and not resolving my problem since last 2 months. I have called them, emailed them and now they are not even responding.

              Series of events

              1-i was sold a policy from akash keshav of your company for cigna health ttk in the month of april and i was given attractive offers to purchase this policy for my mother. He told me it will cost around 24k and later realize that the cost is around 27k. To provide additional benefit, he offered me 7k of the voucher every year for next 3 years from health assure which i can utilise in the bunch as well.

              2- i have been calling from last 3 weeks to understand how to utilize the benefit, however, everyone has failed to provide the procedure and strangely they kept on the passing me from one department to another department. I have been talking to kavita and have failed to understand her she kept on checking with senior/ team and other employees and assured me a callback but they never came. The strangest thing here is that there is no complaint number i can raise on call and in a serious breach of trust they have not been mentioning my problem in the log.

              3-i somehow, found out the way and contacted the health assured team and to my surprise, they tell me the voucher is for only 6.5k not 7k as informed by akash. Furthermore, after visiting the doctor, we were advised few tests mentioned below. When i requested the test, they tell me that it's beyond my credit limits as it was costing around 7-8k and my limit is only 6k after deducting the doctor's appointment.

              4- i checked the price of the test from the same lab they are referring us and was shocked to learn that it cost only 3k for all the test including additional test. When i confronted the health assured team, they were failed to provide me a proper explanation and sent me back to policy bazaar and when i contacted policy bazaar they passed the buck to health assured. I later realized that it is nothing but a serious fraud is going on in both the companies and prima facie looks like a hand in gloves.

              5. I have talked to the customer care of policy bazaar and now they are not even responding. This person name pankaj sharma has been writing me that they are unable to establish a connection with me despite saying that they can respond to email as well.

              Below are the tests from ha credit vs an advertisement from yesterday's hindu paper. You can check and decide for yourself. This is nothing but exploiting the customers just because they have bought a health insurance from you guys.
              1 credit =650 rs
              Total credit for the tests are 10.15= 7k approx

              Test credits as per health assure
              Vitamin b-12 2.7
              Lipid profile 2.4
              Thyroid profile 1.15
              Random blood sugar 0.25
              Cbc 0.6
              Rua 0.45
              Kft 3.6

              My expectation

              1- a complaint number has to be given to every customer to keep a track of his complaint.
              2- either you shall charge me vouchers worth 3k for the test or i shall get it from the market and you reimburse me for it.
              3- i shall see 30 credits in my accounts as provided by the sales team.
              4-calls on already purchased number drops 4 out of 5 times, this needs to be resolved as well.
              5- i want a team who is committed to their promises and expecting all the credits+action against those who did not do their job honestly.

                I was surfing for health insurances & got a call from the executive, i asked him all the queries & said that i am interested in buying the policy but will make the payment within 2-3 days. Listening to this the executive made an argument & hung up the call without any reply from me. Is this the way you provide customer care.

                  I am kaif aslam writing this letter to you to grab your attention to the unsettled issue of my insurance claim. I have done insurance of my car form you (Policy bazaar) with united india insurance company ltd. My car met with an accident.
                  When the accident took place. I immediately contact the customer support and gone through my insurance paper and came to know that. I can get a claim and done one report and they replied me that they will contact me with reference to the insurance and will send the surveyor to survey or check this issue form the company as soon as possible.
                  Now, this is to inform you that they have not yet send any surveyor. I requested and called them so many time (About 20-25 times) multiple excuse and reasons me like every time they told me will send a surveyor by tomorrow or inspection to be done by tomorrow not concrete resolution to the issue.
                  I am totally disappointed with your service. It has been really frustrating and mentally harassment to customer.
                  Now, i humbly request to you to see what the matter and do action at the earliest. If can't i make a legal action because i have all the recordings to complaint in consumer forum against your company.

I pay full payment for my health insurance and according to rule the send me my policy soft copy but they don't send me any kind of soft copy and i daily cl to customer support but they also dnt give me good response. Day by day they promise me that he willy giving me soft copy of my policy.

                          Six month ago, i had a bait call from reliance capital mr. Sandip patil (Mo.[protected], he told me to purchage a life insurance policy if you purchage policy reliance capital give 0% roi (Rate of interest) loan sanction within max to max 20 days.

                          Sandipbhai patil went on guarding me at the phone and i then blinded him and at that point of time i bought 4 policies. At that time, me and my family had a need a money. Now this great man is cheating on me. Please i heartly request to you for help me. It is absolutely necessary

                          Now, the great man, sandipbhai patil or reliance capital has not given me loan in any of these days, and by the date of the present, those people still give me different time to give for loan sanction date. Always he will give me trust about loan amount sanction in call done with in 2-3 days. (I have also attached call recording for proof)

                            I had taken a policy for my car vied policy no.[protected] for a period of 28/03/2017 to 27/03/2017 and my car got accident ed on 03/03/2018 and i booked complaint on line vied claim id 6111, and submitted duly completed claim form on 8th march, but in spite of my regular follow up, they have not even deputed surveyor by march 21st, and i have no other option than to repair at my own cost.
                            Now i am forwarding the case to insurance ombudsmen for granting me clain and justice.

                              I purchased an travel insurance policy from policy bazaar yesterday and amount has also been debited from my indusind bank however purchase of travel policy mail has not been received, have also not received any reply despite raising the issue on gmail, ref is 68920280.                                 I purchased this policy from policybazar.com and they had not informed abou me any kind of video inspection to be done by insurance company, i met with accident during the policy tenure and i paid the full amount as raised byy dealers for my car. Their inspection incharge came to the deliver addrerss and make an accident report and submit to the company. After waiting of a month i received a mail only that they require previous policy document and then only they will process this claim.in this regards i provided the same to them but after waitjng of approx one month i did not get response. During this time period i visit thier branch office located in sonipat, haryana 3-4 times but eveytime they said it is an online policy and we will do nothing for this. After approching to thier branch manager i got a response that they can only provide contact address and telephone number of the customer care, do your efforts we will not help any more. I called on customer care to track the status but not able to found anything with them. At last i wrote a compalint to the mail id provided on their website and get to know from the replies received that they dont have video of my car in their database. Neither the policy seller informed me about this neither the insurer infromed about pending status. At the time of raising claim it shows to me they dont have video and they will not process the claim, at this point of time if my policy status is not yet completed then how they have the right to keep my money in thier account for so long without informing to me. So i want refund of my amount with interest and the amount i spend on my car for making it good condiditon. Asi have in faith that the my car is insured by the insurer and in actual it was not. They never contacted me on my phone number provided to them. As i m not aware how to use mail id and with the help of other i m raising this complaint.

                                  Has been rejected on the plea that the claim had already been taken
                                  Earler, which was not mentioned while filling the policy.
                                  This is to bring to your notice that i had filled the form online and
                                  Was not aware tht glass breakage was taken under insurance, which my
                                  Wife did.

                                  And now, when u have rejected the claim, what is the way out, with
                                  The policy, which shows that no claim can be taken on your policy,
                                  Just bcoz someone forget to fill rs 4000 extra.

                                  Please guide us in this scenario. What to do?
                                  N what use is this policy for us now?
                                  If the policy was filled online, it should have contacted the mahindra
                                  Site, if any claim of rs 8000 has been taken, which i was not aware
                                  Of, which was done by my wife. I filled it online from my office.

                                    Dear sir,
                                    I regularly visit your site to know about term insurance plan. Last i visited 15th of this month. After that mr yeswant kumar (Title not remenber) called dated 16th of this month in first half. I talked him very politely to know what i have not aware. But they said to me - aap kitna padhe ho, kish language mai samajana chahate ho.
                                    Is it the way to talk with customer?
                                    I was very shocked to listen these language from salesperson. I never listen this type of language from any company by salesperson.

                                    I also said to you kindly check voice recording of conversation after that you judge i am wrong or right.

                                    I have never registered to policy bazar or opened its site. Some person named puneet has given my phone number as his and I keep getting 5 calls per day from policy bazar. I am not interested in this matter. Kindly spare me from everyday harassment.

                                      Hi concern,

                                      This mail is in regard to my car insurance policy[protected] which i bought from policy bazaar.com on 27th april 2018. However policy got rejected at their end and i was told that i will get my refund in my account within 7 working days. It's been 3 weeks now and i am getting the response from their team that i will get the amount in next 2-3 days. After repeated calls and mails their response is same and i did'nt got any amount till date. Request your kind intervene and support to resolve the issue with policybazaar.com. And also let me know the way forward to register a complain with you against policybazaar.com.

                                        I took policy by paying online on 8th of may 2018, the money was deducted and they never sent policy and everyday giving different email address and phone number and promises that it will be given in 24 hours. I am yet to receive the policy. I sincerely request people to buy directly from insurance companies thought they may charge you 500 ra extra atleast you will have policy. Now my car policy has expired and no policy and no response from policy bazaar. Harassment of high level is what i received by paying 5200 rupees and nothing else.
