I had booked a car insurance policy with policy bazaar on 29 october 2017 using their online mode of booking. After confirmation of booking (After payment), the details of my car in the insurance policy were filled incorrectly by the booker and policy issuer.
I had spontaneously made contact to the booker about the infringement in the policy, so they provided me the complaint no. Pb22576555 and asked me to mail them a copy of my previous insurance policy and reg. Certificate of my vehicle, so i mailed them the two documents asked by them. But i have not yet received any relief about my problem.

I want them to process following corrections in the car policy issued:
Make: mahindra & mahindra
Model: scorpio m2dicr - s2 9 seater bs-iv
Seating capacity: 9
Type of body: suv

    Hello team,
    I am completed my payment to policy bazar w. R. T. My two wheeler insurance on 18 oct 2017. There is multiple complaints against policy bazar:-
    1. After completing my payment i didn't get any confirmation mail/message from policy bazar for confirmation that my payment successfully done. After when i call to customer care they told me that my payment is done.
    2. After no. Of calls & emails from my end on (20 oct 2017) they said me that my policy is not generated & they will refund my amount, but suddenly in evening they share my policy document with me.
    3. On policy soft copy they print incorrect insured name & address.
    4. I request them to please change insured name & address you print wrong name.
    5. Then, they ask for no. Of document invoice, previous year policy, rc copy (Noted:- at the time of buying new policy they don't require any document but, just for correction they require all those document)
    6. I forwarded that document too, and now they told that rc copy is not clear & all stupid things too just waste my time. (Noted:- at the time of buying new policy i fill all correct details on policy form still, they print incorrect name & address)
    7. Now, i just want my all my amount + 5000 for wasting these much of my time.

      I have made payment and payment is confirmed from policy bazaar but the policy is not yet issued. My car number is ap28ck4674. Please do the needful and help me in getting my soft copy. I am following up with their customer service in all possible ways but not getting correct information. I have made the payment before my policy expiration itself.

      My name is Vaibhav Ghanekar. I purchased 2 wheeler policy from policy bazaar(unfortunately)... After that I face some problems. I called some many times to customer service support... But no one solve my problem... And no one service advisor called me back

        This complaint is regarding not providing promised complete amount refund on cancellation of new car insurance policy
        1. I took new car insurance policy from policy bazaar with royal sundaram, all policy details were correct while i was doing payment
        2. When policy issued, car model was incorrect, my dob was incorrect
        3. When consulted policy bazaar executive, the quick way to get this fixed is to cancel current policy and issue new one, the executive also confirmed in email that refund would be 100% excluding only admin charges
        4. Following policy bazaar executive's advise i cancelled policy with royal sundaram and issued new one with hdfc ergo
        5. For cancelled policy when refund made i only received part of premium i paid deducted almost 8k which certainly appeared like admin charge alone
        6. Complete break of trust and credibility of policy bazaar executive
        7. Did at least 10 follow up calls and no positive response and instead they tried finding fault on my side, but i had all my facts in written email from policy bazaar executive and it was complete misleading information from policy bazaar
        8. Pathetic service from policy bazaar and can't really trust their service anymore
        9. Made several complaints and all of them still open with 0 response

        No progress on the status, support team has acted irresponsibly so far and I have call them every time for update and only response I get to hear is that I will get call back from their consultant which never happens

            Policy bazaar is a fraud company.

            Worst service experienced ever.

            I bought a car insurance policy from policy bazaar and have uploaded the inspection video on pb inspect app. But still i get a call that my video has not been uploaded and my car inspection is pending. It has been 7 days and policy is not issued yet. Policy bazaar is providing a very worst service to the customer and making mock of the customer. I don't want to continue my application with policy bazaar. Please cancel my application and return my money. I will never recommend any one to take policy from policy bazaar. Its a fraud company.

              I have taken a tata-aig private car policy through policy bazaar and concerned agent is babita bhatt, pw04631. After all negotiation, i have paid rs 37782/- online and the policy i received is completely is different. I have subsequently wriiten to [protected]@policybazaar.com twice on followings.

              1) is it nil dep policy?
              2) clause ta01 says paying of depreciated proportion of part value. So it is comprehensive policy and not auto secure-pearl policy. Please clarify
              3) no mention on 100% cover on all part except tyres etc... By50%
              4) one time repair on glass/plastic etc with no impact ncb

              To my surprise i am not getting any reply after payment is over & repeated reminder. No one receives call at help line [protected]

              The fact is i received a sub-standard policy against commitment of auto secure-pearl nil dep policy.

                My name is fahad abbasi and i have renewed my religare policy with booking id 52544350 and application number 10871497 on 24th of october. I was informed that i will get the soft copy of my policy within 2 days of the renewal and the hard copy within 5-7 days. I am trying to coordinate for the same since 27th october 2017 but i am not getting the soft copy of my policy or any satisfactory answer.

                The executive on 27th october told me that he/she will arrange a call back for me within half an hour but i didn't got a call from their side. I again called the help line but my call was transferred from one to another and later on disconnected after a long hold.

                Today i again called to which mr. Pawan preet singh with employee id bpw05601 told me that he has arranged a call back and i will get a call within 10-15 minutes but neither any call nor any information came.

                Its been 7 days that the payment has been done and no policy has been dispatched by policy bazaar and also they are least bothered to answer my queries as they are just transferring my calls from one department to another. Please do the needful asap.

                  I've purchased care insurance renewal from policy bazaar on 23rd october 2017 of oriental insurance (Zero dep), booking id no 53673401.
                  Despite several reminders and calls i'm not getting any response from policy bazaar.
                  Everytime their cc gives some excuses and tells policy copy will be delivered to my mail within 24 hrs. Its been more than 3 days and i cannot take out my car as previous policy is expired.
                  Pathetic service from policy bazaar. Don't purchase anything from them.

                    I had taken a 2 wheeler policy of iffco tokyo from policy bazaar.in spite of regular follow up i am still not able to make a changes in the policy or cancel the policy or take an alternate policy. Each time the customer service keeps on transferring the call from service department to sales department and vice versa. I am also not getting a proper response for my emails. Very poor support. Did i not expected this from policy bazaar. Need a right person to help me with the issue immediately. Please help asap.

                      I have booked policy from your website on 24th Oct 2017 for my Maruti Swift car (DL8CAM7878) from TATA AIG. Amount (Rs.11802)has been deducted but I have not received the policy document. I have called customer care so many times, and every time they have done wrong commitment. I have already emailed the screenshots of payment transaction but still issue is unresolved. And poor policy bazaar team sending me my old policy again and again. They are not even able to understand that I have renewed it and paid the amount for new policy for the period of Oct 2017-18. They promise to arrange call back aur mail confirmation but nothing happened. They are a cheater website. Please don't do insurance from policy bazaar. They will eat your hard earned money.

                          I purchased car policy on 16/10/2017 for my new car i20. As i had paid the entire money to policy bazaar for oriental insurance co ltd by credit card. Still i had not recd the policy or any information status regarding the policy. I had made several call to them but there is no body pick the phone or give false assurance to delivered the policy by mail at earliest.

                            My two wheeler licence payment done on 18/10/17, till now the policy copy not send to me. I tried to contact their executive several times, but only one I can connect as they replied their executives always busy. The only executive I talked to assured me on 21/10/17 that i must get my copy mailed by 12 am that very day. no copy mailed, in their site it showing payment done, but no policy issued.

                              Dear Sir,

                              On 6th September, 2017 I purchased a two wheeler insurance from site (https://www.policybazaar.com/) for my Motorbike Bajaj Avenger Street (150CC), Registration no. WB16AR2189 with Order number 50830610 for Insurer LVGI, but when I made a payment through Internet it showed that there is an error in the payment system an immediately I received an email from Policybazaar mentioning the same. But when I checked my Bank statement it showed me that Rs 1310.00 already got deducted against the purchase of my Policy.

                              I contacted my Bank and complained for a refund stating the email from your website. But after 15 days, my bank, SBI, confirmed that on 6th September, Policybazaar got the payment of Rs 1310 from my Bank, and they also gave me the transaction number which is IGABYVFFB3. Please see the screenshot what they have confirmed against my complain.

                              Now I am feeling extremely harassed by your website's operation on this, and want my money back ASAP. This was extremely shameful for a reputed company like you to treat customers like this. Your customer care already committed that they received the money on the said date as my bank already confirmed (A screenshot is attached for the confirmation about the money received byPpolicybazar). I mailed you so many time but didn't received a single mail from you about the issue. Please do what is necessary and return the money to my bank account (which was used to pay the policy amount of Rs 1310) as soon as possible.

                                From last 20 days, i am chasing policy bazaar customer care to get my issue resolved. At the time of renewal of my car insurance, i provided previous year insurance along with rc but still due to policy bazaar staff's error, new policy i received carries incorrect registration date of the car. Correct registration date clearly mentioned on the rc (Registration certificate) provided at the time of renewal. From three weeks now, i am chasing policy bazaar customer service through emails and phone but not getting any solution. I also copied anjla (Senior director) @ "anjla. [protected]@policybazaar.com" thrice but no communication received from her as well. It seems my complaints are bouncing back. It is the worst experience i had with any online service i used till date. I paid the insurance fee in advance but when it comes to service policy bazaar is deaf.

                                  Reference to above details, i requested to cancel my car policy offered by pb on 15-sep-2017 (Kotak mahidra) situation which occurred due to pb team's (Emp id. Pw03468) miscommunication and wrong commitements.

                                  Requested pb to arrange refund of full amount of inr 15, 317 within 2 weeks as committed by your team (Ankitm)

                                  But till time neither pb team assisted me not i have received my refund!!

                                  I have several employees id no., sms, emails and call records who committed me wrong!

                                  Also anjla dhir who said to be md of this organization not responsible for customer's any request.

                                  I have faced very much pathetic service from pb whole team!

                                  I am not able to attached docs which raised against subject line policy by pb since docs is in pdf format

                                  Need your great assistance here please please please!

                                    Simple, they will attend ur call quick i[censored]r going to be a new customer but after being a customer they will never mind u bcz they got what they want... One of the worst customer service i ever seen... I booked my car policy here but from the date still i didn't get my soft copy... I[censored] call them they will never respond to u properly... So i request everyone to never have any kind of deal with them, simply they will increase ur blood pressure... Their only concern is money... Cheater cheater

                                      I have purchase online two wheeler police having policy no. 211200/31/2018/85954 from policy bazaar, but when i received its soft copy there is wrong vehicle registration number i got i. E. Dl 09s ds 4917 and original is dl 09s bf 4917.
                                      Therefore it is requested that necessary correction please make in the soft copy of two wheeler police and sent the rectify soft copy please.

                                      I had downloaded policy Bazaar app to get my Car Insurance details and ever since the company people are calling multiple times in a day explaining their policies . I politely refused, told them sternly and even made them understand that frequent call were getting a nuisance and I might raise a complaint.

                                        I took term policy with the above ref id on spt'13-2017 and paid policy premium. I am of indian citizen working in saudi arabia from last one year. I took the policy last month when i came there for vacation. I have explained my case details to one of the officer & he suggested to go with tata aia insurance which myself also convinced. On 18th spt my medicals also completed. There after my problem started, as many of policy bazzar team asked same info again and again. I would have provided the info minimum 5 to 6 times to policy bazzar team. Then i traveled back for my job to saudi on spt'25. Now almost 35 days are over, no one responds properly to update my policy and i was keep on requesting to issue the policy at earliest.
