I purchased car policy on 16/10/2017 for my new car i20. As i had paid the entire money to policy bazaar for oriental insurance co ltd by credit card. Still i had not recd the policy or any information status regarding the policy. I had made several call to them but there is no body pick the phone or give false assurance to delivered the policy by mail at earliest.

    My two wheeler licence payment done on 18/10/17, till now the policy copy not send to me. I tried to contact their executive several times, but only one I can connect as they replied their executives always busy. The only executive I talked to assured me on 21/10/17 that i must get my copy mailed by 12 am that very day. no copy mailed, in their site it showing payment done, but no policy issued.

      Dear Sir,

      On 6th September, 2017 I purchased a two wheeler insurance from site (https://www.policybazaar.com/) for my Motorbike Bajaj Avenger Street (150CC), Registration no. WB16AR2189 with Order number 50830610 for Insurer LVGI, but when I made a payment through Internet it showed that there is an error in the payment system an immediately I received an email from Policybazaar mentioning the same. But when I checked my Bank statement it showed me that Rs 1310.00 already got deducted against the purchase of my Policy.

      I contacted my Bank and complained for a refund stating the email from your website. But after 15 days, my bank, SBI, confirmed that on 6th September, Policybazaar got the payment of Rs 1310 from my Bank, and they also gave me the transaction number which is IGABYVFFB3. Please see the screenshot what they have confirmed against my complain.

      Now I am feeling extremely harassed by your website's operation on this, and want my money back ASAP. This was extremely shameful for a reputed company like you to treat customers like this. Your customer care already committed that they received the money on the said date as my bank already confirmed (A screenshot is attached for the confirmation about the money received byPpolicybazar). I mailed you so many time but didn't received a single mail from you about the issue. Please do what is necessary and return the money to my bank account (which was used to pay the policy amount of Rs 1310) as soon as possible.

        From last 20 days, i am chasing policy bazaar customer care to get my issue resolved. At the time of renewal of my car insurance, i provided previous year insurance along with rc but still due to policy bazaar staff's error, new policy i received carries incorrect registration date of the car. Correct registration date clearly mentioned on the rc (Registration certificate) provided at the time of renewal. From three weeks now, i am chasing policy bazaar customer service through emails and phone but not getting any solution. I also copied anjla (Senior director) @ "anjla. [protected]@policybazaar.com" thrice but no communication received from her as well. It seems my complaints are bouncing back. It is the worst experience i had with any online service i used till date. I paid the insurance fee in advance but when it comes to service policy bazaar is deaf.

          Reference to above details, i requested to cancel my car policy offered by pb on 15-sep-2017 (Kotak mahidra) situation which occurred due to pb team's (Emp id. Pw03468) miscommunication and wrong commitements.

          Requested pb to arrange refund of full amount of inr 15, 317 within 2 weeks as committed by your team (Ankitm)

          But till time neither pb team assisted me not i have received my refund!!

          I have several employees id no., sms, emails and call records who committed me wrong!

          Also anjla dhir who said to be md of this organization not responsible for customer's any request.

          I have faced very much pathetic service from pb whole team!

          I am not able to attached docs which raised against subject line policy by pb since docs is in pdf format

          Need your great assistance here please please please!

            Simple, they will attend ur call quick i[censored]r going to be a new customer but after being a customer they will never mind u bcz they got what they want... One of the worst customer service i ever seen... I booked my car policy here but from the date still i didn't get my soft copy... I[censored] call them they will never respond to u properly... So i request everyone to never have any kind of deal with them, simply they will increase ur blood pressure... Their only concern is money... Cheater cheater

              I have purchase online two wheeler police having policy no. 211200/31/2018/85954 from policy bazaar, but when i received its soft copy there is wrong vehicle registration number i got i. E. Dl 09s ds 4917 and original is dl 09s bf 4917.
              Therefore it is requested that necessary correction please make in the soft copy of two wheeler police and sent the rectify soft copy please.

              I had downloaded policy Bazaar app to get my Car Insurance details and ever since the company people are calling multiple times in a day explaining their policies . I politely refused, told them sternly and even made them understand that frequent call were getting a nuisance and I might raise a complaint.

                I took term policy with the above ref id on spt'13-2017 and paid policy premium. I am of indian citizen working in saudi arabia from last one year. I took the policy last month when i came there for vacation. I have explained my case details to one of the officer & he suggested to go with tata aia insurance which myself also convinced. On 18th spt my medicals also completed. There after my problem started, as many of policy bazzar team asked same info again and again. I would have provided the info minimum 5 to 6 times to policy bazzar team. Then i traveled back for my job to saudi on spt'25. Now almost 35 days are over, no one responds properly to update my policy and i was keep on requesting to issue the policy at earliest.

                    I've purchased investment plan via policy bazaar and later i canceled it on the same day itself. The payment was done during the purchase of the plan. But still now, i ve not received any refund details regarding the cancelation.

                    I talked to few representatives in policy bazaar and they were talking like boss of me treating like am the beggar who is asking money with them. Telling it will take more than 12 working days to get my money back.

                    In this digital era of transactions why they need 12 working days.

                    I never gonna recommend anyone to policy bazaar to take a policy or insurance later you should be the one who regret of being purchased.

                    Please address this concern as soon as possible and let me know if you need any other information from me.

                      Hi,

                      I am not interested in your products. Your employees are constantly mailing/messaging/whatsapping. Today i received whatsapp messages. By what means is whatsapp an appropriate medium to reach out??

                      This is intrusive, close to the point of harassment. I insist that i don't receive any phone calls any more. Especially the messages on whatapp.

                      This horrible experience ensures that i won't refer the website to anybody. I wish to receive no further calls/messages from the company with immediate effect.

                        I had paid an amount of rs 1176/- towards renewal of my existing two wheeler policy from policy bazar online portal on 30th sep 2017. Till date i haven't received any policyor refund! Instead i am battling up with their customer care every day but they are providing fake assurance and fake detaills about refund. On 4 th of oct they gave me a written mail about refund within 7 working days but now the customer care team teling that till now refund not initiated till my policy in pending status. From agent level and supervisor level they are giving fake details and assurances. And 12th of oct i got a policy soft copy but its not for my vehicle. Policy bazar is giving worst customer service and as well as i need to get compensate for this issue.

                          On july 24th i made transaction of 1265 to tata aig via policy bazar for two wheeler insurance and that transaction was failure again on july 31st i made another transaction that was successful for my first transaction which was made on july 24th i did not get my refund amount. These people are saying same thing from 2 months that we are looking into it. Please take this one serious offence and take necessary action on this fraud guys.

                            I had paid an amount of rs 1167/- towards renewal of my existing two wheeler policy from policy bazar online portal on 30th sep 2017 for tata aig. Till date i haven't received any policy! Instead i am battling up with their customer care every single day since then. I am immensely disgusted & humiliated by their false commitments on daily basis over mails & phones.

                            More to add, their mails have started bouncing back now. I have observed several other customers complaining about it too. Seriously, do they start blocking people when they can't resolve an issue? I am trying to get refund now. But they don't take request over phone & their mails are bouncing too. Pls guide to reach out to consumer forum.

                              I approached policy bazaar for health insurance. Initially everything was fine and money was taken for a royal sundaram policy. (Paid through credit card). Within a week a call from policy bazaar says that we are supposed to go for a medical check up. I asked them why didnt you tell this before? I would have paid after the test clearance. We left it and went ahead with the medical tests. Now the company is offering the policy but we are not happy with the terms so we do not wish to take the policy. Today when i tried to send a mail to policy bazaar regarding the same. All the my mails bounced back. I spoke to an executive named ankit who promised me a call back from the royal sundaram team before 7. No one has called. I want my money back. I dont want the policy. It has been a tough 1 month for us going to and fro. Dont you guys know about medical tests to be conducted? Why werent we informed before? Why are my mails bouncing back? Why there is no call from your side? My contact number is [protected]

                                This is very embarrassing from policy bazaar that we have pay the amount of my car insurance and told to video of the vehicle. First time the video has been done policy bazaar call us that the front windshield survey is not ok after ward another virtual video is done and that has been accurate but still they are saying that the video has not came on clear basis and other cars is seen. Shall i have to make the video on road so that it will be clear.

                                I want my amount back now or else these issue will be taken on consumer court for cheating and harassment to the customer for issue of policy

                                    I purchased a car insurance renewal policy of hdfc ergo through policy bazaar. On submission of claim with hdfc ergo my claim got rejected against the reason that the insured name on policy is not matching with the insured name on rc book. The car is registered in the name of my employer while the renewal policy got issued in my name through policy bazaar. Now upon submission of request for policy correction with copy of rc i have been asked to submit previous year policy which i do not have currently. My contention is when policy bazaar can issue a renewal policy without asking for previous year policy copy then why is the same being asked for policy correction.

                                        By mistake this time i bought my bike's policy from very poor policy bazaar. After 1 month when i was about to claim insurance after i met with aciident i came to know that they have misprinted my policy date, instead of 22july they printed it 27july which disabled me to continue my claim process. The moment i called them regarding this they told me this will take more 4-5 working days and they agreed that this is their fault. After a week when i again called them they said more 2-3 working days. This process continued till 25 days and that day one of their senior exective said sir tomorrow you will get. Next day also they refused that company is not giving them, that day i asked in written from them to give me email written that you will give me my policy tomorrow, till date its been 35 days and still i am sitting without my policy. Everyday i am just spending 300 on cab instead of taking my own bike.
                                        Nobody even think of taking policy from policy bazaar
                                        They fool customers
                                        Even give wrong numbers so that customer dont disturb them, they did this with me twice.
                                        Worst.
                                        If there is something even more bad than "worst", then policy bazaar take it happily.

                                        Tomorrow it vl be expired and till date no body contact me renewal even I talk with mr. Jitendar he said he has no idea about it
