nobody is picking the call and have taken the money

I bought a term insurance policy in mid june. The team does not know the process and kept saying the policy will be issued in 7-10 working days when i contacted them.
They kept saying this for good 15-20 days.

After confronting them got to know my documents were not forwarded to the insurance company at all. They forwarded my documents after almost a month to the company.

I have initiated an insurance policy for my two wheeler 5 days back, which i did not received till date. On calling the customer care policy bazar, evertime the executive assures that the policy soft copy will be sent by evening 1900 h, however it is not yet received. Don't take any health policy through policy bazaar

Before booking policy, their representative told me that there is an offer that if i take policy from them complete premium will be converted to one year emi of rs 1222.83 (Policy premium was rs 14674). Max life — term insurance cancellation refund

This is to bring to your notice that i have taken a term insurance policy from an insurer maxlife through policy bazaar and ever since i had to go through a lot of pain.

My medicals was done the very next week and no decision was made even after 2 weeks.
