My claim is pending due to buy insurance policy online through policy bazaar i have purchased 0 debt policy but given instruction policy bazaar / oriental insurance company i have for repairing of my bike in 12th july but my claim is still pending it is worst service of my life i never recommend anyone to buy policy online its lost of money and waste of time.
As given instruction by mr mandakani / policy bazaar executive i have done my bike servicing on cash from sai tvs & submitted all document to your lucknow head office but approx 71 days passed no information about claim. Please help to settled my claim. My policy no is 211200/31/2017/16821 claim no 220000/31/2018/030089

    I did my two wheeler insurance renewal on 19th sep 2017. Till now i did not get the policy. Daily i am calling customer care and asking the status. Daily they are telling today you will get. Daily i am spending more than 15 min to customer care. There is no proper response for the complaints. Really i dont want to waste my time with this problem. Please share me the procedure for amount refund. My old insurance is already expired and currently i am not having. I am not going to trust you people again. So please tell me the process for refund. I will put policy in some other vendor.

    Still I am not getting my amount.

    I have called customer care more than 20 times, and i am following up more than a month. But waste. No proper response.

    I dont know when i am going to get my amount. Let me now who will help me to get my amount, Please dont say customer care people will help. I called so many times. That will not work. If i am not getting my amount by three days i am planning to raise a complaint on government site.

    Really very worst service. Please try to improve the support.

    I wanted to cancel the policy which I have placed today but customer care people are avoiding it by putting the call on hold for long time.

    I have sent few mails regarding the cancellation but no acknowledgement from them.

      Hi,

      I renewed my car insurance policy on 16-sep-17 from policybazaar.com. Policy premium of rs 4712 was deducted from my bank account but policy was not issued from policybazzzar.com. I called on customer care and also send several mail to policy bazaar but they have not provided my any soft copy of the policy.
      My car number is rj14cw8758 and policy opted for renewal was future generali.
      My car policy has already expired on 20-sep-17 and i don't have the renewed policy even after paying the money.

        I need reliance general insurance quote from policy bazaar. I have current customer of reliance general insurance.

        When i interact with online chat from policy bazaar mr. Ronit arya. Welcome me.

        They give quote all other insurance company except of reliance general insurance.

        When i asked i need or need to compare reliance general insurance quote from policy bazaar this will not be possible they said "we provide the best deal of the current year but not from the same insurer because we compare quotes with your existing insurer"

        & i asked pls give me in writing as i am the customer i want to see the where it is in writing.

        They ignore the customer & connect with another new policy bazaar executive person for online chat with me.
        & again he will start the welcome only or nothing.

        Policy bazaar should not ignore the customer.

        This is my first visit with policy bazaar & it is very very bad conversation i never recommended to any one purchase or compare from policy bazaar.

          I took car policy from policy bazaar on june. There was a spelling mistake on my name so i requested to change it accordingly. Initially i was asked for my rc copy which i provided and they promised they will provide my insurance copy with correct name in max 10 days. They didn't. After multiple followups they again asked for old insurance which i provided and promised will provide within a week. But didn't. Last month again they started a new mail chain to provide rc copy. I told everything i provided again they told i will receive soon. It's been 3 months but still i didn't receive a corrected insurance copy.

            I had booked an HDFC Term Life plan with policy bazaar on 6th Sep 2017. I was told that I can cancel the policy within 30 days. I emailed them for cancellation on 7 Sep 2017 and I received an acknowledgement email from them on 08 Sep 2017 regarding the cancellation. The request has been forwarded to the concerned department and they will contact me. I have been trying several times, they say that they will arrange a call back but no one calls. I had paid a three months premium of Rs.8517. It has been already more than 10 days since I received the email from them, but have not got any update from them. Now I am suspicious with their behavior and will file a police complaint if I do not get my money back in 10 days. Reference id5085749

              Policy bazaar is a fraud! Please dont take any policies from there.

              I paid.
              They rejected my self inspection video which i uploaded
              I raised for manual inspection request
              A guy from the policy department came and he did the manual inspection but still nothing happend
              I kept calling policy bazaar many times.
              They arranged for another manual inspection.
              There is no guarantee that i will be getting my policy papers
              I dont have patience left, anymore to keep calling them back
              I am in a great loss of money, money worth rs. 8863, which is not a small amount for a middle class person like me.

              I will be raising a police case against policy bazaar and few executives who were involved in bluffing and wasting my time:

              - mr. Raghav - [protected]

              Pw04923 shanili and pw04609 pramod, cutomer care executives - i shall wait for some more time as they promised to resolve my issue, if they dont i will give there details to the police too

At the time of buying by mistake two transactions were made and i called customer care and asked them to find me a solution but from 21st july'17 till present 15sept'17 they havnt found a solution. I have sent numerous amount of mails to them and called them several times but no response. They reply that they eill keep me posted

The payment got failed, while 2010rs has been deducted from my bank account. The payment refrence num is 51193349. I ve talked with their executives she told me that it will be get refunded with 24hrs, but it wont got refunded.. Please help me.. They are cheating the customers.. Ask them will they refund my money or not.. While we indians are now gaining trust on cashless india, these companies are making # of it.. Please help me get my money back..

                    I hope this is the last time i am explaining this in detail and get the issue at hand addressed. Attached are the payment details, which includes the transaction id as well. I have already sent these 6 times and do not wish to keep going like this.

                    I have paid for your services and i am getting nothing but stress back. I have been promised a call back and have received none. I have all the bank detailed attached that i have made the payment. So, please check this at your end and have a call back arranged. If that is not done, i shall be forced to approach the consumer redresal court for these proceedings. And the amount of money involved is for sure big enough for me to engage in that.

                    Please go through the attached emails and details and get back to me at the earliest. I do not expect such a behaviour from a company like yours.

                    Kindly be informed that i have spoken to naveen on saturday and amit chauhan today and they promised that i will get the call back, which never came.
                    My car is not insured at the moment and i will held "policybazaar" responsible, if anything happens. I have already spoken to the my bank and they have confirmed that the payment was successful.

                      I've taken a insurance policy for two wheeler with Policy Bazaar and paid the full amount whatever they've quoted. They provide a link to download the policy copy, but the link is not working.

                      Even after 4 working days I didn't received the policy copy. And I have made complaints through their mail, phone and live chat. But every body whom I talked with want to skip their duty and just said I'll receive the policy copy soon.

                      Still I'm waiting and no one there bothered about customers.
                      I need my policy to be delivered immediately.

                      I don't understand how they survive with this much of poor service in this highly competitive market.

                        Hi, i am kona raja ratna gopal, is with policybazaar id 45577366, has taken a term policy of bharti axa with no.[protected]. While registering this policy, policybazaar insisted to make premium payment through policybazaar. They assured that mode can be changed any time. So i made it. But now they are not responding to my call for any regards. And the surprising thing is that they have not paid my deducted policy monthly premiums to the insurance company (Bharati axa). After my payments of premium i am still not insured as it lapsed now.
                        The worst experience from policy bazaar. Please don't suggest this any body, approach company directly.

                        It has not been resolved. I came here for solution, not to get new problems. As soon as I posted my complaint here, immediately a person made a call and asked for amount of refund and Credit Card details including CVV to make the refund. I got doubt and didn't relieve the same. I felt some team is tracking these complaints and making use of particulars to fraud more.

                          On 7th sept. Was my car policy renewal date, so i did my car policy renewal.
                          While processing money got deducted from my account 3 days back till date not received single message or soft copy policy.
                          For same more than 15 times i called call center but every time i was received following fake commitments.
                          1. 8th sept. Got call from mr. Mandeep - he asked for money deducted message and i was forwarded message on no [protected]. By seeing message he committed that i will get policy within 24 hrs, but this time also policy bazaar failed.
                          2.9th sept. Morning after 30 min wait somehow call connected to crt team of policy bazaar this time also same commitment i received till 7pm policy will get, but this time i was asked for mail communication and i was received mail but this time also they failed to follow commitment.
                          Now they are saying to wait another 48 hours, this is pathetic.
                          Due irresponsible i am not able to use my car.
                          So requesting you i want harassment charges as well as taxi charges which i am using during this period.

                          Personal information is getting leaked from policybazaar, due to this fraud person called me from [protected] and he shared all my details regarding my policy and he committed (He told employee id pb989762) that money will transfer to my account so i gave my bank details from which i renewed my policy. That fraud person took more than 2000 rs from my account.

                          I want to know how policy bazaar details get leaked outside?

                          Please refund my policy money as well as 2000 rs which i lost due to breach in your system & also for harassment total refund 15000 rs asap.

                            Plan name: bharti axa life flexi term

                            Continuing with my ongoing issue with policy bazaar, i have received notification from bhartiaxa that my policy is being lapsed because my two months' premium has not been paid however policy bazaar has charged me all the premiums before due date already.

                            Please do not buy any policy from policy bazaar. They are absolutely fraud company. They will take money from you but will not pay further to insurer.

                            You might not believe me. Call me before associating with policy bazaar. I will show you the emails which i have sent to them but they don't care. You can check my credit card statement also which clearly shows that policy bazaar has charged all the premiums from me however they just keep the money with them. They are really cheaters, fraud and robbing our hard earned money.

                            I believe that they will not settle my account until i complain against them with police and consumer court with all the proofs i have.

                            I am also attaching the snapshot of email i have received from bhartiaxa that my premium is not yet paid which is resulting in policy lapse.

                            Hi,

                            I received a call from Policy Bazaar 5 minutes before and they asked me my credit card details. I told them credit card number but they further asked other details about my credit card so I denied. On the top of it the executive argued with me really rudely and in an insulting manner. He called me "Gadha". Policy Bazaar has charged 4 premiums from my credit card already but paid only 1 premium to BhartiAXA. My term plan bought from BhartiAXA through is being lapsed and this is how they are treating their customer. That person also threatened me to zero out my account and close it for good.

                            I had received an assurance call from policy bazaar executive - Pawan Sharma, emp id - BPW04795 on 31st Aug'17 saying that my account will be settled by 5th Sept'17 but now my policy is lapsed. These people are not listening at all now. I am going to raise the concern to the consumer redressal department now.

                            I am really frustrated with this company. They are trully fraud company and their employees are so wild and do not sound like humans. Really shocking things I am getting to know about a company like this.

I want answer for delay and today i am badly illed and i want the card to consult a doctor around my area.                               Dear Responsible,
                              I have taken policy from Mr Vikram Sharma. He assured me to received IHO card in 15 Days, however I have not received my card. Today I am Badly illed and I am not able to consult IHO authorized Dr as I have not IHO card. In addition he is giving irresponsible answer on call. Kindly provide me the solution today as my condition is worsening.

                              There is no response from customer care.

                                  My policy number - term plan[protected]

                                  This is with respect to my bhartiaxa term policy purchased via policy bazar in may'17 by paying two months premium in advance.

                                  Policy was issued on 10th july'17 with adjustment of only 1 month premium rather than 2 with a next due date of 10th aug'17.

                                  Then 2 deductions of 1411 each were made from my credit card on 9th aug'17 by ecs and one was refunded on 20th aug'17 with no intimation to me at all of any sort from pb side.

                                  Now i have rec'd notification from bhartiaxa that my aug'17 payment is still not paid to them and it is overdue.

                                  I called up their customer care and had to speak to 4 different people since they disconnected my call after few minutes when they got to know of my concern. One of them was shakti samar vishwas, emp id - dw04081 who convinced me by saying they will call me back after few minutes but they did not.

                                  I believe policy bazar is doing fraud with its customers because :


                                  They charged two months' premium but have not refunded extra 1 month premium even after 3 months

                                  Their ecs system is malfunctioning since it charged 2 months premium rather than one.

                                  They hung up my call when raise this concern with their customer care centre.


                                  Request to look into my concern and get the extra premium paid back and fix the ecs for monthly auto debit.

                                  Policy Bazaar must discontinue charging me on behalf of BhartiAXA. I believe there is no role of PolicyBazaar in my policy as soon as they refund or adjust my premium amounts which has been paid from me so far but PolicyBazaar has not further paid to BhartiAXA.

                                    I got a call from policy bazaar tele calling executive on dt -30th aug'17 on 3.51 pm & my mobile number is [protected]. He is discussing about term plan & i am not ready to take this plan at real time, because of some personal problem. But that executive scolded me & speak rudely that why i am wasting his time, if i am not take this policy. His talking style is very poor & use some unusual word to me.

                                    I think that was a poor & bad communication/guide from policy bazaar to his/her customer. It's very bad service.

                                      Hi i have taken a policy of health insurance and also cancel it, aftr cancellation policy bazar told me i will be getting refund amount soon. Since 1 month i am following but no refund initiated yet. Can you please resolve my query. My register mob number is [protected]. I am very frustarated with policy bazar's policy.

                                      I have called customer care so many times but they are not listening to my problem, they are only checking with comcern time why should i worried abount it as a end user if i have cancelled my policy i should get refund, still 1 month i am following but till now no result, kindly look into this asap

                                      Today morning I was trying look for some policies for that I had to submit my number. Since then every bank has called me. How can they share my number I didn't accept any terms n condition. They should have mention on their website that if you share your number you will be called from each and every bank. This is very irritating

But the policy is still not issued due to technical problem at aegonlife even after 3 months. Now saying that dob has passed so premium has increased.
