Hi,

I took car insurance from Policy Bazaar for availing best of services but this is irony to experience one of the worst services from such big brand called policy Bazaar. Would urge you to take the call details from my registered Mobile Number [protected] which i had made during recent past on your claim helpline number, I have been assured always for getting a call back every time but not received even a single call back from the help desk.

I have raised a request regarding my Car claim but there is nobody in your team to feel bothered to attend my query. I am getting mentally harassed badly from Policy Bazaar team on account of my own amount reimbursements.

One thing is for sure, here on neither me nor my dear ones will go to Policy Bazaar for the further services or policies. Team Policy Bazaar is very effective only in selling the policies but they are not concerned on services.

It will be great if anybody from this desk support me in getting my issue resolved .

    मैने कार की पॉलिसी ली है उसमें बहुत जगह गलत डिटेल डाल्दी है में ने आरसी बुक की कॉपी दी है फिर भी 20 दिन हो गए है आज तक मु जे सही कॉपी नही मिली है ये लोग पालिसी लेने के लिए बहुत सारे फोन करते थे पर दूसरे तरह की कोई भी हेल्प नही कर ते

      I would suggest never ever go with policybazaar for any kind of insurance. There is no doubt that you will get policy for nice amount. But if you cancel the policy then they wont refund your money, i am running back them for the past fifty days. Seems they are doing some fraud things.

      I have purchased a two wheeler policy on 3rd jan and found that idv value was very low and cancelled immediately but till then every 10 days they are sending mails with wrong commitment.

      First mail saying that your refund has been already processed. But i didnt get my amount. When i asked again they are sending mail saying "that your refund is under process. Kindly allow for next 10 days"

      Its been almost 5 days.. No refund till now. Fraud guys. Have to look for some other way to get mu fund.

        I have purchased two wheeler insurance from policy bazaar, policybazaar website asked me enter my vehicle reg number and picked details on it own.in purchased insurance i do see vehicle cubit capicity is showing wrong and city of vehicle also showing wrong.

        Actual cc is 220 dtsi but it is showing 200 cc
        Actual city is chennai but it does show me gummidipoondi.

        I have been calling to policy bazaar since the moment u have purchased policy but people are fooling around. Finally an agent syed xzaid informed me to send email to policybazaar reg this change. I have sent email twice but so far no reply its been 4 days delay already.
        My mobile number i used to purchase policy is [protected] and email id is [protected]@gmail.com

        Just updating on this, Policy bazaar keep on sending me email to send them my vehicle RC and Previous insurance copy . I have sent them many times but still daily they come and ask same thing . I am not sure what is wrong with them Never thought they will that worse to resolve the issue . Instead of resolving my problem now they started irritating me . I am attaching all the email conversations happened with them.

          I purchased oriental car insurance policy from policy bazar.. After few months i had an accident in my car. I applied for insurance claim from oriental insurance. I did all the formalities. But even after 2 months didn't get my claim amount. So i called polivy bazar if they can help me know the reason behind the delay, or can help me getting contact no. Of concerned authority. Every time i called they said give us 3- 4 days we will call u back. But they didnt call me back. And finally after 5-6 th call told me that we are not liable for claim. I said ofcourse u are not. I only asked for help i[censored] can. They said just a min sir let us ch3ck and they cancelled the call. Every time i call the hung up. They didnt guide me regarding anything. Except selling policy.. Dont know y there is option of claim regarding service in help line.. I bought 2 policies from policy bazar.. But i will never buy or suggest anyone to buy policy from policy bazar. Absolutely unprofessional and unpolite behaviour..

            Dear sir/madam,
            I purchased a term insurance policy of tata aia on 5th february from policy bazaar for my husband who is out of country for his employment. An executives mr deepnash and ms deepa called and forced me for payment saying if delayed the premium will increase by 15 percent as the insurer will fall in certain age bracket after two days ie 7th february. I just made an enquiry and thought to go for it after my husband’s return but was trapped by mr deepansh who spoke and convinced me to trust him for giving the best available policy and immediately sent me a link for payment which i followed and made the payment.
            The staff was fully aware that the proposed insurer is out of country and will only be back in march end still he pushed me for purchasing on his behalf. After 4 days of purchase and assurance that our policy is registered i received a call from policy bazaar that they cannot forward our policy as the insurer will only be available in march and not immediately. They are asking me to write an email on my front that i wish to cancel the policy and request for the refund.
            They took hours of mine over the phone and collected all the informations also took all the documents and now asking us to cancel it on our behalf.
            How wise is it? I need my policy with the compensation now.
            Kindly help.

              My vehicle went for repair against an accident on 11th dec 2017 and was repaired on 16th dec 2017 by harpreet motors pvt. Ltd.
              I am very disappointed by policy bazaar as they are not able to help me talk to m/s oriental insurance company limited to settle my claim amount which is rs.9991/-
              I have made several call to policy bazaar to seek help but there has been no revert to me on the status of my claim.

                I had purchased private car insurance policy o[censored]nited india insurance co ltd fom policy bazar online on dt 2/9/17, bearing policy no[protected], i met with accident in nagpur on 3/2/18 i claimed for insurance at nagpur but i came know that i did mistake by purchase policy online because it is settled in gurgaon only. First i have to pay all amount to workshop n then company will reimburse me that amount within one month. Everybody from workshop to insurance office suggested me not to purchase such policy from online to avoid such delay, it is very embarrassing situation for customers and demotivated to purchase online policy.                   I have bought a car insurance policy from policy bazar and i had selected "future generali" expecting good customer services for my policy which was recommended by your executive.. However, it is very disappointing to share that post sharing & mentioning all the correct details about my car details i have got policy documents with incorrect car model name along with cubic capacity. I have a maruti alto k10 lxi cng with "998 cubic capacity". However, it is incorrectly mentioned on the soft copy of the insurance that i have got from future generali. On policy document it is mentioned "maruti alto lxi cng with"796 cubic capacity" which is incorrect.

                  While getting cross check of critical details of policy it was mentioned invalid car model details on policy bazar link. However, despite of my several request to mr. Ashish (Policy bazar executive) for look again and get this checked he forced me to pay the premium and assured that i will get correct details in my policy documents but post making the payment i have got policy documents with invalid car details.

                  Please get the correction done asap and send me the correct policy documents on my email id along with hard copy at my communication address.

                      I have applied for cancer insurance from your website. I have decided to apply from you people because i expected that you have a good after sale service. But that was a horrible mistake.

                      I have made the payment for cancer insurance and you got the application number. But there was some issue while completing the process and it was never sending me the otp to complete the process. Finally, the page got refreshed and it's gone forever. You guys have taken the money and you are least bothered to reply. I have the application number and none of your customer care executive is ready to help me.

                        Hi team,
                        I want to make complaint against policybazar as i have cancelled my religare health insurance policy but religare team is not returning my amount and policybazar is also following the same path of religare.
                        I have taken this policy from policybazar and after my request they religare has cancelled that policy#11815921.
                        Initially religare team was saying that we have not received any amount from your end but when i shared my bank statement they sent mail, in that mail they have mentioned that we have already refunded your amount as shown in your statement (The statement was related with emi conversion) now every month i am paying my emi amount for my cancelled policy and my bank executive is saying that we can't cancel it until we have not received any refund amount from religare or policybazar.
                        Please resolve this issue asap.

                          On 23/10/17 we purchased mediclaim policy of ttk cigna by policy bazar, after some time company send mail and reject of proposal number prohlr[protected] dated 23/10/2017.

                            I bought a pnbmetlife policy for my wife on 13th jan 2018. But policy bazar sales agent wrongly updated mr. I/o mrs before my wife's name. He put dob wrong as well.
                            As gender mentioned wrong in application; now i cant nominate myself as a nominee as relationship 'husband' is not showing in nominee detail feild.
                            I am escalating the same since then but all in vein.

                            I have my car insurance from policybazaar. Policy no.[protected]
                            After accident i got my car surveyed with much efforts on 17th dec, 17.
                            Next day i submitted all bills to concerned office. Till date my claim has not been processed. Tried several times to contact officials both o[censored]nited india as wells as policybazaar but not getting any clue of current status.
                            It has been over 41 days.
                            Please help or suggest what to be done.
                            The worst part is that both are not giving any response whether claim rejected or in process whatever the reason may be.
                            I suggest all not to buy policies from policy bazaar rather take direct policy from insurance company.

                              Hi all,

                              I have insured my two wheeler with policy bazaar.com vehicle no tn 41 c 5896. The insurance document was generated with incorrect entry for vehicle number as new instead of vehicle no being printed in it. After following up with policy bazaar with the requested rc book scanned copies, they are unable to make corrections in the insurance document. I feel insuring with an agent is best instead of this bad service.

                                I have taken a car insurance from policy bazar.com through a company name universal sompo general insurance co ltd. I have paid amount of rs 14, 746 on 16th january 2018 through net banking. They have done an inspection on 20th january 2018 and after doing the inspection the the agent came for inspection didnt tell me anything about my policy.
                                They have not called me and told me about my insurance policy.in fact i got an email on 20th jan 2018 saying that
                                "we would like to inform you that your vehicle has not been recommended by the insurance company due to vehicle ws glass broken.

                                On basis of this, we have cancelled your booking and the amount would be refunded to your account within 5-7 working days."

                                My complaint is, if they have this kind of policy, they should have done the ispection first and then should have deducted the money. They intensionall kept the money for 10 days to raise interest on that
                                2. Why refund require 5-7 days to take back in to my account, that means i have to drive my car without insuarance till the time.
                                They should have asked me before taking my money whether any broken window is there in your car.
                                They just want money and harrssed me for so many days.
                                4. When i initiated the application, they called thrice in day to do the payment, but they didnot call a single time for letting me know that they have rejected my insurance and refund will be done 5-7 days.

                                  I have booked a policy from kotek but at the time of payment this is changed as reliance and now they sai again bought a new policy to cancel the previous that is also done by me. I can't understand still they said put mail to me and cancellation changers applied. How it is possible to policy changed during the payment time please do action to save the costumers

                                    My self chandan kumar, residing at dediapada, narmada dist, gujarat. I was avail a term plan of pnb metlife but due to some circumstances i was cancelled the policy on 20/12/2017 having application no. 57331159 but refund still pending of rs. 15871/- at your end level.
                                    I contacted the policy bazaar or pnb metlife many times but not yet resolved. So i intimate you before legal proceedings against policy bazar & pnb metlife insurance company.
                                    Please refund my money as soon as possible.

                                    I take a policy as per your description and I paid Rs 19362. but I check the premimum on Star Health Site. the actual amount to pay Rs16943. Please rerund the difference amount or cancell the policy.
