On 23/10/17 we purchased mediclaim policy of ttk cigna by policy bazar, after some time company send mail and reject of proposal number prohlr[protected] dated 23/10/2017.
Mail is followed -

Dear mr. Hutendra sharma,

Thank you for choosing cigna ttk prohealth-protect health insurance plan for your insurance needs.

We have carefully reviewed the declarations provided by you in the proposal form along with other supporting documents including medical reports (If any).

We regret to inform you that we are unable to provide you with the insurance cover applied in view of hypertension, subnormal tmt for mr hutendra sharma.

This decision is purely on the basis of an underwriting risk assessment done by the company and is not a recommendation on your health status.

The amount collected from you (Subject to clearance) shall be credited to the account from which payment was received within 7 working days if the payment is received through online mode.

If payment of premium was made through cash / cheque (Subject to realisation) and your bank account details are not updated with us, we request you to kindly provide us with your neft details (Copy of cancelled cheque with pre-printed name / pass book) so that the premium amount can be refunded at the earliest. If the premium refund amount is more than one lakh, then it is mandatory to provide your kyc documents.

    correction not made in application even after 18 days

    I bought a pnbmetlife policy for my wife on 13th jan 2018. But policy bazar sales agent wrongly updated mr. I/o mrs before my wife's name. He put dob wrong as well.
    As gender mentioned wrong in application; now i cant nominate myself as a nominee as relationship 'husband' is not showing in nominee detail feild.
    I am escalating the same since then but all in vein.
    My proposal form is still pending due to this and still...

    I have my car insurance from policybazaar. Policy no.[protected]
    After accident i got my car surveyed with much efforts on 17th dec, 17.
    Next day i submitted all bills to concerned office. Till date my claim has not been processed. Tried several times to contact officials both o[censored]nited india as wells as policybazaar but not getting any clue of current status.
    It has been over 41 days.
    Please help or suggest what to be done.
    The worst part is that both are not giving any response whether claim rejected or in process whatever the reason may be.
    I suggest all not to buy policies from policy bazaar rather take direct policy from insurance company.

      Hi all,

      I have insured my two wheeler with policy bazaar.com vehicle no tn 41 c 5896. The insurance document was generated with incorrect entry for vehicle number as new instead of vehicle no being printed in it. After following up with policy bazaar with the requested rc book scanned copies, they are unable to make corrections in the insurance document. I feel insuring with an agent is best instead of this bad service.

        I have taken a car insurance from policy bazar.com through a company name universal sompo general insurance co ltd. I have paid amount of rs 14, 746 on 16th january 2018 through net banking. They have done an inspection on 20th january 2018 and after doing the inspection the the agent came for inspection didnt tell me anything about my policy.
        They have not called me and told me about my insurance policy.in fact i got an email on 20th jan 2018 saying that
        "we would like to inform you that your vehicle has not been recommended by the insurance company due to vehicle ws glass broken.

        On basis of this, we have cancelled your booking and the amount would be refunded to your account within 5-7 working days."

        My complaint is, if they have this kind of policy, they should have done the ispection first and then should have deducted the money. They intensionall kept the money for 10 days to raise interest on that
        2. Why refund require 5-7 days to take back in to my account, that means i have to drive my car without insuarance till the time.
        They should have asked me before taking my money whether any broken window is there in your car.
        They just want money and harrssed me for so many days.
        4. When i initiated the application, they called thrice in day to do the payment, but they didnot call a single time for letting me know that they have rejected my insurance and refund will be done 5-7 days.
        I need my money back with interest and to take action against them of doing such practice of keeping money for many days and raising interst on that

          I have booked a policy from kotek but at the time of payment this is changed as reliance and now they sai again bought a new policy to cancel the previous that is also done by me. I can't understand still they said put mail to me and cancellation changers applied. How it is possible to policy changed during the payment time please do action to save the costumers

            My self chandan kumar, residing at dediapada, narmada dist, gujarat. I was avail a term plan of pnb metlife but due to some circumstances i was cancelled the policy on 20/12/2017 having application no. 57331159 but refund still pending of rs. 15871/- at your end level.
            I contacted the policy bazaar or pnb metlife many times but not yet resolved. So i intimate you before legal proceedings against policy bazar & pnb metlife insurance company.
            Please refund my money as soon as possible.

            I take a policy as per your description and I paid Rs 19362. but I check the premimum on Star Health Site. the actual amount to pay Rs16943. Please rerund the difference amount or cancell the policy.

                I'm pawan kumar rawat, i purchased a insurance policy from policybazaar.com for my two wheeler on 21 oct 2017 and cancelled it after 2 days. I send the mail regarding cancellation of the policy and share the alternative policy i have bought. I called policybazaar and they said that the refund will be credited in your account within 5-7 working days but no refund credited and when i call to policybazaar they told me to wait for the week and we'll update you but i never got any update from their end and the customer care team told about arranging a callback but never got any call from them. They always told me to wait for a week or 2, but i dont think they are working on my case. They ask for my bank details on 1st dec. For the refund and i share my bank details with them then they said refund has been initiated but i dont get any refund and when i called they said there is a technical issue and refund is not initiated, what is this? And they told me to wait for more time.

                They said to wait till 25 Jan for the refund But on 25th Jan, another mail came from PolicyBazaar in which the time has been extended to 2nd Feb and today another mail to wait till 10th Feb. It's been more than 3 months and still i don't get any refund.

                PS. They don't work like professionals.

                  Please help i am facing continuous issue regarding the refund one of my policy cancelled by me (Booking id[protected]. The agent (Arun kumar) their who first made a wrong policy by giving wrong direction (Like new and not knows how and where to fill details) than ask for the another policy and his manager (Prashant) and sales deputy manager (Shailja charan) commit and said they will help in refund within 3 days (I have mail also she given in written) but now not replying and just not picking up my call. Respected departments are not helping also and giving a solution to my problem.
                  The agent is arun kumar who made wrong policy and after making payments not picking up the call. His manager mr. Prashant and their sales dpty manager shailja chanran made various commitment for the refund at the time of making policies but not able to just reply of my emails. I make various calls with policy bazarr but no one taking my issue seriously. Please refund my money.

                  I make two other policies policy number 11926000 and 11924093 with policy bazarr and i will cancel them just because of your support negligence and poor services.

                  I have some questions please answer them also and if you are not able to refund i will take legal financial action against your company on the basis of that you are doing.

                  Please answer my these questions.
                  1) why they are not making the refund in same mode on credit card.

                  2) if all knows that the proposer name get filled wrongly than why they forcibly trying to make the refund on the same name.

                  3) they are asking for the bank account details or cancelled check for the named their of proposer. If it is already get filled wrong than how they can refund on the same.

                  4) all the scenarios are under the instructions of their agent and also make commitment for refund for the person making policy at that time.

                      Dear sir i had booked car insurance o[censored]nited india insurance company through policy bazzar on 12 nov 17. During booking you shows in policy premium 5387/-, idv value 447774/- and as a comprehensive policy which i had paid rs.5387/- but when i got soft copy on 15 nov 17 from united india insurance company, they issued me third party policy with the premium of rs.2537/- and idv values shows zero. From 15 nov 17 i have maked 100 calls to policy bazzar for correction but no positive response comes. This is making fool to consumers. Approximate two month are going to over. Referred my car no up33aq8916 and attached documents regarding insurance.

                          I proposed policy for my mother who is in delhi through policy bazaar portal and paid with my credit card (Indian), policy got rejected by cigna ttk and now they say we cannot refund to the same credit card and require proposer bank details. I don't have any bank account in india.

                          Why did policy bazaar accept payment via gateway a when they can't refund payment via the same gateway, why do you assume customer have all the options available for refund and customer needs to run to around according to you all to get their money back.

                          Their cx care basically says can't refund your money now

                            I have purchased a car insurance from you with policy no.[protected] with united India.As there was the issue with incorrect IDV and cubic capacity
                            So as per your sales person suggestion I have booked a new policy with the policy number :[protected] with new india insurance, this also booked by your company. & your customer care said that the money will be refunded within 10 to 15 days.But I have been in mail and calls to your company from 1 months with no resolution.

                                I am one of a valued customer for policy bazaar and i have taken policy for my car from policy bazaar as the quotes are good, but i am not aware of the fact that the services are not at all good or satisfactory. I have requested for insurance document transfer for all most 10 days and till date the inspection was not done for the vehicle and i am chasing like # to them customer care executive don't have any answer for the questions
                                Really disappointed

                                I am one of a valued customer for policy bazaar and i have taken policy for my car from policy bazaar as the quotes are good, but i am not aware of the fact that the services are not at all good or satisfactory. i have requested for insurance document transfer for all most 10 days and till date the inspection was not done for the vehicle and i am chasing like ### to them CUSTOMER CARE executive don't have any answer for the questions
                                Really disappointed

                                  On 31 oct 17 i have paid 7439/- through online link to policy bazar.com to buy car policy but due to some technical reason policy was not done... After 2 days i have to buy another car policy through policy bazar. But the amount which was credited on 31 oct 17 is still not refunded... I have launched complaint to my bank service and they reply that refund will be done from policy bazar only.. I have again complaint to policy bazar but no response comes from their side plzzz help me to solve the problem

                                    It's been 5 days when i did two wheeler policy renew from policy bazaar website. Your website shows "sorry transaction failed" but money has been deducted from my account. Even i did complaint on your policy bazaar customer care number but didn't receive proper response.

                                    I was renewing two wheeler insurance from your site. Everything was good but at the time of payment. I went ahead with the process but your site showed me sorry traction has been failed.. But i received a msg from my citi bank a/c about deduction of amount. My contact number [protected].

                                    Kindly help me to renew my two wheeler policy.

                                      I did email to policy bazaar.com regarding policy cancellation (Bajaj future gain), dated[protected] before policy issued date. But the policy has not been canceled yet., for which i have the follow-up to policy bazaar, many times through phone and give to the positive response, but not cancellation policy to till now. Please look into this matter, resolve my issue as soon as., details description as given...
