1)). I paid rs. 17111.00 on 28.09.2017 to policy bazar for purchasing an insurance for my raulalt duster car, registration no. Ga08m 3605.
2). During the finalization of premium neither policy bazar officers nor their website had clarified that the video inspection is the only way of inspection. 3) i downloaded their apps, took video and tried to upload video following their instruction on 17.10.2017, using samsung galaxy a5. But failed. I informed them on 20.10.2017 and they accepted some issue in their software.
4) they intimated me on 24.10.2017 that they are organizing for some inspector to inspect the car and i reminded them for the same on 26-27.10.2017.
5) received mail saying the amount will be refunded without giving any justification/clarification on 2nd, 10th, 11th, 18th and 22nd november 2017 and every time they have extended the dates.

    On 17th nov.2017, hr mohini called me for the interview for the designation of mis-executive. It took me 3 hours to reach their office in gurugram sec-44 from my house in delhi.

    Hr mohini kept me waiting for the whole day just sent me from one building to another, sent me to mr sanjay singh chauhan, there i wait for 45 min for him. Sitting idle and when he came, told me that the vacancy has been filled and didn't take my interview.

    Hr mohini, then told me sorry harsh we don't have a vacancy. Means after wasting my complete day she realised that she doesn't have the opening.

    Quite unprofessional hr, policybazaar lacking professional ethics.

    I was not the only candidate she has fooled; there were so many other candidates whose complete day was ruined just sitting idle and returned worried to their home without giving the interview.

      Hello sir! I booked kotak health insurance policy on 19th september 17 through policy bazar. I paid by netbanking to policy bazar. Next week i got a message from policy bazar that kotak is not issuing insurance to me due to my health condition. They said my amount will be refund in same account from which i paid. But after so my call and complaint in policy bazar, my amount not refunded yet.in every call they said it will take 4-5 working...

      Its not just policy bazaar, but more in general in most of the sites, especially the ones related to insurance.
      The customer should have the right to go an review the policy and decide.
      If he wants then he should have an option to call the policy teams for a service and clearly not before that. I[censored] open any website, first they will ask you to resgister and ask you to provide details, without which they will not allow you to check and compare the policies before hand. It should be the right of the customer whether he wants help from the people or he wants to compare himself.
      People will call you and pesture you. If someone says he will check and find out, it means he is not interested and people should not give follow up calls,
      Really very irritating.
      Wish we had a government policy stating that no matter what ever the website is there for providing information, it should allow customers to view their desired information and should only respond when customer asks for it. The initial form to fill information of the customer should be deactivated with immideate effect on all websites.

        Hi,

        It seems like we have been cheated by policy bazar. We were looking for investment mutual fund plan/ your agent contact to us and offered investment plan and said it is insurance cum investment plan and he also share other details as well. He also committed that policy can be broken at any time without any locking period as it is investment plan. We agreed and taken the two policy.

        Today i contacted to company and asked to break policy they said its insurance plan and locking period is 5 yrs and if surrender before 5 year no refund will be given.

        It look like loss of 20k for me. Luckily today i discussed both companies for which your agent has given us the policy and they shared the actual plan otherwise i would have lost more money.

        It's good as i have all document which is enough to proof that fraud has been done so i can file police complaint and reach out to consumer court.

        Policy team: pls let out on this to resolve the issue or i need to take necessary steps.

          I had purchased car insurance policy from policy bazar policy no: 211200/96437 from 02nd nov 17. Cv video uploaded next day but policy recieved before cv updation, seating capacity also wrongly mentioned in policy. My policy is not vaid asked policy bazar executives by call me back. After that i had put mail to policy bazar services 5 times in last 6-7 days.

          I am trying to correct/cancel the policy but no one can support me what can i do.

          Please refer the application ID[protected], of policybazaar.com due to lot of documentation I was unable to handle this type of policy so I request to cancel the same on 4th October 2017 but till now no response from policybazaar.com and my money refund is still waited, request you to please arrange the refund of my money.

            I have taken car insurance from bharathi axa insurance through policy bazaar. I registered a claim 2.5 months back and insurance people are not releasing my vehicle because cc of the vehicle is changed.               Policy bazaar is cheating customers.

              Worst service experienced ever.

              I bought a car insurance policy from policy bazaar and have uploaded the inspection video on pb inspect app. But still i get a call that my video has not been uploaded and my car inspection is pending. It has been 7 days and policy is not issued yet. Policy bazaar is providing a very worst service to the customer and making mock of the customer. I don't want to continue my application with policy bazaar. Please cancel my application and return my money to my account urgently.

                I had booked a car insurance policy with policy bazaar on 29 october 2017 using their online mode of booking. After confirmation of booking (After payment), the details of my car in the insurance policy were filled incorrectly by the booker and policy issuer.
                I had spontaneously made contact to the booker about the infringement in the policy, so they provided me the complaint no. Pb22576555 and asked me to mail them a copy of my previous insurance policy and reg. Certificate of my vehicle, so i mailed them the two documents asked by them. But i have not yet received any relief about my problem.

                I want them to process following corrections in the car policy issued:
                Make: mahindra & mahindra
                Model: scorpio m2dicr - s2 9 seater bs-iv
                Seating capacity: 9
                Type of body: suv

                  Hello team,
                  I am completed my payment to policy bazar w. R. T. My two wheeler insurance on 18 oct 2017. There is multiple complaints against policy bazar:-
                  1. After completing my payment i didn't get any confirmation mail/message from policy bazar for confirmation that my payment successfully done. After when i call to customer care they told me that my payment is done.
                  2. After no. Of calls & emails from my end on (20 oct 2017) they said me that my policy is not generated & they will refund my amount, but suddenly in evening they share my policy document with me.
                  3. On policy soft copy they print incorrect insured name & address.
                  4. I request them to please change insured name & address you print wrong name.
                  5. Then, they ask for no. Of document invoice, previous year policy, rc copy (Noted:- at the time of buying new policy they don't require any document but, just for correction they require all those document)
                  6. I forwarded that document too, and now they told that rc copy is not clear & all stupid things too just waste my time. (Noted:- at the time of buying new policy i fill all correct details on policy form still, they print incorrect name & address)
                  7. Now, i just want my all my amount + 5000 for wasting these much of my time.

                      This complaint is regarding not providing promised complete amount refund on cancellation of new car insurance policy
                      1. I took new car insurance policy from policy bazaar with royal sundaram, all policy details were correct while i was doing payment
                      2. When policy issued, car model was incorrect, my dob was incorrect
                      3. When consulted policy bazaar executive, the quick way to get this fixed is to cancel current policy and issue new one, the executive also confirmed in email that refund would be 100% excluding only admin charges
                      4. Following policy bazaar executive's advise i cancelled policy with royal sundaram and issued new one with hdfc ergo
                      5. For cancelled policy when refund made i only received part of premium i paid deducted almost 8k which certainly appeared like admin charge alone
                      6. Complete break of trust and credibility of policy bazaar executive
                      7. Did at least 10 follow up calls and no positive response and instead they tried finding fault on my side, but i had all my facts in written email from policy bazaar executive and it was complete misleading information from policy bazaar
                      8. Pathetic service from policy bazaar and can't really trust their service anymore
                      9. Made several complaints and all of them still open with 0 response

                      No progress on the status, support team has acted irresponsibly so far and I have call them every time for update and only response I get to hear is that I will get call back from their consultant which never happens

                            I have taken a tata-aig private car policy through policy bazaar and concerned agent is babita bhatt, pw04631. After all negotiation, i have paid rs 37782/- online and the policy i received is completely is different. I have subsequently wriiten to [protected]@policybazaar.com twice on followings.

                            1) is it nil dep policy?
                            2) clause ta01 says paying of depreciated proportion of part value. So it is comprehensive policy and not auto secure-pearl policy. Please clarify
                            3) no mention on 100% cover on all part except tyres etc... By50%
                            4) one time repair on glass/plastic etc with no impact ncb

                            To my surprise i am not getting any reply after payment is over & repeated reminder. No one receives call at help line [protected]

                            The fact is i received a sub-standard policy against commitment of auto secure-pearl nil dep policy.

                              My name is fahad abbasi and i have renewed my religare policy with booking id 52544350 and application number 10871497 on 24th of october. I was informed that i will get the soft copy of my policy within 2 days of the renewal and the hard copy within 5-7 days. I am trying to coordinate for the same since 27th october 2017 but i am not getting the soft copy of my policy or any satisfactory answer.

                              The executive on 27th october told me that he/she will arrange a call back for me within half an hour but i didn't got a call from their side. I again called the help line but my call was transferred from one to another and later on disconnected after a long hold.

                              Today i again called to which mr. Pawan preet singh with employee id bpw05601 told me that he has arranged a call back and i will get a call within 10-15 minutes but neither any call nor any information came.

                              Its been 7 days that the payment has been done and no policy has been dispatched by policy bazaar and also they are least bothered to answer my queries as they are just transferring my calls from one department to another. Please do the needful asap.

                                I've purchased care insurance renewal from policy bazaar on 23rd october 2017 of oriental insurance (Zero dep), booking id no 53673401.
                                Despite several reminders and calls i'm not getting any response from policy bazaar.
                                Everytime their cc gives some excuses and tells policy copy will be delivered to my mail within 24 hrs. Its been more than 3 days and i cannot take out my car as previous policy is expired.
                                Pathetic service from policy bazaar. Don't purchase anything from them.

                                  I had taken a 2 wheeler policy of iffco tokyo from policy bazaar.in spite of regular follow up i am still not able to make a changes in the policy or cancel the policy or take an alternate policy. Each time the customer service keeps on transferring the call from service department to sales department and vice versa. I am also not getting a proper response for my emails. Very poor support. Did i not expected this from policy bazaar. Need a right person to help me with the issue immediately. Please help asap.

                                    I have booked policy from your website on 24th Oct 2017 for my Maruti Swift car (DL8CAM7878) from TATA AIG. Amount (Rs.11802)has been deducted but I have not received the policy document. I have called customer care so many times, and every time they have done wrong commitment. I have already emailed the screenshots of payment transaction but still issue is unresolved. And poor policy bazaar team sending me my old policy again and again. They are not even able to understand that I have renewed it and paid the amount for new policy for the period of Oct 2017-18. They promise to arrange call back aur mail confirmation but nothing happened. They are a cheater website. Please don't do insurance from policy bazaar. They will eat your hard earned money.
