I paid 49k for my parents max bupa health insurance on 1st feb 2018, i had started getting calls that the policy for both has not been accepted for my mother & only my father is eligible for the policy around 11th feb, since i wanted a floater policy for both, i refused to go ahead with it & requested a refund, my refund request was approved on 23rd feb 2018 & since then i am getting calls from then every 2 days & every person talking to me is telling me that the money will be transferred in next 5-6 days.
On 8th march i had a big fight with the employees & spoke to 3 different hierarchy people & strictly instructed them that they can't keep my money illegally for so long & that they must transfer the amount by 11th march.
In-spite of such a big fight, the employee tells me after so many days that the insurer takes min 15days to revert, now after so many days these people are not bothered to inform nor do they look in a mood of transferring such a big amount anytime soon.
I have a number of mr. Vivek agarwal - [protected] who mean while tried to sell me another policy, when i asked him to adjust the payment through the previous one he said i have to make a fresh payment of rs.40k & that the earlier money will be soon refunded, thank got i didnt pay that money, but my 49k refund is still with them.
I have never seen such a cheat company who promises you everything & a refund in instance & has the guts to call every 2 days & listen to the complaints i have and initiate a new conversation every time.
I again, through this platform request them to transfer my money asap before i take things a different way.
I even have the cal recordings that i can provide as proof.

the company had promised me to refund the Amount Latest by Today evening. i have been a transaction Id for the refund, but i have trust issues now, since they have lied too much before too.. hope for the best, will update the status myself here.

I have finally received my money today, FULL REFUND OF RS. 48775/- . special thanks to the person with Mobile number [protected] as he has ensured that i get my money back at any cost and has religious taken follow up with his own team with so much responsibility that i would like to recommend his work to the policy bazaar team.
Honestly when i used to get 4 calls a day asking whether i have received the refund, i would get frustrated & irritated that this man is calling for no reason. but now it feels like he made all the difference . thank you once again to this man & special request to policy bazaar not to contact me ever again.

      One the fraud company in insurance sector.

      I have made a payment of 13800/- on 7 march 2018 for my car insurance on same day my old insurance was expired. I asked the associate if you can confirm me that policy will be successful approved then i will pay money they said sir we will take 100% guarantee that policy will approved. But today on 9 march they reject my video and said amount will refund after 7 days.

      How easily they made people fool they utility our money for 7 days and we are waiting for our policy and they take our money and after rejecting our application they said if you want to move some another insurance company then we have to make another transaction. Totally fraud company i never recommend to anyone to take policy from policy bazaar.

      I need my money till tomorrow otherwise i will sue to in court. You make us fool but we are not. You know now i have to make 26000/- for one single policy because i have to take some other insurance company so i have to make double payment one u block for 7 days and other second insurance company.

        Payment for vehicle insurance from bajaj allianz made on 28-02-18 but till date i have not received soft copy of insurance. On every complaint, i am receiving standard answer stating that problem will be sorted out in 2 working days.
        I am not sure when their (Policy bazaar's) 2 days will complete.

        Very disappointed with the services of policy bazaar.in my view they should quit from the business.

            I ashok purchase a policy from policy bazar sales agent ashish told me that if i purchase policy to day you get 2 offer iho consultancy voucher and appolo pharmasy voucher 4000rs. But now they denay to give voucher. My friend also purchase same policy same day other agent also told him same offer but he also not receive voucher my policy no usgi/webah/0013510/00/000 on 13 feb 2018.

              Dear sir/maam,

              I had purchased car policy on 26-feb-2018 from policy bazaar and executive of policy bazaar committed me that this is included road side assistance but when i got finally i came to know there is no rsa and i contacted with them last week for cancellation they are saying first purchase policy and show them then they will cancel but last week one of executive told me he has started cancellation process.

              Today i talked with one more executive named gauri and she told me in very rude language that they will not refund my amount till the time i will not purchase any policy and the behavior of the lady was very bad.

              Please do the needful so i can purchase another policy from any other company.
              Please ask policy bazaar to refund my amount.

              I don't know why policy bazaar want from me to share alternate policy..Due to your wrong commitment I purchased this policy and now you want without getting refund from Policy Bazaar I should purchased any other policy how you can do this..

              I can not purchase any other policy without getting my refund as I don't have any extra money for it.

                I beg to bring to your kind notice the fact that i have applied for a term plan in max life insurance from your web portal www.policybazaar.com on 2nd march'2018 at 22:03 hrs.

                After payment done (From credit card), i was redirected to policy page, where i have given all the information regarding my lifestyle, employer details etc, i have selected evergreen health care for medical test. At last when i was about to finish the form and way to submit, unfortunately i didnt received otp. So policy was not submitted.

                I dont received any payment confirmation or receipt from policybazaar so far.

                I called to your customer care 2 times, even sent the transaction confirmation from by banker but they said, no transaction made from my mobile number or email id and money not credited to policybazaar account.

                I waited for 24 hours more to reflect the transaction to my credit card statement, and i found ₹2240/- (Hly mode) has been approved to policybazaar successfully.

                Sir, please find the attachment of my credit card statement, and let me know what is the status as earliest as possible.

                  This is regarding the subject policy proposal PROHLR[protected], where an 'additional' medical test (2D echo-cardiography) has been requested for my mother Mrs S_____ Paul. This test has been scheduled on Feb 17, 2018 at 11.00 am.

                  I have requested many times over phone and email, to let me know what exactly has been found abnormal or defective, that warranted the additional test. I have no answer till date. I once again request you all to let me know in detail the abnormalities found in Mrs Sarama Paul's medical tests done so far (including the ECG that was done in Jan 11, 2018), because of which the additional test need to be done. I would like to remention that Mrs Sarama Paul undergoes regular health check ups, and has never had any cardiac complains / medications so far.

                  What worries me most is the uncanny readiness of Mr Vijay (who has been one of the most disappointing person in this whole set of activities) to push this policy for cancellation, after one month of receiving the full premium payment for the proposal. It makes me wonder is, if pushing the policy for cancellation (after enjoying the payment in you account for full one month) is one of the standard business practices of Cigna TTK. Obviously such 'over-smart' practices are unethical, if not outright illegal.

                  While the policy proposal has been cancelled, the payment made on-line has not been reversed as yet, nearly two months since the full payment. Policy bazar and Cigna TTK are just delaying to earn interest and commission.

                    Hi,

                    Policy bazar just cheating the customers with their cheap tricks.

                    I purchased car insurance policy, no where in application mentioned that self inspection is required. Post payment they started troubling me like hell that self inspection video is mandatory. If it's mandatory then they would have mentioned in the application itself.

                    I clearly told them repeatedly that im out of station for office work i won't be back to my place for a month, so i asked to cancel the policy in that case... They didn't do that and tortured me with phone calls asking me to get the self inspection video... Somehow i arranged someone by paying to capture video and rejected the video... They said sir you just upload video we will somehow get it approved.

                    Again they tortured me by phone calls for second time video capture... Again i paid to get the video done... Now they are torturing me that deadline crossed and your policy got converted to third policy... Which is really a stupid thing... I trusted a lot these guys but simply they are cheating
                    People with their hidden guidelines and hidden policies...

                    I want full refund with compensation as i they wasted lot of time and even i paid to get this done...

                      I'm sumit kumar, i purchased a policy from royal sundaramfor my father "sohendra singh" through policy bazar during the plan sales officer told me 5 voucher of rs.4000., i have received the royal sundaram policy card but did not received these voucher from policy bazar.com and also policy bazar sales officer did not took my account number for refund the discount during medical test.
                      Due to this inconvenience of policy bazar.com i left trust from your plan. So please solve this issue and full fill the need.

                          Myself amey burshe i purchase the religare top plan policy from policy bazaar company throgh. I want this policy cancel. Becayse this policy wrongly purchase. Those policy cancel mail 31/01/2018 also than after 27/02/2018 than 01/03/2018. Still amount not refund. When call the religare company they told me no cancellation request come from policy bazaar through. That's why i complaint in national consumer court. Complaint no.628364.

                              Dear sir,

                              Almost 1 month passed and no update about the refund. The policy bazaar team is not taking the matter seriously now will have to escalate the issue in social media as well as to management of policy bazaar team.

                              They be fool people while taking the policy and told us that you will get the refund in 15 days but till date no refund credited to my account and they are asking my account statement as a proof whether i m lying or not. The refund amount is rs 17767.

                              Will not suggest any of my friend to take any sort of policy from policy bazaar.
                              Highly disappointed with the services.

                                I purchased one car insurance policy on Policy Bazaar on 16th February 2018 vide Transaction No PB38BG00354193. Order No. 61757958. So far there is no mention of the policy bring issued and the customer service days I am not registered with then. I had booked the insurance policy through the insurance app.

                                I want full refund of the money with 200% compensation for the delay, denial and mental agony caused.

                                  Hello buy 2 policy on 16 feb 2018 after talking with ur sales team after payment had been finished now they did not given me any kind ans also she made mistake while fill up form. i am not happy from your service. i had been done email high risk email but did not get any reward form your side. i am already frustrated. i am trying to call on toll free num but 15 min till nobody connect to me. all of staff are think that just make fool to customer and make high good reports but they did not see to on their customer.

                                    I had made a payment of rs. 10150 for insurance of my honda city car dl3cbe8999. I got numerous calls for them before making any payment but once i have made the payment i am being made do everything that is possible. My insurance was to expire on[protected] so i made query on google about policy renewal and made a query on policy bazar as well and got number of calls on my mobile which is registered on dnd but there is no law for such bogus firms. Premium mentioned on policy bazar was way cheaper than my traditional policy this confused me a bit as i was only inspecting rates but would have preferred my traditional way of getting policy. But my search for cheaper premium made me forget my due date and i had to book insurance on policy bazar on[protected] as previous insurance had expired there needed to be made a video on their application of the car. This process looked to be easy but i had to make the payment first so made payment on[protected].
                                    This video making process is so hectic only professional surveyors can do it correctly as you have to park in shade free area your mobile should not get any call during this 5 minute period or else process is left in between and would restart, your mobile camera should be extremely good quality and if all these conditions are met still your video would not get uploaded as your data speed matters too as application uploads multiple set of same video and takes hours to upload. Such should be told to customers before making payment so that he can decide his options but such companies deliberately cheat customers of their time and money. I request insurance regulatory authority of india to take suitable action against such frauds.

                                      I have bought third party car insurance about a month ago.

                                      There are some mistakes in my policy. So, i have requested to change it properly with demanded appropriate documents.

                                      Now, policybaazar postponds every date, which they commited to provide policy with appropriate changes. This happenned five times. Now they give sixth postponded date.

                                      Now i want new updated policy within 2 days, or i want my refund back without fail.
