Dear sir/maam,

I had purchased car policy on 26-feb-2018 from policy bazaar and executive of policy bazaar committed me that this is included road side assistance but when i got finally i came to know there is no rsa and i contacted with them last week for cancellation they are saying first purchase policy and show them then they will cancel but last week one of executive told me he has started cancellation process.

Today i talked with one more executive named gauri and she told me in very rude language that they will not refund my amount till the time i will not purchase any policy and the behavior of the lady was very bad.

Please do the needful so i can purchase another policy from any other company.
Please ask policy bazaar to refund my amount.

I don't know why policy bazaar want from me to share alternate policy..Due to your wrong commitment I purchased this policy and now you want without getting refund from Policy Bazaar I should purchased any other policy how you can do this..

I can not purchase any other policy without getting my refund as I don't have any extra money for it.

    Respected sir

    I beg to bring to your kind notice the fact that i have applied for a term plan in max life insurance from your web portal www.policybazaar.com on 2nd march'2018 at 22:03 hrs.

    After payment done (From credit card), i was redirected to policy page, where i have given all the information regarding my lifestyle, employer details etc, i have selected evergreen health care for medical test. At last when i was about to finish the form and way to submit, unfortunately i didnt received otp. So policy was not submitted.

    I dont received any payment confirmation or receipt from policybazaar so far.

    I called to your customer care 2 times, even sent the transaction confirmation from by banker but they said, no transaction made from my mobile number or email id and money not credited to policybazaar account.

    I waited for 24 hours more to reflect the transaction to my credit card statement, and i found ₹2240/- (Hly mode) has been approved to policybazaar successfully.

    Sir, please find the attachment of my credit card statement, and let me know what is the status as earliest as possible.

      This is regarding the subject policy proposal PROHLR[protected], where an 'additional' medical test (2D echo-cardiography) has been requested for my mother Mrs S_____ Paul. This test has been scheduled on Feb 17, 2018 at 11.00 am.

      I have requested many times over phone and email, to let me know what exactly has been found abnormal or defective, that warranted the additional test. I have no answer till date. I once again request you all to let me know in detail the abnormalities found in Mrs Sarama Paul's medical tests done so far (including the ECG that was done in Jan 11, 2018), because of which the additional test need to be done. I would like to remention that Mrs Sarama Paul undergoes regular health check ups, and has never had any cardiac complains / medications so far.

      What worries me most is the uncanny readiness of Mr Vijay (who has been one of the most disappointing person in this whole set of activities) to push this policy for cancellation, after one month of receiving the full premium payment for the proposal. It makes me wonder is, if pushing the policy for cancellation (after enjoying the payment in you account for full one month) is one of the standard business practices of Cigna TTK. Obviously such 'over-smart' practices are unethical, if not outright illegal.

      While the policy proposal has been cancelled, the payment made on-line has not been reversed as yet, nearly two months since the full payment. Policy bazar and Cigna TTK are just delaying to earn interest and commission.

        Hi,

        Policy bazar just cheating the customers with their cheap tricks.

        I purchased car insurance policy, no where in application mentioned that self inspection is required. Post payment they started troubling me like hell that self inspection video is mandatory. If it's mandatory then they would have mentioned in the application itself.

        I clearly told them repeatedly that im out of station for office work i won't be back to my place for a month, so i asked to cancel the policy in that case... They didn't do that and tortured me with phone calls asking me to get the self inspection video... Somehow i arranged someone by paying to capture video and rejected the video... They said sir you just upload video we will somehow get it approved.

        Again they tortured me by phone calls for second time video capture... Again i paid to get the video done... Now they are torturing me that deadline crossed and your policy got converted to third policy... Which is really a stupid thing... I trusted a lot these guys but simply they are cheating
        People with their hidden guidelines and hidden policies...

        I want full refund with compensation as i they wasted lot of time and even i paid to get this done...

          I'm sumit kumar, i purchased a policy from royal sundaramfor my father "sohendra singh" through policy bazar during the plan sales officer told me 5 voucher of rs.4000., i have received the royal sundaram policy card but did not received these voucher from policy bazar.com and also policy bazar sales officer did not took my account number for refund the discount during medical test.
          Due to this inconvenience of policy bazar.com i left trust from your plan. So please solve this issue and full fill the need.

              Myself amey burshe i purchase the religare top plan policy from policy bazaar company throgh. I want this policy cancel. Becayse this policy wrongly purchase. Those policy cancel mail 31/01/2018 also than after 27/02/2018 than 01/03/2018. Still amount not refund. When call the religare company they told me no cancellation request come from policy bazaar through. That's why i complaint in national consumer court. Complaint no.628364.

                I have request for refund as the policy bazaar team cant arrange medical test close to my resident.. The executive sandip was very friendly before i purchase the medical plan but not helping while i am trying to cancel the policy and request for refund.. Teriible service.. Doesnt even get an acknowledgement about the refund status.. Please refund urgently else i have to go to irada..

                  Dear sir,

                  Almost 1 month passed and no update about the refund. The policy bazaar team is not taking the matter seriously now will have to escalate the issue in social media as well as to management of policy bazaar team.

                  They be fool people while taking the policy and told us that you will get the refund in 15 days but till date no refund credited to my account and they are asking my account statement as a proof whether i m lying or not. The refund amount is rs 17767.

                  Will not suggest any of my friend to take any sort of policy from policy bazaar.
                  Highly disappointed with the services.
                  Kindly look into this asap

                    I purchased one car insurance policy on Policy Bazaar on 16th February 2018 vide Transaction No PB38BG00354193. Order No. 61757958. So far there is no mention of the policy bring issued and the customer service days I am not registered with then. I had booked the insurance policy through the insurance app.

                    I want full refund of the money with 200% compensation for the delay, denial and mental agony caused.

                      Hello buy 2 policy on 16 feb 2018 after talking with ur sales team after payment had been finished now they did not given me any kind ans also she made mistake while fill up form. i am not happy from your service. i had been done email high risk email but did not get any reward form your side. i am already frustrated. i am trying to call on toll free num but 15 min till nobody connect to me. all of staff are think that just make fool to customer and make high good reports but they did not see to on their customer.

                        I had made a payment of rs. 10150 for insurance of my honda city car dl3cbe8999. I got numerous calls for them before making any payment but once i have made the payment i am being made do everything that is possible. My insurance was to expire on[protected] so i made query on google about policy renewal and made a query on policy bazar as well and got number of calls on my mobile which is registered on dnd but there is no law for such bogus firms. Premium mentioned on policy bazar was way cheaper than my traditional policy this confused me a bit as i was only inspecting rates but would have preferred my traditional way of getting policy. But my search for cheaper premium made me forget my due date and i had to book insurance on policy bazar on[protected] as previous insurance had expired there needed to be made a video on their application of the car. This process looked to be easy but i had to make the payment first so made payment on[protected].
                        This video making process is so hectic only professional surveyors can do it correctly as you have to park in shade free area your mobile should not get any call during this 5 minute period or else process is left in between and would restart, your mobile camera should be extremely good quality and if all these conditions are met still your video would not get uploaded as your data speed matters too as application uploads multiple set of same video and takes hours to upload. Such should be told to customers before making payment so that he can decide his options but such companies deliberately cheat customers of their time and money. I request insurance regulatory authority of india to take suitable action against such frauds.

                          I have bought third party car insurance about a month ago.

                          There are some mistakes in my policy. So, i have requested to change it properly with demanded appropriate documents.

                          Now, policybaazar postponds every date, which they commited to provide policy with appropriate changes. This happenned five times. Now they give sixth postponded date.

                          Now i want new updated policy within 2 days, or i want my refund back without fail.

However policy bazaar asked for alternate policy document for cancellation of their policy. Even i provided alternate policy document, so they agreed for cancellation & send me email on 1st feb saying, i will get the refund by 14th feb.
                            Meanwhile, i made many follow up calls & sent emails also asking for latest updates on refund. Every time they mentioned they can’t provide refund update but will be provided by 14th feb.in fact, i escalated the issue to customercare manager shehzad & amit, both of them are pathetically arrogant & non corparative.

                            I asked them to provide. Cancellation terms & conditions of policy bazaar, which they didn’t provide by stating they don’t have such policies. My question is, if they don’t have such policies then why they asked for alternate policy document before cancellation.

                            Later i requested for what is exact status of my refund, which they still didn’t provided it.

                            Please assist me to get my refund of rs. 14, 464/- & also wanted to escalate this so that action should be taken against customer care executives.

                              I bought an health insurance from your site as per recommended my friend. As per your guidance i bought health insurance policy of apollo munich on dated 23 november, 2017. My policy number is 110103/11121/aa00703105.
                              After that my wife had an accident on 9 january 2018 and had injury in knee ligament. As per doctor suggestion it required surgery after check mri and x-ray report. Then i intimate that to apollo munich insurance company. After surgery done then i submitted all require document to apollo munich on 25 january but they rejected as illness. I told them that it was not illness but it was an accident surgery and also it mention in doctors report and x-ray report that some fracture in knee. Still i do not get any single rupee from apollo munich. Also they give mental harassment.
                              I request to, you that please look in the matter an clear it.

                              And also do not suggest any one for apollo munich

                              There services are worst. When you are buying the policy, they will call 100 times and after that no once call you and will not help. Email will keep on bouncing.

                                I took car insurance from Policy Bazaar for availing best of services but this is irony to experience one of the worst services from such big brand called policy Bazaar. Would urge you to take the call details from my registered Mobile Number [protected] which i had made during recent past on your claim helpline number, I have been assured always for getting a call back every time but not received even a single call back from the help desk.

                                I have raised a request regarding my Car claim but there is nobody in your team to feel bothered to attend my query. I am getting mentally harassed badly from Policy Bazaar team on account of my own amount reimbursements.

                                One thing is for sure, here on neither me nor my dear ones will go to Policy Bazaar for the further services or policies. Team Policy Bazaar is very effective only in selling the policies but they are not concerned on services.

                                It will be great if anybody from this desk support me in getting my issue resolved .

                                    I would suggest never ever go with policybazaar for any kind of insurance. There is no doubt that you will get policy for nice amount. But if you cancel the policy then they wont refund your money, i am running back them for the past fifty days. Seems they are doing some fraud things.

                                    I have purchased a two wheeler policy on 3rd jan and found that idv value was very low and cancelled immediately but till then every 10 days they are sending mails with wrong commitment.

                                    First mail saying that your refund has been already processed. But i didnt get my amount. When i asked again they are sending mail saying "that your refund is under process. Kindly allow for next 10 days"

                                    Its been almost 5 days.. No refund till now. Fraud guys. Have to look for some other way to get mu fund.

                                      I have purchased two wheeler insurance from policy bazaar, policybazaar website asked me enter my vehicle reg number and picked details on it own.in purchased insurance i do see vehicle cubit capicity is showing wrong and city of vehicle also showing wrong.

                                      Actual cc is 220 dtsi but it is showing 200 cc
                                      Actual city is chennai but it does show me gummidipoondi.

                                      I have been calling to policy bazaar since the moment u have purchased policy but people are fooling around. Finally an agent syed xzaid informed me to send email to policybazaar reg this change. I have sent email twice but so far no reply its been 4 days delay already.

                                      Just updating on this, Policy bazaar keep on sending me email to send them my vehicle RC and Previous insurance copy . I have sent them many times but still daily they come and ask same thing . I am not sure what is wrong with them Never thought they will that worse to resolve the issue . Instead of resolving my problem now they started irritating me . I am attaching all the email conversations happened with them.

                                        I purchased oriental car insurance policy from policy bazar.. After few months i had an accident in my car. I applied for insurance claim from oriental insurance. I did all the formalities. But even after 2 months didn't get my claim amount. So i called polivy bazar if they can help me know the reason behind the delay, or can help me getting contact no. Of concerned authority. Every time i called they said give us 3- 4 days we will call u back. But they didnt call me back. And finally after 5-6 th call told me that we are not liable for claim. I said ofcourse u are not. I only asked for help i[censored] can. They said just a min sir let us ch3ck and they cancelled the call. Every time i call the hung up. They didnt guide me regarding anything. Except selling policy.. Dont know y there is option of claim regarding service in help line.. I bought 2 policies from policy bazar.. But i will never buy or suggest anyone to buy policy from policy bazar. Absolutely unprofessional and unpolite behaviour..
