I booked a policy from policy bazaar on 23rd july for my pulsar 220 dtsfi. But on the policy copy the bike make/ model printed was pulsar 200ns which was wrong and i informed them for the same immediately. They asked me to send me the copy of registration (Rc book) and on 24th july they told me i'll get the corrected copy within a week. But it has been more than 20-25 days and they have still not given my the policy. I have tried to complain their customer care for at least 10 time on call as well as through mail but they are not helping. Last week they asked me to wait till 14th aug and i' ll surely get the copy by then. But since i didnt i again complained to which now they are asking for another 1 week.. I am really frustrated because of this. I cant even take my bike out because of that. If they are unable to do it why dont they just cancel the policy and issue me a corrected one. I am really tired.
Kindly help me out.

    I have purchased two wheeler insurance from policy Bazaar.com on 12th aug 2017 but till that I have not received policy details from policy bazaar and policy from bajaj alliance please do needful in this matter and also I have called 2 time on customer care no. They said we arrange your call with concerned department but I have not received any call so I request you also i have sent mail to them for payment deduction from bank,
    I was performing the transaction through payment gateway and i paid the amount of 1204 and then after 5 secs the screen moved to step 2 again and I didn't get my policy page where I can able to download the policy of my hero Honda

    And my amount got deducted that time, please do needful in this matter. Since 4 days i am not getting answer from them for payment deduction, request you to help me with policy and amount with interest rate for 4 days

        Yesterday i have done the transaction on policybazaar.com for my honda activa .
        I was performing the transaction through your payment gateway and i paid the amount of 1095 and then after 5 secs the screen moved to step 2 again and I didnt get my policy page where I can able to download the ploicy of my Activa.

        And my amount got deducted that time.

        Then again I started from step 2 and then I moved to step 3 and paid the same amount and my amount got deducted and I got the policy and downloaded it.

        But i lost my money for previous transaction and it didn't refunded.

        Please find the attached screenshot for the transactions with reference number.

        Can you please do the needful on the sane.

          I am informed to Policy Bazar operators to correct my Date of Birth while selecting the Health policy from Star Health Insurance. I had Star Health Optima family floater. I request you to kindly correct my DOB as 08/09/1966. I informed the same by phone to Policy Bazar personal and mailed two times but I didn't get any rectification till date. Your personal informed me to take the policy several times and I had the same along with Bike insurance. Please retrieve the data from your Policybazaar and do the justification at the earliest date otherwise there are no terms to take this type of policies from your organization. It is asking elaborated information to rectify the complaint. Please understand that the complaint you have to solve at the earliest time otherwise it is wasting our money and time without getting any financial support when we will hospitalize.

            No progress for my term policy till yet
            And for my medical policy star has send me official letter saying i have not declared pre disease for my wife so they are cancelling policy of my wife and issuing policy for other member. First thing is i have declared at time of taking policy, its policy bazaar agent who have not mentioned. When i got policy i informed them that how can star issue policy without medical test where my wife has low hb issue. So the agent ask from me document. So where is my fault. How can insurance company send me such letter. I am going to reply them also. There are saying to return money on prorata basis. I dont know about policy and they are talking about returning money on prorata basis. Really first time i used policy bazzar service and it was worst experience. Please help me to cancel my policy and return my money i don want any relation with policy bazzar nor star also my term policy has taken too long more than month so no relation with tata also.

            Please please arrange my money back.

              I went for a car insurance renewal and while checking it online a representative (Agent code :[protected] quickly contacted me and offered me a free vouchers of 1200 inr for a road side assistance with the policy that i would take. He said he would mail it me soon after i make payment but once payment was made i never heard from him. It has left a bad after taste in my mouth about policy bazaar and i would think twice if nothing is done against this act.

                My name is abhijit on 14th july i have purchased max life insurance cancer care term insurance plan through policy bazaar. Before booking this plan there executive tushar choudhary called me lot helped me too many time for feel up the form but after receiving payment from my end they have stopped communicating with me after 14 th i have waited for 4-5 days for policy documents after that again i have contacted them regarding my policy status & documentation but they are not responding proper way every time they were connecting me from one department to other & ultimately spending my valuable time now it's almost 22 days over still i am in wait for policy no respond from policy bazaar every time when i am doing phone call they are taking plenty minuts for useless discussion but result is zero. Today i told them to withdraw my policy and give back my refund on that also they told me that they cant do that

                  I have purchased a policy - hdfc click 2 invest from policy bazaar on 20th july and have received confirmation for the same from policy bazaar over email but on the email the application# field was blank. I called policy bazaar helpline number and they have confirmed that the application number is[protected]. On july 24th, i was asked to uploaded all required documents on policy bazaar website and i did that right away. On 26th july, they have send me another link - http://buyinsurance.policybazaar.com/hdfc-c2i-proposal-form?order_item_id=128697... for additional details and the link never opens and i have been trying that for last 9 days.

                  I have raised multiple request with them and received multiple calls from policy bazaar website promising new dates everytime to get the issue fixed but its still not fixed.

                  I have finally asked for the refund since its been 2 weeks, i made the initial payment but now they have stopped responding to my email and also don;t bother to call me back. Interesting i have received a new application number[protected]. I am really frustrated at this moment and would like to discontinue this policy and get my refund as soon as possible.

                    I have booked a policy (Liberty videocon) for my car with policy bazar on 26th july 2017. Due to the delay in process, i have cancelled the booking on 28th and requested for refund of rs. 8385/-.
                    Now i have already renewed my policy offline with royal sundaram on 28th july 2017.

                    When i checked the email today i have received received my car policy though i have cancelled.

                    Initially i received and email to provide car registration certificate and previous year policy which i haven't provided but still a policy has been issued by liberty videocon without verification of my car detail.

                    I requested for refund from policy bazar who is the mediator between me and liberty videocon insurance company. Polity bazar is not responding to my email and phone calls. Please solve my issue

                      I requested policy bazaar to suggest some good term plan.
                      Miss priya called me & i was ready to complete all process next morning.
                      But next day when miss priya was not able to answer all queries & she involved one of her colleague, he used some words or remarks which should not be used by any company in customer service eg. What were u doing till date? Why did you not call for the policy earlier? Why you delayed? Etc. The customer service person are not our family members who can ask such questions, there is a way of talking to people if you want to turn them into your customer & people in your organization needs to learn it.

                      If you have recordings kindly play.. Which will help you make your service better & help you to recognize the bad apple in your organization.

                        I've purchased a policy from policybaazar on 30th jine 2017 & they told me to give me a soft copy within hours. It's already 30 days and they are not picking up the call as well. Totally fraud company. Don't trust and invest. It's better to purchase policy offline.

                        They are not even calling me about the status. I've talked to the cigna ttk agent at policybaazar (Handling cigna ttk health insurance) deepak, he was assuring to give the policy by 3 4 days. But then he didn't. I called him again & after half an hour of waiting he told me that i ahve transferd case to my senior he is assuring that you will get your policy with in 3 4 days. Now i want my money back.

                        Hi, Policy bazaar is only an associate of bulk selling of various policies of different insurers & once your amount has been transferred to insurer there ends the matter. Though the policy bazaar is assisting & unless & untill insurer will issue policy nothing can be done, if they are delaying for longer period, you may ask for refund of your premium with interest, since insurers are bound to issue the policy within 15 days if they have recived the payment & accepted.

                          I booked tata aig car insurance on 19th july 2017 it is 29th july now. Still i have not received any policy not even received the refund of amount 17686. This policy bazaar is a big fraud company. I am continuously calling them since 24th july. They are just making false commitment. They are such a fraud company.

                          If somebody can help me to get the refund please help me.

I called him again & after half an hour of waiting he told me there is an issue from tata aig side. I then called tata aig and they told we haven't got any request for such policy under your name. That makes me so angry.

                            I again called policybaazar and from then they are not picking up my calls. It's totally disgusting. I'll never ever purchase a policy from them and not also suggest anyone.

                            Policybaazar - if you are reading this, i need my total money back with interest. I will not leave you guys so easily.

                                I have purchased 3rd party car insurance through the policy bazaar on 24/07/2017.I have paid Rs. 3496/- through the internet banking on the same day. According to their assurance the policy will be issued the next day during their office working hours. Since the 25/06/2017 I receive only one message from the company that your policy will be issued in another 24 hrs and we are not able to issue due to technical problems. I am suffering because of policy bazaar delay and unreliable promises and I don't know when can I receive the policy. I asked them to refund back my ammount or issue the policy immediately and they are not ready to do both the things .
                                They want to delay the things just in the name of technical problem but how long they want to delay? I cannot run my car without insurance even after paying . Look into the matter and take appropriate action. Thanking you

                                  I bought a term insurance policy in mid june. The team does not know the process and kept saying the policy will be issued in 7-10 working days when i contacted them.
                                  They kept saying this for good 15-20 days.

                                  After confronting them got to know my documents were not forwarded to the insurance company at all. They forwarded my documents after almost a month to the company.

                                  They promised to expedite the process but were not able to. They called after a week with a new requirement. Then they call again on a sunday asking for more documents which were already submitted but became irrelevant due to the process delay.

                                  The company's supervisor levels refused to take any ownership. (Muskan and mamta). They refused to let us know the status of the policy. They were not sure of the process of policy issuing. Sometimes they say it is issued within 10days then they say 15-20 days and then they say it gets issued when we get to hear a nod from underwriters.

                                  Nobody is sure of the process, the team is incompetent to answer questions and do not provide resolutions. They do not connect to the customer and have blocked the money for over 1.5 months.

                                  Have been kept on hold for 15 mins and had to disconnect due to no response.

                                    I have initiated an insurance policy for my two wheeler 5 days back, which i did not received till date. On calling the customer care policy bazar, evertime the executive assures that the policy soft copy will be sent by evening 1900 h, however it is not yet received. The experience i got with them is really pathetic, it seems that they are just making fool of people.

                                      I state to inform that one of your executive name sanjana has misguided me at the time of selling the car insurance policy. I have buy the royal sundaram car insurance (Bumper to bumper). At that time i have asked for a discount but they did not gave it to me. And now today i getting the message that in every claim i have to pay rs 2500 for a claim.

                                      So i need to revise my insurance policy and please take the necessary action against to your executive name sanjana. So in future she cannot misguide to anyone of your online customer.in every year i have buy two to three car policy from your site. But from today i have to care on this.

                                      If you do not take any step then i will go to consumer forum. The incident is happen on 01/07/2017 by sanjana (Pwo4266).

                                        I visited the policy bazaar site to compare the life insurance plans. Since then i am repeatedly receiving calls from policy bazaar executives to take an insurance plan despite me politely refusing of their services for the time being. My number is [protected].

                                        I receive about 3-4 calls everyday from numbers such as [protected], [protected], [protected].

                                        Resolution required - please do not call me again. If i need an insurance, i will buy the same online. I do not need to receive calls regarding this.
