I have booked a policy with you 4 days back but daily you are giving me false commitments that you will issue it within 24 hrs but all your commitments are fake. I will ask you straight and direct question will you issue me the policy, refund me the ammount immediately or else i will take legal course and action, complaint to ministers of finance to cancel your licence and take criminal action by giving a police complaint on you for duping the people.

I have purchased 3rd party car insurance through the policy bazaar on 24/07/2017.I have paid Rs. 3496/- through the internet banking on the same day. According to their assurance the policy will be issued the next day during their office working hours. Since the 25/06/2017 I receive only one message from the company that your policy will be issued in another 24 hrs and we are not able to issue due to technical problems. I am suffering because of policy bazaar delay and unreliable promises and I don't know when can I receive the policy. I asked them to refund back my ammount or issue the policy immediately and they are not ready to do both the things .
They want to delay the things just in the name of technical problem but how long they want to delay? I cannot run my car without insurance even after paying . Look into the matter and take appropriate action. Thanking you

    I bought a term insurance policy in mid june. The team does not know the process and kept saying the policy will be issued in 7-10 working days when i contacted them.
    They kept saying this for good 15-20 days.

    After confronting them got to know my documents were not forwarded to the insurance company at all. They forwarded my documents after almost a month to the company.

    They promised to expedite the process but were not able to. They called after a week with a new requirement. Then they call again on a sunday asking for more documents which were already submitted but became irrelevant due to the process delay.

    The company's supervisor levels refused to take any ownership. (Muskan and mamta). They refused to let us know the status of the policy. They were not sure of the process of policy issuing. Sometimes they say it is issued within 10days then they say 15-20 days and then they say it gets issued when we get to hear a nod from underwriters.

    Nobody is sure of the process, the team is incompetent to answer questions and do not provide resolutions. They do not connect to the customer and have blocked the money for over 1.5 months.

    Have been kept on hold for 15 mins and had to disconnect due to no response.

      I have initiated an insurance policy for my two wheeler 5 days back, which i did not received till date. On calling the customer care policy bazar, evertime the executive assures that the policy soft copy will be sent by evening 1900 h, however it is not yet received. The experience i got with them is really pathetic, it seems that they are just making fool of people.

        I state to inform that one of your executive name sanjana has misguided me at the time of selling the car insurance policy. I have buy the royal sundaram car insurance (Bumper to bumper). At that time i have asked for a discount but they did not gave it to me. And now today i getting the message that in every claim i have to pay rs 2500 for a claim.

        So i need to revise my insurance policy and please take the necessary action against to your executive name sanjana. So in future she cannot misguide to anyone of your online customer.in every year i have buy two to three car policy from your site. But from today i have to care on this.

        If you do not take any step then i will go to consumer forum. The incident is happen on 01/07/2017 by sanjana (Pwo4266).

          I visited the policy bazaar site to compare the life insurance plans. Since then i am repeatedly receiving calls from policy bazaar executives to take an insurance plan despite me politely refusing of their services for the time being. My number is [protected].

          I receive about 3-4 calls everyday from numbers such as [protected], [protected], [protected].

          Resolution required - please do not call me again. If i need an insurance, i will buy the same online. I do not need to receive calls regarding this.

            I have bought a united india car insurance policy from policy bazaar on 6 th june 2017, that was having policy period issue, so call back to policy bazaar helpline number on 7 th june 2017, executive ask me buy new one and said previous policy amount will be refunded within 10 days. The next day i got a call from policy bazaar that older one will be corrected and we will refund you the amount in next working 10 days. They provided me the date for 19 june again 22 june, 25 june, 5 july. But nothing happened, i haven't received my hard earned money back till yet. Now this is really a pathetic service.

            Please take a look over this issue. I am tired writing mails to policy bazaar team.

            Order numbers were 45734995, and new order number is 45787738.

            Please provide a reasonable solution for the same, as no body responding over the email no one taking responsibility of this from policy bazzar even i have tweeted to sai narayan marketing head of policy bazaar also mailed to irdai.

                My policy was conducted on 5/06/2017 in Bajaj Allianz through Policy Bazaar. Policy no.-OG[protected]-00000770. This policy was done by Sumit Kumar who is an employ of Policy Bazaar, his employment no. is PW04363. He made this a third party policy which was totally wrong, therefore, I requested its cancellation. At this Sumit Kumar advised me to have one more policy and I did the same in National Insurance Company. He also assured me that the money would be refunded within 24 hrs, i.e. by 6/06/17. Next day when I didn't receive my money, I contacted the costumer care[protected] of policy bazaar, they asked me drop a mail at [protected]@policybazaar.com and [protected]@policybazaar.com giving them the policy details. I sent them all the required documents but nothing happened. I then sent mails to bajaj allianz and all the associated authorities but did not get my money back. On 28/6/17, I contacted the costumer care of Policy Bazaar and they provided me a UTR NO- KKBK[protected], even after this my account did not reflect any money. On contacting Policy Bazaar after sometime, they told me that they had not received any money from Bajaj Allianz and asked for some more time. A month has passed now and the employs are just lingering on this matter. Nishant Bhandari, another employ of Policy Bazaar is dealing this matter but he never gives satisfactory response. Kindly Help.

                  I have purchased two wheeler policy o[censored]nivesal sampo since they committed for 2days to get your policy document. I waited for 7 days but I didn't get policy neither softcopy nor hard copy. Then I called customer care they committed me you will get policy till tomorrow evening but it was a bloody fake commitment. after that I called for three days they giving same reply "you will get tomorrow", but That tomorrow never came.
                  In between I paid 4 times RTO penalty for not having policy.
                  After frustrating by daily fake commiters I said them to cancel my policy and give my money back, then they told me to buy alternate policy after we will accept your refund request. I follow same, same day I bought a new policy of bajaj on official website of bajaj they issued me soft copy at a time.(which policybazaar not done within 10day, how disgusting). Then I called customer care they told me to mail copy of your alternate bought policy then we will refund you within 7 days. I did same I mailed to policybazaar. They accepted my refund request but wait they reply me "it will take 15 days to refund".
                  First they told me to refund within 7 days then committing for 15 days. How fake they are! but I ignored. After 15 days I checked my account and mail there were no any refund. After 18th day they sent me mail "refund process takes 7 days more". I called customer care they telling hold we are transferring call to our backing/service team and after holding by me for 1 minute they cut the call. What the hell ALL ARE FAKERS. I did this types call 5 times but result was same they cut my call.
                  Now one month gone from 31st May - 1st june, still I didn't get refund.
                  I never suggest anyone to buy anything from policybazaar they hired all irresponsible, faker & kid employees.
                  Policybazaar must refund my money with penalty and interest for harrasing me otherwise shut down your company. At last "Babaji ka thullu muje mila yaha se policy buy karke".
                  So, I submiting my complaints here. Kindly solve my issue and do legal action on fraud POLICYBAZAAR.

                    I have two bike both the policy has been expired. Ore than 90 days. Hence i choose to make new policy online be via policy bazzar as it has lot of add and brand ambassadors kapil sharma. Well i game my details in the website and choose the i policy to purchase and made the payment. However policy was not generated and got sms saying for your transaction number 46709203 pls contact customer support [protected] and i did so and selected ivr: 8, 1 and customer support team said i will connect to cinder team which dint make any sense bec option 8 and 1 is consertem well he put me on hold for 30 min and disconnect the call. So far no idea and updated. So i requ st honestly to pm to jail kapil sharma and ceo of policybazaar for cheating the people and playing with there money. Make is india and sawch india. So let us start cleaning indian from these diseases and fraud people pm ji

                      Well policy bazar is the biggest fraud company in india honesty please see review of the company they only have complains nothing else. Well i tried to renew my laps policy of two bikes and made the payment isurance choose is oriental for both the company and even tho payment was success full i dint get any policy still. Call the customer service and connect to 8 and 1 for two wheelers they redirect to concern team when i have connected to correct team. Customer support is non professional and mannerless just like kapil sharma and policybazaar both these people should be jailed. If our pm has balls to do show then hang these cheater is humble request. To make better india we need to burn these fraud people. I directly hold company and brand ambassadors of the company to middling indians and plying with their hard earn money

                          Six months earlier i bought a hdfc sampoorn nivesh policy from policy bazaar sales person. He told that first year company will charge 3% of total premium paid to the year and from next month onwards i would be charged 1%. Apart from that there will not be any charges. After receiving policy, i was continuing to pay my monthly sip premium and later thought of checking unit statement then i found hdfc bank is charging every month around 100 ruppes based on policy. When i contacted hdfc then they told that they will charge 7% on first year and then from second year they will charge 6% and also they will charge market investment charges every month. Later, i thought of checking with policy bazzar customer care one lady told me that i accept that our sales person has not disclosed all information and given wrong information to you. I will arrange a call back from him but it's been 15 days i have not received any call back from her. Also, raised complaint to hdfc and escalated to higher department but not got any reply. They all are sleeping. No help and resolution from anywhere i finally i had to cancel my policy for which i will be paying 6% closure charges and my money will be locked for 5 years. Request for irda assistance to look into this matter to stop their licenses for both policy bazaar and hdfc. I am sure there would be thousands of customer who would be suffering this cheating business planned between policy bazaar and hdfc.

                              First time i am investing through policy bazar.com and it was pathetic experience. When i called up regarding my problem almost everyone is saying, i will arrange call back for you but unfortunately that was never happened. Every time i was used to calling up them and explaining my problem to each new agents but till now none of them are sorted out the issue.

                              Now actual problem is mentioned below
                              I purchased icici prulife smart kid policy for 15 yrs term and premium is rs. 4000 p. M. And but as per the icici documents sum assured amount is rs. 4, 80, 000/-
                              As per my understanding sum assured is the guaranteed amount the policyholder will receive before any bonuses are added.
                              So sum assured will be 48000 * 15 = 7, 20, 000

                              As per the policy rule incase any miss up happened company will continue the policy.

                              As per the icici bank executive sum assured is only death benefit.
                              So my question is in my absence how nominee will identify, how much she will get from this policy.
                              What is the principle amount for this policy. Or i will invest 7, 20, 000/- and will get 4, 80, 000/- after 15 yrs of policy term.in that case i don't want continue this policy. Let me know the process for policy cancellation.

                                I am writing in regard to the dissatisfied customer care service which i have been facing since last week. I have been provided numerous commitments of call back where as no one has even bothered to contact me back.

                                Issue:
                                I bought a motor policy from policy bazaar last year july. My grievance is your representative was not at all transparent in explaining me the terms & conditions of the policy. I requested discount to be provided like any other customer would do, i was told that a special discount has been provided & i agreed on the cost of the policy without knowing the fact that i am being cheated.

                                Voluntary excess charges of rs.15000/=was added without my knowledge nor i had any idea what that meant. No one from policy bazaar's team shared this fact & as a result i have been asked to pay rs.16000/= as charges just for filing a claim.

                                Need answers to following:
                                1. Kindly prove or share telephonic records which suggest your representative informed me about the charges that would be involved while filing a claim. I was only aware of rs.1000/- as file charges.
                                2. What is the sole purpose o[censored]sing website like policybazaar - to get proper guidance and best deals. I don' see any guidance nor customer service.

                                I require your support in getting my case resolved as soon as possible as there is a lot of inconvenience caused to me because of this delay. I already paid a hefty amount of rs.19000 towards the policy wherein i was been offered same policies from different insurance companies with a marginal difference.

                                  I booked a royal sundaram medical health insurance policy from policy bazaar (Policy application id is[protected]. Before booking policy, their representative told me that there is an offer that if i take policy from them complete premium will be converted to one year emi of rs 1222.83 (Policy premium was rs 14674). He told me that there will not be any kind of charges from the bank or policy bazaar. Each month i have to pay only rs 1222.83. But when i booked policy and got my first credit card statement, i saw there are some extra charges apart from rs 1222.83. I asked policy bazaar to talk to the bank to stop these charges as i was not told about these charges. For last 3-4 months i am requesting policy bazaar customer support to stop & refund me the charges i have paid but every time when i write to them they are saying they have forwarded this issue to their team. If i am not writing to them, nobody is contacting me resolve the issue and when i am writing to them they are making excuses. For last 3-4 months i am very much frustrated to write to them. Whenever i write to them then only they will call me and make excuse. When i don’t write to them they will not do anything. When they have to sell the policy they will call you daily but when they have to resolve complaint nobody will call you and will make you so frustrated that you will feel helpless. So, i am advising to every person that instead of taking policy from policy bazaar take it directly from the insurance company.

                                    Hi,

                                    I have been a old customer of policy bazaar having bought multiple motor and term insurance policy from you in the past few years.

                                    This is the first instance that i actually have to make a claim. To my surprise my car insurer tata aig has stated that the policy was cancelled due to mistake of policy bazaar in ncb. The worst i had bought the policy in december 2016 and there was no communication about this either from tata aig or policy bazaar. Nor any refund etc notification if the policy was cancelled.

                                    Incidence:
                                    My car had met an accident few days back (Photo attached) for which i went to the garage last saturday on 13th may 2017 and submitted my tata aig policy for cash less claim. To my surprise i got a call from the garage after 4 days that tata aig has stated that the policy was cancelled due to wrong ncb declaration. Then i confirmed them that i had only declared that i had no claim during my last policy with bharti axa (Which was bought through policy bazar again). The i spoke to tata aig customer care they discussed the problem with me and said that the policy was wrong issued by policy bazaar, i went forward and also spoke to the survayour who mentioned that he can pass the claim however the policy has to be rectified.

                                    I paid for the policy as per the guidance by policy bazaar customer care and website. They were the subject matter expert and my consultant for the policy as well. I have no idea what is going around i trusted policy bazaar with my policy and i am in a total mess now.

                                    My car is standing in the home for last one month i have to shell out substantial money for travel every day. The garage stated the total estimate for the work is around inr 1, 8000 to 20, 000 which i wouldn't pay as i payed for timely insurance renewal and it was policy bazaar who has guided me wrong.

                                    It's a humble request that please resolve the matter on immediate basis i am under tremendous stress due to this subject.

                                      I happened to take a term insurance from ageon through policy bazaar 3 months back. How ever i had trouble filling up the policy form as some of the information required for NRI client was not clear. Even though they promise help in filling the form despite calling them multiple times and various fake promises for a call back from assistance from their end I decided to cancel the policy after a period of 20 days.

                                      Now the horror starts. Policy bazaar is insisting that they can not provide a refund unless i complete the application form ; this when their policy terms clearly states that in case the application form is not completed fully with in 15 days the premium paid will be refunded and policy will be cancelled automatically.

                                      Now even after 3 months despite repeated calls complaints the only thing i am getting from them is that 'They are sorry' and the amount will be released immediately.

                                      I have never came across such a pathetic service from an online service provider ever in my life.

                                      They first loose a customer because they do not have the service support to help the customer in the first place and then penalize the customer for their pathetic service throwing away all their promised at the time of offering policy to wind.

                                      I would advice anyone thinking about opting for a service from them 10 times before they do so.

                                      I very much doubt you will do anything beyond being sorry as i can see to the copy paste reply of yours to all the complaints posted here.

                                      The very further assistance no you had mentioned in your reply i happened to call in the afternoon and the response i got was that ' they are sorry' as usual and as they can not find my data in their system due to system maintenance ( how very convenient ) they can not help me and will arrange a call back with in one hour from the concerned department. Needless to say by your standards that one hour has not happened till now.

                                      While i am pretty sure that your apologies and offer of assistance to help is nothing but a sham please do not my registered email id [protected]@gmail.com . I am pretty sure you can search out my case using this email id so please do not give the excuse of asking for the telephone no next time. Do come up with something other than copy paste

                                      Other than givin this assurance actually have yoi ever made an effort to address any complaint till date ?

                                      Stop giving standard copy paste replies.
                                      Took a Max Term plan on[protected] by policybazaar.com.They mis guided about the plan.
                                      The worst customer care service. Policy bazaar is fraud. I have transferred money to buy policy but neither there's any confirmation not any assistance from policy bazaar even after repeated follow ups. No money status or refund even after 20 days. Pathetic service!
                                      Worst guidance I received from policy bazaar customer care. No queries were correctly answered.Policy bazaar is only interested in sales not in customer service.My refund is pending since 55 days and my 2 EMI totalling to 2000 already been charged through my credit card. Policy bazaar has not even uptill now taken any initiative to close my EMI for saving my further loss. I have been informed by Ankit (emp id BPW07809)that my rufund will be received by 16.1.2019 but after waiting so long i have not yet received it again he informed that my refund will be credited by 28.1.2019 same is again not received.Also on calls we get an answer that our call will be arranged within 30 mins with refund team however I never got call from their refund team. I feels like policy bazaar is fake

                                        Hi,

                                        This is to bring to your notice that i have taken a term insurance policy from an insurer maxlife through policy bazaar and ever since i had to go through a lot of pain.

                                        My medicals was done the very next week and no decision was made even after 2 weeks.

                                        Finally 3rd week i get an email saying that additional medicals was required but no body called me for an appointment. So out of frustration i have called the maxlife/policy bazaar on my own to schedule an appointment i was told that i would receive a call within 48 hours for an appointment which did not happen.

                                        I have called countless times to maxlife and policy bazaar but surprised to see that no body seem to bother.

                                        So having gone through all this, i had decided to cancel my policy and choose another insurer on my own. But this too didn't go well.
                                        I sent a cancellation request last week to both policy bazaar and maxlife and failed to get any response what so ever. This is pathetic.

                                        Is this the kind server you provide to your customers?

                                        Don't you even bother to take the application process from making the payment to issuing the policy? You just disappear once the payment is made.

                                        My point of contact for this policy was : akash with employee id: pw03691.

                                        Don't you think he is not responsible for my application?

                                        Even today i called maxlife and they are asking me send some documents to initiate the refund and that too when i contacted them. They did not even inform me anything in this regard.

                                        It has already been 40 days and my money is still with them which is very frustrating.

                                        Can you do anything in this regard?
