I planned to invest in Term insurance and avail tax benefit from this in Current Financial year. I asked about the same from Tarun (an employee from the same sector). He confirmed me that he will be able to generate soft copy for the same.
And now I am trying to reach him, he is unable.
I have dropped multiple emails to resolve this issue but no one responded from their Team.

Sir, it is to state that I have entered in a deal to purchase term policy of TATA AIA from policy bazaar. Accordingly, all the concerned documents along have submitted and also paid the premium amount of 10, 381, even medical also done. But after some days got a mail that your proposal has been declined. now i have been requesting with the policy bazaar for more than one month to refund my premium amount but they have not been doing any thing....

I did my policy along with my family for travel to France Netherlands and Belgium. I paid premium as per my requirement based on number of countries visiting but when I got my policy through mail it mentioned only one country as Belgium. Other two countries missing.

Now nobody bothers to correct it when I have liitle time to apply for visa for travel.
Kindly solve this problem immediately otherwise keep the money to...

I have received a call from Mr. Dilip(Personnel of Policy Bazaar) for logging in Term Insurance. He outlined that Medical Test will be done for outside Indian for NRI's. The said service is available only with HDFC and ICICI. I had a chat with HDFC and confirmed that medical test would done only in India. However couldn't confirm with ICICI. Mr Dilip has told me to take term insurance with ICICI and tests would be conducted outside...

I bought a 2 wheeler policy - HDFC ergo, providing accurate details and because of their mistakes, they have entered incorrect details of the vehicle owner on the policy document making it useless for us and they are not ready to rectify it nor we are getting any callbacks from them. I avail AEGON insurance from POLICYBAZAAR but it couln't succeeded.i asked for refund on 12-Jan but till now POLICYBAZAAR just saying its in process from insurer end.I confirmed from AEGON, i was shocked when they said my AMT already refunded to POLICYBAZAAR .Its means, POLICYBAZAAR is doing fraud with me, they hav taken my money and not refunding....

I have purchased new health insurance of Apollo Munich Optima Restore. Paid premium Rs 28698 on 5th February 2017. Policy bazaar ref no 40197834, was assisted by sheetal pw 02170. No news from Apollo yet. After repeated calls to policy bazaar come to know that the form was not filled correctly by the representative and hence the delay. Absolutely unsatisfactory service.
