I had paid an amount of rs 1167/- towards renewal of my existing two wheeler policy from policy bazar online portal on 30th sep 2017 for tata aig. Till date i haven't received any policy! Instead i am battling up with their customer care every single day since then. I am immensely disgusted & humiliated by their false commitments on daily basis over mails & phones.

More to add, their mails have started bouncing back now. I have observed several other customers complaining about it too. Seriously, do they start blocking people when they can't resolve an issue? I am trying to get refund now. But they don't take request over phone & their mails are bouncing too. Pls guide to reach out to consumer forum.

    I approached policy bazaar for health insurance. Initially everything was fine and money was taken for a royal sundaram policy. (Paid through credit card). Within a week a call from policy bazaar says that we are supposed to go for a medical check up. I asked them why didnt you tell this before? I would have paid after the test clearance. We left it and went ahead with the medical tests. Now the company is offering the policy but we are not happy with the terms so we do not wish to take the policy. Today when i tried to send a mail to policy bazaar regarding the same. All the my mails bounced back. I spoke to an executive named ankit who promised me a call back from the royal sundaram team before 7. No one has called. I want my money back. I dont want the policy. It has been a tough 1 month for us going to and fro. Dont you guys know about medical tests to be conducted? Why werent we informed before? Why are my mails bouncing back? Why there is no call from your side? My contact number is [protected]

      This is very embarrassing from policy bazaar that we have pay the amount of my car insurance and told to video of the vehicle. First time the video has been done policy bazaar call us that the front windshield survey is not ok after ward another virtual video is done and that has been accurate but still they are saying that the video has not came on clear basis and other cars is seen. Shall i have to make the video on road so that it will be clear.

      I want my amount back now or else these issue will be taken on consumer court for cheating and harassment to the customer for issue of policy

        I am following up with you since 2 months over mail but issue is not yet resolved. I will not hesitate to go to consumer complaints department, if the issue don't get resolved within a week.

        Kindly do the required changes in policy copy and send the latest copy at the earliest.

          I purchased a car insurance renewal policy of hdfc ergo through policy bazaar. On submission of claim with hdfc ergo my claim got rejected against the reason that the insured name on policy is not matching with the insured name on rc book. The car is registered in the name of my employer while the renewal policy got issued in my name through policy bazaar. Now upon submission of request for policy correction with copy of rc i have been asked to submit previous year policy which i do not have currently. My contention is when policy bazaar can issue a renewal policy without asking for previous year policy copy then why is the same being asked for policy correction.

              By mistake this time i bought my bike's policy from very poor policy bazaar. After 1 month when i was about to claim insurance after i met with aciident i came to know that they have misprinted my policy date, instead of 22july they printed it 27july which disabled me to continue my claim process. The moment i called them regarding this they told me this will take more 4-5 working days and they agreed that this is their fault. After a week when i again called them they said more 2-3 working days. This process continued till 25 days and that day one of their senior exective said sir tomorrow you will get. Next day also they refused that company is not giving them, that day i asked in written from them to give me email written that you will give me my policy tomorrow, till date its been 35 days and still i am sitting without my policy. Everyday i am just spending 300 on cab instead of taking my own bike.
              Nobody even think of taking policy from policy bazaar
              They fool customers
              Even give wrong numbers so that customer dont disturb them, they did this with me twice.
              Worst.
              If there is something even more bad than "worst", then policy bazaar take it happily.

                I have done insurance renewal for my four wheeler. The insurance start day was wrong, hence i called customercare for the same and there customercare representative told to do new insurance and the previous insurance renewed with wroong need to be cancelled and refund amount of 16300 we will be refunded. I did the same can did new insurance and applied for cancelled the previous. Its 26 days since then i call and send mail (Cancelled insurance reference number[protected]. Don't get any response from policy bazaar. I am planning to move to consumer forum for in next 1 week.

                  i am bablu mondal, i credit a car insurance from your company which certificate no is-s8630173. I also get my certificate but here some mistake of my car insurance certificate about my car. You insurance company displayed the car detail is - mahindra bolero plus (diesel) with ac bs-ii 9 seater but my actual car detail is according to the my car blue book - mahindra bolero plus with ac 9 seater bs-iv.

                  So i want to change my car detail according to my car blue book and reissue a correct certificate and pls send to my this email. I also attach my car insurance certificate and my car blue book scan copy. So i requested to please take a nassery steps to will get my correct certificate.

                    I have taken car insurance policy through your policy bazaar (Policy no:-[protected]). May i know the reason for my claim settlement of only rs.20000 against the claim of rs.26408. I had done all types of job for repair in the authorised show room of maruti and all the expense was genuine. Then why there is deduction of amount in the claim as i was availing the zero debt policy. Can you please explain why a customer will opt for the zero debt policy if you are not giving the full claim. I am not satisfied with your this kind of act as at the time of taking policy you all said that hundred percent damage will settled if the claim occurs then why this deduction.
                    Please revert my query so that i can think 1000 times before opting for zero dept policy because it is senseless to pay more premium to opt zero debt policy.

                      I have bought policy on 18th july 2016 through policy bazaar and its been 1 year now. I want to below things to be done-

                      1. Opin (One time password)
                      1. Switch fund to "accelerator mid cap fund 2 bajaj allianz"
                      3. Change portfolio investor select so i can change the fund by my own.

                      I have called to pune branch and they said call to customer care, i called to customer care they said to visit branch. And in branch they were getting error that fund switch can be done only on anniversary. I have sent multiple email to [protected]@bajajallianz.co.in but no reply

                        Always been a customer of policy bazaar. Took my auto insurance a few months back. Opted for an insurance which was providing road side assistance along with the yearly premium. But the agent told me as i am regular customer so policy bazaar will send the complimentary roadside assistance. But, after multiple follow ups there is no response. Its disappointing to see that some on promise something you will provide the add on but its not given.

                            My claim is pending due to buy insurance policy online through policy bazaar i have purchased 0 debt policy but given instruction policy bazaar / oriental insurance company i have for repairing of my bike in 12th july but my claim is still pending it is worst service of my life i never recommend anyone to buy policy online its lost of money and waste of time.

                              I did my two wheeler insurance renewal on 19th sep 2017. Till now i did not get the policy. Daily i am calling customer care and asking the status. Daily they are telling today you will get. Daily i am spending more than 15 min to customer care. There is no proper response for the complaints. Really i dont want to waste my time with this problem. Please share me the procedure for amount refund. My old insurance is already expired and currently i am not having. I am not going to trust you people again. So please tell me the process for refund. I will put policy in some other vendor.

                              Still I am not getting my amount.

                              I have called customer care more than 20 times, and i am following up more than a month. But waste. No proper response.

                              I dont know when i am going to get my amount. Let me now who will help me to get my amount, Please dont say customer care people will help. I called so many times. That will not work. If i am not getting my amount by three days i am planning to raise a complaint on government site.

                              Really very worst service. Please try to improve the support.

                                I renewed my car insurance policy on 16-sep-17 from policybazaar.com. Policy premium of rs 4712 was deducted from my bank account but policy was not issued from policybazzzar.com. I called on customer care and also send several mail to policy bazaar but they have not provided my any soft copy of the policy.
                                My car number is rj14cw8758 and policy opted for renewal was future generali.
                                My car policy has already expired on 20-sep-17 and i don't have the renewed policy even after paying the money.

                                  I need reliance general insurance quote from policy bazaar. I have current customer of reliance general insurance.

                                  When i interact with online chat from policy bazaar mr. Ronit arya. Welcome me.

                                  They give quote all other insurance company except of reliance general insurance.

                                  When i asked i need or need to compare reliance general insurance quote from policy bazaar this will not be possible they said "we provide the best deal of the current year but not from the same insurer because we compare quotes with your existing insurer"

                                  & i asked pls give me in writing as i am the customer i want to see the where it is in writing.

                                  They ignore the customer & connect with another new policy bazaar executive person for online chat with me.
                                  & again he will start the welcome only or nothing.

                                  Policy bazaar should not ignore the customer.

                                  This is my first visit with policy bazaar & it is very very bad conversation i never recommended to any one purchase or compare from policy bazaar.

                                    I took car policy from policy bazaar on june. There was a spelling mistake on my name so i requested to change it accordingly. Initially i was asked for my rc copy which i provided and they promised they will provide my insurance copy with correct name in max 10 days. They didn't. After multiple followups they again asked for old insurance which i provided and promised will provide within a week. But didn't. Last month again they started a new mail chain to provide rc copy. I told everything i provided again they told i will receive soon. It's been 3 months but still i didn't receive a corrected insurance copy.

                                      I had booked an HDFC Term Life plan with policy bazaar on 6th Sep 2017. I was told that I can cancel the policy within 30 days. I emailed them for cancellation on 7 Sep 2017 and I received an acknowledgement email from them on 08 Sep 2017 regarding the cancellation. The request has been forwarded to the concerned department and they will contact me. I have been trying several times, they say that they will arrange a call back but no one calls. I had paid a three months premium of Rs.8517. It has been already more than 10 days since I received the email from them, but have not got any update from them. Now I am suspicious with their behavior and will file a police complaint if I do not get my money back in 10 days. Reference id5085749

                                        Policy bazaar is a fraud! Please dont take any policies from there.

                                        I paid.
                                        They rejected my self inspection video which i uploaded
                                        I raised for manual inspection request
                                        A guy from the policy department came and he did the manual inspection but still nothing happend
                                        I kept calling policy bazaar many times.
                                        They arranged for another manual inspection.
                                        There is no guarantee that i will be getting my policy papers
                                        I dont have patience left, anymore to keep calling them back
                                        I am in a great loss of money, money worth rs. 8863, which is not a small amount for a middle class person like me.

                                        I will be raising a police case against policy bazaar and few executives who were involved in bluffing and wasting my time:
                                        - policy inspection guy - [protected]
                                        - mr. Raghav - [protected]

                                        Pw04923 shanili and pw04609 pramod, cutomer care executives - i shall wait for some more time as they promised to resolve my issue, if they dont i will give there details to the police too
