Dear sir/ madam,

I have applied for term life plan from bajajallianz for rs.50 lakh by paying rs.8642/- halfyearly.in the proposal i submitted all details regarding sickness, medical condition, etc. Also submitted 3months pay slips and other documents as was required by policybazar. Application no.[protected] submitted. As per confirmation from them, i have done medical tests on 18.01.2020. After that they simply became silent. Occasional miss calls from some numbers i was getting and later sms that policbazar tried calling me but could not succeed. I have observed hardly few rings came and calls was to cut. I send them message in wa no. But no reply. I opened their site number of times and wrote sincerely that i am concerned to know status of the policy.in reply got calls from help line number that they will call after some time with details. However calls never came. Till date i do not know status of the policy issue.
Again i got a e-mail that bajajallianz has directly mailed me for counter offer and payment. However i did not get any mail from bajajallianz. When i opened bajaallianz site, it ws showing wrong spelling of my name and premium of rs. 7324/- against i actually paid rs.8642.
Over help line and in their websites, i requested many times that i need the medical report copy for which they have increased premium amount. Also mail directly from bajajallianz regarding the final premium amount and options available with me for going with the premium i paid alongwith application. However stoic silence from policybazae has made me worried and stressed. When i called bajajallianz help line, they refused to talk on the matter telling me contact them where i paid money (Policybazar).
Now under this circumstances i need help from your office to resolve the issue and i get my policy issued by bajajallianz. I am regularly doing health checkups and i wanted to see the report done by lab fixed by policybazar/bajajallianz.

I paid the premium online on 12/01/2020.
Now, I am not interested to purchase insurance policy . But policy bazaar calling me 3 to 5 times per day which irritating.
I request them to delete my phone number:[protected] and not to call me.

    Almost 2 and half month have passed, all the documents are in place we are eagerly waiting for policy bazare reply if you need anything kindly reply. We are getting charged 350 per day for holding the damaged vehicle in agency godown parking. It is getting very disappointed for the company which is holding brand in the country showing the delivery for the crystal clear case.

      Once i purchased one motor vehicle insurance & browsed about term plans on this site. After that i told them i was searching for just info about plans. But they started a fashion of call/ missed call on my calling no. [protected]. I complaint a lot of time about stop calling on my number. But they are not doing this. I get frustrated from this and request you to solve my issue as earliest.

        I had visited and registered on policybazaar website to inquire about general insurance policies.
        I communicated with their agents a few times about policy requirements and quotes.
        Eventually, I found a local agent and bought policy locally, instead of policybazaar.
        Now, I get multiple calls from policybazaar numbers starting with +91124509* every day.
        No one speaks anything after I answer the call.
        It seems like they're trying to harass because I didn't buy policy from them.
        I get at least 5-10 calls every day at different times from the same series of numbers.
        Policy Bazaar customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
        Please stop to make unwanted call on my cell numbers [protected]
        Amount deducted but policy not complete and transaction failed slowed on web side.

          I keep getting the calls from the call center. I have been telling that not interested in getting any policy. Still, they call and harass.

          I just left my number to see about the plans which i have done great mistake. They are bombarding with lot of calls. I requested many times to not to call. But, this is really get out of hands and crossing all limits.

            Hi,

            I bought this hdfc term insurance through policy bazaar and the policy was issued to me on[protected]. The associate who sold the policy to me informed me that there is one month of lock in period for this policy, during which if i do not like the policy i can request tem to cancel the policy.
            I have had very very bad customer experience with hdfc in the present month and i do not wish to have any relationship with hdfc bank. Hence i reached out to policy bazaar asking them to cancel my policy number 22100046, first i was asked to send an email to [protected]@policybazaar.com which i did 5 days ago but i'm yet to receive a response from them even after sending numerous reminders. I tried reaching out to them on their post sales customer support number but it looks like they have blocked my number, the call just gets disconnected while connecting to a representative. Really dissappointed with this very bad customer service.

              Had visited policybazzar site to do a comparison on term plans, my mistake gave my number on the field, after some time i received the call on 16 jan at 4:50 PM, as I was interested in buying policy, i heard each and every detail from him. After discussing each policy he was suggesting only high priced policy's in which was out of my budget so that i told him that will wait till couple of months to buy that policy. but he was forcing me to buy policy on that day only. finally i rejected his offer and disconnected call. After that day im receiving daily calls from policy bazaar telecaller and even after telling them i'm not interested, they just dont give up... God knows how many numbers these guys have???

              Trai pls do something about these kind of practices/organizations who do not respect the privacy of individuals.

                I am getting frequent sms from paisabazar credit sector daily. Daily I am getting more than 20 messages from different credit sectors.when i checked my account status i am not registered with policy bazzar but i am getting the SMS please stop sending messages to my mobile.

                  I bought a car insurance from you. The agent took details and filled the form and gave me the payment link. I paid and got policy papers. Then only I found the start date of the policy is wrong. The agent never(Dhileep Aravinth,
                  PW14486 ) asked the policy date. I immediately ask the guy to correct it. He said contact service team. The service team is saying it can't be changed. I need cancel the policy and buy a new one which will incurr some charges. That too, I have to buy one policy again, then only this one can be cancelled ( This is a lie policy bazar is telling me, I am informed that I can cancel policy without buying a new) . After going through all these harrassments I must say policy bazar is a FRAUD. I am preparing for legal actions now.

                    Policybazar has sold me and plan hdfc capital guarantee on basis of false commitment interns of benefits and sum assured.

                    Also at hdfc there is no plan exists with this name "hdfc capital guarantee"
                    Policy bazar is investing my money in two different policies without informing me. They told me i will get ~18 lac inr after the policy maturity but in actual i am not not going to get this amount.

                    They have cheated me and now delaying in refunding my amount.

                      Today 8-jan-2020, for my bad luck, i tried to purchase a bike insurance, but after the payment being made, their website didn't load properly and my money got stuck with them. Now i tried to call and register a complaint, then got to know that their customer service doesn't have a call option for bike insurance, and the car insurance team won't help you. The other contact number for services will not work and you won't be able to connect through that too. Kindly don't go with them. My email address is [protected]@gmail.com which i used for the purchase. The money is deducted from my account. Now i am stuck as they don't have a contact number for bike insurance, and they didn't even sent a mail regarding the purchase.

                        I am being called a dozen times a day by policy bazaar, despite telling them not to call, and my number is on dnd.

                        This harrassment is going on for the past 20 days. The call center calls at all odd hours and keeps trying to ask for details of insurance. I do not want any insurance, and this is now getting extremely annoying.

                        These calls have been going on since 1-dec-19 and there are almost 12 calls a day from various gurgaon numbers. I am unable to block the numbers, as the calls are from different numbers in gurgaon (0124 is the std code).

                          The amount was deducted from the bank account but still the transaction was failed (order no. PG14666012 Dated 9 december 2019).I contacted my bank and they are saying that the transaction was successful. Please check the same with your bank and refund my money.
                          I have had very horrible experience with policy bazaar,
                          i had taken a term policy of Rs 50 Lakhs where i had paid rs 3300 in advance EMI but they rejected the policy and they refunded me only 957 rs, they even stop attending my calls and not giving any justification
                          I was interested to buy Max buppa policy but executive suggested to buy RELIGARE one and not informed about the 20% amount has to paid by me at a time clam which was came into my knowledge through the call came from verification department.
                          this is totally not acceptable.

                              Repeatedly getting spam calls from policy bazaar without reason or authorizing. Its a daily nuisance, i receive 4-5 calls daily. I want them to stop it immediately. So far i have scolded them also getting frustrated. I receive more calls just for their fun or to irritate me.

                              I v not subscribed policy bazaar, still this spamming is not ending.

                                  I am a regular customer of policy bazaar, and have done many policies – 4 ulip plans, yearly health insurance, and recent health insurance for my brother.

                                  I am very disheartened and frustrated with the way my hdfc life click 2 wealth plans were handled by policy bazzar. Your staffs have been continuously cheating with me.

                                  I recently invested in 2 ulip plans from hdfc life click 2 wealth from policy bazaar -

                                  1st policy:

                                  Hdfc life click 2 wealth

                                  Policy no: 22000341

                                  Premium monthly: 50, 000/- (Monthly)

                                  Date of birth: 07/07/1981

                                  Eia no:[protected]

                                  2nd policy:

                                  Hdfc life click 2 wealth

                                  Policy no: 22101229

                                  Premium monthly: 20, 000/- (Monthly)

                                  Date of birth: 07/07/1981

                                  Complaints:

                                  1. Around 1 month ago while i was communicating with policy bazaar and thinking about whether to invest in my first ulip plan (Hdfc life click 2 wealth), policy bazaar agent said today is the last date for payment if i want to avail some special benefit. He said i can make a payment now and think about it in few days, and if i did not like it will be cancelled. I paid 50000-. Pb agents called repeatedly to complete documents in order to start policy. However i kept saying i need few days and then i will submit my itr if im going for this policy. One day when i decided that im not going for this plan and told pb agent, then they immediately sent me a message that my documents are complete and policy will be issued. I told them but they did not listen to me. They said i can cancel it i want. So my complaint is policy bazaar was so desperate to sell me a policy that without my completing documents they started my policy. This is unfair. You just wanted to sell your product.

                                  2. Anyway i thought i can not proceed with this policy, rather i would go for lesser premium ulip. So asked with miss anshikha (Phone no [protected]) who was guiding me for ulips during the whole process. She said the first policy cannot be cancelled but new policy can be purchased of lesser premium. I made a payment of 20000/- monthly premium. I asked her what is the procedure to cancel first policy of 50000/- monthly policy. She said i need not do anything for this, she will initiate the cancellation and get my 50000/- refund on priority basis. Later i came to know that policy can be cancelled only through my registered email. I kept asking her for nest few days but she kept saying no need to anything, she has initiated cancellation and refund. She lied to me and misguided me. She just wanted me to sell another policy. I have the records of text messages with me.

                                  3. So far i have not received any policy bond. Its been more than one month for policy no 22000341 and more than 2 weeks for policy no: 22101229.

                                  4. Finally when i explained my problems to pb agent, one female staff of pb called me from a landline no at 05:53 pm from [protected]. She apologized for the miscommunication which was done to me. She said they have discussed my case and found a solution. She said all that i need to do is to write an email to [protected]@policybazaar.com mentioning that i want to cancel my both ulip plans. All the money will be refunded to me in 1 week time. I repeatedly asked but the procedure is to fill up a cancellation form and send it through my registered email to official id. But she seemed so confident and convincing that nothing to be done from my side. Just write an email. I told her my free look period is getting over in just 2 days. But she assured me that no need to worry. I mailed. Now that phone is not reachable. My free look period if over and auto payment done. I am helpless and frustrated with the guidance policy bazzar is giving.

                                  I have explained all the details to hdfc life services and policy bazaar. But nothing is being done. Now my 1 lac has got locked for 5 years.

                                  I have just realized that policy bazaar just want to sell its policies no matter what happens. They do not care later if there is any problems. The staffs are cheater. Misguide a lot. Lie a lot.

                                  I would sincerely request you take some concern in my case and find out a solution.

                                    Its surprise, being requesting again and again, no one bothered to call back and send the hard copy of policy as requested.

                                    Its being worst experience it had happened earlier in 2018 at the first time of taking health policy which i had cancelled later on and took from another agent.

                                    However, it's my mistake after getting once bad experience, i again choose to initiate relation ship with you guys while taking my car policy.

                                    Its small small thingh which mattets for customers, i requested many times to send me the original hard copy of my policy. Which no one had bothered to send.
                                    Before taking policy your sales team call 10 times a day and after that forget all promises had made.

                                    I writing you to send me the hard copy only, and am unable to understand what the problem with your team to do the same. Instead they giving me suggestion show soft copy to police, if police says anything call us from there, what the hell is happening with nonsense answers.

                                      Policy bazaar executives and their automated calls buzz my phone at least 10 to 15 times in a day. It is a living nightmare putting out mg phone number on their website or downloading the app. To top it, it is not straight forward to deactivate your account. I need help to deactivate my account. Please help delete or deactivate my account

                                        I am not interested in buying any policy and even after telling these executives repeatedly the same, they keep calling 5-6 times a day. The executive's name is ashwin. He keeps calling from different numbers as i keep blocking their old ones.
                                        I even asked him to delete my number from his database and never call me again but he doesn't listen.
                                        Every company is liable to have an unsubscribe option on their website for every customer's experience but policy bazaar has a fraudulent website as they don't allow you to unsubscribe either from calls or messages.

                                        I request strict action to be taken against the company and the executive.
                                        Policy Bazaar customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
