I ordered Airtel 4G Hotspot Binatone WiFi Data Card (Black) on 2/7/20 it shows only ordered and still status is processing.There is no update about my product delivery after payment.I want to know live location and exact delivery date of my product. Also the consumer support from poorvika mobiles is poor customer care is not responding towards calls

    I ordered OnePlus wireless Z Order status is still Processing...
    I tried to their Chat option to cancel the order and refund my money she is telling there is a separate team for online orders and she convey them for order cancelling. Where is the Issue updation?? No mail or messages for acknowledgement!!

    Same issue. I have placed a samsung A21 mobile phone order on 13th july. In website it said 2 hours delivery. Today is 15th still not delivered or any mail about its delivery. Spoke to few people (Gomathi, srividhya and Praveen) in help line number. But no one has any clue where the item is and when it will be delivered. Finally I had made up mind and asked praveen to cancel and refund. What's funny is, he is not able to cancel and says the other department will cancel in a day or two. We cant cancel directly either. Praveen has promised he ask that department to send a cancellation confirmation with full refund.. I sincerely hope they will do that.. worst online service.

      I booked oneplus 7t via mobile app. But no courier docket no. Or parcel status not available in app. My order no.362592. Pls. Update my status in sms, and its 2 hours delivery, paid 50rs extra for the same still, didn't receive any updates..

        I purchased one samsung original charger from poorvika mobiles private limited no 13, shop no 1 to 6, railway station road gudiyatham, chennai 632602 vide invoice no gsi/2gudi/285 dated 15/05/2020 with guarantee period of 6 months

        After 15 days charger not working and regularly folowing with gudiyatham showroom since last 1 month.
        Today also i contacted and front line staff told that replacement not possible in gudiyatham.
        For replacement, you have to go chennai or vellore.

        It seems very unreasonable and misbehaviour from front line staff of poorvika show roon gudiyatham branch.

        Kindly see the matter and resolve the issue.

          Hi,

          I had placed order for redmi note 8 pro by following the instructions from your call centre executive on friday, she had promised me 3 days delivery and said she will follow up, till now no update on the status of my order by her, when i called to call centre, they are saying that they will get back to me after 30mins, but no one had get back to me yet, this was 6 instances, srividya had disconnected the call today 12.25pm in between conversation, kindly cancel my order and refund my money asap

                I hope you guys doing good and safe.

                This is with regards to mobile purchased yesterday evening and billed fraudly.

                Redmi note 9 pro mobile sold out to me 16500 4 gb and 64 gb ram and given bill is 12750 worth rupees once i saw details and asked store people and changed the bills and addded head phone and screen card but it without notifying me they have swiped my card 16500.

                I am going to put police complint on this store and entire unit however people and manager staring me.

                I wanted my extra billed amount to return otherwise i will put police complint and will submit consumer court.

                    Hi this s Zerina from Chennai, I Would like to register my complaint on recent purchase at poorvika. I've purchased Samsung Galaxy A70 (invoice no : GSI/3ERO/8077), Purchased on 03/09/2019 at Poorvika Mobiles (p) ltd, d/no :105, EVN road, Erode-638011. It's been a worst ever experience with Poorvika... it's not even a year since I purchased but I almost reached more than four times due to Charging Issue. It's not fair to sell a faulty product to the Customer who believed to choose Poorvika. Its stressing me during this lock down period and unable to reach Samsung Service Center everytime. My Phone has 1 year Warranty period. I just realized reaching service centre would not solve my problem I need a replacement. Kindly do the needful. Expecting action on this.

                              Hello,
                              I purchased a Saregama Carvaan Mini (Red) for my father, in his name by[protected]. Three weeks back, the power button has become non-pressable, hence the device is not turning on.

                              The device has a warranty of 6 months and I checked with Saregama agents dialling the toll-free support number. I am told that the device can be replaced with a new one in the Poorvika Mobile store (Vellore branch) where I bought the device, as it comes with counter warranty.

                              I checked with the store people and the service is really very poor. I have visited the store thrice and every time, I was given fake promises that they would contact me, when stock arrives and it never happened. They took down my mobile number along with the invoice copy as if they take immediate action. I am herewith attaching the product's purchase bill. I would appreciate if you look into this matter immediately.

                                I have brought a LG W30 pro mobile 5 days before in Poorvika with one year warranty and insurance, during the purchase they gave a very good review for this mobile feature. After purchase the very next day I found that the device was defective (Very low charging) and returned to them they verified and said the issue is in the charger so they provided me a new charger but in that new charger I was also facing the same issue. It was taking more than 3 hrs to fill 100% charge but during the demo sales person told it is a fast charger and it will get fully charged in 1nd half hrs itself. So again, i returned to them. They asked me to raise a complaint to the LG service center on my own, so I raised the complaint to the LG service center in Vadapalani. They asked me to handover my mobile and return the next day. After verification they called me and said for them it took 2nd 1/2 hrs to get 100% charge. When I handed over the mobile it had 18% charge in it. Since then it took 2nd 1/2 hrs if it had 0% means surely it would have taken more than 3 hrs. They are arguing that for this product it is the capacity of this mobile charging and there is no fault identified. To confirm the same with higher officials there are asking me to wait 2 more days. I returned back to shop again and argued for the fake statement given on fast charging during the demo. They also disagreed with the statement provided by the LG service person because they are saying it is not the usual charging time for this product. So, with the job sheet proof compliant I asked them to provide some other brand mobile for the same cost I purchased. But they are asking me to wait until they get a reply from the LG service center. Anyway it is a defective product, showroom members have agreed with it and there is no reason in waiting for a reply. I have bought mobile from Poorvika but to be in process I have followed all the steps what they want me to do but then now after knowing it is a defective product I should only questing Poorvika shop member for giving false statement on charging or without having proper knowledge of this product he sold the product to a customer. Very worst customer service. MR nagar Poorvika showroom manage(Muthu kumar.P) have not taken any action.

                                Please take immediate action to replace my mobile or else refund the amount paid. I have attached the job sheet details for your verification.

                                  Before lockdown feb 2020 i went to porvika showroom arakkonam because i buyed there only.

                                  The sales man and in casher seat person told once recived i will inform, no one response, i called them they told new power bank came come and received after lockdown march 23, three day back i went to show room they asked invoice copy.
                                  Another day i went and share invoice copy in whatsapp after that they won't atten the call.

                                    I have purchased an airtel 4g hotspot dongle from comibatore branch, they provided genuinly polite customer services and exciting offer of 8 month data pack. After several months i got distruption in the data pack and i coudn't complete the 8 months as they provided. I missed my bill copy to claim my purchase, thus they can't help me to fix this issue.                                       I have recently purchased a mobile ( oppo Reno 3) in poorvika avadi.
                                      The customer relationship manager (kalai) promised me that he will provide me a complimentary like Bluetooth headphones or Bluetooth speaker. It been 3 months I haven't heard anything from him. I went back to the showroom and asked the information. The other guy said he's on leave and he only knew the details.
                                      If that guy leaves the job will poorvika shut down the respective branch ?
                                      If that guy is on leave why other person won't take the responsibility . I guess poorvika fails to retains their customer.
                                      I never recommend poorvika in future neither of friends, relatives or my customers

                                        I purchased a skull candy earbud and left side earbud is not working only. I want to return the product and get my money back. Pls do the needful.

                                        I purchased it 2 weeks ago and was gift wrapped. Today is my wife’s birthday and gave it as a gift.. tried connecting the earbuds but only right side is working. I want the money back kindly do the needful.

                                        I purchased it on 13th may and got it gift wrapped. Today when I opened it to connect and notice that the left side earbud is not working at all. When I checked it in the store battery was very low due to which the executive couldn’t check properly. I want the product to be returned and get my money back
