I had placed order for redmi note 8 pro by following the instructions from your call centre executive on friday, she had promised me 3 days delivery and said she will follow up, till now no update on the status of my order by her, when i called to call centre, they are saying that they will get back to me after 30mins, but no one had get back to me yet, this was 6 instances, srividya had disconnected the call today 12.25pm in between conversation, kindly cancel my order and refund my money asap

I ordered OnePlus wireless Z Order status is still Processing...
I tried to their Chat option to cancel the order and refund my money she is telling there is a separate team for online orders and she convey them for order cancelling. Where is the Issue updation?? No mail or messages for acknowledgement!!
