Highly disappointed with the customer treatment in poorvika mobile stores in nagercoil tower junction. They sold me a product worth 10000 rs max. For 12000. Highly dissatisfied with their approach.
I wanted to purchase a phone with 64 gb storage. But i was shown a samsung a20s model phone with 32 gb storage, with the explanation that that particular variant has 64 gb ram and 3gb ram. Before i could realise it is only 32 gb storage, the phone box with the details was taken to the billing section.
They actually wanted to tally the bill to 12000, since the product would show only 9800 in the bill. And they were trying to bring some products like ear phone, power bank and so on to sell it off. Since i didn't take them, they forced me literally to buy the adld, accident insurance. And they gave me a 16 gb memory card which i didn't want. Finally they tallyed the bill to 12000.
So much of cheating. I felt i didn't get what i wanted from the store. I don't recommend anyone to purchase mobile phones over there. Highly disappointed. Each time my phone hangs due to lack of storage, i will be cursing poorvika for it

    Hi madam,

    I never ever had such a bad experience like this in my life. I really fed up with all your executive worked on my issue.

    I have purchased a iphone 11 on your poorvika showroom on 23rd of jan-20 and i have made my payment through hdfc credit card with the 6 months zero cost emi option,

    I got a message from my bank saying that your emi is not process on 27th of jan-20 and i immediately contact customer care of hdfc and ask for the reason why it is not converted, but they have clearly told that on the backend process that the seller was not given a option for emi conversion, so from the day 28th of jan i have called your showroom and explain the same but he told ignore that message with in 10 working days of purchase definitely this will get converted. But on 2nd of feb i received my credit card statement in that the purchase was not converted to emi, and again called your showroom and told the same and then they asked me to come down to your showroom for give a written request on the same, based on that i drop to your showroom on the next day, but one of your executive told that we don't want the written copy just give a live photo from the showroom to forward the complaint.

    From that day onwards till today i am calling all your showroom executive they are not responded with the proper solution, all this 20 days i have tired calling to your executive, from this whole process it is clear that nobody know how to resolve the customer complaint. Today i suppose to pay the card payment and i don't know what to pay.

    If i want to write a brief on all this 20days of calling your showroom staffs and your service team staffs it will be a long story i don't want to explain that now. Finally i hope you will give a proper response atleast. Thank you.

      I have purchased mobile - one plus 7t at shanthi colony anna nagar chennai on 1 st december 2019. My friend had the same mobile and on comparing i came to know there were lot of clarity issues and there is too much of clearing that happens on using. The one i have seems to be not original and defective. When i approached poorvika they have told me if you prove that there are quality difference they will exchange it to a new mobile. I went to one plus customer service centre and showed the phone the executive did not accept and blindly asked me to go. After a while since i have spent a huge amount on the phone i again approached poorvika. The staff rupesh has told me that on checking the photos yes there is issue with lens one plus never capture pictures like this and he told me to go to one plus service centre where his know friend would help me. Upon reaching i did not find any such person and it was a waste of time visiting. Later on they asked me to leave phone for one day observation and still said the same story. I hereby would like to check with the dealer and change my phone to a another genuine phone and i will not be able to visit one plus centre again as they are not customer centric.

      I have the recording of the staff saying yes there is issue with the phone sold. Please do the needful at the earliest

        I have purchased a mi tv in past november (2019), during that time poorvika store manager promised me for providing the gift for the purchase. Gift in the sense they were mentioning cooking appliances. But still they are not delive the gift to me. And i have visited many time to the store, but many people changed in the store and they are saying very lethargic answers to me and some of them not responding well. I dont want any # free of cost things but they were commited to provide the gift but still now i didn't recieve anything.
        Porrvika mobiles, madipakkam, direct opposite to sathya appliances chennai 91.
        I want my promised gift and they wants to submit my tv bill to them for arranging the gift. But i can't accept those idiotic reasons because i have submitted my all details to them during tv purchase and they only send the bills to me through online. Even poorvika is a big organisation and they should have my purchase deatils.

          In madurai simmakkal poorvika mobiles showroom staff swaminathan, he was theft their branch manager cash amount form his debit card, and he deceived their customer mobiles then sale in black market.
          He is already theft 3 lacs in solaimalai transport in coimbatore he came out in bail order, he deceived many peoples.
          He ask to customer buy a mobile using emi home credit, idfc bank, bajaj finance etc after he told i paid your monthly payment give me the mobile to me the customer beleive and give them mobile to her after he cannot paid thier emi payment customer will be deceives

            I refer my friend to purchase the iphone 11 in poorvika mobiles, kandanchavadi, chennai-96 at 15-feb-2020. When we completed the payment, then only they told us the product was not available and they commit to pick up the product from a nearby store (Pallavakkam). After that one sales person went to collect the phone from pallavakkam branch. When the phone arrives, he didn't call us to check the phone. He started to unbox the phone without our permission and we noticed and asked the question, why you're starting unbox the phone without our permission??. We just saw the product it looked like the old phone.

            After many customer calls and discussion, they were agreeing to collect the new product from vivra mall branch due to no stock. We collected the product from vivra mall branch at 9.30 pm.

            So later time, we didn't check the product properly. Once my friend reaches the home, then only he found the charger not working. Again, we raised the complaint to the customer care and directly visited the kandhanchavadi branch, but we didn't get any proper response.

            They told us to check the phone with icare or hand over the phone and collect it to monday evening. They also told us to, if we go directly, it'll resolve within 20 mins.

            We agree and check with icare. But icare gives a shock response. The product is a failure one and it'll take 3-4 working days to resolve. Again, i explain the same scenario to poorvika customer care they didn't respond to me. And already i raised the escalation to poorvika via [protected]@poorvika.com. But no response.

            I check with icare employee, if it is possible to unbox the phone and check it's working or not, then pack like before. He said yes and it's possible.

            I'm a regular customer of poorvika. But now i have a trust issue with poorvika mobiles.

            After the lot of poorvika customer care calls, totally disappointed. They don't have any idea about iCare process.They were again and again asking job sheet (hard copy). And daily they were asking some documents. They were wasting my time.

            Very poor customer experience.

            I paid for mobile but till I'm waiting for it.

            Customer care staffs don't have knowledge about iPhone. If you're going to buy iPhone then kindly go to the premium shop.

              On october 05, 2019 i bought i phone 11 from poorivika mobiles private limited, sundarapuram, coimbatore - 641024 using hdfc debit card.
              An essential term of that agreement was that i will receive 10% cashback for that purchase. To date i have not received the cash back amount for the same.
              Please do the needful to get my cashback amount as soon as possible.

              1. It is non emi transaction
              2. I do not have the charge sheet instead i have statement details for that transaction.

                  Today (08.02.2020) i went to buy new mobile in poorvika at madiwala with exchange of my old phone. When i went there my mobile is in perfect working condition. My old mobile was checked properly and they said they will take it for 5000rs. We chose the new mobile and they took the payment as well. After the payment they started checking my mobile again, going inside to some room and roaming around the shop for more than 15 min. Finally they handed over my old mobile to me and saying there is an issue in mobile screen.
                  When we asked them about this, that my mobile was in perfect working condition before they checked 2nd time. They started shouting on us using loud voices in front of all other customers, all the employees ganged up together against us for asking the question, how did the screen is not working now?. When we asked about the reversal of the payment they laughed and carelessly said it will take 24hrs to credit.
                  Now i lost my 5.5k worth mobile as well it made my day very worst.

                    I purchased nokia 150 mobile on 16th jan 2020 at express avenue poorvika showroom. The charger is not working within 20 days we took it to the showroom they took 20 mts and said you have to give it to nokia showroom we have spoken with them you just show the bill and they will replace the charger for you. We went to nokia showroom before touching the mobile they said that their limit is only for the handset not for the charger. I dont know whose mistake and whome to blame for this so i called to the poorvika showroom from nokia showroom and explained the issue again they said bring the set to poorvika showroom we will replace. After bringing there they reacted as it we are new client for them and diverting us from the start go to nokia showroom and we said we are the sae came before here and called from niokia showroom even again they reacted like we are new. Atlast the said give your mobile and handset we will send to factory and they will check wether your query is correct and will send a new charger. I can't understand even i have purchased the basic mobile they are handling this do you think all of the customers must buy the costly mobile and then only your staffs will take care us. Also why should iwe wait for 3 or 4 days for simple charger to get changed when they factually found the fault which i said is correct. Actually i was eager to buy one more mobile of samsung a50 and power bank along with service they provide. But onseeing this response i felt very annoyed and came back without giving the complaint mobile and do you think i don't have money to buy a new charger and coming to complain to poorvika with full proof of bill and box and the whole kit. I am very serious to look your staffs lethargic like this.

                      I have purchased redmi 8 mobile from poorvika last friday, money debited from my account double time, and credited to poorvika, i want my money back to account (10, 300 rs), i purchased from poorvika tirupur branch near pushpa theatre, i have complained many time still got no response and solution, actually i have purchased using google pay, the poorvika delivery boy said to send again the money didn't processed, because of him only money debited from my account twice, his name is manikandan, i have contacted poorvika several times for a solution, they didn't provided any solution for me,

                          I purchased a tempered glass in poorvika thirumullaivoyal on jan 8th for my iphone 11. I got it for rs.2200 and it got broken within one week. It is of very poor quality and the customer care is saying they will not give replacement for a physical damage and it is not a physical damage in-fact. They are asking me to purchase one more for rs.1500. Then for in which case you people will provide replacement for tempered glass. For rs.2200 product you will not even provide any warranty. While buying they are responding well but while approaching them for a complaint they don’t consider from customer side.

                              I am complaining about replacement warranty. I bought a soundcore anker bluetooth headset before 4months but now it will not working in leftside hearing part. I give to the showroom for replacement purpose of interior damage. But they will not give the new one.

                                I have procured a samsung tab from poorvika mobiles mugappair west on 28th dec 2019, they have swiped 19000 in my hdfc credit card for no cost emi with 7.5% cash back, on 1st jan 2020 i am getting a message from hdfc bank that i need to pay 3288x6 months, exclusive of gst, now i need to pay rs. 19954, when i call hdfc customer care, this emi is converted from poorvika, they can't do anything on this, i have raised a complaint with poorvika and waiting for the response.

                                So dear friends please be careful while procuring anything from poorvika mobiles.

                                  Dear sir,
                                  I have purchased panasonic eluga ray 700 in poorvika mobiles privated limited in pondicherry at 1year back, the main reason is over heating of mobile, slow opening of application, there is no clear shot of taking picture in camera, i have informed many times to vendor regarding overheating of mobile, they have compromised us (They said its a company design heat will desipate through phone body), but daily we facing this issue, rececently"battery over heat' indicated on screen, i have attached a purchase invoice copy of mobile, i have totally disappointed of buying this phone, please take a action regarding this matter.

                                  Sir I had purchased a samsung A8 star and i found some problem regarding the camera shaking can I can claim warranty for that but I do not have my invoice but I have my phone box as well as the warranty book.

                                    I would like to return oneplus 7t phone i bought on jan 3rd 2020 from one of your branch in vignana nagar bengaluru. Phone is not at all used and i want to get the refund.

                                    I did called for the procedure of refund to your customer care and they did replied rudely as product can't be returned at all. Is this the service poorvika is providing, in such case it will be my last at poorvika. The phone cost is 33499, which is no less amount. How can a big mobile retailer like you can't entertain refund of the product. I want to get my refund. Let me see whether this complaint at least make any difference.

                                      Am a regular customer of poorvika mobile from my childhood itself, currently i have bought a iphone 7 32 gb from poorvika mobiles rs puram coimbatore..

                                      They told gift for me bluetooth headset, yesterday they are not responding me they are not providing what they said to me... Am totally dissatisfaction about poorvika mobiles... They manager is not responding me also sales man kadhar not attending my phone calls..

                                        Hi Sir/ Madam,

                                        I purchased a new mobile phone today at udumalpet poorvika mobiles. Where they asked me to pose for a photo snap by holding my new mobile phone with box in front off everyone in showroom. When i asked, why is this ??? They simply say this is our company policy for an EMI customer. And they shared it their shop whats group

                                        This is actually insulting & criticizing me in front off everyone in public floor.

                                        Point 2:
                                        They took a photo of my aadhar & pan card in mobile. And i asked why your are taking in your phone?? They said i will take a photo and will share the data in their shop whatsapp group so that everyone will have data.

                                        I dont know how poorvika mobiles doesn't know this. Sharing of any of my personal document is whatsapp group.

                                        The way poorvika treated me is very worst.

                                        The incident which happened for me today is very insulting in front of all.

                                        I humbly request to take necessary steps for these kind of misbehaving activities.

                                        Please show them how safely they should keep customer documents.
