Hello,

I would like to raise compliant against poorvika cheating culprit sales executive - yesterday i purchased samsung a30s, after price discussion final price is rs.14300 and my old mobile moto e5 plus exchange price is rs.1500- so the billing amount is rs.12800.

But the fraud executive billed rs.14300 since missed to less my old mobile price rs. 1500.

During thime time the cheating fellows discuss about bluetooth headset so i also missed to note the billed amount.

After reviewed bill and asked them, the fraud executive provide new cheating calculation..

Again i paid rs.1500 for my old mobile to return... The fraud sales executive simply cheated me more then rs.3000

Finally i paid: rs. 15800

Another one sales fraud executive without my knowledge they unbox my mobile

Without my confirmation how they do even they dint show seal in new mobile box

Without my confirmation they installed poorvika mobile app submitted feedback.

I have to write feedback but they (Cheating culprit executive) write the feedback themselves.

    Sir, last few days i try to purchase one plus 7 in chidambaram poorvika Mobile's bt stock stills not available please make a stock one plus 7 6gb ram 128rom..
    It's ok, but replacement is very slow and I'll upgrade to ask OnePlus 7t pro I'll give extra money pls give that mobile, but not give i am not satisfied...
    Bt they give single sim Nokia 104.i asked replacement.bt they are cheating like anything.bill completed..no replacement nu they told..i dont know..i gave dat phone to same store.i request you to give dual sim Nokia 104.i paid already amount.check with same store billing dated on Oct 9 I got dis.

      I ordered a samsung s5e through quikr who says they do home delivery. They said their company is based at bangalore. I payed rs. 18, 849, as per their advertisement and gst. After which they said they they would deliver within 3 days (It was on 19th of september). But now they have switch off their phones and change their phone number on the advertisement as well. They are advertising with a different phone number again. And when i try to contact that new number they block my number. Please help me.

      A CUSTOMER CARE executive named DEEPAK called me and still try to cheats me again. He asked for my card detail to transfer/refund my money. So i did but he asked for my cvv and the otp too..which i denied. So he got mad and told me to ### off and told me to do whatever i want and he wont help

      please resolve the complaint
      A CUSTOMER CARE executive name Deepak called me, and said he would refund the money and asked for my debit card number. I said why dont you take my account number but he insist on taking my card number, so i gave him my card number. Then he asked for the expiry date and cvv, so i gave him, thinking he would may be transfer through my card number or something. But then i received an OTP which has nothing to do if my account is to be credited. So i told him i dont want to give him the OTP. Then he got mad and told me to ### off, and do whatever i want. Is this the customer service that poorvika provides?

      I would like to return the product as the warranty is available for 2 years.
      hence its working any more.

        I bought iphone 6s in april 2019. I paid full payment using my hdfc debit card as they said they will give me a 10% cashback at the end of 120 days.

        Its been close to 200 days now and i've been visiting the ttk branch everyweek now to get an update on this.

        The store trainee manager gave his personal email id and asked for my bank statement and invoice copy. I sent him both and called 100 times but had no response. Then again i went to the store to get an update. He replied saying he didnt get my email and that he wont pick calls at all expect for that for very high profile influential customers.

        Again we submitted hard copy for the invoice and statement to him and left.

        Ever since ive been trying to call and message to follow up but that guy has no courtesy to respond properly.

        To poorvika - we are not jobless people to keep running behind your store managers to get back our cashback which was promised. Why do you have to cheat your customers in the name of cashback on full payment. I had the choice to go with emi but only because of the offer i paid one shot.

        This is absolute frustration to customer and shows so ethics on your side. Extremely poor customer service at the ttk showroom and the trainee manager is absolute lathargic and filled with so much attitude. If he is appointment to cater to only prime customers, why the hell is he responsible for normal customer queries? Please appoint someone else.

        Am disgusted with the service and fed up following up for the money that i should own now.

        Should have just bought the phone at chroma or reliance. Major regret.

        How do you expect me to keep the charge slip for 6 months. That is extremely silly.

        Go see your CCTv footage to check who is telling the truth.

        We r not fools to buy a phone and wait for 6 months for refund 10%. I don't understand what your thinking. You think I bought the phone without enquiring.

        I checked for the offer in besant nagar poorvika also. So stop cheating me and give my 3k back.

        POORVIKA is such a cheater. Trying to blame customers for their fault. You trick us into buying a product saying offer and then deny it.

        How do you expect to have the charge slip after 6 months.

        You are just cheating customers. How can your store employees say that we have 10% cashback and from head office you will call to say that there was no such offer. You think customers are fools.

        Not jus TTk road branch, i also enquired in besant nagar poorvika branch and it had 10% cash back offer for iphone6s on april 28, 2019.

        Just dont try to give silly excuses. Go check your store cctv footage. Just process my cashback money. DO NOt CHEAt.

          We have branch in thirupathur vlr dist we have given tablet for repair two times but they r not servicing properly we r went to ask sterday abt tab they behave like anything 4 people's using bad words to my mom and me along with my sister. They r not responding properly and what r the people's r there in that branch i didn't like their speech and behaviour plz take action on them.             Sir, i had purchased a nokia 7.2 mobile from your store at no.8, pursawalkam high road, chennai-7 on 26.09.2019 on emi from bajaj finserv ltd. This was the third time i had purchased a mobile from your shop due to some good response in past but this time your sales man cheated me. I didnt wanted to put any protection film on my mobile instead i was in favour of temper glass & back case. But your sales man forced me to put the protection film front & back side of the mobile for rs.2000/= & told me that it is in offer price for me and assured me that it will last for several years for the life of mobile. I am a salaried man and rs.2000/= means me a lot. I dont know what they had done, the protection film started coming out from the edge of mobile on the third day itself and finally after a week it came out fully. After that i visited the store for three to four times but the store manager didnt listen to my complaint. I request you to arrange the refund of my money because i cant afford to lose my hardworking money.

              As indicated earlier, i had visited poorvika mobiles branch in shlinganallur, chennai to get tempered glass to my iphone xs max. The guy took my phone, and applied the tampered glass without even giving me details of specification, warranty and price. Later i kept asking about the price, but till my card was swipped at the counter and bill was generated, i was given excuses and been avoided amount to price that they would charge. I didnt make an issue as it was crowded and didnt wanted to seen to be created against the brand. I raised a compliant with their customer service and i received a call from them stating that the store manager would call. Store manager called and he gave me some reasons on warranty and stuff and stopped attending my call.

              In your chengalpattu branch customer service is not good it is very poor very much disappointed with their services kindly take action as soon as possible and need a compensation from your chengalpattu branch

                    I am a customer of your tenkasi showroom for the past 2+ years. I have bought atleast 4 smart phones for my family and a friend.
                    Today i visited your retail showroom at tenkasi and bought a mi a3 mobile phone as per invoice no. Pos/tnks/2 dated 30.09.2019.
                    When the phone was about to be delivered, i asked for temper glass and pouch for the phone. Your counter staff charged me rs.500 each for the original temper glass and pouch but issued no bill.
                    Your staff did not tell me the availability of a pouch within the phone package. On returning home, i immediately called your showroom and advised my intention to return the pouch sold to me. But to my dismay, your staff stated that no return of sold good was possible and that no bill will be issued for pouches sold. When i pointed out that your staff did not reveal the availability of a pouch with the phone; i was bluntly told that they indeed told me about the availability and the sale was made after i asked for an additional pouch.
                    The fact is that no one told me about the availability of a pouch within the package. I am a senior citizen. Your people at tenkasi are good at selling but poor when treating customers. I am made to feel like a liar to keep your firm's policy of not accepting back a sold, unbilled item.
                    I hope you will look into the matter and ensure that my grievance is redressed. I will not lose anything if you do not act on this complaint. But you will lose a customer.

                        I bought a product anker soundbuds rise (Neck band) bluetooth sound effect is not good and it is not cover the range as well. I want to return it back. I am not liking the that bluetooth headphones any more.

                          I have bought jbl earphones tune110 from poorvika mobiles bangalore, kormangala 2nd block, madivala, on 11 th april 2019. One of the side of the earphone stopped working. I went to the store, as they had said earlier, i can come and replace in poorvika store itself. I went as told, but the manager denied completly. Asking me for proof. I showed him the bill. But he treated me badly. The manager was not able to convey properly. I was talking in english, but he conveyed in local language. (Weird being a store manager). I have earlier bought lot of products from poorvika. But this behaviour now is not acceptable. I want that to be resolved, or i might not ever go to the store.

                            Y name is Mallikarjuna Patil. I had purchased Tempered glass for my Wife’s iPhone XS Max. I had asked the price and your executive kept ignoring till it came to swiping my card for payment. He charged me 2499/- for a tempered glass which is 250/-. Ten Times!!!
                            He didn’t even inform before he started putting the glass. This is completely unacceptable. I would raise it with consumer forum is not sorted.

                              I purchased this phone on 9 th of august 2019 they said there is one gift induction stove and told me to collect on tuesday.
                              After continuous complains given to poorvika till today they didn't even bothur about my gift.

                              Poorvika is only giving wrong committments to the customer.
                              And this phone is not working propetly i was planned too purchased vivo but they insist to buy oppo

                              This is not a mistake from my end.
                              If you give the gift without any damage and with guarantee ( there is no Physical manufacturing defect) then it is not a problem.
                              I was really fed up with your Poorvika service.

                                I purchased new phone on September 2nd, went to purchase redmi note 7pro, sales guy said it's not good and suggested to take vivo y17 with that he said he will give complimentary headphones if I pay 500 extra I was forced to take headphones, they said phone costs 16000/- but bill given was for 13000/- and 3500/- was billed for headphones, I asked them to give full amount bill for mobile which they denied, phone is also not at all good they said very good phone but it's not at all good for this price range I said I want to return it but they are not accepting it

                                  I am vasu.. I got honor 7c mobile on 02/09/2019 at 11:00 am in palacode branch.. I got issues in mobile, same day i went to showroom i explained about issues of mobile... Manager is not take response of that mobile. Manager is talking unnecessary words with me. And poorvika mobiles manager not returning money and not to arrange alternate new mobile..

                                    I bought iphone xr 128gb from poorvika mobiles kanchanchavadi chennai yesterday night around 9:00 pm on[protected] i had issues with performance of the phone and camera.                                       Hi, i have bought a samsung a30 mobile at poorvika, adambakkam showroom on 18/08/2019, and on 27/08/2019 at 6.35 pm and someone stole it from me. I have also given the police complaint on g1, vepery police station at the same day after i found out that the mobile phone has been stolen from me. I wanted to know whether i can claim any theft insurance for the mobile.

                                        I bought a oppo f11 mdel in poorvika mobiles velachery showroom, they assured me to give a oppo speaker as a complement, but after purchase they asked me to wait for few days then later they were not even responding to my phone calls. When i reached the showroom they insulted me by giving a used speaker and arguing that it is the complement. I am much displeased over their unruly attitude. I am been a regular customer for poorvika for past many years. I expect the issue to be answered.
