We bought a micromax tab few days back from poorvika mobiles, no. 2393/2, roopa complex, kammanahalli main road, bangalore 560084. As this was bought for gifting, came to know about the defect only after a week. The tab was taken to the shop to get it checked.
After checking, we were told that the camera has issue and since the same is on warranty, can be rectified in two days.
The tab was taken on 15th aug at 7.30 p. M. Waited for a call from the service guys for 2 days and visited the shop only to know that they need two more days as sunday was holiday..
Again the story repeats, today afternoon when we visited the guys are not even sure where they have taken the tab for servicing.. Also, when we spoke to the manager, he is totally unaware of the full incident till this afternoon.
Annoyed with their irresponsible response, told them to get the tab or replace the same by today evening.
To our surprise, we just get a call back saying the back camera has an issue and they need 2 more days to rectify the same.
We understand now that we have been cheated by giving a defective piece and the same cannot be fixed.
We would need the refund as we lost trust to get the new piece or replace with any other item from poorvika.
