We have branch in thirupathur vlr dist we have given tablet for repair two times but they r not servicing properly we r went to ask sterday abt tab they behave like anything 4 people's using bad words to my mom and me along with my sister. They r not responding properly and what r the people's r there in that branch i didn't like their speech and behaviour plz take action on them. Otherwise we will not buy anything from that shop we r regular customers. For regular customers see how their behaving. Plz take seviour action.

    Sir, i had purchased a nokia 7.2 mobile from your store at no.8, pursawalkam high road, chennai-7 on 26.09.2019 on emi from bajaj finserv ltd. This was the third time i had purchased a mobile from your shop due to some good response in past but this time your sales man cheated me. I didnt wanted to put any protection film on my mobile instead i was in favour of temper glass & back case. But your sales man forced me to put the protection film front & back side of the mobile for rs.2000/= & told me that it is in offer price for me and assured me that it will last for several years for the life of mobile. I am a salaried man and rs.2000/= means me a lot. I dont know what they had done, the protection film started coming out from the edge of mobile on the third day itself and finally after a week it came out fully. After that i visited the store for three to four times but the store manager didnt listen to my complaint. I request you to arrange the refund of my money because i cant afford to lose my hardworking money.

    the poorvika store manager called me and solved my issue. he told that they cannot refund money but instead they can give me a free gift. so i accepted there request to solve the issue. they gave me wireless bluetooth as free gift. iam happy with it & so i withdrawn my complaint. thanks.

      As indicated earlier, i had visited poorvika mobiles branch in shlinganallur, chennai to get tempered glass to my iphone xs max. The guy took my phone, and applied the tampered glass without even giving me details of specification, warranty and price. Later i kept asking about the price, but till my card was swipped at the counter and bill was generated, i was given excuses and been avoided amount to price that they would charge. I didnt make an issue as it was crowded and didnt wanted to seen to be created against the brand. I raised a compliant with their customer service and i received a call from them stating that the store manager would call. Store manager called and he gave me some reasons on warranty and stuff and stopped attending my call.

      I spoke to your customer service[protected] today with Mani and he updated that the issue has been escalated and i will receive call from escalation team tomorrow... I am waiting for a response...
      In your chengalpattu branch customer service is not good it is very poor very much disappointed with their services kindly take action as soon as possible and need a compensation from your chengalpattu branch

            I am a customer of your tenkasi showroom for the past 2+ years. I have bought atleast 4 smart phones for my family and a friend.
            Today i visited your retail showroom at tenkasi and bought a mi a3 mobile phone as per invoice no. Pos/tnks/2 dated 30.09.2019.
            When the phone was about to be delivered, i asked for temper glass and pouch for the phone. Your counter staff charged me rs.500 each for the original temper glass and pouch but issued no bill.
            Your staff did not tell me the availability of a pouch within the phone package. On returning home, i immediately called your showroom and advised my intention to return the pouch sold to me. But to my dismay, your staff stated that no return of sold good was possible and that no bill will be issued for pouches sold. When i pointed out that your staff did not reveal the availability of a pouch with the phone; i was bluntly told that they indeed told me about the availability and the sale was made after i asked for an additional pouch.
            The fact is that no one told me about the availability of a pouch within the package. I am a senior citizen. Your people at tenkasi are good at selling but poor when treating customers. I am made to feel like a liar to keep your firm's policy of not accepting back a sold, unbilled item.
            I hope you will look into the matter and ensure that my grievance is redressed. I will not lose anything if you do not act on this complaint. But you will lose a customer.

                  I have bought jbl earphones tune110 from poorvika mobiles bangalore, kormangala 2nd block, madivala, on 11 th april 2019. One of the side of the earphone stopped working. I went to the store, as they had said earlier, i can come and replace in poorvika store itself. I went as told, but the manager denied completly. Asking me for proof. I showed him the bill. But he treated me badly. The manager was not able to convey properly. I was talking in english, but he conveyed in local language. (Weird being a store manager). I have earlier bought lot of products from poorvika. But this behaviour now is not acceptable. I want that to be resolved, or i might not ever go to the store.

                    Y name is Mallikarjuna Patil. I had purchased Tempered glass for my Wife’s iPhone XS Max. I had asked the price and your executive kept ignoring till it came to swiping my card for payment. He charged me 2499/- for a tempered glass which is 250/-. Ten Times!!!
                    He didn’t even inform before he started putting the glass. This is completely unacceptable. I would raise it with consumer forum is not sorted.

I have also given the police complaint on g1, vepery police station at the same day after i found out that the mobile phone has been stolen from me.                                 I bought a oppo f11 mdel in poorvika mobiles velachery showroom, they assured me to give a oppo speaker as a complement, but after purchase they asked me to wait for few days then later they were not even responding to my phone calls. When i reached the showroom they insulted me by giving a used speaker and arguing that it is the complement. I am much displeased over their unruly attitude.                                   We bought a micromax tab few days back from poorvika mobiles, no. 2393/2, roopa complex, kammanahalli main road, bangalore 560084. As this was bought for gifting, came to know about the defect only after a week. The tab was taken to the shop to get it checked.

                                  After checking, we were told that the camera has issue and since the same is on warranty, can be rectified in two days.

                                  The tab was taken on 15th aug at 7.30 p. M. Waited for a call from the service guys for 2 days and visited the shop only to know that they need two more days as sunday was holiday..

                                  Again the story repeats, today afternoon when we visited the guys are not even sure where they have taken the tab for servicing.. Also, when we spoke to the manager, he is totally unaware of the full incident till this afternoon.

                                  Annoyed with their irresponsible response, told them to get the tab or replace the same by today evening.

                                  To our surprise, we just get a call back saying the back camera has an issue and they need 2 more days to rectify the same.

                                  We understand now that we have been cheated by giving a defective piece and the same cannot be fixed.

                                  We would need the refund as we lost trust to get the new piece or replace with any other item from poorvika.

                                    I have ordered a grey color mobile nokia 3310 online at poorvika website (Order id:295644) on 14/08/2019. Got call from courier company to collect on 17/08/2019.
                                    My cousin personally went to collect the parcel.
                                    He got a surprise there. The box was opened and the mobile was not even packed with a proper branded nokia box. Attached the photo of parcel.
                                    The red color mobile (Ordered color was grey) was pretty visible to him without opening the box because the parcel got tampered already.
                                    Then, he didn't accept the parcel and ask them to send back.

                                    I have called customer care [protected] no one was picking up.
                                    Believe me, i tried for 4days in random times. No one picked up the call.
                                    Then, i contacted live chat support on poorvika website. Response was to backtosquare to contact customer care [protected]. Meantime, i was following up the email. My emails are never responded so far.

                                    Then, again contacted live chat support, responded that they will contact to my india number. No one called.
                                    Again, contacted whatsapp chat support, they're asking excuse and promised to call back. No one called. After certain point of time, that chat was no responding to me.

                                    Now, i'm a situation where my payment is done, mobile hasn't delivered yet and most the beauty is that, no responses from the customer care via email, chat and mobile.

                                    This is one of the worst experience in ordering online. Amazon would have delivered the mobile with 3days with my expectations.

                                    Nevertheless, poorvika really should their online service delivery and at least educate their customer care just to answer the phone calls

                                    Will poorvika deliver my mobile? Or remit the amount?

                                      I took a headset, I asked for a return because the same headset was for a cheaper price in inline store, they denied to return it .

Now display damaged, but i lost my phone bill which is given by poorvika mobiles. So i need an duplicate bill copy. So i asked that bill copy in that branch but they are not providing.
