I bought samsung phone in poorvika, which is a # box, defective one.
Sales team has cheated us.
We are going through high bp, medical concerns because of this # box.
Exchange give me a new phone or return my money.
I'm daily doing up down to jst get this phone fixed, no one supoertive from poorvika, mentally tortured me with it services.
I am very sure that it's on my fb wall, twitter, poorvika cheated me with money, phone.
I want immediate refund.
Also pay compensation for my struggles, to up down to store, my commute, my mental pain, my high bp, i'm really done, want a fair justice before i go to police, or consumer forum court as i belong to defence background.
