Greetings!

This is sarveskumar. C my mobile number [protected], i buyed a mobile along with (Sales man refered to buy) power bank,

Before lockdown feb 2020 i went to porvika showroom arakkonam because i buyed there only.

The sales man and in casher seat person told once recived i will inform, no one response, i called them they told new power bank came come and received after lockdown march 23, three day back i went to show room they asked invoice copy.
Another day i went and share invoice copy in whatsapp after that they won't atten the call.

Please help me to get the powerbank

    I have purchased an airtel 4g hotspot dongle from comibatore branch, they provided genuinly polite customer services and exciting offer of 8 month data pack. After several months i got distruption in the data pack and i coudn't complete the 8 months as they provided. I missed my bill copy to claim my purchase, thus they can't help me to fix this issue. I hope they 'll be kind to provide me a copy of the purchase bill to protect my consumer rights.

      I have recently purchased a mobile ( oppo Reno 3) in poorvika avadi.
      The customer relationship manager (kalai) promised me that he will provide me a complimentary like Bluetooth headphones or Bluetooth speaker. It been 3 months I haven't heard anything from him. I went back to the showroom and asked the information. The other guy said he's on leave and he only knew the details.
      If that guy leaves the job will poorvika shut down the respective branch ?
      If that guy is on leave why other person won't take the responsibility . I guess poorvika fails to retains their customer.
      I never recommend poorvika in future neither of friends, relatives or my customers

        I purchased it 2 weeks ago and was gift wrapped. Today is my wife’s birthday and gave it as a gift.. tried connecting the earbuds but only right side is working. I want the money back kindly do the needful.
        I purchased it on 13th may and got it gift wrapped. Today when I opened it to connect and notice that the left side earbud is not working at all. When I checked it in the store battery was very low due to which the executive couldn’t check properly. I want the product to be returned and get my money back

          I bought lg mobile phone in your annanagar showroom and i had a plan to buy samsun mobile phone but your salesperson (Pawan) recommended for lg mobile phone and it was purchased november 2019 and now the battery bulged and phone not working properly, i need a replacement of a phone for samsung and i'll pay the difference amount if any. Because of your sales man's wrong guidance, i had wasted rs.8000 were, as you people are responsible to bear the responsibility, else i'll file a consumer complaint against poorvika.

            Dear sir,
            I purchased caravaan on 04.12.2019 at poorvika show room, 238/2a, sekkalai road branch, karaikudi.
            But it was got repaired on 28.12.2019. I went to show room, paid rs 400 and again i got new replacement at 07.02.2020. Because i'm live's in mysore so late replace. (Invoice no gsi/kaku/7131)
            But that was also got repaired on 29.2.20. Again i visited showroom. They told us to contact company directly.
            Within one month i received 2 issued products at your branch. But atlast your people did not take responsibility to the product. What is going on here actually?
            I need a favourable reply as soon as possible.

                frustrated to know that there is no return policy

                My husband got me an iphone se 2020 from ekkatuthangal branch, chennai as a surprise wedding anniversary gift. As i am already using iphone series mobiles i wanted to exchange it to buy iphone xr but when i contacted the customer service and the branch i received such an irresponsible answers that once goods sold cannot be replaced. Even i told them i dint even open the mobile box, it’s perfectly sealed still it cannot be replaced itseems....

                Dear all,

                I have visited poorvika mobiles (No.66 om sakthi complex, evn road, erode) on[protected] to buy a type-c to 3.5mm earphone adapter for my oneplus 7t mobile phone.

                I have asked the salesperson for the adapter and he had provided me with inbase brand type-c to 3.5mm adapter. They have also briefly tested it with my mobile. Could hear the audio output so they have billed and i took the product.

                When i reached home and used it i could hear a static noise (Buzzing sound) in the earphone along with any kind of audio from the phone (Songs, videos, system sounds etc.). This is not an earphone problem. I have tested with multiple pairs of earphone and still the same issue.

                And later after some research, i have found that the inbase brand adapter hardware doesn't support the oneplus mobile phones.

                I have rushed to the shop within 2-3 hours of purchase and explained them the issue. The salesperson refused to accept the claim and they are convincing me that this is how an earphone works (With a buzzing noise in the background). As if i don't know anything about electronics and i'm using earphones for the first time.

                It is the incompetence of the salesperson. He should have knowledge of products before selling. He should have known that this product doesn't completely support oneplus mobile phones.

                They are neither accepting return nor exchanging for some other product. I request a refund or exchange with some other product (Not the adapter).

                Please find attached the bill copy and product photos.

                  I had purchases samsunga20s model on 08.05.2020 including other accessories...
                  When i was reached home put in on charging mode... More than 2 hrs the phone was not crossed 40% of charge... I'm really shocked.. The product is fast charging phone... After 1 day went to thiruvottiyur poorvika shop and tell the same story... They people are simply said the reason... It was manufacturing default... Saying there is no fault in phone... Only charger problem... I'm asking u how manufacturing default will happen in new phone... I don't why... The said we will get it new charger and give it k to me.. I don't know why is this mobile fafult or charger fafult. Also given ref no. [protected].. It's ringing but not responding... Still i'm not using the mobile.. Simple get it down without using... This is ur customer???
                  I need replacement of my phone... Otherwise i will escalate this matter to consumer court...

                  Today mrg 18.04.2020 at 10.30 am I have handed over my full mobile kits to Poorvika show room at Thiruvottiyur...my wife going to travel to Coimbatore by Wednesday ..also got travel pass.. I hve to handed this mobile to her before that Wednesday I need resolvation of complaint or replacement of mobile...if delay will happened...I don't want that mobile...you people are keep that mobile...I will escalate next level...if I go for online purchase they do replace not even colour mismatch...but ur show room creating critical process..pls update the status immediately.

                          Hi,

                          I had purchased nokia 7.2 from express avenue chennai poorvika outlet.
                          Payment option was done through debit card emi, for which every month of 4th i was debited 1759.74 rupees. Since march there had been unauthorized credit as cashback and emi return to my account and without intimation 4060 rupees was deducted as emi for this month. This kind of transaction experience is strongly against my will, i request explanation to all the unauthorized transaction and to only debit the agreed amount for the left over emi months.

                              I have bought a vivo s1 phone from poorvika showroom, moolakadai on on 09.03.2020.

                              After two weeks, that is on 30.03.2020 from night onwards the touch is not working and on the next day the screen displays like blue in color scattered on the screen.

                              Because of this lock down we are unable to reach your service centre and as well as poorvika showroom, moolakadai branch.

                                I recently purchased a samsung mobile phone worth 20000. The headphones didn't worked properly. I approached showroom. They told me to ask samsung service center. There i didn't get any response. They simply told no stock. Again i went to showroom, they assured me that they will get my headphones and will give it to me soon. But it's been 10 days, i didn't get any response. They are not valuing customers money. Is this your kind of customer service??

I went to the store for replacement they gave me one even that is not working when i asked for money no body isnt answering neither giving me another product.                                       On 11 march i have bought a new samsung phone in poorvika (Tambaram, shanmuga road). Am sorry to say that i had the worst experience in purchasing a mobile. No sale person knows anything about the product. There was nearly 8 staff i believe. No one has the product knowledge expect for mr. Kamal. No one has the soft skills. No one knows how to interact with the customer. The mannerism before and after billing is entirely different. Everyone looks terrific. They are not easily approachable. The person in charge for accessories is real nonsense (Sorry to use). No one is groomed properly. One of the worst experiences of my life. They even don’t know how to talk to a customer. Poorvika in mudichur road is much better.
