I purchased samsung a21s in madurai simmakkal branch @ 13th-Nov-2020. It is having a full touch issue.And I am not able to use it as purchased.Yesterday(17-Nov-2020) night I went to the shop and reproduced that issue. But they asked to go to the service center to fix this issue or replacement.
Today I went to the shop & wasted my 4 working hours(half day) in your shop and service center. But they told me to come by tomorrow. But my issue is still not resolved.
I checked with customer chat, Poorvika have 7 days replacement if they have the issue. But Poorvika staff said that they don't have that option.
How many times a customer wastes time for this new product issue. I am totally disappointed to treat this type of service.
Please do the needful for my case. Please make this a priority.
It is more inconvenience for me and Poorvika staffs are not treating customers useful

Complaint marked as Resolved Important suggestion : As a consumer point of view, Poorvika should take the responsibility for the new product within 4 days for the replacement. Otherwise it will be a issue for both(customer as well as poorvika). This is each of customer's point of view. After 4 days, they gave the new handset for me. But it should be a quick one.
For the new product, you should replace quickly on spot if the customer replicate the issue. This is the way most of online companies are doing(flipkart, amazon). If you want the customer need to spend time for the replacement, they will easy swap your company.
