I have bought realme me buds air on 10th October on crompet poorvika. It's a defective product so I go to real me sevice center they given approval after 30 days great service @realme and today 14th I go crompet poorvika they sad wait for approval I have waited for 2 hours and they given unsield box and they sad 1 white colour only available that to unsield now they are saying come after 1 week we will arrange are they thinking we customera are mad such a worst service u have in poorvika I don't have time to come poorvika daily I have work till now I have not used the buds. For this kind of service and product u have we buy on platform shops even they provide good service and for good price.very very worst worst poorvika service I want a proper response

      I purchased a S20 Ultra from Karaikudi branch. I paid for the mobile and then when unboxed I found it to be a used mobile. There were visible scratches in charger, transparent case and the phone itself. The branch manager refused to provide a fresh product. Then when I asked for tempered glass he insisted to apply a screen protector instead. He gave me false promises about the quality of the screen protector. The next day visible scratches appeared in the protector. It didin't look like a flagship phone to me. When I took the mobile to the branch they refused to provide a refund or application of a tempered glass and they made fun of me. I didn't expect such rude behavior from a reputed company. I expect a full refund for my mobile and screen protector and necessary action taken on the branch

        I made a call to chrompet poorvika showroom to get details about one plus nord, Iam ready to buy mobile by tomorrow, but wrost response from the showroom person[protected] name i don’t know, while speaking he disconnected the call,

        Iam a existing customer of poorvika, kindly give a proper training to that person .

          Hi,

          I had reached out to your customer care on the number[protected] for the purpose of generating a duplicate invoice for my skullcandy headsets I had purchased from your Palavakkam showroom last year. I received good support on the process to be followed for the same, and I had dropped a mail from my id : [protected]@gmail.com on Oct 22 with all the necessary details.
          After that I have received zero updates on that mail and after multiple calls to Poorvika customer care, where they promise me to resolve the issue asap, I still haven't even received a single reply or update. I'm extremely disappointed in the service after the initial proactive measures I noticed.
          My contact number is :[protected]. I had resent the same mail again on Oct 29 from the same email id : [protected]@gmail.com.

          I NEED a resolution for this asap before I look for other areas to escalate this to.

            We are Purachased I Phone 11 on your Poorvika show Room in Haveri dated 24/02/2020 invoice no.GSI/HAVE/10505 Name -Lingraj Purad cost of mobile -73098/-. In purchase time you offered cash back 6000/- on translation on HDFC debit Card but we did not received any cash back offered from 8 months, we visited Poorvika mobile center 10 to 15 times manager not responded so this issue solved immediately as soon as possible.

              Hi, this is abitha from Bangalore. I visited proovika store at Srinivasa Nagar branch on 21 Oct 2020, where I have said all my requirements and the store executive as suggested me oppo f17 and it was a worng product as per my need and with in one day we found the phone is defective and return back to store on 22 Oct 2020. they said they will provide refund or replacement at the time of buying if product is proved defective at store and now they are refushing to give the refund or replacement, if the product is proved defective too and even manager at the store is not supportive, his behaviour is also not good with customer and he handles customers very rudely which is completely unfare, I would request to please give back my money or replacement with the defferent model.

              'I am sorry to say this, I had been regular and loyal customer of poorvika since from 6 years but this time I found - after sale at mentioned Bangalore store, customer service is very pathetic' I hope my issue will relsove on priority and hopeing for the positive response at earliest

                  I bought a realme 7 phone at Poorvika mobiles in Thiruvannamalai branch. After 3 three days i got to know that the phone was not working properly. on the same day i informed to the showroom to replace the faulty mobile. But they are forced and convinced me to take the same mobile with software update. After 8 days of delay they register for service record. in between i have faced the same issues. the mobile is keep on trouble and not working properly. Once I received the phone from service center again i'm facing same issue. Again the mobile sent to service center on 21th Oct. with in a month of purchase this is second time i went to service center.

                  Also for this realme product there is no adequate service center near to us, that also am not aware or informed before i purchased this mobile. In that case why poorvika has sell this brand!!! i don't understand.

                  Herewith i have attached all the details. I expect some one from Poorvika will reach me in a day or two to resolve this issue. I am regular customer to this Poorvika branch, now i'm feel very bad to choose your showroom about that purchased faulty mobile.

                  After one month also i politely escalate my issues with concern people in showroom but i didn't get the solution yet. I could understand nothing is intentionally happened, but problem should be resolved right.

                    My sister got an iPhone 11 as a surprise gift for me. She got it delivered today around 9.30pm and I was not satisfied with the product so I did not unpack it. Immediately (within 10 mins) I contacted Poorvika thrice (the store manager, the person who delivered it and the customer care executive). All the three responded with the same No returns policy, which is totally unfair as the product was not even unpacked. I was NOT INFORMED that there is a no returns policy on this product, before purchase. And I don’t know how they call it as our fault when they have not informed about this policy before purchase. This is the first time we purchased something from Poorvika, a very hard lesson learnt. Will never purchase again !

                    Hi Team,

                    I was not given a proper response from Poorvika.

                    Someone from the escalation team named "Hepziba" had contacted me over mail. I had a few questions post which i would have accepted for a replacement. But Ms. Hepziba did not respond to my questions instead blackmailed me saying that a replacement is also possible only if i contact them within a day or two. Instead of answering my queries or even addressing them, why would she rudely respond that way? My experience with Poorvika just got worse after her email.

                    And on top of that, when store manager visited my home to check the product if it is sealed, he called someone over phone and told them that "the customer is speaking in a cool tone". That is when I realized my issue WILL NOT BE ADDRESSED in the right way. He assured that he would get back to me on this and mostly the decision would be a refund from your end. Just because I did not yell or behave in a rude way to the store manager, it does not mean I am ok with whatever has happened. It is just that I am maintaining the basic decency of talking to people in a polite way. But I can see that based on my way of speaking a decision has been made from your end which is definitely not in favor of the customer.

                    Any way, Good job guys! Keep ruining customer's lives!

                        1. meizu c9 phone IMEI : [protected], INVOICE # GSI/3AVA/3822 date of purchased 25/08/2020, sales person name : rajesh kanna V (P-00015) Same was not powered ON,
                        2. I try to reach the direct service cent. at Kodambakkam area, service cent which is mentioned in the invoice copy, the same has closed from last 3 months back same convey by Meizu contact cent. Person.
                        3. I reach Poorvika support cent.(Jagadeesh) as per his instruction. I have surrender the the faulty mobile to Arumbakkam (Razak Garden) Show room.
                        4. Submitted date : 12th Oct. 2020. Still it will available in Account manager desk, till Now no action taken.
                        5. Branch Manager - Surender, Account Manager - Perinban was there at that time both the not responding properly staffs response also very poor they are kidding me. today again i went to the razak garden showroom same response.
                        6. I don't want to service that mobile. because authorised service cent. is not available So Kindly refund the amount i will plan to buy any other model.
                        One thing i want to highlight here Without customers Poorvika mobile shop is nothing... first inform your staff to approach the customers on a write track. I faced an issue at Avadi, MMDA Colony, Razack Garden Show room. if you want a high end customers... then please dont sell lower end model handsets.

                        Note: I have all the call records and invoice bill along with the complaint register number. in case if the problem wont clear it in next couple of days. than i will raise it via consumer court. it's upto poorvika how serious they going to take an action.

                        Thanks for valuable support. hereafter i won't recommend poorvika any kindly of phones that much support you have provided.

                            Respected sir/madam,

                            I would like to bring to your notice regarding a mishap that had caused severe damage to my phone display. I had purchased a protection pro for my samsung j8 in poorvika branch, valasaravakkam, rajaji avenue branch on 15/10/20 in the evening. I had actually gone there for a tempered glass and I was told that it wasnt available and that they had a better alternative in the form of a protection pro.

                            That was the third shop for the previous two shops also din't have the tempered glass for my phone so i had agreed to pay Rs 1000 which is huge for a front protection, still I went for it for they told that it did well.

                            They had to struggle to fix it and finally they had stuck it and gave me. It must me there in your web cam about the time they had spent to fix it for me . I waited there for I dint know about the procedure and trusted that they knew what they were doing.

                            Soon after that my touch was not working and I had made a call to your customer care and they assured me that it will take time for the gel to heat up . So I waited patiently and by the night my screen started flickering and black and green lines had appeared and screen was getting blacking out frequently. It was late for me to call the customer service then . Then suddenly my phone display blacked out. It was really shocking and I immediately removed the pro protection for that was the only change on my phone.

                            I din know if my phone worked until the morning when my alarm rang. So my phone was indeed functioning but the display was completely black. I had called your customer care and was informed that they would take a look at it after an initial denial about such a possibilty.

                            I did go back to the store(on 16.10.20) and the manager had checked my phone and confirmed that my display was indeed spoilt. Then the person who placed the protection pro asked me if I had dropped my phone and if i had ever serviced my display. He very well knew that my phone was functioning well, infact I had recieved a call during that time and i asked him to cancel it too. It must be there in your camera too right?

                            (forget the camera the mutual trust between a seller and a customer is completely lost ... Its such a sad state)

                            Moreover that was really rude for my phone was functioning well until then and never required a service . I had asked them to check it with a samsung centre and I got a reply that it was not possible. That was indeed hurtful, to be questioned like that for no mistake of mine. I can accept if the question was asked once but I was asked the question multiple times by the person and the manager.

                            My dispaly doesnt have a single scrath and I have never serviced and that Ivouch for and a samsung service centre person can confirm that too.

                            I was adviced by the same person to contact the customer care and the admin was so rude that I was completely taken aback and appalled by her reply. She just told me that it was completely my responsibility, how ridiculous can that be. Here I am getting a protection for my phone for 1000 bucks ..And get my display completely off within hours and thats the reply and she was completely non apologitic about it, atleast the store manager was understanding.

                            I will take my phone to the service centre and get their opinion but what next? They will just tell me that my display is off and they can possibly put an end to your so called previous servicing before . By the way please remember the time, effort and mental discomfort and loss of work that you guys have caused me . I am a doctor and I really need a phone and time IS precious to me . Now I have to walk up and down for this.
                            Please understand that its completely unacceptable that this has happened to me . Its your responsibility to get my phone repaired, bear the cost and refund my 1000 rupees for the protection pro

                                I bought a Realme 7 phone in your Alwarpert showroom and the price they quoted was Rs.15, 500/- which is higher than the price offered online in your own website. I asked them about the difference and they said they have lowered the price online to encourage online purchases. After I bought the phone, the salesman offered me a free selfie stick, saying this was an offer. But when I received the bill, I found that they have included the selfie stick in the bill in my total purchases. I told them this is unreasonable and I didn’t ask for this selfie stick. They told me, once the bill is raised, it cannot be changed or taken back. I feel cheated by poorvika and forced to buy something that I will never even use. This is morally incorrect and wrong. I hope you take action.

                                  I have to make a complaint on my purchase on poorvika mobiles at jawahar nagar, puducherry. I had went to buy a mi tv stick worth 2799₹. I paid through google pay qr code. At first attempt it was failed and i tried again. During the second attempt it was paid successful at 6.02pm on 27/09/2020 and i have attached the proof also here in this mail. I have verified by my nearby bank too. It was hundred percent successfully debited from my account. But they said they didn’t received the money and asked me to wait. Till now no response. Take an action to refund my money or get my product to me as soon as possible. It has been two days, and no actions have been taken from your side. Kindly please check over the issue and make it possible.

                                      Please stop selling madico screen protector or ask your employees to do it properly. On the day itself when i pasted it on my s20 plus i said it dint paste well but they convinced me that this will take 4 hrs but with with in 1 hr it came from edge and then went back to same poorivka simkkal branch madurai And told them to replace but paste again by manging with some gel. After 20 days it came off..

                                      I bought s20 plus for 78k .

                                      But My 1000 rs got wasted.now i m planing buy other iphone 11 pro max. Usally i will get in porvika but you guys not giving respect since it was 1000 rs.

                                      Because of your employee careless and i m changing to chennai mobile. You guys thought its just 1000 but lost 1lakh same thing i will promote all my organization people to stop buying from porvika.1000 rs not a matter but customer satisfaction is important
