Unresponsive Manager

Worst service simmakkal branch

Please stop selling madico screen protector or ask your employees to do it properly. On the day itself when i pasted it on my s20 plus i said it dint paste well but they convinced me that this will take 4 hrs but with with in 1 hr it came from edge and then went back to same poorivka simkkal branch madurai And told them to replace but paste again by manging with some gel. After 20 days it came off..

Worst product vs worst support

Staff cheating customers

In KRPURAM show room Poorvika mobile staff cheating customers while selling the mobile phone they tell there is a free gift which is offered by Poorvika mobile but the staff is telling free gift is out of stock and they say we will call when item comes but they won't call and if we call there is no response why company keeps like this staff and I brought mobile phone on 27th August 2020...

stealing mobile points

Dear team

In madurai anna nagar branch when new phones are bought they take the points on the employee names.

This is done by asking the otp number sent to the customer mobile phone saying it is for registration of points in the customer name.
But in reality they are stealing the points and adding to their account, customers who had given the otp number thinking that it is some sort of activation code...
