I had my sister bought redmi note 9 pro from ooty - 643006 yesterday dated 9/9/2020. One of the poorvika rep forcefuly managed to buy tempered glass as well, they had it applied to mobile but they charged 700 rupees for a single tempered glass. The customer (My sister was not aware) of the average cost of tempered glass and they made my sister fool. Finally later when i called one of the mallu staf and asked what is that it make difference with the 200 rupees and 700 rupees tempered glass, his answer was, our tempered glass is bubble free and is having a good quality when comparing with other temp. Glasses.?? This feature is having in most of the temp glass?? I asked him if it will break tomorrow will you replace he said no there is no warranty?? He doent even billed it and doent even given the bill? The temp glass company name was cooltech which we will not be able to see in google itself.in indian market the best temp glass itself is taking only 400 rupees and not sure poorvika has taken 700 rupees for a cheap one. Presently we are getting high quality temp glass starting from 50 rupees in market and not sure why this kind of looting # have fooled the customers. He cant able to convince me why he took 700 rupees and later he disconnected my mobile and he didnt received the call later. Iam going to give complaint to police tomorrow and if needed to required sources, i will also make sure this will go to youtube if we didnt get any solution.

    Yesterday night i have purchased oppo enco w31 ear buds, in india madurai..625001, for pairing to device to much time much time.. Noise cancellation is not working.. So i have check with oppo customers person mr. Naveen he's not given the proper response.

    Note : i haven't used in single hour.
    I have attached the bill as well, i'm waiting for your valuable response.

      Hello.
        at time of purchase they said i will get 775rs cashback within 90 days. After three month it was lockdown. I went 3 times to the shop after lockdown but no proper response from staff. So today 6.9.2020 i went to the shop to ask my cashback but they are asking my bank statement hardcopy from the date i purchased till the date now. But i showed them from my mobile. I don't want to give my card statement because it will have my personal details like credit limits etc. I spoke to customer care officer sameer 3 times but no proper clarification from him too.         In KRPURAM show room Poorvika mobile staff cheating customers while selling the mobile phone they tell there is a free gift which is offered by Poorvika mobile but the staff is telling free gift is out of stock and they say we will call when item comes but they won't call and if we call there is no response why company keeps like this staff and I brought mobile phone on 27th August 2020

          gst invoice not raised

          I had ordered oneplus nord from website of poorvika on 25.08.2020 on the name of my firm. Before ordering the mobile i had confirmed on your customer care on whether they provide valid b2b invoice for gst input and on which their customer care executive had replied affirmative. However upon delivery of my order i was not provided with a valid b2b bill and since last 10 days i'm following up with them to get the same rectified.

          Dear team

          In madurai anna nagar branch when new phones are bought they take the points on the employee names.

          This is done by asking the otp number sent to the customer mobile phone saying it is for registration of points in the customer name.
          But in reality they are stealing the points and adding to their account, customers who had given the otp number thinking that it is some sort of activation code for the mobile are cheated by the floor representatives who sells mobile in nexus with the one who enters in the computer.

            I ordered a mobile 29aug2020 morning throught poorvika website and it was mentioned sameday delivery. However i have not received the mobile yet. When i contacted customer every time they mentioned it will be delivered on the sameday but i did not get the device yet.

            Please help me to either get the mobile or my money back.

              I am working out of country I Booked Realme 6 phone on 17-07-20 but not delivered on time when contacted after 10 days they said will deliver in 2 days., and this kept on going like for another 20 days and finally i told them to refund and finally i was fed up with their poor service i told them to refund my money on 21-08-20 and the executive said they accepted and will refund but till now I haven't received any confirmation of the Order cancellation or no refund in my account.

              Without an email confirmation how can i believe that they have accepted the cancellation, I am not sure if this company has any proper standardized procedures.

              Every time i call them they say within 2 days.. now its 40 days i have paid 17000 and sitting idle without phone.

              I am calling from out of country and they don't even bother about that.

              such a poor service they do not have proper tracking system. when asked where is the device they themselves don't know where is the product.

              Till date in my Poorvika login profile the status of the order shows Shipped. it means they havn't done anything and fooling and i am wasting my international calls to them and they dont have facility to call back on my International and update the status atleast no facility to call me on my whatsapp and update the status.

              if company wants to contact me let them contact on my registered email ID and will share mobile no.

                Hi I have purchased conekt power bank in poorvika East tambaram yesterday evening I have used it but charging speed is very slow in my four mobiles so I went to the shop for this they are saying it's charging correctly in their mobiles I said it's giving problem for me so I said I will exchange this but they are saying there is no exchange for this once sold that's it this is how u treat the customer what I will do with this power bank without working I need a solution for this or else I have to file a case against this I am not asking return of money I will get different product for this pls respond earliest

                  Ordered mobile at poorvika om ordered id 403548 in online poorvika page and paid money in online... After few hours poorvika executive called and saying that tht particular colour not availible... Pls take some other.. I denied and asked to cancel the order...and process refund.. But after 10 days also my refund was not processed... When I am contacting poorvika customer care receiving worst and negligible response.. And Felling that they are not ready to refund.. What should now now and complaint now... No response for emails also...

                    I wish to complain about the product oppo enco w31 that i purchased on 31-july-2020 at poorvika showroom, no. 10/108, msk complex, nethaji bye pass road, four road, near anna statue, dharmapuri - 636705.

                    I am complaining because the oppo enco w31 earbuds i have purchased from poorvika showroom on 31-july-2020 had a sensor problem in the very next day itself. I have returned the product on 03-august-2020, i. E, within 2 days of time. The showroom manager personally checked the product and he accepted the sensor problem in the earbuds. Hence, he asked 2 days of time to report to the oppo service provider to replace the product and return to me. From that date till today 14th august 2020 i have visited the showroom 5 times to know the status of the product. The manager didn't respond in an ethical way and treated us badly. Moreover, no proper response was given. The invoice for the product purchased also not given stating the computer system was not working for a few days. It was extremely harassing for me. I was almost forced to file this complaint.

                      2 days before i bout a realme c3 mobile though poorvika online. After am seeing the mobile, camera and touch is not good.in custot care said they will not take this product to return. What will i do with this poor quality mobile. I have sent an email also regarding this. Kindly look into this and i want some other good quality mobile. Really i feel like will not purchase any product in poorvika and suggest the same to my friends and relative. Please consider this is a personal and take a step on this.

                          Purchased 2 lenova m10 hd tablets (14500 each) from iyyapanthangal branch. After couple of days one of the tablet has few issues with the display. Visited the store again today but there is no proper response from the representative there. They treated very badly and no solution given.. Asking me to go to service centre and get it fixed..

                          Purchased on 03 aug, just in 3 days time issue with their product...

                          It's your responsible to help the customer to get it resolved that too in 3 days time.

                          Highly disappointed with poorvika! Don't know what kind of solution you are going to give me..

                            Dear sir,

                            On 3rd august, 2020 i purchased samsung tablet, 128 gb sandisk memory card and other items listed in tax invoice from m/s. Poorvika mobile showroom, chengalpattu. Next day evening (4th august 2020) i inserted memory card and found that it is not getting detected in the tablet. So next morning (5th august 2020) i visited m/s. Poorvika mobile showroom, chengalpattu and told the manager that memory card is not being detected by samsung tablet and requested him to kindly help in this regard. The manager of the showroom told that i have broken the memory card. Then i told that i have purchased around five memory cards till now and i have installed in mobiles without any problem. Then i told that during packing of memory card by company (Sandisk) or during transportation the memory card would have been damaged and i requested the manager to talk to the company (Sandisk) for replacement of the defect memory card. The manager told that there won't be any damage during packing or transportation and he told that i have damaged the memory card.

                            I request you to kindly help me in this regard.

                            If you require i will send scan copy of tax invoice.

                              I purchased the mobile samsung a30s on 11.01.2020 from indiranagar poorvika mobile show room very bad service and a worst customer service they expect only the bissunes but not priority for customer service my total bill amount was 15, 664 +1448/- including bajaj card charge also been dedecated but till now i didn't get may bajaj card if ask the executive she tells it's in your mobile it identifyd through no but if i go to pai to buy tv they ask the card so then i cam to know these poorvik mobiles r just tricky guys cheating customers request to consern authority to take action immideatly

                                  But the screen quality was not as good as we expect an apple product to be. I just kept it on the table with force and the screen cracked completely as if it fell from the screen floor. Iam really upset about it and would like an replacement

                                    Order an mobile phone on 19/07/2020 through there online platform . its status is ready to ship . no progress yet . had ordered a phone on 19/07/2020 through your website and paid the amount (details attached below)

                                    still the order is ready to ship status, no progress.

                                    I called the customer care and they are also saying the same thing repeatedly

                                    they are not considering my concern.

                                    if they cant able to deliver to my location, then i had given a proposal that, i can brought my phone from the poorvika mobiles from washermanpetts branch through my friend . for that, the customer care executive said, will checked with concern and reply back, still no update received from your end .

What to do now in our house my father is beating me and asking where is the charger I want to see it current status of the order.
