I recently got an iwatch series 3 from poorvika.
But the screen quality was not as good as we expect an apple product to be. I just kept it on the table with force and the screen cracked completely as if it fell from the screen floor. Iam really upset about it and would like an replacement

    Order an mobile phone on 19/07/2020 through there online platform . its status is ready to ship . no progress yet . had ordered a phone on 19/07/2020 through your website and paid the amount (details attached below)

    still the order is ready to ship status, no progress.

    I called the customer care and they are also saying the same thing repeatedly

    they are not considering my concern.

    if they cant able to deliver to my location, then i had given a proposal that, i can brought my phone from the poorvika mobiles from washermanpetts branch through my friend . for that, the customer care executive said, will checked with concern and reply back, still no update received from your end .

      Dear sir I have booked redmi 2a fast charger but not didn't get delivered ordered it more than a week ago but till now there is no status nothing didn't provide tracking id also. What to do now in our house my father is beating me and asking where is the charger I want to see it current status of the order. Please help me in this matter I beg you I thought it's your best company to order and it's now worst company. I will provide you everything with bill also I have already paid money for it please help me

        Dear Sir/Madam,

        As per your (poorvika) customers care instruction, i went to samsung service center at nanjangud on 31.07.2020, it is around 35 kms away from my home, but they said they are not working and told me to visit mysore service center.

        on 31st july, i went to mysore samsung service enter (Revannas Service center) at 6 PM, but they were closed, as per samsung website they are working till 8 PM.

        Again on Saturday, 2nd july i went there and they checked my mobile and told service engineer is not available, please come on Monday.

        YESTERDAY (03.08.2020) i went at 10:30 AM and waited till 12:15 PM but shop doesn't get opened.

        I am really fedup with the service from Poorvika/Samsung.

          I had placed on their website for Apple airpod 2 with wireless charging case, but they tried to cheat me and this is a clear case of fraud from Poorvika. I had made the payment and agreed to the deal offered by you on your website for the product by making a payment of Rs. 14499 for the prodcut https://www.poorvikamobile.com/apple-airpods-2-true-wireless-white?gclid=EAIaIQo... . Before making the purchase I spoke to their online assistant just to clear my doubts that they will be sending exactly the product that was described on their website i.e. apple airpod 2 with wireless charging case. The description as well as the image for this product posted by them was misleading and they deliberately sent me a different model than the one I had placed the order for. Fortunately, just before accepting the product I noticed this and denied accepting the product though the delivery guy motivated me to open the package and check inside which had been wrong if I had done so. I also informed the delivery guy about the reason why I am not accepting. I also requested him to connect me to your manager but the delivery guy said he doesn't have his number and the delivery guy's phone was switched off due to low battery according to him so he couldn't pull out the number either from his phone. I had dropped multiple emails and calls to them and even escalated multiple times and told them I won't accept anything less than the product I have ordered and being a seller they can not backout telling me it was wrong price uploaded by them. I want to bring to your notice that once a product is offered by the seller and accepted by the buyer and payment is made it is considered as an abiding agreement and hence there is no way for the seller to backout from the deal and moreover try to cheat the customer. I did speak to their escalation department as well. On that call they offered refund amount which is rejected straight away and insisting of sending the exact product or provide me a compensation for the difference of the actual product so that I can buy the product from someother seller. Inspite of me not accepting the negotiation deal offered by them they forcefully refunded me the initial amount and since then inspite of trying to contact them multiple times they are not responding to me. In the purview of this, I want you to connect with the seller i.e. Poorvika mobile and help me resolve this without wasting any more time & energy. As negotiation I stand by what I asked them initially which is either they send me the product which I had ordered from them OR refund me the full amount paid(already done) + differential of the price of actual product(pending) which sums to 4000 rupees. Failing to do so I hereby want you to convey to them that I am ready to pursue legal interference in this matter in order to safeguard myself as a customer/consumer. Please also find the attachment of screenshots from your website of the product details listed on your website which I had ordered for.                 I bought v1 7 mobile in your padi poorvika shoow room i already said to ur staff kindly put the bill in our company name and gst number, but your employees wrongly entry the bill in my name, when i seen the bill in my house then i shocked bill is wrongly updated in my name then i suddenly return back to your shoowroom they simply said said once we entry the bill means we cannnot able to change then i argued with them they simply said yes we forgotten to entry your gst number in the bill we can't able again update your bill in the busy situation here after don't come to our showroom again then i asked superior officer contact addressor mobile number then the simply drag for couple of days, so kindly resolve my problem as soon as possible thanking you

                  I have placed an order on july 11 2020. Its 8 days now, no product delivered yet. I have spoke to atleast 15 customer care agents and all that the support agent replies is that they will talk to the concerned team and update me. There is no update after that. No body knows what is the status of the order and whether the same will get delivered. Finally today they say the product we received is damaged, they will arrange for alternate mobile or try other mobile which will again take more time. Order#370167. The frustrating thing is they don't call back to update the status, they don't have enough info with them. Always we need to connect to get the status which are not proper. All are false promises.

                    I bought a new lg w30 pro mobile online from poorvika on 6th july. It was delivered on 8th to me. I'm highly unsatisfied with the new phone. The sound quality is extremely poor. Whoever i talk to complains that they are not able to hear. I did not expect this from your side.

                    It does not look like a fresh product to me. I had already raised a complaint by calling customer care. She asked me to go to the service centre in vadapalani. But i bought it for my father who is elderly. He does not have a vehicle to commute during this covid situation. He cannot go to vadapalani now. We have a showroom very close by. But the customer care says, showroom people will not see to it.

                    So what can i do. I request you to arrange for a pickup. I have spent 13549 for the mobile. But it is of now use to my parents now. Pls do the needful.

                      My self immanuel i visited poorvika mobile showroom 100ft road gandhipuram coimbatore branch. While i entered the shop no one hav asked wat you want..and i waited for almost 10 minutes and approached a sales person enquired a budgeted mobile around 5000..the moment i asked low budget mobile the way he respond was soo bad..just noding his head like no..treated me like begger. It irritated me a lot. I will never visit ur branch any more

                          I ordered a samsung a21 online with 2 hour delivery option in 13th july 20. Till now there is no information on the delivery and in website it says still processing. Spoke to gomathi, srividya and praveen in customer support with no further help. All they could promise was product will be delivered yesterday but it wasn't. I called today again the same story. Finally i had made up my mind to cancel and full refund, but praveen in customer care says he cant cancel only some other department will which cant be reached by the customer. He promised of cancellation today and an email to be sent today.
                          Worst experience and horrible customer support for online purchase. I hope it's not the same at store.
                          Whoever reading this email consider this a polite request to cancel the item and initiate the full refund in to my account asap.

                            I purchased nokia phone model 105 from poorvika keelkattalai in the month of february. I lost the bill, now the phone is not working.
                            When i asked showroom they told for this small mobiles duplicate bill will not be provided.

                              I have ordered iphone 11 red 128gb 5days back. When i book via online it says 2hrs delivery and they charged me extra 50rupess fr shipping. But i did not recieve the product yet. I mailed many times, contacted customer service but no response. Atlast one lady said saturday i will receive, now no response from your side.                                   Hi,

                                  I had placed order for redmi note 8 pro on thursday (July5th). After payment an agent from your centre called for confirmation. He had promised me 2 days delivery and said he will inform me once the order is assigned. When i called him the next day he was saying that he will call back to me after assigning the courier, but no one had called me till now and whenever i call they are not even attending my calls for two days. When i call from different number they are atending call and after that they are ignoring calls from that number too.. Kindly take initiative and make my order to. Be delivered soon

                                    My order id is 364903 and expected delivery on 8th July as per the order which i had placed on 7th July. Called customer service for more than 10 times, but no proper response.

                                    At Least tell me the expected date of delivery for this order. After paying the complete amount of Rs.45000, this is really very bad that i am not getting any updates on this order, even called the customer support number more than 3 times, but no proper response from your end.

                                    Really very frustrated. Hoping to hear from you soon on this matter as soon as possible.

                                        I ordered oneplus wireless z order status is still processing...
                                        I tried to their chat option to cancel the order and refund my money she is telling there is a separate team for online orders and she convey them for order cancelling. Where is the issue updation?? No mail or messages for acknowledgement!!

                                        I need someone to talk from their side.
