    I had purchased speaker - portronics sound drum 871 on 20 july 2019 and I had received 2 months extra warranty card and I had registered warranty on Portronics official website within 15 days from date of purchase but I hadn't enter mail id because it's not necessary. Now they are refusing to claim warranty and telling that you hadn't registered warranty.

    I had registered complaint on 14 August 2020 and uploaded invoice, warranty card and product images 5 times. On 15 or 16 August my mail id and complaint has been removed.

      portronics por-703 my buddy plus laptop cooling stand fan not working

      I have raised a complaint on 04th august’2020 on portronics website (228015) and registered for warranty since my product (Portronics por-703 my buddy plus laptop cooling stand) is not working.
      I am following up since then but i haven’t received any reply from portronics team. Really pathetic service, no acknowledgement on the email, no response as to what is the next process. This is not how you treat your customers. Will definitely...

      The product i have received in replacement is really cheap and i have to adjust the wire manually for the sound to come. And i have just received the product yesterday i. E. 7th jul. The product i had harmonic 208 black earphone was having some issues which are left ear piece stopped working, bluetooth connectivity issue etc. As the product was under warranty i had sent it for replacement but what they have sent is not at all acceptable. I am really disappointed, if indian companies like potronics does something so cheap then how can we trust them. As per current situation indian companies should give more importance to the quality of their work and product. Please help out if possible

            I bought the 'portronics indo 10s power bank ' from a shop in dehradun, the powerbank is replaced once within one month, but the new powerbank also creating problem so the dealer retused me to exchange or remunerate for the product however the product claims 1yr. Warranty infact from first buy.
            So please i request you, either replace the product or refund me.

              I bought a product named 3in one portronic cable from paytm website but one of those cable is not working properly. I visited local service centre but the said we are not going to give service who are buying products from any online site. After that i called many times customer care but no any support i received, after that i mailed complaint on their official mail id and also create a ticket on their website. But finally they called me and one of their executive said your product is out of warranty. Very poor product don't buy any portronics products they sell and after they don't want to give any service when you buy their products online.

                As i have brought a portronics sound link-2 in the month of october and found that my remote was not working as i have registered around 3 complaints with them and they havent responded to me till now and today i have got a call from them and they are shouting at the cutomer for registering a complaint and the number is +[protected] and he was telling me that we dont do do service and if you want but a new remote or else get lost. Hope some highere officials respond before it goes to court of law for justice.

                  I visited malad west centre (Shakti infotech - mumbai) and submitted my non-working headphone to them for replacement on 22 june, 2018.

                  Job sheet number: 220618ltslascmh054j030
                  Customer support ticket: 31582

                  The guy at shakti infotech told me that it would take 20 - 25 days, i was shock to hear that. Does it take so long? I did had mi headphones which faced issue and it got replaced at the service centre itself. Same with my apple iphone charger, it got replaced immediately.

                  I am not sure, why customer has to travel twice to service centre for simple head phones replacement. I am really unhappy with support and process potronics guys following.

                  Today is 7th august, i am yet to receive the product. It is more than 1 and half month however i am chasing support guys and shakti infotech team.

                  This is completely ridiculous and making customer suffer and waste of time. There is no response from them yet. Their ceo desk id even did not bother to respond me.

                  I am very much disappointed and putting this in customer consumer complaint forum. I would not prefer portronics product in future and request you not to go with it. Such a bad experience and lost so many hours sending mail, following on phone etc.

                    This complaint was filed on the 15th of may, 2018 on tuesday.

                    I am having this complaint again. I wanted this to get resolved the last time i wrote the mail. But, i am way too disappointed with the actions taken by the company to solve them.
                    The earphones which i purchased were portronics earphone conch whose model name is conch x. I have been coming to this place from last 5 times and have never been satisfied and this travelling has costed me a lot. And the area in which your service centre is, is not at all safe for anyone to travel alone, so i have always had someone to accompany me for the same. Therefore, i need my money of all the travel, back. I'll give you the actual amount of expense for a day.
                    Expense:
                    Rickshaw costing ₹20
                    Metro till azadpur costing (₹40*2=80) ₹80
                    Auto costing (₹50*2=100) ₹100
                    Total for one person becomes ₹200. And always a person accompanies me so the total for 2 people would be ₹400.

                    And if i would consider the amount for 5 days, it would be (400*5=2000) ₹2000 in total.

                    I want the money back for this.

                    Also, considering the fact that i am a working woman, and i have to take an off to go to your service centre and it takes the whole day for it, and my money for the off taken is always cut. And the same thing happens with the other person.
                    This accounts for the monetary loss which i have faced and which is countable. But what about the non-monetary loss which cannot be calculated in terms of money. The mental harrassment and the frustration which i have faced because of this.

                    I am not happy with the services provided by your company. And seeing that it has costed me this much, i would probably never recommend your company's name for any electronic thing.

                    Now coming on your staff's behaviour at the service centre. Firstly, the lunch timings of the staff is not fixed. When we went to the centre, within 5 minutes the man who had to deal with the issue, left to have his lunch and when we asked the trainees, sitting over there, about the lunch timings they said that you don't have a particular timings but when there is no customer they go and have lunch, but we were there standing in front of him and he left without even listening to the problem and asked us to wait for another half an hour. Second, the behaviour. The last time before tuesday when we went to you service centre we requested them to provide us with the eaphones at our near stores or dealer, so that we don't face much of an issue, the response from their side was that we had to wait there or come the next time, to collect the earphones. Third, this time we just asked them to give us in written that at the present situation they didn't have the earphones we were asking for, but they simply denied to that and we had a bit of an argument but they gave no solution. After that we said we would have to complain this matter to some authority, to which they replied that we can do whatever we wanted to. But as soon as they saw me complaining, at that time, i immediately received a mail for earphones not in the warehouse and which also mentioned that they will courier me the earphones to my residence. If the staff would have done it in my one or two visits, i wouldn't have been in much of a problem. But the staff always denied to help us. Fourth, whenever we have been there, you have given us a new piece of earphones. The response to the change of earphones has always been so blunt and in a way that made us feel responsible for the earphones and that we have destroyed them. First of all we don't have much time to invest in the process of changing of earphones. It's not easy to travel in such a weather, everytime the earphones are destroyed. We do not like to travel this far. And whenever we have asked regarding the problem with the product, whether it is the wire or the earplug, the response have been like that they don't know about the problem but as long as there is no physical damage, they don't have any problem in changing the earphones.
                    The responses and the actions make us feel that we have done a mistake by purchasing your earphones and hence we are bearing it.
                    And i think if i wouldn't have been working, i would have come to your service centre the day my earphones got any issue. And that would have doubled up the days of my visits to the centre. I don't think that your company has a quality check of your products. Because i have seen other companies, they regularly have that check and if the comsumers are facing a continuous issue with the product, they stop the production of that. I would highly recommend you that if the comsumer is spending more on purchasing your product and is continuously facing an issue, you need to recheck it.

                    It would be great if you send me back the money (My claim) on time and the earphones. I would be grateful if you send a better quality earphones because going through the past records, i am pretty sure that your earphones will get destroyed within 2 weeks. Are the earphones in your company made for just a period of 2 weeks? The quality tells the truth for that. So if you can send some better quality earphones or reimburse me back with my money along with the claim.

                      fraud after sales team

                      This is regarding portronics 2.1 dual usb charger that i had bought dated 11th march'2017 from amazon (Order no.[protected].

                      In the middle of november, the said charging adapter had stopped working. Upon switching on, the blue led light turned on but the charger did not charge phone. I had tried it with 3 different data cables but it was to no avail.in follow up to this, i wrote a mail to portronics team at [protected]@portronics.com...

                      This is reference to portronics headphone purchased online throught flipkart in the month of may 17. Within in 3 months there was a problem, so the product was sent to portronics for repair since it was in warranty period.. Since then i am trying to reach them, customer support and service engineer rahul, hemanth, there is no response nor update with reference to my product. Have lost interest in buying electronic products online..

                        Portronics has only two service centre in India and in case of any product problem, customer has to courier the product at their own expenses even within warranty period.
                        Like many customers am also facing Bluetooth connectivity problem in my new Portronics posh bt speaker and now i will have to spend hundreds of rupees more for courier.
                        This is not a good customer service.

                          I ordered a electropen3 from protronics official site with order id 4773647. i recieved a defective product for which i have mailed and called, but they are not responding.
                          First, they share a wrong tracking details, and unable to solve the issue after frequent calls. anyhow i recieved the product yesterday. but problem increased, when i knew that the receiver is unable to recognise the movement of pen that means the product is totally waste. but the seller is not responding to my calls and emails.

                          It stopped turning on after using for a couple of months. It only glows a continuous red light when the charger is connected, no response whatsoever otherwise. Delhi customer care people won't pick my calls. I don't know where the service centre is.
