I'm unable to login the PLI portal and getting the error invalid customer id/password. Logging into the portal is the main thing and here I'm blocked.I don't know what you people are really doing. Please resolve my issue as soon as possible.

    Dear Sir,
    This is Sushil Dharkar with policy no[protected], I have given online request for the change nominee in online via login to indiapost info pli login with hardcopies in nearby mumbai central post office, I want to change my nominees to single nominee with name: Mrs. Kanchan Dharkar, But none of the post office branches are able to help me out, I have already submitted all required documents / hardcopies to mumbai central 400008 branch, they are telling me to cancel online request of change of nomination request first, then only they can update at their end, but i have checked online but there is no way to cancel it online, again i talked to the mumbai central branch, they are telling me contact to your previous branch Bhel he hospital branch bhoapl but i can not contact them as none of contact no is working for (HE hospital bhopal) I am posted to Mumbai now, i already talked to the customer care but they are telling that even they cannot cancel it.
    I just want to change the nominee, thats it, why they cannot change it online or why they give the option for request to change nominee online, if they cannot approve it.
    My Postal Req ids are
    CPCON[protected], CPCON[protected],
    CPCON[protected]
    all are related to nominee change.

      Sir, I am Dimmelwar Manjula w/o Dimmelwar Raju . My husband had a pli policy[protected], and he was died on[protected] due to snake bite. Claim file forwarded to Nizamabad CPC on[protected] through register post
      Rn[protected]in with all required documents . Enquiry regarding claim also completed in November -21 . But the pli claim is not sanctioned till today

        I have paid premium for above mentioned policy number online via PLI portal using my debit card, however the payment is showing failed if checking status under PLI payment history. The payment confirmation page showed error once OTP was submitted to complete the payment. No receipt number generated as well if checking in the payment history on Portal. Note that I have paid premium for 2 months(Current + 1 month advance). Request you please look into this matter urgently and address my grievance either my refunding the premium amount paid or clearing the transaction in PLI portal and providing the receipt number. Please reach out my email address [protected]@gmail.com for any concern or query. Attached for reference Portal Payment history page and transaction sms received from bank.

          Dear team
          I buy a policy of postal life insurance online, through site of PLI
          https://pli.indiapost.gov.in/CustomerPortal/quoteaction.action
          i pay my premium online.i recieve a reciept on mail.and a proposol number.
          i submit proposol through same site.than i call to pli call centre give them to proposol number.and they reply that no proposol number not found in system.
          Why PLI taking amount if they dont have proper call centre staff who know process of online PLI.

            PLI receipts are not available.

            I have paid my PLI premium through portal https://pli.indiapost.gov.in/ on 04 MAY 2022.
            The payment was successful with following details.

            ORDER NO.- OR[protected]
            RECEIPT NO.[protected]please see attached photograph)

            But the PDF file of online receipt can not be downloaded as it is not on the portal. Also all the PDF files of online receipts have been removed from the portal since when the portal has been updated (18 MAY 2022).

            Kindly resolve the issue and make available all the PDF files of online receipts.

              My policy no HY-184546-CS showing policy status inactive on payment portal. I am paying all the premiums..I am using both methods for payment sometimes online sometimes offline...Please loog into the matter and make the policy active.

                      My PLI policy no. Is[protected]. My policy has been issued on 12/05/2017 and I had paid premium upto end July 2022. I want to surrender my policy now but the surrender quote don't add up the bonus value. I should have to receive more than 53k as I have completed 5years but the quote shows me only 32-33k. I have tried their helpline numbers but the customer support is useless . kindly fix my issue

                          2. APS[protected]A
                          these both policies are shown in my payslip also.when i went to civil office for 2nd policy bond I got to know that policy is not on my name. When i contacted the other man he told that he have bond also.Now we both are paying to same policy from last ten year.Pls tell me some solution if there is any mistake from my accounts department or we both are paying to same policy.

                            Sir/madam,

                            I, Sivasankar, pli (Ea) policy holder with policy no.[protected], whenver try to login with my login credentials like customer id and password in pli customer portal, it always says -"invalid customer id/password". What is this?, i can't understand it. I am using correct credentials. Even after clicking the link for password verification which i receive in my email id post using the forget password option, i am unable to open login as again it says - "invalid customer id/password".

                            Please look into the matter and enable me to login without getting such messages like - invalid password/customer id, because i am in my full consciousness using my credentials to login.

                              Sir, I am serving in border secretary force (BSF) presently posted at Assam. I had taken Postal Life Insurance in 30 March 2007, with premium of Rs. 635/- per month. My Policy No. MP-245178-CC. My last premium due is January 2020 and maturity date is February 2020. When I confirmed about policy at GPO, Assam, they intimated that my policy was last updated on 30 April 2007 and shows 'forced surrender", please kindly updated my policy so that i can obtain my policy amount in due date.

Further, policy also shows inactive (whithout any reason) but actually it is active with the premium paid till June-2022. In view of above, it is requested to look for this matter and do needful.

                                        I am not able to login to the PLI portal. It throws error "invalid customer id/password". I already tried by resetting the password. But no luck.
