Sir, with due respect i beg to state that, i was taken a pli in december 2009 from post office tezu dist lohit (Arunachal pradesh) 792001 and i have taken loan of rs.27000/- against our policy on 4th april 2014. After some month i was deposited loan with interest of rs.28350/- on 31 october 2014 but after maturity of pli in november 2017 your department had been deducted rs.37991.87 from our pli maturity amount. Sir, i'm requested to you please check my policy status and refund my balance amount.

    Respected sir, i am policy holder of pli my policy number is[protected], on 31 aug 2018 i had paid pli premium rs 3469/-for the month of september 18 amount paid through online amount deducted from my account but not updated in my policy so pls solve my pblm.. Policy holder name: dasari kanakareddy, policy number:[protected]... Pls solve this as early as possible.. I shall be ever grateful to you sir thanking you

    Sir I Abhilesh Kumar Roy my pli policy no APS[protected]L my monthly premium is rs 3605 so I want close or covert small premium due to I am not able to pay this amount.please suggest me my policy period runing only one year.
    My Policy Number is MH-525083-CC. I have made payment of my policy permium through Credit Card but the status of the Payment is still being shown as Pending. What must be the reason?

              My name - mohammad nadeem siddiqui,
              Pli policy no - cg-12083-r,
              For the above policy, on 03.09.18, i had processed for premium payment online for september 2018 of rs.2122/-.
              This amount of 2122/- got deducted from bank account but my pli account as accessed online did not show this transaction.
              Multiple rechecks have been done but my pli account still shows the premium of september'18 as pending.
              Pls check and do the needful.

                    My wife mrs. Bhavna ajay pathak holding 2 policies from postal life. She is school teacher in state government granted school in mumbai.

                    We paid online premium via union bank net banking in jan18 for two policies in separate transactions. However, same was not adjusted against premium. Hence, we started following with pli. After 8 months now they are telling us. Approach your bank as both premium amount not passed on to pli.

                    Our bank says they already passed to pli. Hence, become sandwich between both of them. Under protest we again paid the premium as didn't want to default and discontinue risk as its more than 10 year old policies.

                    What we want refund from either pli to return our 1st online premium paid in jan18.

                              I am honourary flying officer mohan lal suthar retired from indian air force on 30 june 17, my service number is 622570-h. My policy number is aps-701889 a and same matured on 25 may 18. I submitted all required documents to 780 fpo on 23 may 18 and same were forwarded to addl dte gen aps pli cell new delhi on 23 may 18 vide letter no.780/pli/fpo. I sent many emails but no reply.                                 My self gopal kumar thakur had pli policy no-aps-nm-34626-a on[protected]. I retired from air force on[protected]. My policy matured on[protected]. I presented the same for payment at main post office, harda, mp, pin-461331. They forwarded the same to pli office hosangabad circle. They returned the same saying as your policy is not updated on line due to which we require credit certificate for the payment. After retirement it is not possible for me to obtain credit certificate and i dont know from where shall i obtain it from. Kindly help to obtain the matured amount please.

                                  1. I ex sub maj wadudul hai khan retired from army on 31 jul 2017. I have a pli policy bearing no 6901l and applied for the issue for pli passbook through 949 fpo vide application dt 22 aug 2017 addressed to director pli.

                                  2. I have been deposited premium up to july 2017 to dec 2017 and january 2018 to july 2018 through 949 fpo vide receipt no a5808 dated 22 aug 2017 and a6773 dated 18 dec 2017.

                                  3. Again i approached to 949 fpo to deposit the premium to 6 months i. E. July 2018 to dec 2018, but postal staff adviced to deposit the premium to the civil post office.

                                  4. Civil post office unable to accept the premium without the passbook. Now i am facing so difficulty to pay the premium without pssbook. You may requested to issue suitable directions to concerned authorities to issue the passbook at the earliest. My current contact adddress is appended below:-

                                  I took a postal life insurance from APS Policy no APS-837884N on 23 Jul 2008 during service in Indian Navy. But after retirement on 31 Jan 2017, said policy was discontinuation. I visited many post office but they are able to start this policy. Please advice how this policy will be started.

                                    I, ex hav khedkar babasaheb manjeram have a pli holder no aps-nm-259413-l which is due for maturity on 07 jun 2018. My pli has been transfer to 976 fpo, c/o 56 apo wef april 2015. I have submitted all docus to post office for maturity but shown that my premium @ rs. 218/-pm from jun 2017 to jun 2018 has not been updated. I have paid a sum rs. 3075/- for the period of may 2017 to jun 2018 in advance vide 976 fpo receipt no - a-597 dated 25/07/2017.
                                    You are requested to update the same and confirmed accordingly by email.

                                        Refer 610 fpo letter no. 610 |/ pli /corr/fpo date. 28 may 2018.
                                        Pli bond no. Aps - 389464l in respect of jc - 769860l sub biresh kumar maturity on 12 june 2018.
                                        Maturity application of the individual has been already forwarded to your office through 610 fpo, vide 610 fpo rl no. [protected] on 25 may 2018.
                                        But maturity amount has not been credited yet as on date. Individual facing critical financial hardship due to not credit of maturity amount. Your are kindly request to recheck the case and credit at the earliest.

                                        Sir my policy no. Ap-593231-cc and Ap-593247-cc i want to transfer my policy from Nad post, Visakhapatnam to Jaipur rajasthan so that i may pay my premier amount in due time.
                                        Survival benifits payment schemes is comes to katrash garh post office but they are not giving my 20000 thousan rupee check for this benifits
