The maturity amount was not credited in my account.

Hai sir this is dale rama krishna prakash, from visakhapatnam. I was a sailor serving in indian navy and i had opened my pli policy in sep-oct 04 in ins jamuna, c/o fleet mail office, kochi-682004.
Till now i have not received any receipt policy bond. A sum of 1, 00, 000 policy was taken at the time...

My pli policie no aps-nm-56445-l matured on 01 jan 2016. I am unable to take money in intime because my policy pay order misplaced. After new policy pay was received on sep 2018. My policy maturity value is 53260. At time I am taking money at sep 2018 amount was given 53260 only. After maturity near abot 31 months my money is held in post office. I am eligible to take normal interest or not???...

refund not credited to bank

Sir, PLI NO- APS-841421-L against JC-811114M Sub Indra Jeet Singh was scheduled to mature on 18 Aug 2018. The same was deposited with HQ CBPO Delhi along with asked document at Counter No-02, Registered Ser No-31 on 19 Jul 2018.

The amount is still not created in bank.

I no 16012469l hav santosh singh policy no. Aps - 332519l. My policy maturity date was on 10 jun 2018. I have deposited original policy bond application form and other requisite documents in dibtugarh post office on 15 jul 2018. However i haven't receive the maturity amount till date. Sir i balwan my pli policy no aps-815648l maturity date was 08 may 2018 but i did not get any amount in my account.

amount deducted from bank account but not credited in my pli online account

Pli policy no - cg-12083-r,
For the above policy, on 03.09.18, i had processed for premium payment online for september 2018 of rs.2122/-.
This amount of 2122/- got deducted from bank account but my pli account as accessed online did not show this transaction.
Multiple rechecks have been done but my pli account still shows the premium of september'18 as pending.

My wife mrs. Bhavna ajay pathak holding 2 policies from postal life. She is school teacher in state government granted school in mumbai.

We paid online premium via union bank net banking in jan18 for two policies in separate transactions. However, same was not adjusted against premium. Hence, we started following with pli. After 8 months now they are telling us. Approach your bank as both premium amount not passed on to pli....
