Till today i have not received my amount nor any reply

    It is pain full to as a coustme . The running counter under single window system for post /registry latter/ PLI on the counter duty staff Mr. Surender and on duty postmaster sir, with the reason of not running PLI primium payment .

      I had paid the premium of feb 2018 for my pli on feb 27, 28. But till now i had not received the receipt of pli premium and my premium account is showing inactive status. My amount is not directed to my pli account and even though i had not received my amount back in my bank account. I had complained to pli directorate so many times but there is no response

        I s. Durga bhavani have a pli santosh (Endowment assurance) with policy no. R - ap-vp-ea-92198 which is matured on[protected]. I have submitted the request letter on that day along with policy, rbli bond, rbli book, pan card xerox, aadhar xerox copy in korangi post office. It has been already 20 days till now, i have not received the claim amount so far.
        Please investigate the case, and see that claim amount be credited immediately.

          I am khatijabibi mohmedzuber kagdi. My pli policy no is gj-352773-cs. I have made a request for change of the nominee in the above mentioned policy. As per the procedure, i had filled the form and also sent my original policy certificate via speed post at below given address:

          Chief postmaster general,
          Shahibaug, pin – 38004 (Ahmedabad)

          Even after the waiting of 30 days, i haven’t received any acknowledgement and my original documents. According to the speed post tracking status, the documents were properly to the head office on 20th feb 2018. I, kindly, request you to take some necessary steps and update me with the reason behind the delay. Also, i request you to inform me whether or not my application has been considered for actions and nominees are updated as per the request. Also, i request you to inform me about the approximate time period by which i will be receiving my original documents.

            Sir,
            I have paid policy amounts(Rs 3445/- and 1950/-) on 10/03/18 for my 2 polices for the period from 1/12/17 to 31/03/18 through online payment method and it shows transaction success at the time of payment, but the amount was not credited to my both polices( still it shows last premium paid till 30/11/17 even after payment for dec/17. jan, feb.mar/18)) . I tried to book a complaint through pli cc no's[protected],[protected] and[protected] st and 2ns no's are always busy from last 4days at any time and 3rd no is belongs to security guard(why it was mentioned as customer care no at http://www.postallifeinsurance.gov.in/Static/ContactUs.aspx) and i sent mails to pli.[protected]@gmail.com(mail was sent) and [protected]@gmail.com(mail not delivered to this mail due to wrong mail id), but there is no response till now, i am not able to contact customer care through toll free nos and mails which are mentioned at http://www.postallifeinsurance.gov.in/Static/ContactUs.aspx
            Hence i am requesting to kindly help me

                  Complaint no:tkt4668627 my indian postal insurance number: ap-ea-r-3408878 complaint details: wrong premium calculating and collected from credit card for more than 2-3 months extra but they did not fix the issue. Even after many follows ups. No one care to take action. Please take this issue very serious. I have raised my query on nov 2017 till now this issue is not resolved.
                  My policy premium is online
                  Pay and deducted in my bank account
                  But my pli policy is not accepting

                      1. My pli policy no aps-430540-l and maturity date was due in 13 april 2017.

                      2. All requisite documents already fwd to addl dte gen of aps (Pli cell) vide 753 fpo letter no 753/pli-corr/fpo dated 28 august 2017.

                      3. It is also intimated that premium amount wef april 2016 to march 2017 i. E. 12 months x rs 635.00 =7620+service tax has not been deducted by pao (Or) aec pachmarhi (Mp).

                      4. Now i am requesting you same premium amount as mentioned in para (3) above may please be deducted from my maturity claim and balance maturity amount of said policy to be credited in my account at the earliest.

                      5. I shall be grateful to you for this act of kindness.

                        My PLI Policy No. APS-314183-C got matured on 15 Jan 2018 and I have submitted my application along with original policy, photocopy of PAN card, photocopy of Aadhar card, monthly pay slip and bank account details at FPO Solmara, Tezpur, Assam. But till date I have not received my matured amount and even no response from PLI cell. I therefore requesting for early settlement please

                          I am mohmedzuber kagdi. My pli policy no is gj-632689-cs. I have surrendered the said policy on 06th feb 2018, due to some financial crisis at “nanpura head office, surat-gujarat”. Even after the waiting of 30 days, i haven’t received any acknowledgement or the amount from their side. On making an inquiry at the nanpura head office, i got to know that my case was approved on 13th feb 2018, but letter generation is pending, till now due to some technical problem in your system, for which i am facing a lot of problems. I, kindly, request you to take some necessary steps and update me with the reason behind the delay. Also, i request you to at least inform me about the approximate time period by which i will be receiving my amount.

                            The above policy have been received video your letter no 178564/501/gref/me dated 15 Jan2018 due to not payment please explain reason Opening this policy on the year 2003 but the same misplaced during delivery time once I approched to nearest FPO during I was posted at 706 MSS received duplicate policy

                              I have paid online premium of Rs.4376 for the month of February, but it is not showing in my PLI account on 25-2-18, but the PLI customer portal is asking me to paid the premium of Feb-18. The receipt generated showing the '0' receipt number and the amount showing is without GST in it. I complained about this on indiapost.gov.in, but they closed the complain as this is technical issue...What rubbish!!!

                                  I have paid rs 3425 and 1406 towards premium of my pli[protected] and rj-125372-cs on 23.02.18 for the period of 1.2.18 to 28.2.18. The payment was successful but the payment receipt number and the total amount shown was without taxes furthermore pli payment system shows that the payment for same period is unpaid. However the amount was debited from my account.
                                  So helplessness i have to deposit this pli again by cash to avoid panalty such period.

                                        Online premium payment of PLI (WB-322481-P) on 23/2/2018 for the month of February was processed successfully but the premium was not paid despite generating a trans ID. Deducted amount was not credited to my bank account as well. Further log in in my PLI account shows the premium of paid month still due. All the required documents are uploaded for your cooperation.
