Dear sir/madam, i am working in karnatka bank, vasco goa and i am having pli no. Mh-aea-759768-b in vasco goa post office which is not yet migrated and i have complained many times but its not resolved. Mine is transferable job and its very difficult me to deposit the policy amount. So kindly migrate this policy and do the needfull. I have gave complaint to pmo office also.

      Sir, I 775891-s Ex sgt Prawin Kumar have a pli policy APS-NM-193995-A. Which is issued on behalf of my training number 1997. I retired from Air force on 31 Jul 2016. I have paid my premium after retirement. My policy got matured on 15Jul2017. On 14 Jul 2017 I submitted my original Bond paper, NEFT mandat form, cancelled cheque, etc to 909 Field Post office PIN-900909. Now this FPO shifted to Ranchi. I approached to this FPO but my problem was not shorted out. I have receiving copy. Till today i have not credited my maturity amount. Kindly do some needful and trnsfer my maturity amount. My mo.         My pli policy no. Aps-ae-373654-l is already matured on 01 apr 2018. I have already submitted all documents with original policy and pr book with head post office panipat on 13 apr 2018. But i have not received the amount nor any intimation by yet from the post office.

        I am trying to contact with the concern pli clerk of head post office, panipat but no positive response received from the post office. Will i get the interest on the amount after maturity?. I want to know when i received my maturity amount from the post office.

        Hence, you are kindly requested to you please look into the matter and instruct the concerned at the earliest.

          This is to inform you that iam m. Umahaeswari bearing postal lic no:
          Ap-596665-cs in odc branch of anatapur district of andhrapradesh. I applied for online custoner id in dharmavaram branch (515671) so that i can pay my premium through net banking. They made me to come to tge branch thrice or four and atlast the concerned person in that branch doesnot repond properly and said that we have send a cover and that i have given a wrong adress so it returned back. I asked him for the returned cover to show, but he did not do that. It is totally a lie that he processed by request and also did not behave in proper manner. So please look into it and do needfull

          Madam/Sir,

          For registering policy online in order to pay premium online, please go through the following steps:

          a) Please visit the nearest post office, and make a request in writing for getting your mobile number and e-mail id updated in the system against the respective policy.

          b) Please visit the PLI Customer Portal at URL link https://pli.indiapost.gov.in.

          c) After login, please generate your customer ID by clicking on "Generate Customer ID" button at bottom left hand side. Please fill up the mandatory information such as Policy Number, Sum Assured, First Name, Gender, Date of Birth, Mobile Number and e-mail ID. Then click submit button.

          d) Your Customer ID will be sent to your registered e-mail ID, with the option for resetting the password.

          e) After this, you can make premium payment online.

          If you have any problem kindly contact to AP circle by e mail id: pli.[protected]@indiapost.gov.in, customer care no.[protected],[protected].

            Policy no:-ap-398928-cs, sum assured :-100000, my father died in accident on 25-11-17, so we submitted all documents related pli, but there z response from pli, we called pli head quaters also but they r not responding, nearly 6 months we waited, you know the condition of a family without a father, here we are suffering lack of money, so plzzz kindly take action regarding this issue...

An email have been sent to [protected]@armypost. Nic.in on 22/03/2018. An additional willingness certificate with surrender amount also sent which has been received on 26/03/2018 as per enquiry details. But no any surrender amount credited tillnow. Please surrender and credit my amount as earliest. Thanks

                  My father expired on 29th jan 2017 and we submitted the relevant necessary documents on 24th July 2017 and we got verified by public relation officer at Tagore nagar post office. It has been a year since we haven’t received any information regarding it. Policy number MH-152523-UC, kindly take the necessary action soon.

My pli policy no[protected], i had paid the premium from 01/12/2017 to 28/02/2018 for my pli on february 5th 2018 for 3 months rs/- 13, 475.00, but till now i had not received the receipt.                                     I surrendered my RPLI policy No. 3821 on 9th November, 2017. Still this i did not received any information from the postal department. I visited so many time and they are not responding.
                                    Hence please cooperative with me and sanction the same amount which I am eligible.

                                    I Submitted PLI Maturity Form on 31/03/2018 with the Plocy no AP-227711-CS at Head post office Bhongir. Section incharge is not giving correct information for How many days it will take to receive my polocy maturity amount.
                                    I have surrender the policy number hp-aea-31424-b for payment which was due on 17.03.2018.But till date there is no response from the GPO dharmsala.please let me know how much time you will take to make the payment and who will pay the interest on the late payment.

                                      My policy no, aps-546-n. Date of maturity[protected] was forwarded to your office wide mg&g area sds unit pin no 900497 letter no d/a-1/aps dt. 30 oct 2017 along with original certificate and a copy of aadhaar, cancelled check leaf.

                                      Till today i have not received any money nor any reply from yor office which is making a big question marks on the organisation.

                                      Please acknowledge the status as early as possible

                                        Sir, I have member of PLI since 2009. and I have always pay my PLI amount through online payment. But after payment we have no option to print receipt of payment. So please update your software . And give print option. Thanks you.
