My pli bond not yet received, i asked to head post office gidiyatham branch.

They said sorry you are missed the bond we are not responsible for that you can get the duplicate bond.

Kindly resolve this problem i working out of station my father and mother very old persons and uneducated.

I ex army no 15394561w sigmn hanuman jandu and my policy no. Aps/nm/171327-l was
Matured on 06dec2016. I had deposited my original policy with application and all other required documents in 1650fpo and fwd to ur office addl dte gen of aps (Pli cell) on 14 jan 2017. After elapsed two month and regular repeated requests on the subject, but above pli maturity amount has not been credited in my account till date. You are therefore, requested to look into the matter personally and ibid pli maturity value may please be credited in my account under intimation to me as soon as possible. I am writing this to look in to matter and do needful because so many times i visited post office but observed no cooperation from the staff also kindly advise me who is the contact person in regard this no one is giving correct information.
Detail regarding the issue with pli policy no. Gj-aea-386975-us is as follow.
• as per the policy rs.20, 000 to be paid as 1st, 2nd and 3rd survival benefit on 30th, march, 2010/30th, march, 2013/30th, march, 2016 respectively.
• postal dept. Cheque issued for 1st survival benefit rs.20, 000 on[protected].
• 2nd survival benefit cheque issued rs.40, 000 in place of rs.20, 000 by mistake. On[protected].
• first time about the extra payment communicated by postal dept. On[protected].
• as i do not have any detail in regard the above subject i have time to time written to the postal dept. For the necessary document to verify the extra payment of rs.20, 000.
• on the date 21st sept. 2016 received 1st and 2nd survival benefit vouchers from postal dept, which i have demanded for verification.
• on the date 22nd sept.2016 first time came to know by verbal information from the post dept. Staff during my visit in regard the above case in post office main branch vadodara that 2nd survival cheque was issued for the amout of rs.40, 000 in place of rs, 20, 000 via single cheque while i was searching everywhere in my old record for the rs, 20, 000 entry, and on the same day myself agreed that yes rs.20, 000 extra payment done to me and on the same day,
• 22nd sept.2016 myself met to sr. Suprident at main post office, vadodara. Discussed the matter with him and agreed that the panel intrest rs. 4, 700 against extra payment of rs.20, 000 will be waived off and i have paid rs.20, 000 against extra payment by hdfc cheque no.000024 dated[protected]. And the case was setteled.
• if from the year 2014 to 2016 (Two years) panel intrest rs.4, 767 against rs.20, 000 counted by postal dept. Than same way,
• why don"t the postal dept. Not considering the panel intrest payable to me for the delay of my 3rd, survival due since march, 2016 rs.20, 000 and the current year is 2018 duration is approx. Two years?
• again still postal dept. Asking me to pay rs.4, 767 panel intrest against above subject and because of that 3rd survival benefit rs.20, 000 payment is stopped since march, 2016.
Statement of facts to consider for the matter is as follow
• in all the communication until today, postal dept. Talked about the amount rs.20, 000 they did not disclosed that the single cheque was issued for the amunt rs.40, 000 in place of rs.20, 000, while three diffrent vouchers was prepared for the amount rs.20, 000 in the year 2010 and two in the year 2013.
• in the pli policy entry about the payment rs.20, 000 done for 1st survival only on 19th. March 2010 even though,
• if already 1st survival entry in 2010 done and paid.
How in the year 2013 after 03 years of the due date again the voucher made for 1st survival and on which basis?
• if the mistake is done by postal dept. And if any delay of payment due to verification process about extra payment and to get enough information for that from the postal dept.
Why myself to be considered as guilty and to be punished to pay panel intrest rs.4, 767 against that?
• 3rd. Survival is due since march 2016 why postal dept. Should not pay the panel intreset to me?

Dear sir,

My wife mrs. Sagaya pouline louisa, working in government school, as b. T. Assistant. A pli policy bearing no. Tn-429259-cs was taken on 09/11/2009. The deduction started from dec., 2009 from her salary. She retired from government service in sep., 2017 and re-employed in the same school. As per the existing rules no deduction can be made from a re-employed staff. Her last deduction was made by the school authorities in the month of sep., 2017.

I approached tiruchirapalli head post office where the pli office located in the month of dec., 2017 ie. 05/12/2017 for change of mode of payment as no deduction is made after sep., 2017. To this effect a certificate from the school head master, who is paying officer, also submitted along with the request. The concerned staff assured that within 15 days they will inform the change of payment of mode with the book. After one month i approached the staff, since no reply was received from them. They informed they are waiting a confirmation from concerned post office and no reply received till date.

Another month also gone but no reply received. Since no payment was made i fear that the policy is alive are not and i may get the full sum assured along with bonus. I should not suffer for no fault on us.

Sir, i request you kindly look into the matter and do the needful for early clearance for regular payment of premium without fail.

With due regard i beg to state that i have taken a police worth rs 100000 vide pli police no aps362729 l face value rs 100000 with monthly premium of rs 535 but the original policy has not been received the deduction of monthly premium of the police from my monthly pay slip i therefore requested kindly issue a duplicate policy documents to me on my below mentioned address i shall be great thankful for this act your faithfully no 3197511h nk omprakash 9 jat sp coy pin no 911209 c/o 56apo

Since last week of jan'2018 i have failed to deposit my pli premium due server link failure as told by employees of post offices at guwahati. It is very common problem in guwahati, it is unfortunate that postal deptt. Has failed to deliver the services to the pli customer wherein information technology is in strong pace. Because of your failure i have to pay fine for your default in the premium of jan'18. Pl look in to this matter urgently resolving server link failure at guwahati zone. With heartful disgrace and disappointment i would like to state that since two days the normal public have been facing failure of link as a result we aren't able to update our postal life insurance. This is an utter disappointment which is resulting to an negative support to such your institution.
I would be grateful if you fix up this problem as soon as possible.

Cust id: 61231472. The amount has been deducted from my bank account. But no receipt was issued by pli. I had to make the payment again. The second time it was successful. But the amount deducted during the first failed transaction is yet to return to my bank account

We are open for pli am a govt employee so i opened pli on[protected] with 1200000 policy i paid 5204, but till i can't receive bond and book, now agent is tell to pay other 2 months premium pay. We how to pay premium without bond and book? Please help me

The premium receipt of policy number w. B-184054-cs is incorrect which was paid on 30.01.2018 through net-banking. There was receipt no. & it was debited rs.825.00 in place of rs.844.00 (825.00+19.00). I have repaid the same i. E., rs.844.00 on 01.02.2018 which was correct with the proper receipt no. So. My question is now how would i refund the same or it may be adjusted from your end. Your urgent cooperation is highly obliged.

Sir, most humbly request to you that i have serving in indian army, and my maturity date of pli is 30 july 2027.
And due to instructions given by department that have to transfer their pli their nearest civil post office respectively
So i want to know the process of transfer of pli in civil post and send me important instructions to my mail address and e-mail.

My husband open a rural postal life insurance from post office during the year 2007. Now my husband expired a road accident on dt[protected]. Pl suggest me how i can file claim to the concern agency pl in addition of above it is submitted that my husband does not deposit proper premium to the post office during live period.

Date of commencement of policy is 25 may 2007 and date of maturity is 24 may 2017. Even after completion of 8 months from maturity date till now amount is not received. I want my amount with interest of this 8 months for which they had kept my amount. Even after submitting of my policy and done all necessary actions for maturity amount i have not received till date. I request you to credit my amount immediately.

India post related pli which is now ready to give me my survival benefit on time but my local post office authority expressed his inability to give me fund for not having a saving account in post office. I have already saving accounts in different local banks. But as told me by them they're not able to do any digital transection, cheque, cash. Hence what i have to do?

I have take a loan on these policies even i have already submitted the amount of loan. I have paid the amount of loan. Thanks for ur response for the sending for the money in time but sir i made a mistake by asking for its maturity. The policy no aps nm 238345 a was started on 09 sep 1998 and its maturity was supposed to be due on 08 sep 2018. Mistakenly it was stopped on aug 2017 which is less by one year.

Pls guide me to take the advantage of polcy. I have received the money rs 80000 but at begining i was told that we shall be benefited by rs 372000 and they also told me that the premium will be stopped in the 19th year.

Pls help me to get the full maturity amount. Ihave also availed the loan of rs 136000. The interest was also cut off high that is rs 9543. Pls help the needful
