    premium payment receipt not received

    Dear sir i abhijit dutta a pli policy holder of krishnagar head post office nadia west bengal. My pli policy no is wb-203437-cs. Monthely premium for my policy is rs 1150 including service tax. I pay premium for the month of january 2018 on 01/01 2018 at 2.20 pm through on line by my dbt card. Amount rs 1150 was debited from my bank account but payment receipt is not sent to my email still now. Payment success full msg also not sent to my...

    I am anil kumar working in department of telecommunications and presently posted as dy. Director general in mizoram hq-aizawl. My policy - am-80-t claim letter has ben received in original at my residential address at greater noida on 29/12/2017 itself. Scanned copy is enclosed. I have submitted a cancelled cheque also alonwith other details at the time of finalisation of maturity claim. Sine i am out of my home adress a it may take more month to plan to be at home.in the meantime, i am in urgent need of money.
    I would be oblidged if the maturity money rs1, 45, 369=00 in transfered to my account through neft at the earliest. For any qurries i may pl be contacted at mobile [protected].

      Sir,
      I am a holder of pli policy no aps-736824-l. Date of commencement of policy is 27 feb 2007 and date of maturity is 26 feb 2017 as per pli policy. However, pli subscription @ rs. 1430/-per month had been recovered from my pay & allowances from nov 2006 by pao (Ors) meg & centre bangalore. The fist recovery was made in in the month of may 2007 for rs. 10, 010/- (For 07 months from nov 06 to may 07 i. E 1430 x7=10, 010). The pli subscription was recovered from my pay till aug 2012 as i retired on 30 sep 12 (An). There after my policy was transferred from army post office to civil post office (Hpo samastipur) and i have been depositing the subscription since sep 2012 to jan 2018.

      I have sent so may applications to pli dte new delhi for either issue amendment of commence & maturity of pli policy or refund/adjustment of pli subscription for 03 months (Nov 06 to jan 07) which was recovered from my pay & allowances. But no decision has been given by pli dte till now. Pao (Or) meg & centre has agreed to refund the amount on getting confirmation from pli dte but no confirmation issued by pli dte, new delhi till date. I have also submitted my complaint with gpo bangalore who have further forwarded my complaint to pli dte new delhi abd reminder also sent by them but even after 03 months elapsed no reply has been given by army pli dte, new delhi.

      In view of the above facts i once again request you to do the needful action to resolve the issue as deemed fit (Viz issue amendment of commencement & maturity date/ adjustment of 03 months recovery by crediting to my policy or refund of amount rs 4230.00 (3 month recovery) with interest as the earliest to me. If i will not received clarification on the issue within 01 month (Upto 31 jan 2018) i will seek legal assistance on the issue as the case is long outstanding and till date not any reply furnished to me (Except one letter from pao (Or) meg) please.

        Respected sir,

        In connection with above subject, it is to state that i have purchased pli cwla policy having number gj-728938-cs on dated[protected] and i was informed that amount of premium will be changed as 2075/- if i will choose to select my plan as maturity age of 50 years after completion of 5 years i. E. W. E. F feb-2017. Rate of premium rs.2075/- is also shown in my cwla policy. Copy of pli cwla policy is also enclosed herewith.

        In this regard, after completion of 5 years, i have submitted my original policy and pass book along with form for conversion at head post office, surendranagar in cpc section and i have choose to convert my policy as ea-50 but when i received my documents back, amount of premium was changed as 3422/-instead of 2075/-. (New policy number was changed as[protected]. Hence, i have contacted cpc section, surendranagar head post office and informed about this fact. Cpc section has informed me that they have taken this issue with circle office, ahmedabad.

        After this, i have contacted to cpc section and sp office several times but they have informed me that due to system, there is problem in calculation of premium and hence case has been taken with higher authority. It is regretted to state that in spite of 4 months have been passed, till this date my issue has not been resolved. Due to this issue, i have not paid subsequent premiums but who will be held responsible for payment of interest due to non-payment of premium. I am extremely disappointed with service being provided by you. Such type of poor service was never expected from your well known department.
        It is once again requested to take immediate actions to resolve my issue regarding conversion of my policy at the earliest and waive my interest for non-payment of subsequent premiums as there is fault at your department level.

          With most humbly i want to state that all my premiums were deposited quarterly from my pay slips. But now at the time of its maturity, it is shown that still the credits of six months i. E (May2013 to october 2013) is due. The alipore h. P. O. Kol-700027 had already sent a letter regarding the same.

                    I js gherade pli policy sep 2011 se aug 2017 tak monthly 4305 rs se bhar diya. Original pli policy bond lossed. Duplicate policy bond procedure completed. Date of maturity was 27 sep 2017. Last instalment paid on 01 aug 2017. Ab tak koi reply nahi mila hai. Muze aur kya karwai karni padegi jis se muze mera benefit mil sake.

                      I have made the payment of rs-7136 for my postal life insurance premium on 25th nov 2017.
                      Amount got deducted from my card but status still showing as pending and receipt has not been generated yet.
                      I log in to my pli account and seen that payment status is showing as -'pending'.

                                    I write this mail to you because of very unprofessional behavior of the pli staff in coimbatore rs puram post office.

                                    Policy number - tn-375562-us policy type - ea

                                    The above mentioned policy was run by my father, who unfortunately met with a life threatening accident and is in recovering from coma. To aid his medical medical expenses we wanted to surrender the policy. Below instances happened when my mother was handling the surrender.

                                    1. They accepted the surrender and we had informed them that the premium was not paid for last 5 months. They had told the premium would be deducted from the surrender amount. The staff in the office assured the process would happen soon but the acknowledgement latter for the amount was sent to us only after 4 weeks that too after repeated calls.

                                    2. After we surrendered the acknowledgement, they assured the amount will be credited in a week. When we had called after a week, we were informed that was some software issue (Handled by infosys) that delays the process. We agreed to that and waited another week. Fyi i, work for infosys and it would take me a minute to check the status of the software, yet we trusted what the staff told.

                                    3. When my mother called today, the staff in the office have made fun of my mother on the call. When asked to give connection to the manager, they kept shuffling the phone among themselves trying to talk like manager.

                                    Making fun of a woman is a shameful act for which i demand proper action against the staff. Is this the way a woman is treated? I can sue the staff legally for this act of theirs.

                                    I still have not received any response from the officials yet. I am ashamed that the pli is so negligent about its customer and do not have any professional values in treating the customers. I had huge respect on your organization since you are one of my clients. With such behavior i would not recommend any one to apply for pli.

                                    I demand a proper response as a customer of yours. If failed, i wouldn't mind seeking legal advice on this issue and your organization for the pain and anxiety that has been caused to my family.
