My Self, Arunkumar Sureshprasad Singh, taking policy on Anticipated Endowment Assurance Policy on the year 2005. My Policy No is GJ-AEA-430445-T. My 2nd SURVIVAL BENEFIT DUE ON 13.08.2017
As per my 1st survival benefit letter received before due date & all document submitted to post office & cheque received within 4 to 5 days. That is the “Time of 2012”.
At present “This time ie 2017- Digitization India”, No information letter or call to me for survival benefit. My self-call to PLI Navrangpura branch and asked my claim 2nd Survival benefit as due already passed but no letter or called. Sr. Postmaster Navrangpura H.O. Ahmedabad 380009 sent the form through email on 22.08.2017l.
On 26.08.2017 at 11.45 AM – document was not taken as system is down. Request for accept the document but he denied Counter/window person N A Dalwadi
On 31.08.2017 at 15.05 PM - Time over, come next day to submit the document. Counter/window person N A Dalwadi.
On 01.09.2017 at 13.05 PM- document received. I asked when the cheque /money receive. He replied that cheque will be received within one month. Counter/window person N A Dalwadi
On 07.09.2017 – Letter received from PLI to collect your cheque from Navrangpura Post office.
On 08.09.2017 at 11.05 AM- I went to Navrangpura Post office for my cheque at counter No 03. Counter Medam Madhu Shah said that your document with give ID proof. My self-given my id card but she said that is original, this is not attached with document. So given xerox copy ID prof. She also informed my write down Navrangpura post office telephone number 26441933 /26442286 and called me after two or three days as cheque prepaired at Revari bazar.
On 09.09.2017- SMS received from TD-DOPPLI
“Dear Customer, Claim on PLI Plocy No. GJ_AEA-430445-T amounting to Rs 40000 has been paid through cheque.”
On 11.09.2017- At 11.30, called to Navrnagpura Post office on telephone no 26441933 & inquiry my cheque but Madam said cheque is not receive from other end, call tomorrow/next day.
On 12.09.2017- At 11.05, called to Navrangpura Post office on telephone No 26441933 & inquiry my cheque but Madam said cheque is not receive from other end, call tomorrow/next day.
On 13.09.2017- At 11.20, called to Navrangpura Post office on telephone No 26441933 & inquiry my cheque but Madam said cheque is receive today you will collect the cheque after 4 PM even my self requested to give the cheque on banking time. So this cheque credit to Bank. Medam said it not possible you come after 4PM or next day.
On 14.09.2017- At 12.10, My self went to Navrangpura Post office & collected my cheque. Received cheque dated 12.09.2017 amounting 40000/-
Sir, Continuous follow up with PLI/Post office person from 17.08.2017 to 14.09.2017
Date of Survival Benefit Due on dated 13.08.2017 but cheque received on 14.09.2017.
1) Please give interest on the period from 13.08.2017 to 14.09.2017 for the amount of Rs 40000/-
2) When the PLI/Post office digitization as Government of India complaining Digitization India.
3) Please take necessary action against postal staff.
