Date of incident = 11/09/2017
Sir, i pay my premium in pli website by credit card. But that payment not received in the policy. But my credit card was charged of 1390 inr.
Can yo please look into that case and give me refund on my credit card of axis bank.
I am very much involve in this problem. I paid many times by web but this ins the 1st time when this type of incident occured. Please give me arefund of inr 1390.
As soon as possible please...!!!

    Non receipt of payment of my pli bond number aps-334228-a
    I 742388n sgt santosh kumar palai had sumitted my above policy after maturity to1633 fpo vide letter number 1633/pli-corr/fpo dated 05 sep 2017 along with cancelled cheque to addl dte gen of aps. But till date i did not got the maturity amount. So kindly do the needful. Thanking you in anticipation.

      Sir, i k prasad babu holding pli no :ap-ys - 503945-cs at s. O. Kuppam - 517425 has submitted application for surrender of my pli on[protected]. And the same forwarded to h. O. Madanapalli. And the same forwarded to r. O. Kurnool - 518002 for action. But till date no action has been taken my application. So it is therefore requested that action to surrender my pli may taken immediately and the amount be refunded to me at the earliest please.
      I had taken policy no. TN-281458-CC on 01/07/2005 plan EA/45 sum assured rs 300000/- but due to non online policy my post office Nangal Raya New Delhi has stopped accepting premium since july 2017...kindly make my policy online as it is not showing on their portal..as I have regularly paid my premium till june 2017.

        1. Ref my policy no aps-473224 l with date maturity on 09 sept 2017. I have submitted the original policy alongwith connected documents to the office of addl directorate general of army postal service (Pli), new delhi. Receipt of the same was issued by aps with a remarks that after one month i. E. On 11 oct 2017 payment will be made through neft.

        2. On enquiry, came to know that still my case is under process and it may take time, though i had deposited the original policy, cancelled cheque for neft, pli pass book for proof of premium deposit in cash. They mentioned three months gap of premium ie dec 2010 to feb 2011. As proof of jan and feb 2011 premium payment, i had deposited monthly payment pay slip and for dec 2010, i could not submit due to this latest stage.

        3. Till date, no amount credited in my account and even contact numbers are also not attended by aps (Pli directorate). I need the amount very urgent but helpless.

        4. If suitable action is not taken at the earliest, i will take the help of legal authorities for my financial loss. I am also having another two policies in sept 2020 and 2022, premature withdrawal is under consideration.

          Kindly take early action for settlement of maturity claim and payment.

            I took a pli through aps. It was taken through a lic agent. My policy number is 334141/301/lc. I started the policyin 1998 and paid until 2006. When left army, was unable to continue policy as i could not transfer to civil postal service, because did not have any policy documents. If i can get the documents will help me to transfer or terminate the policy.

              Pli is one of the most disappointing online portal. Since being government portal, i expected a bit more where i should have known that how the government tasks take place.

              I paid the premium of pli through online portal and the transaction failed. But amount got deducted but premium is not paid. Now i have no one to answer my ques that who is looking in this matter. When will i be reverted with my amount. Seriously disappointed.

              Government portal sucks!

                  I am policy holder bearing no. Pb-165698-us. I have visited post office, sector-4, panchkula (Haryana) to deposit my pli premium on dated[protected] but after waiting appx. One and half hour when my turn come and i reach at window the employee refused to deposit my premium saying that he had not password and concerned dealing is on leave. I approach to branch post master for help but she also refused and ask me that i can go sector 8 for this purpose. Again i visit on dated[protected] and this time also refused by the dealing saying that server is not working. Today i. E.[protected] i have tried to deposit my premium but dealing person refused to deposit the amount saying that the window of her computer is corrupt and she is unable to deposit the premium. When i approach to the branch post master for help, she misbehave with me and ask to close the pli or go at any other post office in future. After wasting my time, fuel, harassment i am unable to deposit my pli premium at post office, sector-4, panchkula (Haryana). Please inquire the matter.

                        My Self, Arunkumar Sureshprasad Singh, taking policy on Anticipated Endowment Assurance Policy on the year 2005. My Policy No is GJ-AEA-430445-T. My 2nd SURVIVAL BENEFIT DUE ON 13.08.2017

                        As per my 1st survival benefit letter received before due date & all document submitted to post office & cheque received within 4 to 5 days. That is the “Time of 2012”.

                        At present “This time ie 2017- Digitization India”, No information letter or call to me for survival benefit. My self-call to PLI Navrangpura branch and asked my claim 2nd Survival benefit as due already passed but no letter or called. Sr. Postmaster Navrangpura H.O. Ahmedabad 380009 sent the form through email on 22.08.2017l.

                        On 26.08.2017 at 11.45 AM – document was not taken as system is down. Request for accept the document but he denied Counter/window person N A Dalwadi

                        On 31.08.2017 at 15.05 PM - Time over, come next day to submit the document. Counter/window person N A Dalwadi.

                        On 01.09.2017 at 13.05 PM- document received. I asked when the cheque /money receive. He replied that cheque will be received within one month. Counter/window person N A Dalwadi

                        On 07.09.2017 – Letter received from PLI to collect your cheque from Navrangpura Post office.

                        On 08.09.2017 at 11.05 AM- I went to Navrangpura Post office for my cheque at counter No 03. Counter Medam Madhu Shah said that your document with give ID proof. My self-given my id card but she said that is original, this is not attached with document. So given xerox copy ID prof. She also informed my write down Navrangpura post office telephone number 26441933 /26442286 and called me after two or three days as cheque prepaired at Revari bazar.

                        On 09.09.2017- SMS received from TD-DOPPLI

                        “Dear Customer, Claim on PLI Plocy No. GJ_AEA-430445-T amounting to Rs 40000 has been paid through cheque.”

                        On 11.09.2017- At 11.30, called to Navrnagpura Post office on telephone no 26441933 & inquiry my cheque but Madam said cheque is not receive from other end, call tomorrow/next day.

                        On 12.09.2017- At 11.05, called to Navrangpura Post office on telephone No 26441933 & inquiry my cheque but Madam said cheque is not receive from other end, call tomorrow/next day.

                        On 13.09.2017- At 11.20, called to Navrangpura Post office on telephone No 26441933 & inquiry my cheque but Madam said cheque is receive today you will collect the cheque after 4 PM even my self requested to give the cheque on banking time. So this cheque credit to Bank. Medam said it not possible you come after 4PM or next day.

                        On 14.09.2017- At 12.10, My self went to Navrangpura Post office & collected my cheque. Received cheque dated 12.09.2017 amounting 40000/-

                        Sir, Continuous follow up with PLI/Post office person from 17.08.2017 to 14.09.2017

                        Date of Survival Benefit Due on dated 13.08.2017 but cheque received on 14.09.2017.

                        1) Please give interest on the period from 13.08.2017 to 14.09.2017 for the amount of Rs 40000/-
                        2) When the PLI/Post office digitization as Government of India complaining Digitization India.
                        3) Please take necessary action against postal staff.

                          I am shajan thomas varghese, i had r. P. L. I policy, now i got the letter which mentioned my policy is matured and i can collect the cheque from the post office, but unfortunately i am working in saudi arabia, my next vacation due on next year (2018) month of july.
                          Today my wife went to post office for collect the cheque but they said not possible to give her the cheque, they need my presence and my signature.
                          So please do what is the alternate way for collect the cheque. The post office staffs are familiar to my house and my family.

At present one month beyond the date of maturity and amount not yet credit in my account which was given with the application and original pli bond. I had tried to call pli office many times and no one picking the phone no is[protected], 24673177, 26153775 and customer care. I am having five policies and this type of activities forced to me for premature withdrawal. If your office fail to make payment please close my all pli with immediate effect.                                     It is experienced that postal department use to receive tax on deposit of monthly pli premium, @ 1.87% to 3.73% on monthly premium during deposit. The matter was consulted with tax expert and understood that no tax can be charged on deposit of any kind of personal savings or insurance. As such matter is highly irregular and to be cleared up immediately.
