No 13621812y hav gore mohan jijeba my policy no aps /nm /199204-l has been dispatch on date 14 february 2017 from jorhat fpo assam as my policy has been matured on august 2016. But my policy amount has not been received in my account. I have already submitted my account details to fpo jorhat.
Therefore i humbly request you to transfer my policy amount to my account.

      Pli of 601 was cut twice from my account of policy no ap-390536-r and status showing pending but was not remitted till date from 30/06/2017. The amount paid through sbi debit card on 30/06/17 twice but in pli site status is showing as pending. The amount was neither remitted to pli account or settled back to my bank account. Please consider this case.

        Dear sir, my police no. 1124197. Last month on 23 Jun i was trying to pay my policy amount by using my sbi debit card. But due to network problem i had paid twice of Rs. 3740/- . So kindly recover my rest of 3740 rupies to my sbi account or add this amount for next month policy amount.
        APS 1575888L this is not my policy.
        Automatic started this policy . And deduction my money on my accnt.
        Pls stop this PLI .. I HV already 2 policies.

          Sir,
          The above policy was matured and became due for payment on 1.6.2017. I have submitted all the required document with original policy as asked for vide dop, pli, shillong letter no. R-ne — ea-10926 dated 31.5.2017 one month back. Unfortunately maturity payment have not yet been received in-spite of personal visit to the concerned office in many occasions, which compelled me to lodge this grievance. Please look into the matter and ensure payment at the earliest in a time bound manner, otherwise there will be no alternative than to lodge my grievance with higher authority i. E. Public grievance cell in pmo office.

                  My policy no. Hy-163360 us got matured on 31.05.201. I received a letter from department of posts (Postal life insurance) vide no. Hy-163360 us dated 02.06.2017 showing very less amount i. E. 46257 instead 6.00 lakhs approlx. I visited postal office, ho yamunay 7.6.17. They shown their inability to pay my amount against my matured policy due to wrong calculation by the system. This is being delayed more and more. Today i contacted on phone, but all is vain.

                  Please intervene into the matter and get my amount released with interest for the delayed period.

                      Respected sir,
                      I have been paying premium for my pli, detailed above, for past 12 yrs. It went fine till dec 2015. After that, the entire pli network gone online so that for 2 months they didn't collect our premiums. Later once the network become online, we tried to pay the premium, but not happened. Because my pli didn't get online and whenever i go to post office they say that policy is not found so that premium can't be paid.
                      As the policy not found online, the respective post master, in prathipadu village, asked me to go to tadepalligudem, nearest head post office, and make a complaint in pli section. People in tadepalligudem post office pli section told me that it could be only resolved in prathipadu only because the last premium was paid there only. Later again prathipadu people said that can't happen here, just go to the post office where you have opened the pli and where the first premium was paid. It was amalapuram, in east godavari distict. I went to amalapuram also, and asked them to get the premium. They told me they should not take it because it has to be paid at the postoffice where it was last paid, that is prathipadu village again. A cyclic process, where there is no result or no alternative solution.
                      I came to dak sadan, hyderabad to get the answer. They filed a complaint and told me to pay in general post office hyderabad only, as in point of sale. Up to then the amount became around rs.11, 200/-. We paid that and again put in track by paying the premium every month. They took it till march 2017. Later they are saying that point of sale is not available, so you can't pay the money. Then they told me to go to dak sadan and give a complaint. From then the pli amount is still pending, more or less it will become rs.10000 again, which will be a high amount at a time where we just pay rs.1150 everymonth.
                      You know what, i complained in dak sadan hyderabad, not just once, it is more than 8 times i complained and contacted them. They are always taking my xerox copies of pli book and bond and telling me, within 2 months it will be resolved. It is one and half year now from their said. No result so far. But now also i have been going there every month to know any improvement has come. Nothing at all.
                      By april, 2018, the policy become matured. But the issue is still pending today.
                      I request you to take some action and just let us know what to do now. I am just trying all the possible ways to bring this to your notice.

                                From 3/2016 there are no updates on your records though the recovery scheduled sent promptly by our ddo (Ao, greyhounds, ap hyderabad​).

                                On my transfer from hyderabad to vijayawada, the ddo intelligence dept are not recovering from salary as this is deputation organisation.
                                Vijayawada postal authorities are rejected to accept by way of cash.

                                Kindly find our where the mistake was done on updating the recoveries, and inform the action taken against them.

                                  Dur to some problem I was not able to deposited my Pli for conitnous 6 monthd. Hence it is blocked afterwards.
                                  I have submitted all my documents to Ferozepur Jhirka, Nuh, Hr. Including medical fitness certificate.

                                  A call came to me regarding non deposition of my Pli copy. I have also sent that around 1.5 month back.
                                  But till now I have not received any letter so that I can further deposit my Pli for the rest of the months.
                                  Kindly look at my problem and solve it asap.
