It is regarding policy no jk39490-cs dated of entry 11.02.2005 of late sanjay kumar sharma R/O village Digdole post office, tehsil distt Ramban at present Sari rakwalan nai basti Gohmanasa road jammy.After the death of sanjay kumar we proceed the policy for withdrawal of policy as on 05.10.2016 but till date they take no action regarding this policy.We submit the documents which were required at head office jewel chowk jammu 180001 and also discuss this issue with senior postmaster also .But not getting any response.Please see the issue, details are given below and also attached.I am Ashok Kumar Sharma elder brother of Late Sanjay Kumar Sharma and my contact no is [protected]

    I have already submitted a request to withdrawn the Insurance amount that ayi have paid till now. It's already been 3 months now and I didn't hear any hear back on this. Please take necessary action asap.

      I am holding a PLI policy No. 535637-P. The premium is being paid through my salary via BSNL. The maturity date was May 2015. Unfortunately I didn’t get any information regarding maturity date from your part. And still I am paying premium through my salary. I want to know why you are collecting the premium after maturity date. Now I am working as J.T.O in BSNL, Pathanamthitta SSA, Kerala. Please let me know how can I get the policy amount.

        1.I have submitted the above mentioned policy along with all relevant documents to CPC - PLI, HAL II Stg, HO on 05 Jan 2017.

        2.On 15 Jan 2017, on enquiring about the status, I was told by Mr Raghavendra of above mentioned post office that due to decentralisation, the records pertaining to period Feb 2009 to Nov 2013 is not available, hence my payment is held up.

        3.Why did the authorities never bother to contact me or my office for the same? Who is responsible for this and how are you compensating me for the delay?

        4. Request you to look into the matter urgently and take necessary action to pay me the maturity amount immediately.

            I belong to Himachal Pradesh and reside in delhi, I require my RPLI statement to submit for tax declaration but the online site http://www.postallifeinsurance.gov.in/ does not work, it is really tough to visit the post office in official timing and get the statement as they always guide to go to head office or some other post office. Please repair the online site for PLI and RPLI's.

            whenever I try to open PLI log in site, it does not get open.

              My name is hari swaroop gaur policy no. Aps[protected]L in lalru branch punjab . I am ex-serviceman . I have to face problem to deposit my premium from October to till now. They told me we are making system online so u have to summit photostate of passbook in October I summited . After that i visited post office 5 to 6 time to get information they are not give any proper response. When i visited post office today they are again told me to summit photostate of recipet of your passbook from 2014 to 2016 almost 4 months completed. Kindly please sort out this problem as soon as possible.so i will deposit my premiums on regular bases on time.

                  After received maturity memo no maturity/28809/aps-645253-l/ (Key_id 825500) dated 01 dec 2016 from department of posts, pli, o/o addl dte gen of aps, sena dak bhawan rtr marg, new delhi for rs 80750/- only, till date my maturity amount not yet credited in my bank account. Bank account no already mentioned at maturity memo.
                  May i request you, please credit the above maturity amount in my bank at the earliest as the a small amount may help to us or my family.

                        Now i am serving in Indian Army and i have two PLI policies which i want to close so after 5 years i surrender my two Postal Life Insurance policies at pune (Maharashtra) PLI office and i got my money back after 24 days of surrender(file attached) but before i closed this insurance policy i read the documents and surrender charges and also i asked at pune pli office that when i close this policy how much amount they will deduct they told if you close your policy after 5 yrs then you will get all your money back including bonus and also i checked at PLI website surrender tips there is a point "Bonus is admissible only in cases of policy which have continued for minimum 5 years". so i closed this policy after 5 yrs But when i got my money back they deduct Rs 82669/- and also there is no bonus. Now i closed my policies but in my Army payslip they deduct 4534 in this month.
                        Now i posted at j&k so i complained to near PLI office they told you have to contact this number([protected], [protected]) to contact PLI HQ office but no one is receiving my call and also i got a number from website ([protected]) but there is a problem.So sir plz help me to solve this problem

                                i am serving in CISF, MHA and started my policy on dated 31st mar 2003 at mumbai, later i had been posted due to my job then i transferred my policy to west bengal darjeelling and paid my premium at pradhan nagar post office dist darjeeling upto the month of august 2016 .now they refuse to accept my premium saying me that my account details is not with the post office .i have all the details of my premium paid receipts

                                  Respectfully, it is submitted that i had send a letter to pli office for the guidelines of claiming my maturity amount of pli policy no. Aps/nm/44663-n, navy number 174552-k in the name of arif hussain ansari which is due since 30 dec 15 (As per pli office letter dated 16 sep 16 and 31 aug 16 (As per the policy document li-3 (D)}. I received a letter from them with an application form enclosed and instruction to forward policy document in original (Li-3 (D)}), cancelled cheque including neft mandate form and filled application form { (Li-9 (B)}. I have forwarded my all documents countersigned by my divisional officer in registered mail dated 21 sep 16. Now today is 18 nov 16 and still they haven't inform me for any thing, when i call, it takes morning to evening time to make contact to them and after week effort i could contact them and came to know that some premium are lapses and also they telling that have not received my registered mail. Sir i am really in need of money. Please give me appropriate guidelines. Thank u.
                                  GPO, RAJKOT, Gujrat not accepted ₹500/1000 notes for PLI premium... Government said that customers pay old notes in govt. Payment... Then why GPO not accepts? Please do needful... Thanks..

                                    I have a pli santosh (Endowment assurance) with policy no. Kl-82044-us which is matured. I have submitted the request letter on 30.09.2016 along with policy and other details to mylapore, chennai post office. Even after 49 days, i have not received the claim amount so far. To my surprise, when i contacted the post office 3 days back, the same was lying there without attending the same. This is utterly disgusting. Please investigate the case, and take action to the employee who has not taken action on a request for more than 45 days. Please credit the claim amount immediately.

                                      I am holding pli policy no. hp-51493-uc since 2007 and making monthly premium at various location as my job being a transferable under psu. at present i am chennai unable to remit premium from aug 2016 as the policy is not been updated. i have submitted my policy book to gpo st, thomas mount till date no action has been taken, for which i am unable to pay premium, further i have to pay default payment too.

                                      Hence, request your good office to look into and enable me to make payment.
