This is to highlight the problem faced by me in paying premium of PLI. Not accepting premium neither in the collecting post office (Mysore South post office) nor in the Mysore head post office.
PLI details:
Policy No. &Date: KT AE/A 389557-CS
date of Acceptance: 29/11/2008
Monthly Rate: Rs.695/-
Post Office: Mysore south -570008
Premium not paid for the month of JULY 2016.
I was paying premium regularly at the Mysore South post office till June 2016. From July 2016 onwards, I gave an application for paying premium through ECS (Debit clearing). In the Application, I mentioned the deduction of premium through ECS with effect from JULY 2016 as the premium paid last was for the month of JUNE2016 as mentioned in the application. But the ECS deduction started only from AUGUST 2016. When it came to my notice I visited the Mysore south post office to pay the premium for the month of JULY 2016 .There I was told to go to Head post office Mysore to pay the premium. In the head post office also the premium was not accepted and instead I was asked to go to any remote post office outside Mysore District where computerization is not yet taken place, pay the premium there and bring the manual receipt to make entry in the records. I could not find such a post office even after a long search and the premium is not yet paid for the month of JULY 2016. I will be liable to pay fine for the delay for no fault of mine. Computerization/Digitalization is creating trouble to the public in post offices.

        My PLI NO. is RY-YS1000089CS. Name- Yashpal Singh . Premium Amount 7050 per year.
        Last premium paid march 2016 to February 2017 @ Kaman post office pin 321022.
        Today I arrived post office Kaman to deposit my pli annual premium for March 2017 to February 2018 but post master refused to take regular premium and asked me to approach head post office Deeg for online enrollment . I was very much puzzled to listen this as I have been submitting my pli perm in this post office since 2008. Please issue necessary instructions to the postal authorities for accept the pli premium and avoid any late payment.

            Premuim paid online dated 30/06/2017against policy no.JK-70527-CS of RS.921 and deducted from my savings account butpli portal sends message that premium amount not received and also no receipt issued online

                I have taken loan on my PLI Policy and paying loan interest every half year. Still the loan is showing arrears and my payments are not adjusted. Inspite of my repeated requests, CPC HO Pune is not responding and not replying my letters and emails. I do not know to whom I have to approach

                  Respected sir my policy starts from 20-mar-2010, 4 lakhs and maturity on 20-mar-2017, i took loan on 01-08-14 and cleared on 15-10-16.in meanwhile i paid four loan interest installments regularly. Totally i paid all required amounts with last premium is feb, 2017. But here salur post office said that you have 13229 balance. I am submit required proofs i. E payment slips. Hence i request to you sir please check my account and clear. Mature in original date.

                      I sangamesh d holding pli no. Ap 417833-cs at suraksha campus post office has submitted application for surrender of my pli in the month of september'2016 and the same forwarded to arakkonam main post office for action. But till date no action has been taken on my application. So it is there fore requested that action to surrender my pli may taken immediately and the amount be refunded to me at the earliest please.

                      I want to know my PLI status ie when it will matured, what amount I have paid. any discrepancy in my paid amount and my PLI profile. But I cant see this. Please provide me my customer Id number on my registered mobile .please provide all detail on my address.

                          मेरे उपरोक्त Policy का Maturity date 15/02/2017 था जिसके लिए मैं सभी संबंधित Documents दिनांक 13/02/2017 को आपके कार्यालय Narayna Industrial State, New Delhi-28 में जमा करा दिया।
                          कल दिनांक 17/02/2017 को उस कार्यालय से प्रमोद जी के द्वारा मुझे जानकारी मिली कि Feb. 2013 का Premium जमा नहीं है जबकि मैं इसे जमा करा चुका हूँ। इस संदर्भ में निम्नांकित तथ्यों पर विचार किया जा सकता है:-
                          1. मैं एक सरकारी कर्मचारी होने के नाते हर वर्ष के February माह में इसे Saving के रुप में दिखाता हूँ।
                          2. आपको मालूम बिना Premium Receipt Book देखे किसी भी डाकघर में PLI का Premium जमा नहीं किया जाता है। आखिर इसका औचित्य क्या है?
                          3. जब Feb. 2013 का प्रिमियम Due था तो March-2013 का Premium जमा कैसे हुआ?
                          4. अभी तक Due Premium की जानकारी मुझे क्यों नहीं दी गई ?
                          5. आपके कार्यालय द्वारा Policy Maturity के संदर्भ में कोई भी जानकारी मुझे अभी तक नहीं मिली है।
                          6. Policy का Maturity amount दिनांक 15/02/2017 को मुझे मिल जाना चाहिए लेकिन यह अभी भी अटका हुआ है। आखिर इसके लिए जिम्मेवार कौन हैं।
                          7. आज के Online banking की दुनियाँ में मुझे Maturity Cheque प्राप्त करने हेतु पुन: आपके कार्यालय आने के लिए कहा गया जबकि Banking Proof जमा करने हेतु मैं तैयार था।
                          अत: निवेदन है कि उपरोक्त तथ्यों पर विचार करते हुए अपने Department की लापरवाही के लिए मुझे जिम्मेवार न ठहराया जाय और इस मामले में दोषी कर्मचारियों पर कार्यवाही करते हुए मेरा भूगतान अविलम्ब किया जाय अन्यथा मैं अग्रिम कार्यवाही करने हेतु बाध्य हो जाऊँगा।

                            Due to lack of post office services unable to pay monthly premium of polacy because valid policy show invalid and army head quarter post office 452006 unnecessary delay to accept premium. Make policy online and fallow the govt. Policy of cashless. Postal life insurance policy number is MP-102530-CS Date of entry is 19nov.2005. Name:- Ashok Mahajan .Make this postal insurance policy should be online then online payment will possible .At present there is no facility of cashless payment in Army head quarter post office Indore PIN 452006. Govt. policy of cashless policy is not being fallowing in above mentioned post office, there should be POS machine through which customer can pay cashless by debit and credit cards. On line payment by internet of Postal insurance policy should.also be done, But whenever I want pay by internet banking, server shoes invalid, means online data of my policy was not updated or uploaded by postal department as result there is a problem in monthly payment of postal insurance policy.

                              I have not received any bond of Rural Postal Life Insurance at the time of account opening in 2002. And now, completed my RPLI.

                              Please tell /suggest me how to claim my insurance amount without bond. And how to get RPLI bond with which formalities/documents and fees etc. and where to send these.

One instalment was due on 21 Oct 2016 but the same has not been received so far. I lost my passbook last year and so I couldn't pay my premium.I knocked the door of local post office and they also couldn't solve my problem.They sent me to District office and district office sent me to somewhere and so on which is a harassment.Kindly solve my problem in order to continue my account uptodate.After all the agent who came to me for opening the policy at first, that person is not eager or willing to assist me in the said the problem.

                                    Sir, I have submitted all the documents for converting my policy No KL-117082-CS, (SUVIDHA) to an endowement policy, last January (January-2016), but so far I havn't got my policy converted, when I tried to contact with the authorities they are slipping by misleading me. So I humbly request you to take necessary steps to convert my policy as soon as possible
