Address: Head Post Office Dharmapuri

I have paid my pli premium rs.6979/- online on 15.05.2020 for three months march, april and may 2020. The payment was successful and the above amount was deducted from my bank account with transaction no.078174. But the receipt has not been generated and in the payment history it shows as status 'pending'. My pli policy no.[protected]. I request to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

      Sir i had made online payment for my pli with cust id[protected] and policy number[protected] in the name of ashish thapliyal. I had done premium payment on 31.03.2020 from my hdfc credit card but the payment was debited twice from my card 4342 amount but both the payment were unsuccessful. The amount has not yet credited to my account. Kindly look into the matter for refund of my amount.

            1.. It is intimated that i'm operating a pli policy no aps-639329l which was opened on 2004 at post office agram, bangalore. But i didn't get the original bond for the said policy.

                  I am pli policy holder baljit sharma parashar. My money back policy no ae-395225a was due for third money back installment in the month of feb 2020. Till date no payment has been credited to me. I request that money bank instalment may please be credited to my sb accounts number [protected] held with sbi air force station hindan.                   In present scenario nationwide lockdown for covid-19 i'm unable to submit policy document with any of the post office.

                      policy bond lost

                      Respected sir,
                      My name is hav udai singh tai from indian army. My policy bond bearing machine no-aps - 290350-l. Which is to be matured on[protected] has been lost. Can i get a duplicate copy of the bond paper of the same or what are the procedures to get my matured amt.? I visited twice in army postal service office but they suggested me to contact call center but the call centers remains unattented.

                        Sir, your policy belong to APS. hence the issue regarding non receipt of original policy bond has been forwarded to PLI Cell, APS, 56 APO, New Delhi through e-mail ([protected]@armypost.nic.in).

                        2. Now all APS policies have been transferred in civil post office hence no need to transfer your policy, you may submit any service request regarding your policy in any post office in india.

                          Sir, my previous pli policy no aps-474221-l assured of rs.01 lakh premium @ rs.555/-pm has already been maturity & claimed for rs.192900/- on 17/8/19 through neft/post office sec bad (Head post office). But, now my another pli policy no. Aps - 1305937 l assured of rs.01 lakh premium @ rs. 1095/-pm has been maturity & claimed for rs. 146400/- on 31/3/20 sent by postal through neft utr sbin[protected] head post office sec bad). Please intimate/clarify of reason for long variation of amount between both policies and credit the variation amount immediately

                              Sir, i have applied for 2 bonds since 2010 and i haven't received my policy bond till date. After approaching different apo, i could get my policy nos i. E. Aps-1072524n and aps-1072525n but still didn't received my policy bonds. When i enquire the same by email to director aps pli, i got a reply saying that "pib issued on 7/22/2015 for duplicate policy bond". Now, i'm unable to proceed further view lack of proper guidance.                                 My self i am jakkala santhosh kumar.. Working as teacher... My pli postal life insurance policy number ap-497620-cs. I have been paying amount sing 2011... Recently i applied loan at kasibugga.., sub post office, srikakulam district,. Ap. They took my pli book and bond... I got loan sanction letter from head post office tekkali, srikakulam district, ap.

                                But at kasibugga sub post office.. Had took so many quarry...

                                Most importantly the head of the officer.. Spoke very harshly...
                                I also submit two witness adhar card xerox and signature in sanction letter.. But

                                Even with my loan sanction i have faced trouble putting unnecessary queries...

                                She said "employees who are witnes are... They should come and talk to me and sign in the interview..

                                She said loudly go from here...

                                They also took my pli bond... Please do me justice

                                  My self mohinder kumar got a plan in may 2008. Since then i am paying my monthly premium regularly. My policy number is hp-171032-cs. I received an acceptance letter but no policy bond till date. I took the that letter for policy bond. The issue came to notice when i recently tried to update my profile for on line premium payment by linking my adhar and mobile number. Then the officials told me to produce bond but i could show them the only letter i had received. They told me that it is not policy bond.
                                  So you are requested to issue my policy bond and oblige.

                                    I have made payment from my axis bank credit card to pli premium on 01.03.20 20 for jan, feb & march 2020 for an amount of rs.4259=00 at 9.31am but i am unable to track the payment and it still show due amount 4259 for three month. I follow the tollfree no no but only given assurance it is credited on one or two days or on monday but till date 12.03.2020 making complain on mail etc but it is rejected or some time it is not replied
