Reliance Communications — Post paid connection

Dear Sir,

I have taken a connection from reliance in 2007 and used till feb 2008. I surrendered my connection in Feb 2008 and i have paid all the dues in feb 2008. But now they are generated a Reliance bill and asking me to pay the bill.

Kindly advice me what to do. i dont what the reliance is doing since feb 2008 for one year.

If you are thinking o[censored]sing Reliance post paid services, think again. If your usage is higher than what they think you should use, they will disconnect your service. I am sick and tired of Reliance Communications and their services. They will not wait until the due date to collect your post paid bill. They will ask you to pay your bill even 20 days before the due date for the bill payment to restore your services. This is one of the biggest scams in the country and no body seems to complain about this. But I choose to. Reliance Sucks!!!

You are cheater. You have not closed my Phone number you have send me Monthly bill. Monthly Bill Invoice Number :[protected] A/c :[protected]. Even it contain rooming charges. You you told me that at Monthly Rental 339 you will not charge any roaming. Below is invoice detail

2. Voice Call Charges 1.50
3. Roaming Charges 454.50
Subtotal 795.43
4. Taxes 98.31
Total Current Charges 893.74

I have already removed your SIM from phone . But still you are showing call detail. Event you yourself confirm that you will close my phone. But you still generating bill.
