I ordered a watch, from provogue.com on Nov 30. Order number :[protected]. Haven't received it till today. Mac it was supposed to reach in 21 days. It's almost a month . On checking the status, its still in Mumbai office . I don't think they ever wish to even send it . Quite disappointed from the service and customer care and support. The number displayed on site is always busy ....

I had ordered watch from Provogue India through HDFC net banking offer, and cancelled the order. I got a mail from Customer care on December 2, 2015 stating order is cancelled and the money will be refunded within 4-5 working days. but i have not received the money yet.
