I have order a watch on dtd 1st november to this company & paid the watch amount through ICICI bank online payment. but after two months i have not received my order. my order no. is #[protected] & order items is (Watch -100780-RE-231-F Pink).

I'm trying to contact Provogue since last two months. They are neither replaying to my email nor receiving phone call. They says they can't send because of RTP but I receive all my mail on same address. This is really shame-less if such a bigger company doesn't resolve customer queries and try to hide themselves after charging money to customer. I haven't received my money back. I told them to send me my watch but they don't answer.

I have ordered two watches (please check below). But i have received only one watch(Smart Gents VJP Dial Watch) that watch also not too good(received after 30 days of ordering). .When i checked the status, they have changed the status of both watches to shipped. I tried to call u but its all waste. Please send me the Smart Gents Round Roman Dial Watch. I didnt get a call also. I got a message for only one watch saying its delivered.I am waiting for other watch. My brother and My friend both received the watch of same model but there is a stark difference in the lettering, logo print, dial etc.. how is it possible.. it clearly meant that one of the watch is not authentic...

I thought Provogue is the brand but this company is the grand cheater. I ordered Watch with the order number Order#[protected] on 25th Nov 2015 and it is showing completed however I haven't received. I called to Gojavas to track the for Tracking number MUMPVGP607132 and they told me that it is return back to Provogue and provided me CC numbers of Provogue. I am have already mail you about this at [protected]@provogue.com but till date no reply is there from your side and no one is taking calls also either busy or no one pick call. After that i contact with Gojavas for not tracking my status but they told me to contact your company. Please solve my problem and deliver watch as soon possible.

I ordered a watch, from provogue.com on Nov 30. Order number :[protected]. Haven't received it till today. Mac it was supposed to reach in 21 days. It's almost a month . On checking the status, its still in Mumbai office . I don't think they ever wish to even send it . Quite disappointed from the service and customer care and support. The number displayed on site is always busy .

Dear Team, I paid money on 5th Dec. 2015 for buy a provogue watch in offer through ICICI Bank, I just received the confirmation and order no. Mail only, but still I'm chasing for the delivery but roaming me both (ICICI and PROVOGUE) even Provogue is worst co. I tried tons of time through Email/Phone but they never replied yet, this is really awful,

Provogue is a big fraud company and im going to make it public everywhere that none should buy any things related to Provogue. None of the numbers registered on their website is working, also i mailed several times on their registered email id [protected]@provogue.com, and have not received any response for any of my mails i wish to return a product ordered from them but this 3rd class company is just not functioning properly. I am not able to raise a return request order and they have a time limit of 14 days for return. how am i suppose to return the product when they are not functioning properly. I had got a watch from Provogue on line but received Broken glass . No any costomer compliant nos are working. this co is doing froud ????????

I order icici provogue watch and pay charges through icici internet banking, but still today i dont get confirmation about it and i trying to track then is shows processing status from the very first day when i place an order

I had ordered watch from Provogue India through HDFC net banking offer, and cancelled the order. I got a mail from Customer care on December 2, 2015 stating order is cancelled and the money will be refunded within 4-5 working days. but i have not received the money yet. Even after sending couple of mails there is no response from the. I would request you to get the money refunded.
